(Genjutsu: Heki Riariti) Illusion Technique: False Reality
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Mid

Description: This jutsu is a more advanced version of the false darkness genjutsu. The false darkness creates a black illusion taking away one of your senses, sight. This jutsu blocks all 5 senses of the person bound in the genjutsu. The target/targets will not be able to hear anything, alls they will see is blackness, they wont be able to smell anything, they wont be able to taste anything (like this will make a difference? xd) and they wont be able to feel anything when they go to touch it. This technique was perfected to go with the silence homocide jutsu. This jutsu only stops the feel of touch, not the feel of pain. This is used by the user performing one handseals releasing their chakra into the area around them up to mid range.

(Raiton: Ikkyou) - Lightning style: Suprise

Description: This jutsu will be used after the user has used a lightning jutsu. It is similar to the way that when Darui used a lightning jutsu to add to his water jutsu as he was spitting it out against Sasuke. After having release a lightning jutsu, the user will focus more chakra into it. As they do they will focus upon the heat of the lightning itself (30,000 °C (54,000 °F)). In doing so they can do one of two things. They will either:

1. By adding the extra chakra they will control the heat, causing flames to wrap around the lightning jutsu the user jutsu make, making it a fire lightning combo. This will add 1 rank to the power of the jutsu from the extra chakra used. The fire would stay wrapped around all the lightning as it's being produced from the lightnings heat.

2. Use their chakra to convert the full heat of the lightning into fire, changing the state of the energy, so that the lightning now becomes a fire attack. So if the user used chidori spear, they would be extending it, then control the heat to change it into a sharp flame spear extending form their hand, changing the chakra nature through the use of physics.

The user can only used this on one jutsu, and once they have used it they can't change it back.

I based this weapon off scorp's weapon on how he restricted it because of how he explained weapon submissions to me a while back. I've also messaged him with a link to this post to make sure he's ok with it and he has given me permission to make a weapon based off his.

(Tenbun Bisento) - Destiny Bisento
Type: Weapon

Description: This bisento as seen in the image below, is about 1.5 meters long with a 30cm blade on the end. It was forged as a gift for the sage of the sixth paths, made from an unknown metal that made it indestructable. A special red leather bandage has been wrapped around the staff where the user will hold it, to help improve their grip.

Staff abilities:
Indestructable
(Fūton: Kujaku Senpūjin) - Wind Release: Peacock Whirlwind Formation (B rank wind) can be used through the blade on the staff and gains two ranks when doing so and can go up to mid range.
(Hari Jizou) - Underworld Guardian Spikes (B rank nin) gains two ranks when the users is holding the staff and the hair will wrap around the staff handle too. When the user has the staff in hand or on their back, the jutsu doesn't require handseals.
(Fūton: Kaze Gaeshi) - Wind Style: Wind Return can be used through the staff like it was seen being used through a sword and gains 2 ranks when doing so, meaning it can send back A ranks and below.
Bisento can dispel a Raiton or Doton jutsu up to B-Rank 2 times per battle (this is done by the user channeling his Raiton/Doton chakra into the staff and hitting the jutsu with it, which disrupts, dispels or stops the jutsu) and/or dispel/disrupt/stop 1 complete A-Rank Raiton/Doton jutsu once per battle (with the same principle).
Kenjutsu techniques can be used through the blade on the end of the staff, to a certain extent. (Such as blowing wind on the blade, releasing a chakra wave ect)

Resctrictions:
-All abilities of the staff count towards the move count and don't require hand seals if the user is holding the staff on his hands.
-When used to counter 1 B-Rank technique it can only be used again to counter another B-Rank.
-While holding the staff in his hands, the user can't channel Genjutsu.
-To wield the staffs abilities the user must have it with him either in hand or strapped to his back.
-The staff can only be wielded by The Pervy Sage; if someone else tries to wield the staff it will become blazing hot burning all the leather burning who ever is holding it.

~Declined~ Some of the restrictions don't make sense. Why would you be unable to use Genjutsu? The weapon has too many abilities, as well. And 2 ranks to Peacock Whirlwind Formation? Seriously?

Description: Long ago, when Natsu was young and Igneel found him, Igneel gave this special scalf to Natsu. At the time Natsu didn't understand why, but now it's all he has left of his "Father". This scarf has several Kanji seals and formulas said to have been written by a Fire Dragon. Although the full extent of the scarfs power is still unknown, it has been shown that fire techniques used by someone wearing the scarf are slightly more powerful, bigger and faster. The scarf passively feeds on the users chakra to create an aura of fire chakra around him that reduces incoming fire by one rank. The users fire jutsu increase in size and gain +10 damage. Not only this, but the Scalf gives Natsu the determination to fight so that he can meet Igneel again and make him proud, much like Jiraiyas determination. This will increase his will power and will be able to continue to fight even while in pain, such as losing an arm. Natsu always wears this scalf.

Note: The aura reduces only the damage of Katon techniques, not elemental combinations with fire or fire related CE's or KG.

I changed this from lightning to fire style. I figured that was alls that was wrong with it?

(Bukku of Zetsubou: Bundan 1 – Fuu no Matsuro) Book of despair: Chapter 1 – Seal of Fate
Type:Attack

Description: This is the first sealing spell of the Book of despair, written by the dark lord himself. The book of despair is one of 4 books containing ninjutsu “spells” said to be written by the dark lord himself. The book was found many years ago after being lost for thousands of years and is the only one of its kind. The user will always carry this book. The blank pages of the book have the seals on the for fuuin jutsu, to save the user having to carry scrolls. If they are not carrying it, they will have it sealed within a special seal on their hand or glove if they are wearing one. If the book needs to be summoning it will be a part of this jutsu and will cost 10 chakra. Once the book has been summoned the user will break the seal (B rank) on the book opening it to its first spell, the Seal of Fate. There are 3 stages of this seal.

Stage 1: Upon breaking the seal to release this jutsu, the user will chant the ancient words written on the page.
“Let the darkness of hell burn yours soul for eternity”
Upon doing so, the words of this “spell” will cast genjutsu upon anyone within range of this jutsu who can hear it. The illusion spreads around the field of the night, darkness and a red moon. As it does, dark flames erupt from the ground in a square formation mid-range around the user. This gives off the presences of evil that would send chills down a man’s spine. As the illusion is created, the targets will see hands, like those of zombies, come out of the ground grabbing their legs holding them in place. As this genjutsu is a distraction for the second layer of the jutsu. (This genjutsu is A ranked when it comes to breaking it and it spreads across the field pretty fast)

Stage 2: As the dark flames of the illusion spread around the field, kanji formula spread across the floor beneath the flames making a circle of kanji formula all around the user, creating one giant seal on the floor. This can’t be seen as it’s hidden within the genjutsu, which is hard for people to tell that they are in. If the user is in the air the kanji formula will be written in the air, making a sealing circle that stops a person from going underground. If the ground is destroyed the seal remains until broken. (The seal written is A ranked and acts in sync with the genjutsu. If the genjutsu is broken, the sealing circle will still continue but can be seen).

Stage 3: The genjutsu will have been cast distracting the opponent as the seal is set up ready to release the seal of fate. All the kanji formula around the field will light up as a pentagram forms under the targets within the circle so that they are standing on one of the lines. The user will activate the seal by closing the book saying:
“Release, Seal of Fate”
As they do, the seal will release spiralling black flames from all the seals in the pentagram. The users won’t be standing on any of the lines, but all his targets will be. These flames will shoot up long range into the air burning all in their path, leaving nothing but the seal of the dark lord burnt into the ground. The circle of flames is as shown in the image below with the user stood in the middle.


Note: This jutsu takes up 3 of the users jutsu in one turn.
Note: The jutsu can be ended at any time. Each stage takes up one of the user’s jutsu per turn, so if the user ends the jutsu before stage 3, they can still use one more jutsu ect.
Note: The genjutsu is A rank. The seal formed on the floor is A rank. The fire released is forbidden ranked.
Note: The black flames are just normal fire, but the blackness of them is to represent evil in the jutsu.
Note: Useable once per battle.
Note: If the 3rd stage is released, the will feel the heat of the flames himself, though he may not touch the fire, the heat given off is unbelieveably hot and so his skin will still be burnt. As it is, the user will be unable to use any form of taijutsu for 2 turns due to the sourness of his skin and won’t be able to use S ranks or above in his next turn.
Note: The genjutsu spreads around like the first Hokage’s infinity darkness jutsu, and about the same speed, along with the circle of kanji formula.
Note: The 3rd stage can be released at any point, but isn’t as effective as it would be when the full pentagram forms as less area is covered with the jutsu.
Note: The seal itself isn’t forbidden ranked, the fire released from it is, the seal holding the fire is A ranked. Like how jiraiya’s sealing method could hold amaterasu.
Note: No fuuin in the next turn.
Note: The user can't use any other elements while this is active apart from fire. But he can't use the fire in the same turn, because the 3 stages take up the 3 jutsu per turn, unless the user doesn't release the seal in the same turn

Suiton: Tsuin Doragon | Water Release : Twing Raging Water Dragons
Type: Attack/Supplement
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short - Long.
Chakra: 50
Damage: 90 (+30 if raining or snowing)
Description: The user will send their suiton chakra into the sky, manipulating the water present in the atmosphere, materializing two gigantic water dragons that descend down on the opponent, intertwining and spinning around each other at such speeds that they begin to resemble a drill, and also begin to whip up air currents around themselves. The dragons being so long, that their tails remain high in the clouds even when they begin to strike the earth. The radius of the “Drill” being 5 meters wide. If rain/storm clouds are already formed this jutsus power increases by + 30 due to allowing much more water to be materialized due to the already high precipitation levels. This jutsu takes a large physical toll on the user, leaving the user bedraggled and sweating for the rest of the turn as well as leaving their body uncontrollably shaking due to muscle spasms and depleting their suiton chakra reservoirs for the rest of the turn.
Note: Can only be used 1x
Note: No other water jutsu for the rest of the turn.

Description: Artemis, is a Stingray who is just larger than a human. Artemis’s secondary ability is that rather than having a single barbed stinger, he has a indefinite amount. All grown through the stimulation of chakra, as a result the back of Artemis’s tail resembles a spiked flail. Artemis is able to grow stingers on any point of his body, at rapid speeds and shoot them if need be. On the turn that Artemis is summoned he will immediately begin to grow a large amount of stingers, each set of stingers that Artemis grows will be infused with one of the basic 5 elemental chakras. The chakra will stay dormant until required by Artemis or the user. Artemis's main abilitiy is the ability to transform into a stark greyish dark turquoise bow of the finest quality and a quiver. His stingers acting as the arrows that fill the quiver and still retaining their venomous capabilities ( the venom from a single stinger produces paralysation for two turns, on the third the opponent dies). “Quiver” Artemis is able to change the shape of the arrows in accordance to the users will. The user is able to fire the arrow shaped stingers through use of “Bow” Artemis at high speeds with extreme dexterity, while firing the user can add a small amount of basic chakra that reacts with the dormant elemental chakra. Causing the fired stinger to become coated in a aura of elemental chakra that leaves a trail (3m long) behind the arrow at all times that slices anything that it comes in contact with (Within reason). Artemis's abilties allows multiple elemental arrows to be fired simultaneously. If the user fires a lightning or fire coated arrow, he can perform a single hand seal, (Ox) causing the arrow and its coating to explode in a A rank equivalent electrical/fiery discharge sending venomous shrapnel flying all over the place. Once per turn the user is able to fire five arrows each with one of the five basic elements at the same time, activating the dormant element within with a huge surge of basic chakra. Creating a mixed elemental coating that races towards the enemy, taking on the form of a gigantic multi colored arrow equal to Forbidden rank. The arrow demolishes everything in its path while travelling at extreme speeds. This takes a toll on the user as the backlash effect of releasing the combo pulsates throughout their body. Leaving them paralysed for 3 seconds as well as dealing strain to their torso. It also takes a extreme toll on Artemis, who is capable of only releasing two of these per battle. This technique is known as “Maximum Arrow” and has no elemental weaknesses or strengths.

Note: Artemis can only stay on the field for 5 turns.

±± Declined ±± The parts are bolded need to be clarified. Also, the idea is awesome. Indeed it is. But you are adding too many abilities to the arrows and the spikes and the chakra and and and and and and and and.... you get my drift. Simplify it.

Suiton: Sawa | Water Release : Swamp
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Long.
Chakra: 30
Damage: N/A (+30 if raining or snowing)
Description: The user preforms two handseals and focuses a large amount of suiton chakra beneath their opponent, drawing out a mass of water and moisture from the ground and focusing it beneath their opponent, forcing most of the earth and sediment down, creating a large marshy swamp beneath their opponent. Like Swamp of the Underworld, the size of this swamp relies solely on the amount of chakra used. The swamp produces a incredibly large amount of flammable methane gas. Unlike normal water, the opponent will be unable to focus chakra to their feet to stop themselves from sinking.

Description:

Two swords which were said to be forged long ago by the very gods, and thought to be a mere legend. It is said that the swords bring misfortune to all those who come across them. It is said that these swords have many dormant abilities.The swords' name are: Warship Breaker and Zanmaken.
Warship Breaker has the appearance of a normal sword, while Zanmaken is composed of two blades connected through a hilt. The blades are approximately 8 feet long (4 feet for Zanmaken) and its hilt is roughly a foot long (including the guard and the pommel) the width of the blade is roughly 10 inches, the weight of sword is approximately 500 Kg . The swords were forged from a special alloy called Gale, which resides on the highest peak in Kumogakure which is said to be struck by lightning several times a day. The raw material from which the swords were forged is several times harder than the normal steel, as lightning has struck it several times, it is also known to rival diamonds in terms of hardness. The user can only infuse raiton chakra in to the swords, the swords' abilities are as followed:


-Only raiton chakra can be infused into the swords.
-The swords are not indestructible but they are far stronger than your average sword due to their size and density.
-While Raiton chakra is channeled into the swords, the swords gains extra abilities giving the user:

  • +5 to all raiton justu
  • The sword can only be infused with raiton chakra for three turns, afterwards the sword requires a one turn cooldown before it can be infused again.
  • No wind justu above B rank can be used while holding the swords.
  • Can only be wielded by Dakrazyebi and up to [3] people who he sees fit to use.

Genjutsu: Sen No Kao No Hīrō (Illusion Technique: Hero Of A Thousand Faces)

Description:

After making four hand seals, the user casts the genjutsu upon the opponent disrupting his chakra flow, soon after the user manipulates the opponent's sight giving him the illusions of 10 swords floating around the user in a defensive manner, then instills within the oponnent's brain the sight of 1,000 swords falling from the sky. If the opponent falls under the genjutsu and is unable to break out, then the opponent might take somewhat low real damage if he fails to dodge the swords.

This jutsu can only be used by Dakrazyebi.
This Genjutsu takes effect while the opponent is within a 10 feet range of the user.

Note: If you are not satisfied with the 1,000 swords you may decrease the number.

Two swords which were said to be forged long ago by the very gods, and thought to be a mere legend. It is said that the swords bring misfortune to all those who come across them. It is said that these swords have many dormant abilities.The swords' name are: Warship Breaker and Zanmaken.
Warship Breaker has the appearance of a normal sword, while Zanmaken is composed of two blades connected through a hilt. The blades are approximately 8 feet long (4 feet for Zanmaken) and its hilt is roughly a foot long (including the guard and the pommel) the width of the blade is roughly 10 inches, the weight of sword is approximately 500 Kg . The swords were forged from a special alloy called Gale, which resides on the highest peak in Kumogakure which is said to be struck by lightning several times a day. The raw material from which the swords were forged is several times harder than the normal steel, as lightning has struck it several times, it is also known to rival diamonds in terms of hardness. The user can only infuse raiton chakra in to the swords, the swords' abilities are as followed:


-Only raiton chakra can be infused into the swords.
-The swords are not indestructible but they are far stronger than your average sword due to their size and density.
-While Raiton chakra is channeled into the swords, the swords gains extra abilities giving the user:

  • +5 to all raiton justu
  • The sword can only be infused with raiton chakra for three turns, afterwards the sword requires a one turn cooldown before it can be infused again.
  • No wind justu above B rank can be used while holding the swords.
  • Can only be wielded by Dakrazyebi and up to [3] people who he sees fit to use.

Description:

After making four hand seals, the user casts the genjutsu upon the opponent disrupting his chakra flow, soon after the user manipulates the opponent's sight giving him the illusions of 10 swords floating around the user in a defensive manner, then instills within the oponnent's brain the sight of 1,000 swords falling from the sky. If the opponent falls under the genjutsu and is unable to break out, then the opponent might take somewhat low real damage if he fails to dodge the swords.

(Kougake Shippuu) Hurricane Gauntlets

Description: The hurricane gauntlets are two gauntlets that cover the users whole forearm.
They have two abilities, the first is the ability to release wind chakra in the form of hurricanes around the users forearms.
the second is the abilitly to transform into two swords which can be strengethened by having the user channel wind chakra through the swords making them sharper and stronger.
The two abilitys are activated in different ways. To activate the hurricanes around the users forearms the user simply has to pump wind chakra through the gauntlets and the gauntlets will make the wind into a violent hurricane around the forearm.
But to activate the twin sword ability the user performs the tiger handseal and applies chakra, this causes the gauntlets to turn into two swords bound to the users forearms but a chain at the end of the swords hilt.
When using the hurricane ability of the gauntlets the user can fire the hurricanes that have been created at the opponent up to mid range away (the hurricanes are A Rank).
One of the main uses of the hurricane ability for the gauntlets is for more powerful close combat fighting.

The hurricane gauntlets, when active can block projectile/stream type lightning jutsu up to A rank and B/A rank water projectiles, aswell as basic ninja tools by the user pointing his arms towards the jutsu/projectile and applying more chakra to the gauntlets, causing the hurricanes to increase in size and strength. (this is with the hurricane ability) This will cause projectile/stream type lightning jutsu's to be canceled out due to the wind hurricanes and water projectiles will either be blown back towards the opponent or will be re-directed.

- Cannot perform any wind jutsu whilst the Hurricane Gauntlets are activated
- Cannot perform jutsu that requires handseals whilst the twin swords ability is active
- The user can alternate the abilities ie. have a sword active in one hand and the hurricane active in the other
- The hurricanes that are fired are A rank
- The hurricanes can only be fired 4 times
- Firing the hurricanes counts towards the users 3 moves
- Can block up to A rank projectile/stream type lightning jutsu, B/A rank water projectiles and basic ninja tools up to 4 times.

Description: The user performs the Dog -> Boar -> Ram handseals and creates a semi-solid wall of water from a water source. Several strong belts of water shoot out from the wall that can swiftly bind an opponent movements by wrapping around his body or attack by lashing out with the belts. A lightning jutsu can be used to electrify the wall and shock anyone in contact with it. Because of this, if an opponent attempts to break free of the belts using Chidori Nagashi, he will only be shocked with his own jutsu. This jutsu can be performed on a greater scale while utilizing a large water source which increases the strength of this jutsu to S-rank. The amount of water needed for the S-rank version is similar to what is created from the Waterfall Basin and Exploding Water Colliding Wave techniques.

The bubbles can only be created at a minimum distance of 10 meters from the opponent. Each bubble will detonate on contact with the target or at the user's will (which would require the user to perform an additional handseal). That is, each of these bubbles contain a humongous amount of pressurized air within them and when the film of chakra enclosing them is disrupted, the pressurized air is violently released outwards in a large explosion (to fill the void created by the pressure gradient i.e. the pressurized air inside the bubbles rush outwards into the atmosphere to balance out the difference in air pressure). The pressure/force resulting from each detonated bubble is enough to blow a significant hole out of a large building; with the radius of each explosion to be roughly five metres. However this jutsu requires a very large amount of chakra to be used which has unwanted effects on the user.

Description: The Rosuto no Shishou, a famous bladed pole arm, is rumored to be created by a legendary blacksmith and Aburame clan member who only crafted for clan members he believed to be worthy of his works. It is essentially a large metal spear that is slightly over 2metres in length, weighs roughly 20kg and has countless engraved kanji inscriptions all over it (which allows the user to summon various weapons by channeling chakra through them [which are in fact summoning seals]); this weapon is usable only by the most skilled Aburame. If used by anyone else, the spear will seem to weigh 2tonnes and will become extremely hot, almost melting the person's hands. This spear was forged from a specially made metal alloy containing extremely high quality Platinum metal in combination with a very large amount of ancient Kikaichū (Aburame bugs) remains/exoskeletons (the spear is entirely made from this metal); this peculiar composition is rumored to be the source of this weapon's special abilities. The spear is comprised of, on one end, a large double-edged and pointed blade which spans 1/4 of the spear's overall length which is attached to the rest of the spear (a long cylindrical staff with a relatively heavy flanged mace on it's other end [picture below]). But that is not all, this spear (the staff part) is in fact hollow keeping a length of chain inside the spear which is connected to either end of the spear; this allows the user to abruptly shoot out (at the speed of a thrown kunai) either the blade or mace in order to increase the range of his attacks and in most cases, either bind or fatally maim the target. Users of this spear, being an Aburame, usually store a relatively large amount of their own Kikaichū additionally inside the spear (which can be used for Aburame jutsus and provide an added element of surprise in close quarter combat - the bugs can rush out when either end of the spear is shot out). When the chain is shot out, the user can charge chakra into the chain to make it stiffen or unstiffen at will.

The peculiar mix of Platinum and ancient Kikaichū remains allows this spear to, when in contact with an object, to absorb chakra (chakra absorption being a fundamental characteristic of Kikaichū, chakra feeding organisms). It can only absorb A-rank worths of regular, non-elemental chakra (i.e. A-rank jutsus that do not have a large area of effect), and can not absorb elemental chakra. Another special ability which arises from it's unique composition is that it grants the user and his Kikaichū a much higher understanding of one another, acting as a affinity/kinship amplifier of sorts, which allows the user to use Aburame jutsus with minimal effort and with increased efficacy.

Description: Akari no Shinka is the name given to an organic metal extracted from the cells of the Chakra three. Over the course of several eras, the metal would be extracted and tempered by the finest of artisans, craft-smiths and jewelers, until a very thin and light amorphous metal was created, the Akari no Shinka, as bright as diamond. While it's most usual state is in the form of a long beaded string, which is wrapped around the neck and bosom like a brilliant and light sautoir, by charging chakra through it, ever so slightly, it quickly assumes nearly any shaped object, such as a whip, a katana, a gauntlet or even a shield, this comes at no cost. It's most unusual characteristic, though, is the way it responded to beatings of the craftsmen. Every time it was beaten, it would respond in a similar way, as if the more blunt force it was put into it, the more strength would the metal endure, as if evolving at a fast pace.

The idea behind this metal is a weapon that evolved the more usage it gets. The more damage points a certain jutsu has, the more the weapon evolves. If the damage points of the jutsu surpass the stats, then the weapon won't be able to affect it, or could even shatter until the user gives her own life points to save it.

Akari no Shinka acquires stat points by being hit by the category's damage. For example, if an Earth jutsu were to hit the staff directly, it would cause blunt damage. If the damage points are equal or lower than the stat, then the said damage will be absorbed and 5% of it will be used to increase the stat.

Thus, for the base stat, a B rank Earth jutsu, 40 Damage, would hit the metal and it's blunt force/momentum would be stopped, then 5% will be absorbed, thus the stat will change to 42.
The damage the metal gives when whip/katana/sharp form is given by the Sharp Force, the strength of the gauntlet/shield/blunt form is given by the Blunt Force. The metal will absorb the technique just enough so that the user is missed entirely, thus, even if the technique is much bigger than the user, if the damage is lower than the stat, it will part harmlessly.

Only official battles on the Battle Arena or Ninja World will count (No restrictions, stealing/killing allowed). Only one bio at a time will be able to wear the metal and count it officially and if it's being used in the Ninja World, points won't be absorbed permanently in the Battle Arena (and vice-versa). A link will be given for every stat change, and will kept track in my Custom Jutsu Thread.

Breaking the metal will require the user to give 100 health points to bring it back, which will cause exhaustion and the user won't be able to use S rank techniques in the current battle. The stats will be reset.

With 1 handseal though, the user can apply water into the fire, which will create a coat of vapor across it, honing it to make it thicker and more tangible. The usage of water and chakra enhances and heavily induces a phenomenon called the Leidenfrost effect, where the water vapor coating the fire will make every and all liquid, water especially, to hover over it, allowing the stag to dive into water and water jutsus, piercing through them without them actually touching the fire, while just overall increasing the tangibility of the fire.

Description:
The identity disc can be used in one of two ways, it can be used as a ranged weapon by throwing it and rebounding it off of objects when used this way its effects are much like a shuriken digging into the opponent but because of the size it cause more damage, or it can be used as close combat weapon designed to slice the opponent this is done by the user holding the disc and using swinging motions to slice the opponent causing long and deep lacerations or jabbing motions to stab and cause deeps cuts.
the identity disc can be infused with different levels of raiton depending on the mastery of the element, because of this it can be used to negate earth style jutsu by the infused disc making contact with the jutsu (can be done by throwing the disc at the jutsu or the opponent slamming the disc into the jutsu) when infused the disc then takes on the level of damage of the corresponding rank of raiton infused in the disc. when the disc is infused with raiton chakra this gives its characteristic glow and gives it several properties, increased penetration as a weapon due to vibrations, and when being used in close combat the disc augments the speed at which you attack with it by stimulating your nervous system.
Abilities:
-the Identity Disc is indestructible
-when infused it takes on the characteristic of a raiton jutsu e.g. weak to wind and strong against earth
-if any contact at all is made with the disc while its infused the person gets shocked and goes into spasm aswell as being cut if it was a slicing attack (photon does not get shocked as he wields it with a rubber glove)
-Even at long range the disc is pinpoint accurate and due to the raiton chakra travels through the air extraordinarily fast reaching the target in under a second.
Restrictions:
-infusing the disc counts as one of the 3 jutsu per turn
-can only be rebounded off of 2 objects consecutively any more and it will not have the necessary kinetic energy to keep in flight

Description:
The identity disc can be used in one of two ways, it can be used as a ranged weapon by throwing it and rebounding it off of objects when used this way its effects are much like a shuriken digging into the opponent but because of the size it cause more damage, or it can be used as close combat weapon designed to slice the opponent this is done by the user holding the disc and using swinging motions to slice the opponent causing long and deep lacerations or jabbing motions to stab and cause deeps cuts.
the identity disc can be infused with different levels of raiton depending on the mastery of the element, because of this it can be used to negate earth style jutsu by the infused disc making contact with the jutsu (can be done by throwing the disc at the jutsu or the opponent slamming the disc into the jutsu) when infused the disc then takes on the level of damage of the corresponding rank of raiton infused in the disc. when the disc is infused with raiton chakra this gives its characteristic glow and gives it several properties, increased penetration as a weapon due to vibrations, and when being used in close combat the disc augments the speed at which you attack with it by stimulating your nervous system.
Abilities:
-the Identity Disc is indestructible
-when infused it takes on the characteristic of a raiton jutsu e.g. weak to wind and strong against earth
-if any contact at all is made with the disc while its infused the person gets shocked and goes into spasm aswell as being cut if it was a slicing attack (photon does not get shocked as he wields it with a rubber glove)
-Even at long range the disc is pinpoint accurate and due to the raiton chakra travels through the air extraordinarily fast reaching the target in under a second.

Description : Jisshitsu is a black, chakra metal-forged katana and doesn't seem to reflect any light at all hence, no reflection. When you look deep into it, all you would see is a dark void and would suddenly feel nothingness. Its power lies within the weapon itself. The katana has the capability to store the essence of the elemental chakra that constantly leaks out of an elemental technique on the battlefield within itself. It is only capable of storing only two different types of chakra at the same time. With a single slash, Jisshitsu is capable of expelling a crescent chakra wave of the element it has stored. When there are two elements, the crescent chakra wave would be an elemental combination. The chakra wave can be used twice before the element disappears and has to be collected again. The first time the chakra wave is shot, it has the level of S-rank but decreases to A-rank upon reaching long-range. The second time it is shot, it has the level of A-rank but decreases to B-rank upon reaching long-range.

Description: This technique was derived from Yondaime Hokage's Dead Demon Seal. The user will create the Bore → Hare Seals and then clap his hands together to initiate the illusion. Once the illusion is initiated the victim will begin to experience an excruciating wave throughout their body. While this happens the victim will see and feel their hands and feet becoming black and the pain in those sections of their body will feel even more excruciating. The process the victim feels himself going through is similar to the affects of the Dead Demon Seal as it happened on Orochimaru's arms. The process of corrosion due to the necrosis. The corrosion of the victims hands and feet spreads up their arms and legs and onto their body. Once the corrosion of this technique has spread to the entire body from the neck down, the world around the victim will become a dark mist of bloody crimson and the Death God will appear before the victim and place his hand on the their head. The victim will feel as if the soul from his head is being pulled out and the corrosion of the rest of his body from the neck up will occur.
~This technique lasts 4 turns unless broken. During the first turn the corrosion of the hands and feet will occur, the second turn the victims arms and legs will be immobilized completely due to the corosion. The third turn takes care of the body and the neck and the fourth turn the Shinigami appears and finishes the process with victim causing the corrosion to spread onwards up the neck to their head.
~This technique can only be used twice per battle and one must skip two turns before attempting the second time.

Description: This technique was specifically designed for several opponents in the case of being outnumbered or simply to make the battle easier. The caster will make the Horse → Bird seals to initiate the illusion. The illusion will first have the victims experience the sensation a huge gust of wind mixed with dust as if their opponent is using a wind technique. The resulting seensation will block their vision (no physical harm comes from the gust). Once the victims regain their sight, both victims will look upon their comrades and see the image of the shinobi they were fighting and see their comrades to be their enemies and they will see an image of their partner having been killed. In the case there is more then two opponents being manipulated by this jutsu, each shinobi will see several copies of their opponent, as if they've used the Shadow Clone Jutsu. While they fight their comrades as enemies, the actual caster of this jutsu will be out of their sight and vision. This jutsu is meant to cause mass confusion and chaos among ranks and hopefully getting the enemy to injure their own lines or even kill them. While this illusion is in play the caster can move about freely as a result.
~Since this jutsu has a range of people greater then one, intense focus is required meaning no other genjutsu can be used while this one is active

The victim's chakra will be disrupted in their brain to a point where the damage causes a slight tremor in their brain, which will also result in a severe headache. The headache mixed in with the vision distortion will cause the victim to be very unbalanced while trapped in this illusion and also makes it difficult for them to focus while affected by this technique.

~The inability for the victim to focus completely due to the severe headache and vision equilibrium distortion means they can't focus on techniques above S-rank while in the state of this technique and will have difficulty standing and moving
~This technique lasts 2 turns, after the second turn, the victim will succumb to vomiting as the stress becomes too much of them, the inducing of vomit will be the breaking factor.

Description: The sword was made by ancient priests of hell and heaven at a sacred place by using hairs, bones, skin, blood and senses of a living shinigami himself which gave the sword life and transforming ability. The sword was named after the shinigami. And it is believed that the shinigami is living in the form of sword now.
The size of the sword is very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total length of 5m. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. The sword is quite thick but the whole blade is covered with the hairs of shinigami which are very sharp, as a normal katana. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it and of shinigami himself. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it.

Abilities:
-This sword is indestructible
-It has life of its own just like samehada and thus it can react on its own when required when its transformed into an animal.
-When Chakra is passed to the sword, the sword transforms into an elemental animal familiar that represents the element used |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|
-The sword only listens to Enzup.

-If opponent's chakra neutralizes or overcomes the animal's chakra (when transformed), then the transformed animal will come to its normal form again. i.e. in sword form.
-The sword transforms into an elemental version of the animal and not an animal on itself.
-If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this sword, then he will receive an addition of +20 damage points.
-Sword cannot sense chakra.

Description: Klodoa is a living staff whose lower part is made up of flexible element. The upper part is skull with a blue sphere in its mouth. It can levitate on its own. Enzup made Klodoa his personal weapon after he found it in very bad condition when Brain/Zero crushed it in pieces. After taking it into his possession, Enzup made a few changes in it, which made it indestructible and gave it form chaging ability. He also put a lot of his own chakra in the sphere so that Klodoa can use it in battles, since klodoa was not having chakra of its own. It is quite frightening from its looks, but can be funny at times.
When the staff changes its form it takes the form of a giant 5m axe-like weapon bearing two crescent moon-shaped blades fused together at the backs, with a large looped chain connected to the shaft at the end of the handle. This is known as "Ultimate form". The chain can be connected to user's waist, allowing him to perform long-ranged attacks. The special ability which makes the form of the weapon unique is that it can vibrate its crescent moon-shaped blades on its own, at very high speeds, such that the blades start looking blur. This is done when the weapon comes to know that the user is going to attack something using it, so using its sense, it start vibrating on its own and thus it can literally cut through any solid with ease.

Abilities:
-It is indestructible in both forms.
-Klodoa has life of its own in both of its forms. But can speak only in its original form.
-When in Ultimate form, it can cut through any solid.

Restrictions:
-Only original form can levitate on its own, which is similar to "(Kusanagi No Tsurugi: Kuu no Tachi)" but in this case user don't have to do anything.
-Can change its form anytime, but once form is changed it has to remain in that form for minimum of 3 turns.
-After using the vibration ability to cut a solid, it needs some time to re-use it again, i.e. once per every 2 turns.
-If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this weapon, then he will receive an addition of 10 damage points.
-Every elemental ninjutsu used by user gets -5 damage points while the time the weapon is on battlefield.
-User's concentration level decreases a bit and as a result user have to apply +5 chakra points in any technique used, regardless of rank. Also user have to perform an addition of 5 handseals in any technique which requires more than 8 handseals.
-User's speed slightly decreases while holding the Ultimate form because of its quite heavy weight.
-User can't use any Forbidden-Rank jutsu while holding the weapon.
-It only listens to Enzup. And no one can lift the ultimate form b'coz of its heavy weight, but due to mastery and practice in wielding of this weapon, and support of weapon itself, only Enzup can lift it without any serious problem.

the user can make a hand-seal to let off the explosion when the target is in range.
-The user must coat himself with a lightning armor such as "Chidori Nagashi" or he too will receive some damage from the explosion since it is short range though the damage to the user is not much.

Egyptian Vulture is a species of Vultures also called White Scavenger Vulture or Pharaoh's Chicken. Egyptian Vulture is found from southwestern Europe and northern Africa to India. The contrasting under-wing pattern and wedge-shaped tail make it distinctive in flight as it soars in thermals during the warmer parts of the day.
Egyptian Vultures feed mainly on carrion but are opportunistic and will prey on small mammals, birds, and reptiles. They also feed on the eggs of other birds, breaking larger ones by tossing a large pebble onto them.
An adult Egyptian vulture is white, with black flight feathers in the wings with pointed wings while the tail is wedge shaped thus having a strong wind affinity using its pointed long wings and wedged tail as a medium.

Description: The user will Bite his/her thumb. Wipe the blood on his/her porcupine tattoo. and do 3handseals and palm their hand on the ground. The porcupine Appears in front of The user at all times. It is the size of the Boss Toad Jariya always summon. This porcupine has only 2 Real vulnerable spots. Under his Body (No Quills are there) and On the top . The point at top is where the user rides or sit. It can only fit 2 people though. This porcupine can fire off quills when it feels it is in danger or just to simply attack. He Also Specializes in S rank Earth and He does not need to do handsigns for jutsus that require handseals due to it being his specialty. The Quills fire off with very Great Speed. 60Mph to be exact. And Can Break Through A rank Earth

(Shakuton:Shakuton kyuutai) Scorch Style: Scorch Orb
Type: Attack/Defensive
Rank: S

Description: The User will do a set of 3 handseals. following after, A Orb will form around the Opponent infused with my chakra The orb is twice the size of Dodai rubber ball (Can fit two people in it). Causing Massive heat burns to the opponent body. The orb shrinks within time (3seconds) when the orb touches the opponent body the water starts to boil in their body causing agony pain, and eventually their water in their body evaporate. (The whole process for that is about 6seconds) The orb can also be used on myself In a case of an incoming water or mud attack or anything that contains mid amounts of water. The user will do 3 handseals and a orb will form around the user. Due to the Scorch chakra in my body the orb does not cause degree burn to me and it can Evaporate up to A Rank with anything with water in it when comes in contact with the orb.

-Can only use Twice
-Once You are in the Orb you can not see on the outside (For both me and the opponent)
-Can only be dispersed by S rank Water ,A rank or Above Wind. Or something that's legit...

~Declined~ I don't think you have an understanding of Scorch Release's strengths and weaknesses. Why would it only stop A-rank water?
