Description and Background:
Harriers are birds of prey, family Accipitridae, order Falconiformes. Harriers have long wings and legs, a small head with a short beak, an owl-like frill of thickset feathers around the face, and soft plumage. They eat frogs, birds, snakes, and small mammals, and are found mainly in marshy areas throughout the world they characteristicly hunt by flying low over open ground. Due to the natural food chain they are great at fighting against reptiles, small mammals, amphibians and birds.

Description:
The identity disc can be used in one of two ways, it can be used as a ranged weapon by throwing it and rebounding it off of objects or it can be used as close combat weapon designed to slice the opponent.

the identity disc can be infused with different levels of raiton depending on the mastery of the element, because of this it can be used to negate earth style jutsu by the infused disc making contact with the jutsu (can be done by throwing the disc at the jutsu or the opponent slamming the disc into the jutsu) when infused the disc then takes on the level of damage of the corresponding rank of raiton infused in the disc. when the disc is infused with raiton chakra this gives its characteristic glow and gives it several properties, increased penetration as a weapon due to vibrations, and when being used in close combat the disc augments the speed at which you attack with it by stimulating your nervous system.
Abilities:
-the Identity Disc is indestructible
-when infused it takes on the characteristic of a raiton jutsu e.g. weak to wind and strong against earth
-if any contact at all is made with the disc while its infused the person gets shocked and goes into spasm aswell as being cut if it was a slicing attack (photon does not get shocked as he wields it with a rubber glove)
-Even at long range the disc is pinpoint accurate and due to the raiton chakra travels through the air extraordinarily fast reaching the target in under a second.

Description: This is an advanced form of The intercepting fist. The user will run electricity through their hands and When the user is being punched or kicked the user with fast reactions due to Jeet kune do gives the user enhanced reaction time up to 3x of the average ninja as well as fast movements that "Jeet Kune Do" provides, will quickly react by taking palm and swiping the punch or kick away. The user can either hit the opponents Fist/hand/foot directly or hit their wrist, mid forearm, ankle or mid leg section to swipe away the attack. but will send a shock through the opponents limb, paralyzing it, making them unable move it for one turn. The user can then strike the opponent. This technique wastes no movement and is done in the blink of an eye. The user can react to speeds that are 3x faster than him and can move swipe attacks away in the blink of an eye, so the speeds he can react to are speeds 3x faster than him due to the bonus effect Jeet Kune Do has.

This, however, doesn't refer to running speed which suffers no differance and in essence the movement speed of the users body is only slightly above that of a normal Strong Fist user. However, coupled with the increased reaction time it makes the user capable of defending against most moves of Strong Fist with ease.

Description: Once the user is wielding Sumitsukigasa for the minimum of 2 turns, he may use the chakra of the sword for his own advantage. The sword sucks 10 chakra every turn, but it leaves excess chakra behind. When the user wishes after the 2 turns, he may harness this chakra and the chakra absorbed within that turn onto his own advantages, boosting his power. Once this system has been broken, the sword becomes unbalanced in the same turn when this chakra has been harnessed, the sword becomes useless in the same turn. Because of the unbalance of the sword, user will receive -10 health damage in the same turn. As it tries to suck it back the taken chakra at once what has once left the sword, in the next turn, user suffers -30 chakra loss. As the sword has sucked back an enormous amount of chakra in that turn (meaning 30 chakra), activating itself once again, a furious wind will surround it, leaving the area in a really windy environment for when it sucked back the 30 chakra. This means that no raiton attacks of S-rank can be made from the user in that turn when there is a windy environment. As the sword becomes out of control when it sucks back the chakra, having an S-ranked fuuton chakra surround it, only Kage or higher may be able to handle it.

Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versatile the metal has a special property; the metal is able to absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the finger tips as the user closes his fist the chakra will infuse with the user's hand, knuckles and wrist. He then punches and the guard releases the chakra as he punches causing an explosive outburst of power. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
Notes:
-While active the user cannot use anything above an S rank jutsu, due to the slight drain of chakra from the user.
-La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
-Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
-Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu
-Can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle
-The turn the guard is deactivated the user can only use A rank attacks due to the chakra absorbing property leaving him slightly offset.
-Can only be activated for a span of 6 turns
I fixed some spelling and grammar mistakes (which I bolded to make sure that you don't think I changed any of the inner workings of the guard itself). I edited the appearance of "La Muerte" but it still has the same effects and nothing has changed about it's workings. (I just wanted it to look different than my cj for this weapon (El Directo) I also removed the "Can only be used by myself and the no hand seals" restrictions and replaced them with more versatile and fitting restrictions. Also I ranked it down to A rank as the damage points on the weapon is for "La Muerte" and not the weapon itself.

Austin the athletic one of the pack, he has black eyes, grey skin, and ivory(kinda like dirty yellow) colored horns. Henry the womanizer of the pack he has blue eyes, gold colored fur, and Silver colored horns. Last but not least there is Dido the shy one of the group yet the most powerful and fastest of the pack and the most favored by mangekyo byakugan, he has silver eyes, grayish colored fur, and green eyes.

Description: This technique was specifically designed for several opponents in the case of being outnumbered or simply to make the battle easier. The caster will make the Horse → Bird seals to initiate the illusion. The illusion will first have the victims experience the sensation a huge gust of wind mixed with dust as if their opponent is using a wind technique. The resulting seensation will block their vision (no physical harm comes from the gust). Once the victims regain their sight, both victims will look upon their comrades and see the image of the shinobi they were fighting and see their comrades to be their enemies and they will see an image of their partner having been killed. In the case there is more then two opponents being manipulated by this jutsu, each shinobi will see several copies of their opponent, as if they've used the Shadow Clone Jutsu. While they fight their comrades as enemies, the actual caster of this jutsu will be out of their sight and vision. This jutsu is meant to cause mass confusion and chaos among ranks and hopefully getting the enemy to injure their own lines or even kill them. While this illusion is in play the caster can move about freely as a result.
~Since this jutsu has a range of people greater then one, intense focus is required meaning no other genjutsu can be used while this one is active

Description: The user will channel their chakra into their opponent's chakra via the Rat seal. The user's chakra will then remain dormant until the victim uses a technique B-rank or above. The resulting amount of chakra needed will cause the user's chakra to activate like a switch to cause the affects of the illusion. As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.

Description: This is a technique meant to cause temporary confusion and also to have lingering affects on one's opponent after the illusion is released. The user will make the Dragon → Hare seals to initiate the illusion. Once cast, the victim will experience their vision to blur and appear to be as if it were being shaken and spun around in a very chaotic manor. The victim's chakra will be disrupted in their brain to a point where the damage causes a slight tremor in their brain, which will also result in a severe headache. The headache mixed in with the vision distortion will cause the victim to be very unbalanced while trapped in this illusion and also makes it difficult for them to focus while affected by this technique.
~Can only be used twice per battle
~The inability for the victim to focus completely due to the severe headache and vision equilibrium distortion means they can't focus on techniques above B-ranked while in the state of this technique.
~This technique lasts 2 turns, after the second turn, the victim will succumb to vomiting as the stress becomes too much of them, the inducing of vomit will be the breaking factor.
~After being released from the illusion, the victim sustains a level of impaired balance and distortion for the same amount of time as they were were affected by the technique.
~The user of this technique can't use genjutsu for the next 3 turns after this jutsu is cast.

Description: Krieg is a mediocre sized Ray who resembles a torpedo Ray in both looks and abilities, Krieg is roughly 18 meters long from tip to tail, with a pectoral wingspan of 24 meters, and his skin pattern resembles that of a cheetah, vibrant yellow with black spots. Krieg is fairly adept in the use of Raiton, and is able to use all Raiton jutsu up to and including A rank without the use of handseals, albeit slapping his pectoral fins together to replace handseals and using his Pectoral fins to execute the jutsu if need be. Krieg’s main ability, is that when using a Raiton jutsu, he automatically merges his natural ability to produce lightning currents with it, adding +20 damage to all Lightning jutsu used by Krieg. Krieg is also immune to all Raiton jutsu A rank and below, absorbing the lightning into his electric glands, and using the lightning to produce a large spherical omnidirectional blast of lightning that is released from all directions of his body, effectively creating a lightning bubble that spans out to mid range, stunning and blasting everything, the blast being equivalent to S rank. Krieg is however susceptible to S rank and above lightning jutsu, albeit he takes greatly reduced damage. Krieg is immune to his own current. Kreig's tail stinger is also indestructible. Additionally, he can speak both fluent English and Japanese, able to communicate with its summoner easily.

Driller is roughly 75 meters long, with his saw like nose comprising ⅓ of his body length and being nigh on indestructible. Driller has a pectoral fin span of roughly 18 meters. Drillers main ability is to coat things through primary or secondary contact in one of the five basic elemental chakras resulting in the thing coated, having a coloured shroud that equates to A rank elemental chakra, that can be used for defense and offensive purposes, and takes on the properties of the element used. Driller can be summoned above the opponent, nose first, as he falls, he begins to rotate frantically while coating himself in one of the five basic chakras, this forms a drill with Drillers Saw like nose at the epicentre of the drill, the drill coated in the chosen element, and falling down on the opponent, devastating everything within the immediate vicinity. Additionally, he can speak both fluent English and Japanese, able to communicate with its summoner easily.
