Description: This is a basic ninjutsu technique used by Ryūzetsu, to give her fire techniques a more "unique" shape than the other users of fire techniques, similar to the shape of the "Fire Release: Demon Lanturn" technique, Ryūzetsu's fire techniques have somewhat of a transparent effect to it, allowing Ryūzetsu and others to see through the fire technique but a more of a distorted vision of what's behind the fire, and whenever she's using a fire technique that consists of small fireballs like for example the "Fire Release: Phoenix Fire Technique" all of the small fireballs attain a demonic head-shaped fireball, this technique doesn't increase or decrease the strength of any fire techniques whatsoever.
Note: Will remain continuously activated once used.
Note: Can only be used by Ryūzetsu.

Description: After performing 3 handseals Boar → Monkey → Tiger the user convers the chakra inside their body into fire as they release it outwards, causing 3 floating demonic heads of fire to form around them in a spiraling manner , each of the orbs having an equivalent size to the "Big Ball Rasengan" technique, these demonic floating heads have the main purpose of protecting the user, as they continuously spin around the user in a motion that resembles planets orbiting around the sun, with the user's command via chakra, these floating heads "separately or all together" collide with other incoming techniques in order to cancel each other out, each of these floating demonic heads is able to withstand a C-rank elemental technique, two can withstand a B-ranked elemental technique, and altogether an A-ranked elemental technique, along with being able to deflect/melt incoming projectiles sent towards the user.
Note: Can only be used twice.
Note: Lasts 3 turns once used.

~ Even all three of them together cannot handle an A-ranked water technique. Don't try to be cute by stating 'elemental', 'elemental' everywhere in all your techniques to try to get slightly more OPed, or I'll decline the lot of them. Explain in detail. ~

Description: After forming 5 handseals Bird → Boar → Monkey → Ram → Tiger the user concentrates a large amount of fire chakra throughout the ground, underneath the opponent's location, causing a Large sized demonic head made of flames to rise up out of the ground underneath the opponent's location in a vertical line, with it's mouth widening as it's opening in order to swallow the opponent and burn them, this demonic head is equivalent in size to the Earth Release: Great Stone Golem technique, the user is able to cause multiple demonic heads from the ground however the size divides among the demonic heads that are formed however the user is only able to divide them into 4 demonic heads max.
Note: Can only be used twice.
Note: No S-ranked fire techniques in the same turn.

Description:
An Acient Shield found in the mountains of Kumogakure, said to be a shield strong enough to be wieled by God, having a rombus like shape, with a steel border around and an crystal like face that is as strong as real steel, with a white symbol in the middle, this shield is capable of shooting 10 meteor like guided shots from its crystal face that rain down towards the target, either from the fire, lightning or water elements by having the user channel the elemental chakra into it the water version having chakra infused with it, dealing strikes with massive force, same for lightning and fire, and can also block any fire, water, and lightning technique and is B-rank and below.

~ Can only be used by Mugetsū, and those who he may allow.
~ The special technique counts towards 1 of the 3 techniques of the user per turn.
~ Must have started training in Water, Lightning, and Fire release to block such elemental techniques, as well as use the special technique of the shield.

Description: User when flying in air, summons 8 equal earth spheres all around him coated in wind chakra. Wind chakra makes them light in weight and gives them speed. As the moment the spehers are summoned, they start spinning on their own axis and simultaneously start revolving around the user, much like rotation and revolution of planets around the sun. But they revolve in arbitrary direction. The spheres revolve with that great speed, that it seems to creates a big sphere around the user. Due to this technique being the user's own, he will be able to predict where gaps and open space will be. And because of this he will be able to look out of those spaces and gaps to the opponent and will have a blur look. However the opponent can't predict this spratic movement right away unless he has sharingan or a finely tuned set of eyes. This means that until the opponent gets a steady feel for the rotation and revolution of the large earthen spheres he cannot pinpoint the user inside. This takes one full turn to understand and gain the knowledge needed to predict the movement and pinpoint the user inside. This property is the same as in an atom. How the electrons orbit the nucleus randomly and are very hard as to predict where one electron will be at any given time. The main working of this technique is that, all spheres revolve around the user at 5m distance, no exception. And when user moves in air for some distance the spheres also move for that distance, making it look like the whole big sphere is moving. User can also fire 1 sphere (at a time) from the revolving ones at a enemy, which moves at very fast speed, suddenly and unexpectedly.

Note: -Spheres revolve with that great speed that if user goes near the surface of water, then water starts getting away, and when user gets down the water, then also not a single droplet will enter the big sphere.
-If someone even touches the revolving spheres, then he will receive very high damage due to slicing wind around the spheres and due to speed and weight of earth spheres themselves. Which might result in obliteration of one's limb or the part from which he touches.
-Can't perform any A-Rank and above wind and earth technique in same turn.
-Can't use any tech above S-Ranks in next turn.
-Can't use any tech above B-Rank of wind and earth, next turn.
-Each sphere is of 1m diameter.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Can only be taught by Enzup.

Description: This kind of genjutsu acts as both offense and defense. This jutsu is used when user is trapped under a high ranked genjutsu and is unable to break free from it. User passes his strong amount of chakra thoroughly in his brain and reads the function(s) of the genjutsu used on him. And just after reading the function(s) carefully, user disrupts and overcomes the enemy's chakra in his brain and thus breaking free from the genjutsu. And simultaneously he passes his own chakra into his opponent's brain and shows him the same genjutsu. This all happens in just blink of an eye, so that to enemy it seems that he used the genjutsu on himself or his enemy knows the same genjutsu or this is some trick of his opponent etc.
Note: - (-30) damage to user because of concentrating very high chakra in brain.
-Concentration level decreases for next turn.
-Can't perform any genjutsu for next 2 turns.
-Can't perform any S-Rank or above jutsu in same turn.

Shinigami Reaper

Description: The sword was made by ancient priests of hell and heaven at a sacred place by using hairs, bones, skin, blood and senses of a living shinigami himself which gave the sword life and transforming ability. The sword was named after the shinigami. And it is believed that the shinigami is living in the form of sword now.
The size of the sword is very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total length of 5m. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. The sword is quite thick but the whole blade is covered with the hairs of shinigami which are very sharp, as a normal katana. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it and of shinigami himself. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it.

Abilities:
-This sword is indestructible
-It has life of its own just like samehada and thus it can react on its own when required when its transformed into an animal.
-When Chakra is passed to the sword, the sword transforms into an elemental animal familiar that represents the element used |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|
-The sword only listens to Enzup.

Restrictions:
-Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank Offense/Defense/Supplementary.
-Transformation lasts for a maximum of 4 turns and can only be done twice
-If opponent's chakra neutralizes or overcomes the animal's chakra (when transformed), then the transformed animal will come to its normal form again. i.e. in sword form.
-The sword transforms into an elemental version of the animal and not an animal on itself.
-If user gets hit by a jutsu while holding this sword, then he will receive an addition of +20 damage points.
-Sword cannot sense chakra.
-The size of the animal in which the sword transforms differs little to nothing from the normal size of the sword.
(Kurodoa) - Klodoa

Description: Klodoa is a living staff whose lower part is made up of flexible element. The upper part is skull with a blue sphere in its mouth. It can levitate on its own. Enzup made Klodoa his personal weapon after he found it in very bad condition when Brain/Zero crushed it in pieces. After taking it into his possession, Enzup made a few changes in it, which made it indestructible and gave it form chaging ability. He also put a lot of his own chakra in the sphere so that Klodoa can use it in battles, since klodoa was not having chakra of its own. It is quite frightening from its looks, but can be funny at times.
When the staff changes its form it takes the form of a giant 5m axe-like weapon bearing two crescent moon-shaped blades fused together at the backs, with a large looped chain connected to the shaft at the end of the handle. This is known as "Ultimate form". The chain can be connected to user's waist, allowing him to perform long-ranged attacks. The special ability which makes the form of the weapon unique is that it can vibrate its crescent moon-shaped blades on its own, at very high speeds, such that the blades start looking blur. This is done when the weapon comes to know that the user is going to attack something using it, so using its sense, it start vibrating on its own and thus it can literally cut through any solid with ease.

Abilities:
-It is indestructible in both forms.
-Klodoa has life of its own in both of its forms. But can speak only in its original form.
-When in Ultimate form, it can cut through any solid.
-User can choose any B-Ranked water technique and boost it with two ranks.

Restrictions:
-Only original form can levitate on its own, which is similar to "(Kusanagi No Tsurugi: Kuu no Tachi)" but in this case user don't have to do anything.

-User's speed slightly decreases while holding the Ultimate form because of its quite heavy weight.
-User can't use any Forbidden-Rank jutsu while holding the weapon.

Channeled with wind chakra on one blade and i channel water into the other blade (The tips are the blades im talking about) The sword was pass down from a family of generals and now General Phaze is the modern master of it. The sword dont respond to nobody chakra except generals. If anybody else touch or handle it. it would seem just like a regular 2bladed sword. The sword is very unique for 2 reasons A Defensive and a Offensive.. Defensive: The sword can sense any chakra presence . It will give off chakra waves into me when another unknown chakra presence is close. Also . If i Stab the sword on the ground I can also sense whats under the ground for about 15feet in the ground. Offensive: I will mix my water chakra and the wind chakra. I will then spin the weapon around real fast. and a HUGE Vortex of water Will splurge out in the shape of a Large tornado. Towards the enemy. Similar to yamato and naruto union attack except the Way larger and the attack is coming from my blade so it will be directed towards the enemy.



-Sensing an opponent counts towards the user 3turns and can only use 3times
-The Water Vortex can Travel up to long range and is S rank (change it if you must)
-The water vortex can only be used 3times and counts towards the user 3 turns

The disk are the size of a dinner plate (about 8inches high and wide) and can cut through A boulder size Rock with ease

-The water Disk can only be used 3 times
-The water disk can only go up to mid range and can shoot up to 5-7 at a time

The porcupine Appears in front of The user at all times. It is the size of the Boss Toad Jariya always summon. This porcupine has only 2 Real vulnerable spots. Under his Body (No Quills are there) and On the top. The point at top is where the user rides or sit. It can only fit 2 people though. This porcupine can fire off quills when it feels it is in danger or just to simply attack. The user channels and molds his Raiton and Katon chakra at the same time to his hands. The user then sends both chakra to the out side of his hand forming a thin layer around his palm consisting of Raiton and Katon chakra. Once this is done if the user touches the enemy the touched area is then burned and shocked. The burned and shocked area isnt life threatening but the sensation still is felt enough to distract the opponent. The Katon chakra is for burns and discomfort, and the Raiton is also for discomfort but also the stinging sensation and slight shock to the 1st layer of nerves of the area touched. If the area is not cooled down quick enough it will lead to 1st degree burns of that area. If the user grabs on to the enemy and the enemy dosnt get away quick enough it can cause 2nd-3rd degree burns.

The water erupting in the form of eight dragon headed shaped water tendrils that are fairly dense and have a sticky quality that enables them to cling to the opponent, as well as a having a high piercing rate. As the water bursts from the ground the user imbues it with a large amount of lightning chakra. The lightning increases the trendrils speed, making it exceedingly hard for the naked eye to track them. Enabling only a 2T or above/Byakugan user to precisely track the trendrils movements. The lightning chakra also allows the trendrils to constantly produce a electrical charge, the charge radiating outwards with a raidus of 5m from each trendril, the charge from a single trendril equating to C rank, two combined equating to B rank, four to A rank, and all eight to S rank . Once the trendrils attach to their tagert, the user can preform the ‘Monkey’ causing the trendrils to implode, severely damaging anything that the trendrils were attachted to. Description: Artemis, is a Stingray who is just larger than a human. Artemis’s secondary ability is that rather than having a single barbed stinger, he has a indefinite amount. All grown through the stimulation of chakra, as a result the back of Artemis’s tail resembles a spiked flail. Artemis is able to grow stingers on any point of his body, at rapid speeds and shoot them if need be. On the turn that Artemis is summoned he will immediately begin to grow a large amount of stingers, each set of stingers that Artemis grows will be infused with one of the basic 5 elemental chakras. The chakra will stay dormant until required by Artemis or the user. Artemis's main abilitiy is the ability to transform into a stark greyish dark turquoise bow of the finest quality and a quiver. His stingers acting as the arrows that fill the quiver and still retaining their venomous capabilities ( the venom from a single stinger produces paralysation for two turns, on the third the opponent dies). “Quiver” Artemis is able to change the shape of the arrows in accordance to the users will. The user is able to fire the arrow shaped stingers through use of “Bow” Artemis at high speeds with extreme dexterity, while firing the user can add a small amount of basic chakra that reacts with the dormant elemental chakra. Causing the fired stinger to become coated in a aura of elemental chakra that leaves a trail (3m long) behind the arrow at all times that slices anything that it comes in contact with (Within reason). Artemis's abilties allows multiple elemental arrows to be fired simultaneously. If the user fires a lightning or fire coated arrow, he can perform a single hand seal, (Ox) causing the arrow and its coating to explode in a A rank equivalent electrical/fiery discharge sending venomous shrapnel flying all over the place. Once per turn the user is able to fire five arrows each with one of the five basic elements at the same time, activating the dormant element within with a huge surge of basic chakra. Creating a mixed elemental coating that races towards the enemy, taking on the form of a gigantic multi colored arrow equal to Forbidden rank. The arrow demolishes everything in its path while travelling at extreme speeds. This takes a toll on the user as the backlash effect of releasing the combo pulsates throughout their body. Leaving them paralysed for 3 seconds as well as dealing strain to their torso. It also takes a extreme toll on Artemis, who is capable of only releasing two of these per battle. This technique is known as “Maximum Arrow” and has no elemental weaknesses or strengths.

The first croak affects the opponent’s sight, filling their entire vision with an endless flock of Blue Herons. -Mold your chakra (you give your chakra the shape and nature you need to achieve the end result. to do this you sometimes might not need hand seals or you might. Handseals work but helping you to mold your chakra)

Now, knowing this, how can the fact that you are making hand seals mold your summons chakra?

We allow Genjutsu summons yes, but they need a bit more restrictions. I have a Genjutsu summon but she can only use a custom genjutsu known and usable only by her, not any other. You need to make her have some sort of limitation to use Genjutsu.

Each knight also carries an incredibly long twelve foot lance, which is immediately thrusted towards the opponent as the Knight's arms clear the ground. If allowed to completely form from the ground, the Knights have the capability to move even closer towards the opponent. The combined effects of their footsteps while moving is equal to the effect produced by the World Shaking Technique, creating small tremors that can easily knock the opponent to the ground.

Description: Made during ancient times in the high mountains by multiple black smiths. Forged in fire with silver and an unknown metal to make it indistructable. As well as infusing the necklace with their own chakra. It has said that the necklaces power are the ability to protect it's user. Through the use of pure chakra that it emmits and reacts to the users chakra. The necklace would be activated by channeling the users own chakra into the necklace, thus creating a reaction with the necklace and mixing both chakra's together. Once this happens the necklace will emmit a thin chakra layer around the users body. Protecting them from projectiles and debris that may be falling from the sky or towards the user. Also since the chakra is surrounding the body, the user gains slight boost to speed, agility, and striking power. Also the necklace was forged in fire and has a natural affinity to it. Thus being able to absorb A rank and below fire by sensing the heat of the fire when approaching the user. Since the necklace has an affinity to fire, smoke will emmit from the user through the chakra layers around the body, long as the necklace is active. However the smoke itself is not harmful to the user as it is created from their own chakra. It is also known that when the user of the necklace activates it. Their appearance will change as if the cloths has changed and the user will glow a certain color according to gender.

Abilities:
-Actives, once the user channels chakra into the necklace
-Male's will glow black // Female's will glow purple
-Able to absorb A rank and below Katon jutsu's
-Adds a thin protection layer of chakra around the user's whole body

For example, if the user is striking with the right hand, the opponent will see that the user is striking with his left hand. If the user is throwing a projectile towards the user, the opponent will see the projectile coming from an inverted angle. If a jutsu is used there is no effect unless it's at a specific angle. If the attacks are in a linear angle [Straight Line towards the opponent] there are no effects which adds to the comfusion all together.

The way its worded means you can use anything and your enemy will defend in the wrong direction, thus taking the attack completely. Now, taking into account that many attacks are one hit knockouts, this would stand as a one hit knockout which is mostly a DNR. Now, reword it, restrict (in terms of its abilities) and lower the rank. Also, this would be a momentary genjutsu, not one that lasts 4 turns.

As well as infusing the necklace with their own chakra. It has said that the necklaces power are the ability to protect it's user. Through the use of pure chakra that it emmits and reacts to the users chakra. The necklace would be activated by channeling the users own chakra into the necklace, thus creating a reaction with the necklace and mixing both chakra's together. Once this happens the necklace will emmit a thin chakra layer around the users body. Protecting them from projectiles and debris that may be falling from the sky or towards the user. Also the necklace was forged in fire and has a natural affinity to it. Thus being able to absorb B rank and below fire through the users will. Since the necklace has an affinity to fire, smoke will emmit from the user through the chakra layers around the body, long as the necklace is active. However the smoke itself is not harmful to the user as it is created from their own chakra. Once the user activates the necklace, the user will start to glow red.

Abilities:
-Activates, once the user channels chakra into the necklace
-User will start to glow red once the CW is active
-Able to absorb B rank and below Katon jutsu's
-Adds a thin protection layer of chakra around the user's whole body

Description: An area of effect genjutsu through the use of chakra infused smoke. The user will first be required to create smoke using their wrist launcher and while the smoke is in the area, the user will perform the Horse hand seal to put the opponent under genjutsu. When hand seal is made anyone other than the user that is surrounded by the smoke will end up in the genjutsu. Once the genjutsu is in place, the smoke will travel through the tenketsu of the opponents 361 chakra points and into the brain effecting their chakra flow. Once this happens the opponent will lose their ability to concentrate and mold chakra quickly by continuously distrupting the chakra flow by slowing it down immensly. For example if the opponent wants to use a jutsu, it would be natural for them to gather it really quickly by speeding up the flow of their chakra to gather it. Simply by disrupting it's chakra constantly, they will be hindered and take longer to perform their jutsu's. Once the smoke has entered the opponents body through their chakra points, the opponent will be hindered and will not be able to use any chakra based jutsu's as quickly as expected.

D Rank Jutsu's - Will have a slight effect but won't notice the difference in gathering chakra as the chakra required is not that great.

C Rank jutsu's - Will take 1/2 a second longer to perform to gather chakra

The chakra rises up as four-formed earth pillars in the style of japanese dragon heads, which rise up and come crashing upon the target. As the dragon heads reach the ground, the user causes the ground surrounding the enemy to spiral inwards on itself, burying the target alive or crushing them. This technique is capable of causing quite a bit of damage to the area and is much more damaging if used in rocky mountainous areas, or inside a cave.

Description and Background:
The Frilled Lizard also known as the Frilled Dragon is so called because of the large ruff of skin which usually lies folded back against its head and neck. The neck frill is supported by long spines of cartilage, and when the lizard is frightened, it gapes its mouth showing a bright pink or yellow lining, and the frill flares out, displaying bright orange and red scales. The frill may also aid in thermoregulation.

They often walk quadrupedally when on the ground. When frightened they begin to run on all-fours and then accelerate onto the hind-legs. In Iwagakure, the frill-necked lizard is also known as the "bicycle lizard" because of this behaviour. Males are significantly larger than females both as juveniles and when mature. The frill of the frilled dragon is used to frighten off potential predators as well as hissing and lunging. If this fails to ward off the threat, the lizard flees bi-pedally to a nearby tree where it climbs to the top and relies on camouflage to keep it hidden.

I based the idea of elemental flowers from two facts:
1. Common flower techniques according to the rules as seen in the filler can be used by anyone. This has nothing to do with the Plant CE or the Wood element, the ability to grow flowers has already existed on NB as canon techniques.
2. Early in the manga, it was said that trees were fed elemental chakra when they were grown giving them an elemental nature.
I simply thought to combine these ideas to create a new technique. I didn't post this to be rude, sorry if you believed I meant it to be. As you can see, this has never been attempted before so I just want to show my reasoning so they have a chance.

(Hanakotoba) Language of Flowers
Type: Attack/Defense/Supplementary
Rank: A

Description: The Hanakotoba technique is an advanced style of flower arts. Unlike normal flowers grown through the basic flower arts, these flowers are unique in that in their growth they are created with an advanced active chakra network but can be grown rapidly. The reason for an advanced network is so that the flowers would be able to readily accept chakra from the creator, specifically chakra that has undergone elemental transformation. Flowers with simple chakra networks would not be able to handle such extent of chakra manipulation, but these flowers are advanced enough to easily accept and allow the elemental chakra to flow within their networks. This enables the flowers to in essence possess an element nature; the flowers are capable of possessing any element nature that the user is capable of producing. The type of elemental chakra will be clearly visible through the color of the flower: red is fire, yellow is lightning, blue is water, white or green is wind, and purple is earth. Elemental combinations are not possible through the use of this generic technique. The species of the flower does not matter as the user will be capable of reproducing any type of flower that he wishes. But for diversity the user can pick and choose from various flower species for each flower. The flower will have all the traits of the element of its affinity. The user can use a flower to block attacks from elements to which it has an natural advantage over but will be weak toward elements to which it has a natural disadvantage. The user can also infuse chakra into the flowers to increase their density to make them as hard as steel to block physical attacks or as soft as a pillow. The user can grow small flowers straight from his body. For the sake of pure diversity the user can either grow a single flower that is extremely large or a bush of flowers of equivalent value to the one large flower, all the flowers in the bush must be the same elemental nature. This is meant solely for aesthetic value and is not meant to alter the power of the flowers at all.
- The flowers due to the fact that they possess elemental natures possess the ability to allow the user to channel his chakra into the flowers and from the flowers release a blast of energy that is A-rank with medium range which has the same elemental natural of the flower. Every time this ability is used it counts as one of the user's three techniques per turn. The strength of each flower A-rank. Size of the flower does not necessarily indicate strength, as all flowers are the same strength but merely that smaller flowers are more concentrated than larger flowers; or a small bush is more concentrated than a large bush. The maximum size of a flower grown through this technique is a large tree. As long as this techniques is active, the user is able to grow one flower at the cost of one of the three techniques per turn.

~ Crutch, I like the idea, you've noticed a subset of techniques from the anime that have been woefully underutilized; however, what you're doing right here and right now is not creating techniques for that style, but literally absorbing that style into your own customs while simultaneously treating it as a KG/special ability - essentially forming your own unique KG. Because if this gets approved, what would happen is that anyone else who notices these techniques later might not be able to create them without infringing on your blanket techniques. Furthermore, you've expanded too much on the style. You cannot create flowers from your body; you cannot make vines and things. Still, it's a good idea you've brought up, we staff will certainly have to see about making restrictions for this style ~
I have cut down on the uses of the style, and set clear boundaries to the extent of its usage at the bottom. I have also simplified the description and shortened it up a bit. I have done as instructed, I'm not sure what else to do except change the whole concept itself.

Only flowers can be grown, other types of plants or vines cannot be grown by this technique or any technique that branches from it.

Description: Boseki was forged by Kuro Tamash in hopes of having a personal compainion. Boseki is named such because of its appearance and size. Boseki is 6 feet long and 3 feet wide. So it looks like a tall tombstone. Boseki has the ability to manipulate wind chakra up to the rank of the user. Boseki was made for two reasons, quick kills and disabling the enemy from attacking. It has an edged side for the kill, and a blunt side for knocking around the enemy.

And its must be lighting attacks that travel.( If the oppent uses chidori for example the Boseki can not absorb it). This attack can only be used with Boseki, or any other wind based weapon. But must be taught by Kuro Tamashi ( V1nC3N7 V1c10U5).

-The first level is only chakra covering the sword but has the power to slice through a rank earth and water.
-The second level has the strength to cut through a rank lighting only and the red shield covers half of the user on which the sword is held and can block b rank attacks within reason.
-The third version is 3 meters long and can cut through fire.
-The last version is the strongest one of them all and can cut through a rank water,earth and lightning.
-Can only be used be Lysander
-One switching between levels it counts as one of the three moves and switching between levels has a cool down of one turn
