General Description: The blue ringed octopi reside in the coral reefs within the vast and relatively unexplored eastern seas of the Ninja World. Blue Ringed Octopi are recognized as one of the most venomous marine animals in the world, with their venom being potent enough to kill a human. They are known to produce a powerful neurotoxin known as tetrodotoxin, which is produced by bacteria in the salivary glands. Tetrodotoxin blocks sodium channels, causing motor paralysis and respiratory arrest within minutes of exposure, leading to cardiac arrest due to a lack of oxygen. The blue ringed octopi reside in the coral reefs within the vast and relatively unexplored eastern seas of the Ninja World.

Summon General Abilities: Lining each of their eight arms are powerful suction cups (240 per arm, 1,920 suckers in total) that they generally use to move along the sea floor or other hard surfaces, as well as pry open shell fish. Their suckers are even strong enough to open up tightly closed jars. As the rank of the summoning increases along with overall size of the octopus itself, this ability will operate on a higher scale-While smaller octopi would prove capable of dealing minor, superficial damage to a human, one could imagine that the large ones would prove capable of dealing far more damage. Their many arms and powerful suckers, along with the powerful neurotoxin allow them to effectively catch and subdue their prey.

The Toads seen in the series, these octopi can reach sizes that are significantly bigger than normal. The size of the octopi can range from no smaller than a watermelon to as big as the Toads on Myobokuzan.

Description: The user alters their stance to hold their arm behind them while pushing their fire chakra into it while also drawing on the surrounding heat giving it a faint golden and orange glow and the slight outline of a claw. After the jutsu is primed the user will swing their arm in an upward fashion cleaving the ground next to them before expeling a wave of fire, they will then swing again at any angle of their choice and expel the rest of the built up fire chakra in a second wave of fire. The waves of flame are 10 feet wide that travels out to the edge of Mid range before fading into embers. If used on the ground the fire will cleave and gash the earth as it goes along. As it cleaves the ground it breaks apart the earth tossing around smaller rocks and minerals and other debris making it even harder to escape unscathed. Because of this, it makes it seem as if the waves of fire are "exploding" outwards, as shredded crystal minerals formed from the rapid heating of the earth fly towards an opponent. After the fire passes over the earth, it leaves glowing red gashes and cracks in the earth from the intense heat making it impossible to grow plants in those areas of the earth.

Similar to Gamatatsu, Elgar is capable of altering the size of his body so that it does not serve as a nuisance when not in battle. After reducing his size, Elgar stands as tall as any other ordinary falcon. Being naturally lazy and nonchalant he is often reluctant to be summoned. Despite his naturally lazy outlook on life, Elgar remains one of the fastest of his species. Twice per battle, Elgar can move at speeds that would surprise even a Sannin in close range-taking the moment to either move towards the offensive, or to take evasive action and avoid an attack that might under normal circumstances be unavoidable. Elgar has a lightning element affinity.

~Declined~ Although you did describe it to some extent, I'm going to ask that you describe it further in terms of how fast he can travel with a better comparison and that twice per battle needs to count as one of your techniques per turn. Also, you are being too vague on the lightning affinity, up to what rank lightning can he use?

(Kenjutsu: Tekunikku) Sword Arts: Jutsu Nullification Technique

Description: The user will take their sword and channel a certain chakra nature into it, they will cover the blade in that chakra nature and when the opponents jutsu comes into striking range the user will slash through it. Cancelling the jutsu out.

This is achieved by the user channelling the chakra nature that is strong to the opponents jutsu, for example: channelling wind chakra through the blade to cancel out a lightning jutsu.

The rank of the jutsu varies on what jutsu it is cancelling out. Like if there was an A Ranked jutsu coming at the user they would use a B/A Ranked version of this jutsu.

Description: The hurricane gauntlets are two gauntlets that cover the users whole forearm.
They have two abilities, the first is the ability to release wind chakra in the form of hurricanes around the users forearms.
the second is the abilitly to transform into two swords which can be strengethened by having the user channel wind chakra through the swords making them sharper and stronger.
The two abilitys are activated in different ways. To activate the hurricanes around the users forearms the user simply has to pump wind chakra through the gauntlets and the gauntlets will make the wind into a violent hurricane around the forearm.
But to activate the twin sword ability the user performs the tiger handseal and applies chakra, this causes the gauntlets to turn into two swords bound to the users forearms but a chain at the end of the swords hilt.
When using the hurricane ability of the gauntlets the user can fire the hurricanes that have been created at the opponent up to mid range away (the hurricanes are A Rank).
One of the main uses of the hurricane ability for the gauntlets is for more powerful close combat fighting.

The hurricane gauntlets, when active can block projectile/stream type lightning jutsu up to A rank and B/A rank water projectiles, aswell as basic ninja tools by the user pointing his arms towards the jutsu/projectile and applying more chakra to the gauntlets, causing the hurricanes to increase in size and strength. (this is with the hurricane ability) This will cause projectile/stream type lightning jutsu's to be canceled out due to the wind hurricanes and water projectiles will either be blown back towards the opponent or will be re-directed.

- Cannot perform any wind jutsu whilst the Hurricane Gauntlets are activated
- Cannot perform jutsu that requires handseals whilst the twin swords ability is active
- The user can alternate the abilities ie. have a sword active in one hand and the hurricane active in the other

But to activate the sword ability the user performs the 'Tiger' handseal and applies chakra, this causes the left gauntlet to turn into the single sword bound to the users forearm by a chain at the end of the swords hilt. When the sword is active its damage is increased by +10 due to the whirlwind that is wrapped around the blade.
To activate the bow ability the user forms the 'Ram' handseal and the right gauntlet turns into a bow with the ability to turn wind chakra applied by the user into arrows that can be fired as projectiles. The arrows are A Ranked.

When using the hurricane ability of the gauntlets the user can fire the hurricanes that have been created at the opponent up to mid range away (the hurricanes are A Rank).

Description: The user focuses his Fire chakra into their legs and then stomps on the ground, sending the chakra underground, specifically, in an area wherever the user chooses. The user would then focus his fire chakra in that location, in a 5 meter radius circle of Fire chakra. The fire materializes underground through the use of the Monkey hand seal, soon turning into lava after coming into close contact with the Earth sediments and soil. By forming a single Tiger hand seal thus, the earth above the lava would collapse suddenly, making whatever standing on top lose its balance and fall into a pit of lava, which is 5 meters deep.

Restrictions
- Can only be used three times per battle
- No more Fire jutsu for the rest of the turn

Description: The user will cast the genjutsu towards the opponent by performing the handseals ‘Snake → Dragon.’ Once the hand seals are complete the opponents visual, hearing and sense of touch will be affected. The opponent under the genjutsu will see an illusion that he is making his own movements, while also able to feel as he is in control of his own body. However, in reality he/she is completely bound and unable to move. While in the genjutsu everything sounds like it should in the genjutsu, like the sound of footsteps or jutsu. If the opponent uses a jutsu, he is able to form them, however not direct them in any kind of way to the desired direction, but will see the illusion of him releasing the jutsu where he desires. In the genjutsu the victim will see what the user does in reality making it seem less like a genjutsu.

Description: When on the ground the user will make small pillars, other objects or things such as small divots that can potentially be unseen if used discreetly. The made object acts as a chakra receiver to the person who created it. Through doing this it gives you the ability to use earth jutsu while you are in the air by channeling chakra into it from in the air, using it as a medium to get 'earth contact' while in the air. Figuring out it is a chakra receiver is difficult, especially since it could appear as a normal pillar or other object made. The made object only reacts to the users chakra signature or those who they allow.

Restrictions
- Usable three times per match.
- Only B rank and below earth jutsu can be made in the same turn.
- Only A rank and below earth jutsu next turn.
- Must be on the ground to use this jutsu.

When a warrior sacrifice his soul to the dragon-god, one shall achieve unlimited abilities, as the saying says, a ninja who give his wills and soul to the dragon-god, has gain the power of a dragon, and thus receive a gauntlet which beholds powers within. It has a ability called Elemental reactivity, where when user block a elemental attack, react according to the element. Can absorb up to A-rank,the user needs to be trained in that element up to A-rank in order to absorb it.

Fire element: The user's hand burns, making the user's punches burn the enemy
Water Element: After absorbing, thrust his palm to the ground, one can create spikes under enemy to attack him back.
Wind Element: Give the user speed boost for a while
Lighting Element: Create a lighting aura around the user, numb the body of all enemies within short range
Earth Element: Create a earth layer on the user's body, protecting the attacks

His small size,speed and agility also goes a long way to boost his reaction time.

(Genjutsu: Mikkoku Kurouido) Illusion Technique: Black Widow's Betrayal

Description: The user performs 3 handseals and creates a genjutsu that latches onto the opponent's brain, gaining control of the user's chakra. It will suddenly and powerfully make the opponent fear his own jutsu, which will translate in seeing the jutsu transform into something menacing or deadly to the user. For example, turns a dragon fireball around and has it attack the opponent, turns an earth armor into a spiked one, where the spikes grow inwards instead of outwards, etc etc. This only works on jutsus of the same rank as the technique. Genjutsu specialists will be able to affect 1 rank above.
In case of the Kurama, the effects actually become real. By latching itself on the part of the brain that controls the chakra, shortly after preforming the technique, the genjutsu will have the opponent resume the contact with the jutsu and have it's own chakra reshape, re-manipulate the jutsu into what the genjutsu is creating.

Each parrot has a different Elemental Affinity, which they use to sense their surroundings and react accordingly. In battle, they fuse they chakra system with the user, allowing her/him the ability to sense her surroundings likewise. Vinícios Vendaval is the elder of Wind, he is able to sense the drafts and disturbance of the air to detect anything in his surroundings. Leopoldo Labareda is the elder of Fire, and is able to sense heat to pinpoint his opponents. Adelina Aquosa is the Elder of Water, and is able to sense water molecules to understand her surroundings. Teodória Terreiro is the Elder of Earth, and is able to sense the vibrations in the earth, sensing her opponents through seismic sense. Rufino Relâmpango is the Elder of Lightning, and is able to sense her surrounding by the electromagnetic signature.

Description: Akari no Shinka is the name given to an organic metal extracted from the cells of the Chakra three. Over the course of several eras, the metal would be extracted and tempered by the finest of artisans, craft-smiths and jewelers, until a very thin and light amorphous metal was created, the Akari no Shinka, as bright as diamond. While it's most usual state is in the form of a long beaded string, which is wrapped around the neck and bosom like a brilliant and light sautoir, by charging chakra through it, ever so slightly, it quickly assumes nearly any shaped object, such as a whip, a katana, a gauntlet or even a shield, this comes at no cost. It's most unusual characteristic, though, is the way it responded to beatings of the craftsmen. Every time it was beaten, it would respond in a similar way, as if the more blunt force it was put into it, the more strength would the metal endure, as if evolving at a fast pace.

The idea behind this metal is a weapon that evolved the more usage it gets. The more damage points a certain jutsu has, the more the weapon evolves. If the damage points of the jutsu surpass the stats, then the weapon won't be able to affect it, or could even shatter until the user gives her own life points to save it.

Akari no Shinka acquires stat points by being hit by the category's damage. For example, if an Earth jutsu were to hit the staff directly, it would cause blunt damage. If the damage points are equal or lower than the stat, then the said damage will be absorbed and 5% of it will be used to increase the stat.

Thus, for the base stat, a B rank Earth jutsu, 40 Damage, would hit the metal and it's blunt force/momentum would be stopped, then 5% will be absorbed, thus the stat will change to 42.
The damage the metal gives when whip/katana/sharp form is given by the Sharp Force, the strength of the gauntlet/shield/blunt form is given by the Blunt Force. The metal will absorb the technique just enough so that the user is missed entirely, thus, even if the technique is much bigger than the user, if the damage is lower than the stat, it will part harmlessly.

Only official battles on the Battle Arena or Ninja World will count (No restrictions, stealing/killing allowed). Only one bio at a time will be able to wear the metal and count it officially and if it's being used in the Ninja World, points won't be absorbed permanently in the Battle Arena (and vice-versa). A link will be given for every stat change, and will kept track in my Custom Jutsu Thread.

Breaking the metal will require the user to give 100 health points to bring it back, which will cause exhaustion and the user won't be able to use S rank techniques in the current battle. The stats will be reset.

This is mainly used as a distractionary tactic and no sounds produced through this technique can harm the opponent. Description and Background:

The Western Dragon Contract summons a specific kind of dragon that has 4 legs and a pair of wings. Some other forms of dragons that are not part of this contract are the Eastern Dragon (4 Legs, Snakelike body, no wings - Chinese Dragon) and Wyrvens (2 Legs and a pair of wings). Dragons summoned from this contract are able to speak, strong, able to fly to some degree (if one is very old or very heavy, it might not be able to fly well) and may be able to mold chakra in a unique way (such as breathing fire with Fire Release, emitting wind from the mouth with Wind Release, strengthening scales with Earth Release).

Long ago, dragons were abundant and they lived among humans. Dragons were more powerful than humans and although most lived either peacefully among humans, there were some dragons who abused their power to rule groups of people. By the time the Sage of Six Paths walked the Earth, the numbers of dragons had dwindled. Most dragons by this point lived in isolation and there were a few who lived peacefully with humans; there were no more dragons who ruled over people.

At this time, people began to learn the secrets of manipulating chakra from the Sage of Six Paths. Unfortunately, bad feelings existed in most people towards dragons and the popular beleif was that all dragons were inherently evil. The first shinobi with their new found abilities decided to exterminate all dragons to punish them. Most dragons were killed at this time, however, a few of the dragons who had lived peacefully among humans avoided death. Aided by their human friends, the dragons were able to hide. As time has passed the surviving dragons gave rise to new generations and each generation has remained hidden around the world. They have been so succesful in hiding that the idea that dragons once lived is thought to be a myth by most of the shinobi world.

Descendants of the surviving dragons formed an alliance long ago to aid in their survival. Each member of the alliance signed the contract. The dragons of the alliance have never forgotten that they were saved by humans. Therefore, in order to pay back their debt, the dragons of the alliance have allowed certain shinobi to sign the contract of the alliance. These shinobi have the ability to summon the dragons of the alliance. Today, the dragons continue to live scattered around the shinobi world in hiding. They travel only for the alliance to meet up.


There is another contract used to summon Elemental Dragons. The Western Dragons Contract is different from the Elemental Dragons Contract. The dragons referred to in the Elemental Dragons Contract are called:

Unlike the elemental dragon gods, who utilize their elements to the fullest extents, the Western Dragons are not able to use all jutsus of an element. For example certain Western Dragons can Breath Fire, therefore they will only be able to use Fire Jutsu that can be produced from the mouth. A dragon who does not breath fire might be able to utilize basic Earth Release to strengthen scales.

Description: The Fairy Glitter is a sacred powerful technique that is known to few. Requiring a tattoo for the completion of this technique, only those bestowed with the tattoo and sufficient skill are able to activate this technique. As said, the key to this legendary technique is the tattoo. Firstly, the user would hold out his hand, raising it up, hand angled towards the sky. The hand with the tattoo, of course. By utilizing his Raiton chakra, the user channels his chakra into the tattoo, using it as a medium to hold the entity of chakra. The lightning chakra stimulates the tattoo, activating it, causing it to glow. As the tattoo glows, the user would bring his hand down, clenching his fist as he points the fist at wherever he wants the technique to take place in, whilst the user uses his other hand to support the hand with the tattoo. With great speed, the clouds darken and a ring of lightning is sent down from the sky. The ring of electricity's size can be controlled by the user, to control the size of the attack. The ring of electricity would hover about the place that the technique will take effect on. Once in place, a large amount of lightning from the sky would descend directly above the lightning ring, at great speeds similar to real lightning. The lightning is proportionate to the size of the lightning ring, but it's density and voltage is devastatingly powerful. As such, the resultant damage is only caused within the ring itself, striking whoever it is with great force and speed, eradicating him off the face of the Earth with a resounding explosion of lightning, the shockwave and debris carrying on for miles that affects even the user himself, and anyone in range. After usage, the user's arm with the tattoo would be severely blackened after severe concentration of a burst of lightning chakra, in which the hand becomes paralyzed for 2 turns. After using so much Raiton Chakra, the user is unable to mold Raiton Chakra for the next 4 turns.

- Paralyzing of the arm with the tattoo on it for 2 turns, and great pain in that arm. (Severely blackened and hurt after concentrating such immense chakra in one location.) This results in an inability to perform hand seals.

The substance acts as a medium to contain for your chakra to be inserted into. As the chakra is successfully inserted into the substance, by utilizing the slicing trait that the wind is well known for, the wind chakra slices through the bonds of the chakra particles within that substance causing it to spread outwards. By manipulating your chakra with great precision, the wind continues ravaging inside the substance, causing it to spread outwards to the point it severs totally, turning into many smaller harmless particles of the substance, making it neutral. After using on a Tangible object it falls downwards towards the ground completely, where as using it on a Intangible object disperses it entirely.

- Can be used eight times per match
- No wind techniques in the same turn, or the turn after
- After using it for the eighth time in a match, the user loses their ability to mold wind chakra properly

Description:
These seals were specifically made to aid the user during close range combat, to make the user untouchable so that he could focus more on the attack without having to worry about defence. These seals are placed on the user's body: back of the neck, arms, legs, torso, back, hands, feet, etc. Their ability is somehow simple, however, they can be used with great versatility.
By flowing his chakra through any of the seals, the user can cause the respective seals to expel a burst of chakra which only covers a short range. This can be used as a defensive measure, so when the opponent attacks the user, the burst of chakra is released, pushing the opponent back as well countering the chakra on the opponent's attack. It can be used as an offensive type, by expelling those same bursts of chakra when the user attacks the opponent, pushing him back. They can also be used as a supplementary type, in order to make the user avoid an attack or to stop an attack of his own, which would be impossible because of it's momentum, by using the chakra burst to change or stop the trajectory of the attack.
These chakra burst can change in strength and there are some versions of them:

B rank level - strong enough to push the user or the opponent away. Enhances hand to hand, kenjutsu or other weapon attacks, making them stronger. Can parry up to B-rank attacks

A-rank level - Strong enough to push the user or the opponent away to bigger distances. A direct attack of it can severely damage an opponent, being compared in strength to a hit of the rasengan. It can also be used to enhance the user's attack, though it's not used that way that often, but is instead, used to cause a direct blow on the opponent. Can parry up to A-rank attacks.

S-rank level - A burst of chakra of this level can easily make a big crater on the ground and in terms of strength, can be compared to the Odama Rasengan. It is not used as a supplementary type due to it's power, but more as an offensive measure or even, in difficult situation, as a defensive one. Can parry up to S-rank attacks

S-rank level can only be used two times per battle.
These are pre-applied seals which must be stated on the user's bio in order to be used in battle.
Can also be used by samurais, since it only needs chakra to be focused on the seal to activate it.
Each usage of a seal, counts as one of the user's three moves per turn.

±± Declined ±± First off, why is this Forbidden? also, Dark Release is based on the concept of absorption, manipulation and redirection of energy/chakra. You are simply producing chakra. Were was it shown in the use of Dark Release by Hiruko that without absorbing a technique he could shoot anything? I would allow a "lower ranked" version of this...B-Rank but that already exists. So, unless you can make this more reasonable, its declined.

The area that the user stands on is unaffected by the jutsu because of the lightning being pushed away from him.

Description: The user rises their hand in front of them and creates an shield of electrical energy to protect himself from most forms of harm. The shield is completely transparent except for the outer part of the shield which emits blue or red electricity. The shield is around 2 inches thick and is circular shaped. The size is completely up to the user, however the max size is thrice the size of the user. The user can do anything while using the shield except attack , which includes moving, jumping, gliding, climbing and grinding making it useful to use in enemy-infested areas. It can be set so blocked damaged chakra is absorbed.

Description:This technique channels a large high concentration of electricity to the user's hands. The amount of energy is so great that it becomes visible. This forms blades of pure energy around each of their hands in, and they cause massive amounts of damage when used as a melee attack. Once the technique is completed, the user(if not in short-range already) charges forward and thrusts the blades into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. The user can also slam their hands on the ground with this active cause all the lightning to surge through the ground. They are one-use weapons and must be re-triggered every time they are used. In order to re-activate them it cost 30 chakra. They will also be deactivated with time if not used.

Description: Similar to the Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar jutsu, the user will disperse raiton chakra throughout their whole entire body, creating an bright glow that emits from their body. This jutsu is powerful enough to stimulate the effect of a flash bomb for anything within short range of the user and lasts for 5 turns at max, mainly being used to dispel shadow based jutsu and ease fighting in the dark.

Description: Flare is an advanced elemental technique that requires the user to circulate lightning and fire chakra into their hands and convert it into two forms of energy; electricity and heat. Having those two charged in their hands, user simply points their hands at a target to release a visible surge of combined heat and electricity at their target's direction. Hitting on the target will cause a pulse of energy to blow them backwards without dealing any actual life threatening damage. This is mainly used to escape an opponent reaching close quarters by blowing them backwards several meters or to create structural damage. This technique can be used with only one hand as well and by doing so will cost the normal amount of chakra that the technique requires even though the damage it causes will be halved. Releasing two beacons that hit each other will cause a large overload which is capable of blowing everyone short range from it backwards.
  • Using this technique in rapid succession for several times without proper intervals can cause burns and paralyzing on user's hand.
  • Converting energy into a blast takes around a second to charge, leaving user open during that time.
To anyone checking this: since the technique doesn't generate any actual damage and is meant to be a suppressive technique, so I was hoping not to have to restrict it any further.

Anyway I could make it less similar to other techniques? Yes, I know you're not supposed to ask for help, but I've worked the technique to an extend in which I cannot think of a way of making it different without changing the purpose of it.

Description: Oath with the Demon an advanced sealing technique that has been passed through the military command for ages to prevent information leaks or disobeying among the ranks of ninjas and soldiers. Before learning it, one must know Snake summoning and advanced sealing techniques and be taught to use it by the technique's creator. The technique is rather similar to Twin Snake Double Assassination and Danzō's Juinjutsu as its utilized in similar way to preserve the secrecy of unnamed parties. Before the technique being usable, user must make Dragon - Serpent - Rat hand seals and issue the restrictions for the seal. After that, the seal must be given to someone via bodily contact between the user and the target (such as a kiss or bloods coming in contact together). Through this contact, an user sends a snake shaped seal racing through the target's body until it reaches their heart which it coils itself around. The restrictions that user issued before sending the seal now affect the target, and if he/she breaks any of these restrictions the snake will tighten itself around the target's heart which causes a heart attack. If the target is about to break the restrictions, the seal will only tighten around the heart which causes difficulties of breathing and pain in the target's chest to keep them in line.
  • Requires snake summoning contract and sealing technique training.
  • It takes some time to set up, so it's barely useful in combat.

Description: User begins by drawing out blood and gathers chakra while performing Hare - Ox - Serpent - Ram hand seals. Once the previous steps have been completed, user must clap his/her hands together to cause several humanoir creatures to emerge from the surface of ground. These three creatures share snakes' tails and have identical clones of the user's upperbody. All of these creatures possess the ability and knowledge to use snake techniques and summon snake summonings. Also each one of them can be assigned with a single element that they can use by the user. The snakes' speed can be compared to Orochimaru's when he had the lower body of a snake and all of them possess vast knowledge of free-form hand to hand combat. Each snake can withstand a force that equals B - rank before being unable to fight. After rendered unable of fighting, the snakes will revert into clouds of smoke and disappear.
  • Can be used only once per battle.
  • Snakes using techniques count as one of the user's three techniques.
  • User cannot maintain clones at the same time with these summonings.
The first technique is meant to be used in Ninja World only to prevent information from spreading.

Description: The user will send a kick to the chest of the opponent with enough force behind it to crack the opponents chest slightly, making it so that the opponents punches are slower due to pain. This would make the opponents arms slower due to the pain they will feel by moving their arms due to their cracked chest. It can halfen the speed of the opponents arms. After the first kick to the chest, any other kick afterwards will reduce the speed of their opponents arms by 10%, until finally, the opponent can't move their arms anymore due to pain. Once the kick is executed, it will also knock the air from the opponents lungs, immobilizing them for a few seconds. The kick it'self will send the opponent away by 5 meters, allowing the opponent to catch their breath before needing to defend the user again.

Description: This is a ninjutsu technique in which the user will make two handseals and will begin to mold a one inch layer of white snake skin over their body, which forms in three seconds. It can instantly turn hard as steel with one handseal and when that seal is performed the skin becomes the users armor as long as they are holding that seal. It can defend against 1 S rank jutsu as long as they are holding the seal. Without the seal, It can only defend against basic taijutsu and projectiles.

Note: The defensive ability counts as one of the users 3 jutsu per turn.

Description: The user will make a single handseal and mold a lens over their eyes made from chakra. These lenses give the users eyes the appearance of snake eyes. The lens make a barrier over the users eyes which can block chakra from accessing the users eyes, thus making the user immune to visual genjutsu, however, the user cannot perform visual genjutsu either. The lens also protect the users eyes from dust, water drops and also protects the user from bright lights that could easily blind the average ninja. This works by the pupils of the lens filter the light that hits the eyes greatly, allowing only enough light that the users eyes can handle to actually pass through to let them see, ensuring that they aren't hit with a massive amount of light that blinds them.

Note: Lasts 5 turns.
