Description: Overload is a precision type lightning release technique created as an alternate way of performing genjutsu. The human brain when exposed to a given frequency of brainwaves hallucinates, using precise chakra control and lightning mastery the user creates these waves and overloads the targets head with these. This does not propose any threat to the target but otherwise causes the brain to lose functionality due to hallucination. Controlling the density of these the user is able to create the desired illusions without the threat of the opponent breaking free using conventional methods while the waves themselves are generally undetectable. The drawback however is the variety the general method could provide (i.e depriving the target of his senses, hallucination can create illusion but is incapable of that).

Description: Using Mephistopheles’ ability to summon more weapons, the user pushes the sword in the ground and release shockwaves of chakra underground to spread chakra across the field. Mephistopheles then starts to glow blue and within seconds weapons of all sorts erupt around the entire field impaling everyone except the areas the user wants untouched. In case the target(s) survive(s) the user can then take out the sword, with a little concentrate and pointing the sword at the area where all the weapons will burst out in concussion spread the weapons across the field.
- The summoned weapon cannot be controlled via telekinesis or possess the ability to attract lightning.
-Usable thrice in battle.
-Using the chakra, one is able to control where the swords erupt

Soul Reapers collection (Shinigami no kaishuu)

Description: Soul reapers collection is set of swords, spears and axes, the primary weapon is a sword named Mephistopheles which retains the weapons most abilities. The set is a Caelum family treasure and thus can only be used by the current head of the family (being Leaf), anyone else to wield it is instantly electrocuted. To indicate the swords abilities are in effect, the sword turns the user’s eyes to red from blue. To ensure the users ease, he only needs to keep the Mephistopheles with him at all times, other weapons can be summoned at any time in the battle with a single swing of the sword which materializes a weapon from thin air and can then be launched via telekinesis (though the ability is limited to launching to only weapons that are part of the set).
Contents:
Mephistopheles: Weapon appears to be a falchion fashioned with an engine at the hilt, this is the primary weapon. Its abilities include: Being infused with lightning release(effectively allowing it to cut through tough surfaces unless the surface is hardened with chakra) and thus being able to cancel out other jutsu of Earth and lightning nature (Up to B rank) and other technique (Up to C rank). Summoning other weapons of the set and controlling them via telekinesis.
Other weapons: includes Single handed and both handed swords both double edged and single edged, Spear and javelins and battle axes. Up to 6 weapons can be used at a time (including Mephistopheles) and each weapon can attracts a unique value of voltage which user decides while summoning them (it cannot however attract an opponent’s jutsu as it is literally impossible to calculate the lightning technique’s volts in midst of battle)
Note: Can only be used by Leaf.
Note: Only the sets weapons can be used with telekinesis and requires Mephistopheles to be in users hands.
Note: Weapons don’t attract opponents lightning jutsu.
Note: Other restrictions are stated in the description to keep it clean.

Description: The user generates unfocused raiton chakra around his palm, and then brutally touches the left side of his chest (where the heart is). This shoks the user, and his heart beats faster, creating an adrenaline rush from the shok. Then, all the sences of the user become sharper, and his speed is moderatelly increased for 3 turns (+ 3 in the speed chart). Can only be used twice per battle, but the user will die the second time, if he has not defeated the opponet in the following 3 turns.

(Raiton: Rai no Doriru) Lighting release: Lighting Drill

It is ideal to dig holes as well as attack people that hide underground, using the "hide like a mole jutsu". The automatic redirection of the jutsu works only underground

-I allow everyone in Kumogakure to use this, if it gets approved...
-If the user is a Raiton specialist, he can perform this jutsu with only the Ox hand seal.

-A Raiton Specialist can perform this jutsu with only the Ox hand seal.

Description: This technique was specifically designed for several opponents in the case of being outnumbered or simply to make the battle easier. The caster will make the Horse → Bird seals to initiate the illusion. The illusion will first have the victims experience the sensation a huge gust of wind mixed with dust as if their opponent is using a wind technique. The resulting seensation will block their vision (no physical harm comes from the gust). Once the victims regain their sight, both victims will look upon their comrades and see the image of the shinobi they were fighting and see their comrades to be their enemies and they will see an image of their partner having been killed. Both victims will then feel a strong impulse and instinct to fight which causes them ensue each other in combat. In the case there is more then two opponents being manipulated by this jutsu, each shinobi will see several copies of their opponent, as if they've used the Shadow Clone Jutsu. While they fight their comrades as enemies, the actual caster of this jutsu will be out of their sight and vision. This jutsu is meant to cause mass confusion and chaos among ranks and hopefully getting the enemy to injure their own lines or even kill them. While this illusion is in play the caster can move about freely as a result.
~Since this jutsu has a range of people greater then one, intense focus is required meaning no other genjutsu can be used while this one is active

Also, what will happen if you use it against only one opponent? what if the opponent has clones? how will it work. This should only work against multiple enemies...as in different shinobi


Genjutsu: Kyuumin Shobatsu(Illusionary Technique: Dormant Punishment)

Description: The user will channel their chakra into their opponent's chakra via the Rat seal. The user's chakra will then remain dormant until the victim uses a technique B-rank or above. The resulting amount of chakra needed will cause the user's chakra to activate like a switch to cause the affects of the illusion. As the victim begins to channel their chakra for the technique they use, they will see several spiked chains shoot up and restrain them, wrapping all around their body and dragging them to the ground. The chains will gradually become tighter and tighter and the victim will feel the spikes of the chains sinking deeper into their bodies and also the lack of air from being restricted. Eventually, after so much tension, the victims will fall unconscious.
~This technique remains dormant for 3 turns only
~The technique (if activated) will render one's opponent unconscious after 2 turns.

Description: This is a technique meant to cause temporary confusion and also to have lingering affects on one's opponent after the illusion is released. The user will make the Dragon → Hare seals to initiate the illusion. Once cast, the victim will experience their vision to blur and appear to be as if it were being shaken and spun around in a very chaotic manor. The victim's chakra will be disrupted in their brain to a point where the damage causes a slight tremor in their brain, which will also result in a severe headache. The headache mixed in with the vision distortion will cause the victim to be very unbalanced while trapped in this illusion and also makes it difficult for them to focus while affected by this technique.
~Can only be used twice per battle
~The inability for the victim to focus completely due to the severe headache and vision equilibrium distortion means they can't focus on techniques above B-ranked while in the state of this technique.
~This technique lasts 2 turns, after the second turn, the victim will succumb to vomiting as the stress becomes too much of them, the inducing of vomit will be the breaking factor.
~After being released from the illusion, the victim sustains a level of impaired balance and distortion for the same amount of time as they were were affected by the technique.
~The user of this technique can't use genjutsu for the next 3 turns after this jutsu is cast.
~The user cannot use any other genjutsu while this technique is active nor can he use techniques above A-rank


±± Declined ±± As it stands its oped. Look at what i bolded. Basically, even if the opponent releases the technique he is still affected. Thats immediate decline. Also, don't you feel A-Rank for this one is more appropriate? I would prefer to use it more times than to have it more powerful. But that is personal "taste".

Description: The user pulls out a small scroll from his back and wipes his/her blood on one of the hands, performs the necessary handseals Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram, Palm On Ground and slams the hand on the ground summoning Ra ,the Lord of all yaks.Ra is a gigantic yak, slightly larger than Gamabunta.He will only answer the summons of those who it respects.though he cannot speak it has the ability to communicate telepathically with the summoner.His powers of destruction are second to none and it crushes everything when it runs.

Abilities:
-capable of using any Doton attacks upto S-rank which the user knows.
-Because of his size and strength he is immune to basic ninja weapons and Water attacks upto A-rank
-Can be summoned anywhere between short to mid range of the summoner

Restrictions:
-Can only use up to S-Rank techniques
-Can only be summoned once per battle
-Can stay in the field upto 4 turns
-Must have signed the Yak contract
-Only Apollonius can teach this

±± Declined ±± Remove what i bolded and reduce his size. Gamabunta is 100 meters tall...a Yak bigger than it encompasses the field from short to long range. How on earth do you expect to fight using a summon that large?

Description: Arrogante is a large, double-headed battle axe with a pair of rounded blades and a slit-eye pendant in the middle of its focal point. Despite it being roughly the same size as himself, the 2nd Mizukage wields this weapon with a single hand relatively easily due to his great strength obtained from his Hozuki style training. The Mizukage has been able to combine his water style with the axe and flow water chakra to the slit-eye pendant enabling him to use different techniques with it. This axe can easily cut through steel and most earth based techniques (B rank and below)
-Can only be wielded by characters with great physical strength (lifting several hundred pounds or more)
-Only allowed to be uses by Professor Sarutobi and those he allows.

~Declined~ Remove the kenjutsu enhancement considering that is soley for swords. You need to include that cutting B rank and below earth techniques counts as one of the user's three jutsu. Also bare in mind that each custom weapon can only have one special jutsu made for it.
The water styles I mentioned I was going to submit as separate jutsu if approved.

Increased the cutting rank to A since its the only thing it can do. Removed the bonus damage and mention of water techniques.


±± Declined ±± Ok, so you can use this to cut a plateau in half? How? Lets be honest, plenty of weapons with the same abilities out there. What makes this one special besides that fact that its a double edge axe? Why not make it able to user water based abilities?

Toops body is connected by jointed screws, that allow the body to unscrew all parts of its self. Toop has a top like cone which it spins on to move along the ground very fast, the cones underside (the bottom layer that is seen) has a small 3cm blade that wraps around the cone and creates a drill out of the top. The top can be detached and used as another puppet. Each of Toop's arms contain 2 bundles of senbon, in the upper arm and forearm. While Toop's head also contains 6 smoke bombs, which release them through his mouth. Toop's body is also able pull its arms, waist, and head into its body and be used as drill able to break through the thickest of Earth.
- Toop's original legs being separated from the waist screw, count as using another puppet.
- Smoke bombs can be used 1 time per turn.
- Senbon can only be released 2 times per turn.
- All joints mentioned to detach, detach very quickly.
- Able to transform into a drill two times per turn.

(Janku Ningyō no Shūgō) - Collection of Junk Puppets

Description:
• The Collection of Junk Puppets are a wide array of three puppets, all designed from scrap metal and other materials. The collection are held in a scroll with three markings within it which hold the puppets in seals. They each have their own abilities which hold them above other puppets, and are designed to work together in unison. They all stand at roughly 2.5 meters tall and must all be summoned together. The puppets themselves are designed to take powerful hits, and cannot be destroyed by any jutsu of A-Rank or lower. However the materials are impervious to earth techniques and cannot be destroyed by those means.
• The first of the puppets is Junk Warrior, a standardized puppet which looks most like a human than the others and is of a primarily blue and grey color. Junk Warrior is capable of extending it's arms out to mid-range in front of himself and latch onto objects like a grappling hook. It's also capable of using any Taijutsu which the user knows up to A-Rank.
• The second is Junk Archer and looks similarly to the Junk Warrior. Archer is orange in colour and is equipped with a bow and arrow. It holds special arrows with rope attached to the end of them and are coated in a flammable liquid. This can be set alight through a small flamethrower mechanism held within it's bow.
• The third is Junk Gardna and is the most defensive of them all. The Gardna is green in colour and is larger than the previous two. The puppet is capable of releasing a "Chakra Shield" technique of A-Rank. Alongside this, it's capable of becoming an "infinite defense" shielding the user from any fire and wind based techniques of S-Rank and lower.​
Notes:
• Each of the puppet's unique abilities (excluding taijutsu, chakra shield) can be used once a match.
• This counts as three seperate puppets towards the limit.
• The puppet's abilities count as a move.
• The puppets must be summoned into battle via summoning scroll.

You and I both know 25 damage to the user in our RP is nothing, neither is stating that mental concentration. If you can't utilize techniques above S rank for three turns after usage, why did you include that last note of not being able to perform S rank or above wind techniques for the next two turns when you weren't going to be able to either way?Sugar coating isn't going to work on such ranked techniques.

He is also very big an sturdy, being able to take on any C-rank techniques and not disperse, barely being disturbed. Shou posses Storm Release, expelling the chakra from his mouth, and he can use Storm Release techniques up to S rank, although if he goes to S-rank he cannot use and Ranton the next turn, so he typically sticks to A-rank attacks. Shou has navy blue and grey wings, resembling a storm, and stands at 3/4 the size of Gamabunta. He in incredibly agile and mobile in the skies, as all Swifts are.

Description: A storm release user begins to gather an enormous amount of ranton chakra into the palms of their hands. The user then brings his hand together and holds them back behind themselves, preparing the attack as it radiates a blue aura due to the large amount of storm chakra. When the attack is condensed with enough ranton chakra, the user will spring there hands toward the opponent and let loose a single focus beam of ranton chakra. The beam flies incredibly fast, due to the beams of electricity that flow like water being a property of ranton, and the chakra being forcefully pushed out towards the opponent.

Shou has navy blue and grey wings, resembling a storm, and stands at 1/2 the size of Gamabunta. He in incredibly agile and mobile in the skies, as all Swifts are.

Michael and Migualon were making a lot of tests on it and than they noticed that it can change form into different weapons when infused with chakra. Twin Black Steel Swords - (Tsuin Kuroi Hagane Heika)

Description: These 2 black swords were forged by a man in Konoha around 20 years ago. These blades were made with pure black steel, these swords are so heavy that only the user (who has been using the swords for a while) are able to pick it them up and use them. Because of how heavy the swords are, when they are swung downward, they are faster than regular blades but are slower when are swung any other way. Because they are made of black steel, it is extremely hard to break them, the only way to break them is by a S-rank, the user can block the attack with the swords cutting the damage of the attack in half but the swords break. These swords are used as lightning rods and all lightning attacks are drawn to them and because of the rubber grips on the handles, the user is not shocked by them. If one of the swords are thrown, they go at very high speeds but can only be thrown up to 10 yards away. After the user has swung these swords for 3 turns, the user's muscles get use to the weight (like lifting weights) and are now stronger. The user is now able to break boulders with their fists. These swords are also able to cut through B-rank and below ninjutsu attacks

He wields a wide range of weapons such as chokutōs, fans, katanas and sickles which he grasps and swirls around in his paws, mouth and tail infusing them with his wind chakra. Description: The slay was said to have been forged more than a thousand years ago long before konoha or the hidden villages were established it was first seen some time after the senju was formed and when harashima senju was merely born. It was rumored that even the sage of six paths had great recognition and respect for the strength and power of the sword, though that is yet to be truly accepted. The sword true beginning come from a line of hatred and pain it was said that thousand of years ago, in what we now know as the village of the iron or kumokagure there once lived a Shinobi called Gennosuke he was a ninja who was skilled in ninja arts by day and was a good blacksmith by night he was a victim of war and had experience death, pain and hardship ,he had lost all his sibling to the war and had no will to live again so he decided to commit suicide and leave this world however before doing that he like any man wanted to leave a mark which before he died .So he used his excellent skills in the ninja arts and blacksmithing to form the famous sword called slayer or shortly known as SLAY it was a sword which length was 4.4 feet and weight was said to have exceeded 47 kilograms due to several ninja skills and building materials such as titanium and diamond embedded in the weapon. The sword is indestructible and can not be broken nor destroyed. It also contains porcelain which Is a material fused with metals to protect against high heating and melting temperatures. It has the unique ability of allowing the user to mix his chakra with the sword but unlike any other katana or sword when the slay is used in a fight against the opponent upon strikes small chakra leaves the sword into the opponent Making the opponent share some chakra of the user and thus making it ear to unrealistic to hide from the opponent or launch surprise jutsu. The sword is capable of cutting, slashing, slicing and withstanding basic elemental and Ninjutsu attacks up to s rank. It can easily cut normal katana ,Rocks, Steel in half. However Like every jutsu or weapon it has its drawbacks and this one is that of a high risk which is due to the sword sharing or requiring chakra from the user to work the sword over time drains the user chakra and damages him .The sword can only be wielded by the sword wielder and know one else if anyone tries to pick it up it will emit a glowing like fire across the weapon so thus if the opponent where to touch it he will be burnt to death. The sword shares chakra signs and patterns with the user due to the continuous usage of the sword by the wielder. Thus can tell the wielder from a fake, this also means the sword can be thrown at any direction north or south but must return and still go back to the user he does this by using or marking the user chakra and using as a path to travel.
