Indra did everything alone, he was naturally better than Ashura, but growing up he learned to use,and mastered his powers, aswell as fought alone.

Ashura was naturally inferoir to him, and worked hard with others help in order to get to Indra's level. If Ashura had did things alone then he'd be somewhat more impressive then Indra in some ways.

At the end of the day - Individuallity>Teamwork

If that is the case, Then what hell is Indra's chakra and Ashura's chakra?

I've also been thinking about that. We don't know anything about them. But a scenario is that Indra was at 3T sharingan prior to his father's death. After his father died and Ashura was named heir to ninshuu, he finally went MS. Indra is basically still an Uchiha, so the despair leading to unlocking new dojutsu should still apply. In which case I see no better time for him to have gained MS. That's maybe how he could match with his brother's powerup. And he also had Ninjutsu. Ashura didn't.

Indra inherited the Sage's powerful Chakra Genes. Ashura inherited nothing in this regard. Look at one of my posts with a spoiler tag. It has the Databook statement within it.

The sage gave him Ninshuu and from the TSBs, it's obvious that he gave him Sage mode and Bijuu, as TSBs cannot be formed without the Sage's Senjutsu and the chakra from all 9 tailed beasts.
