Description: After forming the Snake -> Ram hand seals the user will cause an A ranked replica of himself made of wind to dart from his body in a linear fashion in a direction. This replica reaches up to short ranged lasting about 6 seconds, similar to its parent jutsu (Fuuton: Aojiroi Dopperugengā)- Wind Release: Pale Doppelganger. However, this replica is connected to the user via a nearly invisible tether of Fuuton chakra which the user will send a portion of his Fuuton chakra through. This pulse of chakra is A ranked and can either cause the replica to explode prematurely with an S ranked explosion (A+A) or it can cause another A ranked replica to sprout from the initial replica and attack a dodging opponent or sudden obstacle. This second replica still moves in a linear fashion and can extend the jutsu another 5 meters lasting 6 seconds also, making it mid ranged.

Questions. First off, lower the usage rate. Second off, ONLY a linear direction and can not be controlled otherwise, correct? Lastly, let us say you used that second portion of your technique, which is to cause a second of yourself to appear. Can you detonate the previous one as well or just that one?

Description and Background: Sugar Gliders are marsupials; that is their young start life off in a pouch (like a kangaroo). They originally hail from Australia, Indonesia and New Guinea, and live in forests. Their name is derived from their diet (in part they feed on nectar and the sap of eucalyptus), and from the flap of skin they have between their wrists and ankles that allows them to glide between trees. They are omnivorous, meaning they will eat plant material and meat - food in the wild include nectar, fruit, insects and even small birds or rodents. They live in social family units in the wild, a trait which makes them inclined to bond well with their human family. However, if they are deprived of social interaction they will not thrive, in fact they can become depressed to the point where they may die (which is the heinous crime I cant think of, just look at ). Its most striking feature is the patagium, or membrane, that extends from the fifth finger to the first toe. When legs are stretched out, this membrane allows the sugar glider to a considerable distance.

Sugar gliders are endearing, playful, and entertaining pets. As mentioned above they are very social, and ideally they should be kept in pairs or groups, and in any case they should have a good deal of social interaction with their owners. They tend to be fairly healthy and can live to be 12-14 years in captivity. They do need a good amount of interaction (even if it is just riding around in a pocket all day), and aren't great housetraining candidates. Their nails are sharp and will scratch if they need to dig in while climbing or landing on you (keep them well trimmed). They also have sharp teeth and though not aggressive, will bite if they feel threatened or frightened. If not acquired tame and used to being handled, it may take a great deal of time and patience to get them to the point where they are cuddly.

Description: The user with a wave of his hands will create two perfectly spherical balls of immensely controlled A ranked Raiton chakra. These orbs are the size of tennis balls with a dark blueish hue. What they will do is stay directly behind the user's palms, near the wrist area not touching but levitating very close to his skin connected by small Raiton tethers to all his five fingers on each hand. That being established this jutsu has two sides the first side being the offensive side; the user upon touching someone can infuse the entirety of the A ranked ball into the opponent's body through his fingertips or upon touching an object he can infuse the lightning into the object. This infusion is not the passive infusion used for weapons or strengthening but is rather a destructive type of movement as the lightning goes below the surface of the object and destroys its components from the inside without any outside evidence like shattering a wall without any signs of force. The supplementary side to this technique is the ability is whenever the user plants his hand on an object and removes it he will have five Raiton tethers coming from his five fingers connected to that object. With this connection he is able to pull the object back to him or pull himself to the object, or just change the objects flight path to the left or right with a simple yank on the tethers. This control over the object via tether is rather robust and lacks and sophisticated motion just a simple yank to the left or right, its simply a sudden movement as for complete control and form one would need puppetry this connection however only last the duration of the turn initiated. Now both sides of the technique can be used simultaneously, meaning the user is capable of releasing the Raiton tethers from his left hand and release the 'electric touch' on his right hand in the same turn but not at the same time. The balls stay behind the users palms until used for their specific purposes, meaning if not given the chance they can remain unused for the entire match with a slight 10 chakra points per turn taxing. The balls are incapable of damage in this stage but can be removed by appropriate techniques.

Description: The user will release a concentrated cloud of wind before him, because the wind is concentrated and can be maintained, the user can jump on it to fly away escaping an incoming attack. The user can also use it to bring explosion tags or any other heplfull objects to a place he wants to.

~Note: The user can't perform any A-ranked (or above) wind jutsu the next 3 turns.

Tales of A Gutsy Ninja

Description: Tales of A Gutsy Ninja was Jiraiya's first book he wrote. Even though it wasn't a bestseller, it had a special place in Jiraiya's heart and he decided to always keep the original with him. Over the years he started thinking that the book he always carried with him could prove useful in battle and managed to create a link to Myobokuzan through the book. The concept is basically the same as Orochimaru's snake techniques, Orochimaru is able to summon snakes from his body (his mouth, arms etc..) and the book does the same but frog limbs come out of its pages.

The books has several abilties:
- The user is able to summon toad limbs when opening the book, for example a toad leg would be summoned that would be able to kick an enemy up to mid range. (This doesn't count towards the 4 summons/battle rule)
- The user is able to summon a toad tongue that can be used for various uses. (This doesn't count towards the 4 summons/battle rule)
- The user is able to summon an elemental attack from one of the toads in Myobokuzan. The elemental attacks that can be summoned have to respect the rank the toads can perform jutsus at. This means that the user would open the book, and for example a A-rank water jutsu would come out of it performed by Gamatatsu. ( )
- When holding this book, the user doesn't need to perform handseals in order to summon toads.
Note: All the abilities are sent into the direction the opened book is facing

(Kenjutsu: Nebari Otoshiana) - Sword Arts: Basilisk Tiger Slash

Description: The user will hold his sword single-handedly from it's hilt and release subsequent chakra pulses around his arm, around the joints and muscles in order to briefly enhance their arms mobility and flexibility. Using their powerful arm's dexterity the user will then perform a series of up to ten slashes from a wide variety of angles in the low amount of time it takes a kenjutsu user to perform two slashes. Thus creating a very fast slashing technique that can shred a body apart into pieces with a single use. The technique is so fast it can even disperse projectile techniques of a rank lower, depending on the projectile the user might take -5 damage of recoil (lightning, wind and fire projectiles). After using this technique, a regular sword shatters from the pressure at which it is being held and wielded.

Description: The user summons Abaddon into an existing water source or he brings a large amount of water wtih him from his home lake to swim in, swimming at high speeds. It has an elliptical reddish brown test (shell) covered with medium length spines. These are greenish in colour with paler bases and darker, often violet, tips. This urchin grows to a diameter of with the longest spines being 5 feet. It appears to have the ability to communicate with the user through a spiritual/emotional link, though the exact method is unsure of. Although not the boss of the current Pool of Bloody Lotus, Abbadon does have extensive amount of skill being highly based around water techniques. Having the unrivaled ability to manipulate a water source from creating things such as waves and vortexes to more precise creations such as doplhins, tentacles; Virtually any possible water structure Abbadon can think of. Lastly he retains the ability to use all water jutsu up to A rank, it can either use it through a water source if the techniques calls for it. Water Creation has a strength of A rank. However the rank varies according to how many objects it creates with each usage. Splitting the chakra equally through each object (two objects = B rank each) and this can only be done thrice per summon of this Sea Urchin.

- Can only be summoned twice and lasts four turns (3 turns the second time).
- Water manipulation can be done thrice per summon.
- Must have singed the Sea Urchin contract to summon.
- Water Manipulation & Techniques used by it counts as a jutsu.

Description:
The user begins by forming 5 handseals, channeling their chakra into their opponent's chakra network, manipulating it to make the opponent believe they are hit by a large constant freezing ice cold stream of water from above that is large enough to cover their body. In the genjutsu the freezing ice cold water stream pins them to the ground facing up, under the force of the water the victim is rendered immobile. Also within the genjutsu the water the victim is hit with is freezing cold, so much so that it is like the water found in the Arctic, this water makes the victim feel terribly cold, numb and being pinned face up the stream also hits the victims face, causing trouble breathing.

However in reality, the victim is left standing, paralyzed due to the power of the stream that pins them within the genjutsu. If the user does not escape the genjutsu in one turn they will suffer great mental damage, from the ice cold water, the sheer force of the water that hits the victim and the breathing trouble they have. After the second turn, mental stress will have doubled as within the genjutsu the victim still has trouble breathing, they feel as if their body is completely numb and extremely cold, resulting in them being knocked unconscious after this second turn.

Note: Can only be used once per battle

♦ Declined, one more how is this S rank? Where does this ice cold stream of water come from? Just above them? Furthermore, the "mental stress will have doubled" needs to be removed, it makes seem as if the target takes double damage due to this genjutsu. And the target wouldn't have breathing problems, they'd have to worry about drowning logically. ♦

Description: The goggles were created by the combined effort of the Third Kazekage and his council. In an effort to control and mimic the power of the shukaku, they created weapons and accessories. These goggles were one of those items, they were crafted from a strange dense yet light metal found in a mine near sungakure and from the denses most strongest glass in the village. The third Kazekage had some of his chakra and a councilmen's aswell sealed within the glasses. The glasses however were a failure they did nothing to help control a jinchuriki, however the glasses gained a strange new power due to the what was sealed within them. The third kazekage decided to keep them as they would aid him in battle and the covered his eyes from being blinded by the constant sand in sunagakure or accidentally by his own iron sand.

As a result the goggles have magnetic properties. They emit a magnetic chakra field mid range all around the user, the air and underground as well. An object that is within the field is known to the goggles. The object, item or person must consist of physical matter. The Goggle's can know where the object or chakra signature is, how big it is and it's speed if moving, but only if the user is able to perceive and track the speed of said object himself. This information is sent right to the user as the goggles are connected.

Note: Must have started a magnetism training to wield

Description: The user will form the hare and tiger handseals, channeling their chakra into an area 8 meters above the ground and form 4 shells of fuuton. The shells are each a meter in diameter and are visible through the green hue they give off. Just like an artillery shell, which explodes upon impact with the ground and sends shrapnel flying, these fuuton shells upon impact with the ground or a hard enough object will explode and send wind blades flying up to short range in every direction. Alternatively the user can also make the shells go off mid air without contact via chakra control and if done this way all the shells go off at the same time. If somehow not all of the shells go off at once, the tiny wind blade will collide with the remaining shell(s) and make them go off as well.

Note: Shells can only be made short range from one another

Description: The user will form the rabbit and boar handseals, channelling their chakra into the sky, creating a massive shell made of wind chakra. The shell has a radius of 3 meters and is easily noticeable, due to it's sheer size and the fact that it gives off a green hue. Just like an artillery shell, which explodes upon impact with the ground and sends shrapnel flying, this shell of fuuton, upon impact with the ground or a hard enough object will explode sending wind blades in every direction mid range from the shell. Alternatively the user can also make the shell go off mid air without contact via chakra control. Although the shell can be made in the sky upto long range, due to it's wide radius of affect, it can end up harming the user if he/ she is close enough.

Description: Hono is the emporer of all Griffin's. He is also known to be the most powerful of all Griffon's. Hono earned this title by defeating Tsume in an all out battle for the title. He has a very calm, nice, and forgiving personality. Hono mean's blaze, and Hono certainly live's up to his name. He is a very powerful creature, who does not have to rely on special ability's or ninjutsu in a battle. Hono is very capable physically, having a very muscular body and razor sharp claw's that can tear through flesh like butter. He can move and run with immense speed, and he can soar through the air even faster. Due to his speed he move's faster then a shinobi sage. But Hono earned his name through special ability. He can easily breathe stream's of fire that are capable of scortching anything in his path.

Amaymon has the manipulation of the Earth affinity, from his birth he trained to master the earth element in Iwagakure and thus he became more accustomed to it, therefore she can use the earth element upto S-rank, without any use of hand seals (counting towards the users moves), and he can only perform his jutsu's while he is on the ground. Lilith has the manipulation of the wind affinity, from her birth she trained to master the wind element and thus she became more accustomed to it, therefore she can use the wind element upto S-rank (counting towards the users moves), without the use of any handseals. Due to the fact that he has no fur yet he is placed in jet black looking armor which is given to all baby Griffins.The armor protects him from projectiles.The armor is made of strong yet very light material still allowing Griffins to fly at fast speeds. He has extremely sharp talons that can be used to cut and tear into the opponent. Being the son of the Griffin King he has a natural affinity to fire and can shoot out small C-rank fireballs that move extremely fast due to their size. He has an extremely heightened sense of smell which allows him to pinpoint the enemy locations. He has been training with Mugen ever since Akame was born, due to the special bond they have developed a fighting style with each other making them the ultimate tag-team.

General Description of the Animal.

Griffin's are legendary creatures with varying physical traits, the most common description of a griffin has been that of a creature with the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle. But additional and sometimes conflicting depictions abound. Griffins might have the head of a hawk or falcon, instead of an eagle. They might, in some cases, be wingless. Sometimes they were depicted with lion’s body, forelimbs, and hindquarters, but other times they were assigned the front legs and talons of an eagle. Most had elongated ears which stood upright, like those of a horse, but sometimes these ears were feathered or even rounded and floppy. On its neck and chest, the griffin might bear either feathers or the mane of a lion, but in either instance fur covered its body, often brown or black in color, while wings and feathers might be mottled, white, or even blue. Their tails most often appeared akin to a lion’s, but occasionally a feathered or may even take the form of a snake. The combination of the Lion, known as the King of Beasts, and the Eagle, known as the King of Birds, give the Griffin a very regal appearance and is regarded as the King of Animals, that, coupled with fiery eyes and massive size (one claw of a griffin was said to be the size of a cow’s horn), also makes the Griffin an intimidating sight to behold. Many Coat of Arms have the Griffin as their sigil as they are believed to represent power and wisdom, as well as bravery in the soldiers who bear their mark.

In legend Griffins are said to be guardians of great hoards of treasure or even divine power, which they would hide in lairs high in mountains. Any who were brave or stupid enough to go searching for their treasure would either be met with great hostility, or a riddle that they must answer correctly, lest they be eaten. Legends also speak of Griffon's claws changing color in the presence of poisons, and how their feathers can reveal hidden objects or dispel illusions. Another legend tells how it is impossible to lie in the presence of a Griffin. They are also said to be mortal enemies of Serpents, as they stand for everything the Griffin is against, deceit, malice, evil, etc. In legend Griffins are blessed with many abilities, such as speed, flight, and penetrating vision from their Eagle traits, while having the strength, courage, and majesty found in a Lion.

Background Information in the RP.

Hidden in the Land of Fire is an enormous mountain range which the locals sometimes refer to as Weisshaupt, the home of the Griffin's. A proud and ancient group of Mythical Summoning Animals, who make their home atop Weisshaupt, in a city as old as the animals themselves, . The only way to ever get there is to be flown there on the back of a Griffin, as only they know the way through the vast mountain range that leads to Alfheim. The Cloud City of Alfheim grants the Griffins the view of the world one would expect for Animals considered to be the Kings of Mythical Creatures, a stunning view of the world below them, none could ever look down on them from such a height.
Once there were many Griffins, but years ago an attempt was made to hatch Griffins away from Alfheim by moving the hatching areas, or aeries, away from Alfheim. This decision turned out to be a disaster, nearly wiped the Creatures from existence due to the actions of a few foolish and greedy men. They had heard tales of mountains of treasure protected by the beasts, so they attacked the aeries and assaulted Alfheim themselves. Since then the Griffins have been more reclusive in choosing Signers for their Contract. Any who are chosen, by fate or by chance, to sign the Griffin Contract receive either a Summoning Tattoo or a Summoning Scroll, to allow users to Summon the in their time of need. He is able to use B-rank Kenjutsu and Taijutsu that the user knows. Naffy's demeanor is stoic and focused, which allows him to maintain his composure during difficult battles. Ducks are a group of small, fresh and salt water birds from the Anatidae family. Ducks can vary in size but for the most time they grow to about 26 inches (65 centimeters) in length and can weigh up to 3 pounds (1.4 kilograms). Listed above are several members of the Duck family. They are very similar to other members of the Anatidae family, like the Loon, Grebes, Gallinules or Coots, which sometimes causes confusion to the untrained eye. Most ducks make the classic "quack" sound, but despite widespread misconceptions, most species of duck do not "quack". In general, ducks make a wide range of calls, ranging from whistles, cooing, yodels and grunts. For example, the scaup – which are diving ducks – make a noise like "scaup" (hence their name). Calls may be loud displaying calls or quieter contact calls. Ducks resort to a variety of plant and aquatic life for food.

Ducks eat things like grasses, aquatic plants, fish, insects, small amphibians, worms, and small molluscs. Some Ducks have evolved to allow them to swallow fish whole, while others have teeth-like "pecten" that allow them to filter the water for small organisms and other sources of food. The overall body plan of ducks is elongated and broad while their necks are sort-long and thin. The body shape of diving ducks varies somewhat from this in being more rounded, making them heavier and able to sink further, but at the cost of a slower flight speed In the case of some fishing species the bill is long and strongly serrated. The scaled legs are strong and well developed, and generally set far back on the body, more so in the highly aquatic species. Background in the RP.

The Ducks make their home in a region of the Ninja World called Anaheim. It's a veritable paradise with many large rivers and streams for the ducks to traverse and live on. Not much else is really known about the Duck's home region, only that Faust had discovered it, and then passed it on to Nathan. Nathan then taught the secrets of the Ducks to Deviation.

The Ducks of Anaheim have a many natural abilities that they can use in battle. They can produce a deafeningly loud "quacking" noise that can damage the hearing of any in the area (technique will be made). Their bills are powerful enough to break through non-Chakra infused Rock and other solid materials. They can fly at extreme speeds, around that of a Sannin Ranked Ninja. Depending on their size, the can carry between 1-3 people, and still be able to fly at their high speeds. They are also very intelligent, able to speak perfect English to other beings.

After severing these wounds, the opponent will begin to shake starting from their feet and feel slight pain. In quick succession the user will lower their hands and thrusts both hands at the same time once again towards another wound located on the thigh, that is located right in front of the quadriceps. After this the user will be unable to stay on both feet, they will likely fall over due to the fact they will not be able to stand properly because of the severed wounds on legs. The opponent of course would not be able to even move around with their legs whatsoever, the blood spilling will not kill the opponent neither though but it will inflict sharp, pinch like pain.

To many this might seem as if the opponent is moving fast, or in a blur when in fact its just after images of the part of the body that moves. The after images simply fade away after 1-3 seconds.

Instead of releasing, the user will suck in water into his body as a chakra surge then after storing expel it in an omnidirectional manner with gaps in between where the user chooses. The release form carries the same power/strength of what was absorb but this time +20dmg. This can only work on water type jutsus that comes to the user’s body in short range or makes contact (latter only in the case of water such as Gushing Imprisonment), but not harming them yet. As long as the user can will himself to accomplish this, it can work.

Note:
-The same water absorb, will be release with increase power due to the user's chakra added into the attack.
-No A rank & above water jutsu the same or next turn
-Must be release same turn as absorption or next.

Description: The user will make 2 hand seals (Bird and dog) and will begin focusing his water and wind chakra into any area within mid range. With his water chakra and shape manipulation he'll create a golem shaped figure still unseen. Then with his wind chakra he'll cool down the ice until it reaches ice age levels. This is mainly to create the golem as It requires extremely low temperature to begin forming, this does not affect the area around regice. It is so cold that it will freeze every water source it touches. The golem will then take shape five meters in height and width. The ice golem is similar to a shadow clone in that it has it's own mind and moves according to how it see's fit,However the user still can manipulate the golems actions as it's still connected to his chakra. The golem will be able to merge into any ice source as haku can with his ice mirrors being able to enter them and exit them as haku did. It will leave the ice going at the same speed as haku to enter the ice counts as a b rank jutsu but exiting ice does not. it is also possable for the golem to jump out of broken shards of ice of what it merged into just like haku's ice mirrors. ( Counts as a B rank jutsu), can fire an A rank Ice beam made purely of ice chakra This beam can reach long range and is capable of freezeing water jutsu as high as S rank. It can explode Either on the users command or its own, this explosion is S ranked and can reach mid range from the spot it's in. This will leave a creator covered in frost afterwards.

-When it explodes it can't be used again until the turn after said explosion.

-Declined- It's basically an Ice version of the Great Stone Golem Technique, also how would it act on it's own? it's not a living creature, it's a lifeless Ice that you make and use through your chakra, so if you aren't controlling it with your chakra it's basically a useless piece of Ice, so that means it can't last for 4 turns on it's own and if you use another technique and decide to control this golem then it counts as another usage of this technique, 4 times is too much for an S-rank, no to the Ice beam thing, it's not a summoning >_>

✦ Declined, you dont seem to understand; this is essentially an Ice Release rip of the Earth Release: Great Stone Golem, meaning while being another element, it works just as it does, by continously fueling chakra to it. This means that it will only last while you are fueling chakra to it, meaning an act that is not passive, meaning you can't perform other jutsu while it is on the field. If it lasts 3 turns then you essentially make it so that you cannot use any jutsu for 3 turns. Furthermore, this will not be used 4 times, as Dante told you last time. 2 is the max I'm allowing. Plus the colored makes little to no sense. Why is it "unseen" if it's creating? And it's not going to be created anywhere in mid range either. The bit about Ice Age levels holds no real merit and an S rank mid range explosion is a hell no as well as freezing every water source it touches and merging with any ice source. This is too much and Im tempted to DNR it now. ✦

Mostly removed its own mind thing and the ice beam but i wasn't sure what you meant by the jutsus count as a another use of this one, the abilities it can sue will go to the jutsu count thats why I have (counts as a _ rank jutsu) in terms of power chakra cost and jutsu count

Using their chakra they will begin to cool down their sweat until it becomes freezing cold and freezes in place on their skin. By doing this the enemies reactions will be slowed considerably due to frostbite and their fire jutsus will be lowered by a whole rank until the jutsu wears off due to the ice chakra in their boides cooling their chakra down. With one more handseal the user can choose to increase the size of the frozen sweat drops making it engulf their entire bodies in ice this however will cancel the jutsu once they break out.

✦ Declined, unreasonable. You arent channeling wind chakra into an enemy's pores as you would essentially be cutting their body up without a real defense, and then cooling down their sweat until it freezes? You're essentially going to freeze their body and prevent rapid or swift movement. I see no reason why their fire jutsus will be lowered a rank, you cant "cool chakra down" like that. And no to increasing the size as well ✦

Description: Like the crystal ice mirrors The User will create one single Ice mirror the only difference is The user does not enter it, the enemy does. The user will create an ice mirror anywhere on the battlefield and using his chakra will guide it to the enemy and merge him into the mirror using his chakra. The enemy will be able to leave the mirror but Instead of hakus lighting fast speed he'll be leaving the mirror going in slow motion, the enemy can't break the mirror from the inside but if its broken from the outside they can escape it from the broken shards like haku does. It will drain 10 chakra points from the enemy per turn they're in the mirror but this chakra does not go back to the user, this fuels the ice mirror to keep it going for multiple turns. The trapped enemy can use jutsu from the inside of the mirror to defend themselves but the jutsu will be slower and weaker (one rank) while they're in the mirror.

Note: The user cannot make multiple mirrors, only one per use.

✦ Declined, you dont seem to understand Ice too clearly; the reason Haku is able to enter the Ice mirrors is because he is able to use Hyouton jutsus and can channel both wind and water chakra at the same time to make his body's makeup the same as the Ice, allowing his body to merge easily. This is impossible for one who does not have this KG, DNR ✦

Description: Ivlivs, a legendary weapon forged by Medea herself, was a coin roughly the size of a golden drachma, but is actually an aureus made completely of imperial gold, making it indestructible. The coin's two sides have Julius Caesar on one and an axe on the other, which refers to Caesar's victorious conquest over the barbarian tribes of Gaul (Southern France), which were represented by an axe. The coin was found by Ashitaka during a trip to France. He visited an old battlefield where the Roman Legion battled the Gaul, and saw a golden coin laying on the ground. Thinking nothing of it, Ashitaka picked it up and pocketed the coin. In his room in Konoha, Ashitaka flipped the coin to decide a silly question of his, heads being yes and tails being no, but was alarmed to find out when he flipped the coin, it landed on it's head side and begun a transformation. The coin turned into a three foot long imperial gold sword once it landed on heads, and on tails, it transformed into a five foot long lance. Due to Zues' blessing, any raiton channeled through the sword or lance gets a ten damage point bonus. An ability that Ivlivs' sword form has is that if Ashitaka channels raiton chakra through it, he can double his striking speed and power with kenjutsu, a B-ranked ability. One ability that Ivlivs' lancer form has is that it can conduct incoming electrical attacks, and by thrusting Ivlivs' javelin form at the opponent, the incoming raiton will be expelled at them in the form of a lightning bolt. This ability is D-S ranked depending on the incoming raiton jutsu. Or, by thrusting Ivlivs' javelin form up into the air, a lightning bolt will rain down for Ivlivs to conduct and shoot out at the enemy. This ability is A-ranked. Ivlivs is very loyal to Ashitaka, and if anyone other than him tries to utilize Ivlivs, it will begin to glow and burst spikes of compressed raiton all around, effectively ruining the opponent's hand.

Note: Once Ivlivs has been flipped, the user cannot flip it again for a turn

✦ Declined, while I like the idea of making Jason's sword/lance, the doubling striking speed/power is a no. The lance ability makes little sense; you make it seem like you are releasing the lightning but then say "depending on the incoming jutsu". Also, a now to the lightning bolt raining down, has been done before with Lightning based CW. And the last part is eh, it'd make more sense for it to turn back into a coin, much like Percy's CW turns back into a pen. ✦

Description: After seeing a projectile be thrown or coming near them, the user would flash the bird hand seal and hold it as they release an appropriate amount of raiton chakra around themselves. With the use of shape and nature manipulation, a bubble in the shape of a penguin, made of raiton, would envelop the user. Not only that, but the bubble of raiton would have a very fast rotation to it, causing any projectile that hit's the bubble to be redirected back to where it came from, acting as a reflector. If this projectile happened to be water, the water technique would be stronger due to conducting some raiton as it is being redirected. If a person would touch the bubble of raiton, it would shock the opponent and cause the limb to go numb for two turns.

Description: The technique is similar to earth style golem technique in terms of appearance, The user by stomping the earth by hand or leg creates a Robot looking creatures from the earth, mostly its entire body is made up of different rectangular pieces, the robot is capable of basic maneuver like hand movement and walking, the robot is roughly 3 meters in height but what really differentiates it from the golem technique is that its inside is filled up off flammable mud/swamp, the user through usage of different handseals can give the robot different series of commands.

Snake handseal- Upon weaving the handseal the user commands the robot to shootout the flammable mud towards the opponent, the mud can either be shot from hands or the mouth of the robot, the mud is shoot out as a big projectile and has a reach upto mid-range, the robot at max can shoot out 2 such mud shots each worth A rank, this mud upon contact with the opponent not only lands a physical punch but also completely engulfs him and restricts his movement and it can be set ablaze with any fire source or unfocused lightning.

Tiger handseal: Upon weaving the handseal the user commands the robot to protrude spikes from all over his body, these spikes are very sharp and can impale the body of an opponent, these spikes are 4ft long.

Sheep handseal: Upon weaving the handseal the user commands the robot to burst open outwards and releasing out all the mud at once and can cover upto 3 people at once [they all should be within be 5 meter radius of the robot], as this robot bursts outwards there are few sparks created due to collision of rocks of outer layer, these sparks set ablaze the mud and thus everything covered in the swamp is set ablaze, this form of attack is S rank in power and results in destruction of the robot.

In case user chooses to explode the robot after using the snake handseal then the robot suffers a lost power in the explosion attack, if the shooting of mud if used once before explosion then the explosion covers 2 people and is A rank in power, if it is used after shooting both the shots then it only covers 1 person and is B rank in terms of power.

Note: Can only be used 2 times.
Note: The user can only use the effects of Snake handseal or tiger handseal per usage although sheep handseal can be used any time as long as the robot exists in the battle field.
Note: Lasts three turn after creation.
Note: No A rank or above earth natured technique in the same turn it is used.
Note: Everything that the robot uses is counted towards one of the three moves of the user except if it is used in the same turn the robot is created.
Note: Can only be taught by Gitanshu.

Instead of syncronizing himself with chakra to allow him to take on the properties of a physical entity, the user instantly infuses the said object with chakra so that it takes his own physical properties and thus it looks like the object has traveled through him. Effective also when fighting using taijutsu where an obvious punch or kick can be made to merge and travel through the user, however the user is not able to perform another technque until the punch/kick has completely merged outof the user. The user in this case, is vulnerable to lightning or fire enhanced taijutsu, as even when the body can merge through the user, the elements won't and they would harm the user while they linger.
Note: The user may not use this if he has no prior knowledge of the incoming object. This means, he has to know the object has neared him either through eye-sight, perception or sensory.

✦ Declined, how does this really prevent sensing? Constantly disrupting his chakra would make it hard for him to use ninjutsu, but preventing sensing doesnt make sense here? And it wont last forever either, even if the user doesnt remove the tag, it needs a time limit. ✦

Description: The user channels a strong, yet precise amount of chakra to their blade while gripping the handle and while still in the scabbard. The user then quickly unsheathes his sword which is imbued with a red-like glow. He then points forward with it and dashes towards his opponent's stomach area. The user intentionally misses his mark and instead, as his sword passes behind his opponent, he slashes back and releases the chakra from the sword, causing a powerful slash to the back. While the sword is still embedded into the enemies back, the user lifts the opponent up and off the floor, then slams them back on the floor again, face down. This is all done in a quick, clean motion and with his sword. The user then steps on the opponent's back and swings his sword rapidly and returns his sword back to his scabbard, ending the technique.

Description: The user channels a strong, yet precise amount of chakra to the blades of two swords while gripping the handles and while still in their respective scabbards. The user then quickly unsheathes the swords which are imbued with a red-like glow. The user then bends his dominant right leg slightly and towards the back, allowing the left leg to move forward slightly. The user then points the swords in an eastward position, his right arm holding the sword parallel to his stomach and the left hand holding the sword above and parallel to his head. The user then motions his right hand back, using it as a momentum builder so that once it comes back to its eastward position it propels the user into a spinning motion, slashing the opponent about four times. While spinning, the user places the weight of the body onto the left leg, spinning on it as he continues slashing and tilting slightly as well at a sort of sideways angle. After the fourth slash, instead of another slash, the user kicks the opponent in the face in a sideways motion similar to one of the sword slashes just performed, dropping the opponent into the floor and ending the technique.

The ninja controls the floating fortress with chakra which hoovers above the target(s) at 100 meters high in the air. After performing the "Snake" hand-seal, the ninja focus and compact an immeasurable amount of chakra to its centre to be unleashed on the target(s) down below. The ninja is only able to muster chakra for 4 consecutive shots which are released relentlessly to bombard them. It is drawn to where a large ball of chakra shoots out the opening hole of the pyramid's apex. The attack is devastating that is able to level a small area in an instant. Utilizing every resource of the pyramids weaponry, the pyramid itself is a weapon; descending on the target below to pulverize them. It is massive in size and height - closer to that of a summoning creature such as chief toad Gamabunta.

~ Remains on the battlefield until user is out of chakra or the Jutsu is cancelled.

Description: Burādansu is a Ninjutsu which combines the Camouflage Jutsu and Teleportation Jutsu and coordinate an elegant rhythm of hopping movement that is capable of ripping through the ninja defenses or attack without notice. The user shifts from the Camouflage Jutsu to the Teleportation Justu which are perfectly sync. To the naked eye, the user appears as if there are teleporting. However, the user masked their presence and leaped great distance through body movement.

Description: Automail is a form of prosthetic used by highly skilled ninjas if they have any missing limb. It is made of up of several alloys and metals so that it is almost indestructible. The founder of this thing was unknown but it was passed on to many people, and eventually fell into the hands of Edward Elric. He took up this weapon to his advantage as he has a missing right hand and a left leg. The user would require to undergo a surgery in order to connect the automail directly to the chakra system and that automail would move like a normal limb with the help of chakra motors present within it allowing free movement. Once the automail has been fitted, it can be used like a normal limb after a few days of rest. The automail can withstand any free form attack and can also withstand any free form sword attacks due to the nature of the automail (the mix of metals and alloys). Because its connected to the chakra system of the user and substitutes his limbs, the automail will behave, in regards to techniques, in the same manner as a normal limb would (it can be used for handseals, to conduct chakra, to release chakra from it, etc etc etc). The automail has two parts.

Arm - If a person loses a hand, he is fitted with a automail suitable to him. The hand contains various weapons and can be used freely as the user wishes. Inside the fingers of the automail arm, there are 10 senbons in each finger allowing the user to fire them individually or all at the same time. A socket has been fitted right above the wrist part of the automail which has a hidden blade in it capable of retracting and attacking the opponent. Near the elbow area of the automail, are fitted 3 sockets containing smoke bombs in it which can open up and release the smoke bombs anywhere as the user wishes.

Leg - The leg automail does not have much functions as the automail arm but provides very useful features. Under the feet of it, it has a piston and a spring inside the automail. When required, the user can activate these both at the same time to help him recieve a sudden boost of of speed in order to evade techniques etc. The direction of the movement depends upon how the leg is placed on the ground. The piston gathers air from the beneath and compresses it within the automail which can be released along with the spring to boost himself into the air. Just like the automail arm, the leg also has a hidden blade underneath the toes which can retract to make a spike like thing appear on the tip of the shoes which can be used to attack the opponent. Since the piston and the spring are located at the middle of the feet, the hidden blade is located at the frontal end of the feet.

Note: The senbons do not contain towards the move as they are released in the same speed as released by hand and they do not possess chakra of any sorts.

 Approved  Very clean but also very underpowered. I think you could have added one or two extra abilities to it. I added a small note to make it make more sense.

Description: Manipulating a large amount of Raition chakra the user will perform three handseals and channel their built Raiton chakra into the sky creating the image of what looks to be a masked face in the sky about the size of the Earth Dropping lid. After they complete this using the immense amount of chakra the user will then send the visage crashing down upon the enemy with a great impact destroying everything mid-long range. The force at which the attack exerts, damages the user a little bit, along with the immense strain of using such a powerful and chakra taxing attack. The user must make sure they are not within the range of the core of this attack less they be caught in the destruction. After the attack is created a giant crater 15 meters deep can be seen at the area of attack. If the user uses this mid range from the opponent the user will be blown back to long range due to the force of the attack.

(紫煙 Fukai Pa-Puru)- Custom Weapon: Deep Purple

Description: Deep Purple is a long thick pipe. Approximately 3 meters in length and a few inches in diameter. Around the bell of the pipe it is very deep and round. Being around the same size as Gaara's gourd in that area. Despite Deep Purple's massive size it isn't too heavy. Ragna is usually seen carrying it over his shoulder with one hand. Along the inside of deep Purple itself is a wooden inside with tiny pieces of charcoal and other flammable objects. Allowing friction to occur naturally on the inside to create more smoke. Now Deep Purple's main purpose aside from smoking is battle. Ragna can use deep Purple as a medium for most his smoke attacks. Deep Purple is capable of storing up to A Rank smoke. Due to this along with the high friction along the inside Deep Purple can release smoke without Ragna having to blow through it. But this isn't always a good thing So Ragna created a lid to top off the pipe so smoke doesn't fully come out. In battle it's a waste of time to have to pry open a lid for anything. So there are 5 buttons along the side of Deep Purple all with different commands. Similar to that of a saxophone just with different colors and different purposes.
The Buttons:
(開 Kaitsuu) Open: The button closest to Deep Purple's mouth piece it is a blue button. When pressed opens the lid fully allowing the smoke to flow freely mainly for sources of smoke ninjutsu.

(燃 Kashou) Burn: The button second from the mouth piece and between store and open, it is a red button. When pressed causes the flammable pieces inside the bell and body of Deep Purple to rub together causing friction and eventually multiple fires inside deep purple which cause all smoke inside the pipe to expand. Causing deep Purple to grow allowing for more smoke to be released at a faster rate. When burn is used leak activates as a reaction. When expanded, burn causes smoke capacity to raise and allow for smoke to be released. Also in this compartment the user can manipulate B rank smoke spheres half the size of an average ninja toward the opponent containing paper bombs hidden in the smoke so when the smoke reaches its target explosions occur. In order for burn to be effective for longer battles, close is recommended shortly after. Can only be activated once and it lasts for five turns. If it is not stored/or closed before the five turn limit Deep Purple is automatically unusable and Close goes into effect storing the smoke until it is usable again. If store is used burn will resume its effect aftervform the turn limit it left off. When closed is used Burn deactivates and can’t be used again and Deep purple can be used for its remaining turns. Abilites of Burn costs one turn to be used.

(保 Taten) Store: The button third from the mouth piece, it Is a green button. When pressed stops the smoke from flowing throughout the body of deep purple and expanding due to the high friction. Can't be used in the sequence of Burn>Close>Store. This allows the user to save his turn limits/capacity of the abilities he uses without running through them all.

(閉 Soba) Close: The second to last button located between Store and leak, it Is a purple button. When pressed close simply closes all points of exit for smoke allowing smoke to build up and not leak out. Commonly used with store or burn. And automatically occurs when all smoke is released from deep Purple. Once all smoke is used up close automatically activates and discontinues further use of smoke from deep Purple until it reaches it's initial capacity where it may be used again. Close can be used once per activation of deep purple to add 1 more turn to its maximum capacity.

(漏 Deguchi) Leak: The button furthest from the mouth piece but still within reach and last button, it is a golden button. Deguchi is usually pressed at the beginning of battle and causes all smoke within Deep Purple to slowly seep out and under the lid and through small holes along the body. The smoke released from leak blocks vision of both the user and the opponent. When Deguchi is used one rank of smoke is released per round. The longer it remains active, the less smoke remains in Deep Purple. Leak activates automatically when Deep Purple reaches it's maximum capacity.

Restrictions:.
When burn is used Deep Purple increases the power of all smoke ninjutsu by +10
Once all smoke is released from Deep Purple, it can't be used for another 3 rounds. (The smoke has to build up within Deep Purple through close)
Open may be used whenever and any amount of time throughout a battle except after maximum capacity
Close may be used whenever and any amount of time throughout a battle, except when deep Purple reaches it's maximum capacity which causes leak to activate passively and negates close until all smoke is released.
Burn may only be used once per battle
Store can be used a maximum time of 5 times per battle
Leak can be used at any time and any amount of times. But it isn't recommended
Deep purple reaches maximum capacity after 7 turns and leak automatically activates for the next 3 turns. During Maximum capacity Close cannot be used.

The smoke moves rapidly in its spherical form to bind the enemy's movements and eventually suffocate them, but to add to the power of this smoke ninjutsu the user will have manipulated explosive tags to travel within the smoke hidden from plain sight as they detonate destroying everything within the smoke sphere in an explosion.

All smoke for the user’s jutsu will travel through this compartment. Smoke ninjutsu emitting from Deep Purple will gain the addition of explosive tags hidden within them giving all smoke ninjutsu of the user +10

Smoke begins to freely flow out of deep purple around Ragna up to mid range. It makes it harder for him to be seen, and he can use the surrounding smoke as a source for various smoke ninjutsu.

(閉 Soba) Close: This is used to cancel any of the above abilities activated to conserve usage/chakra and alternate between uses.

✦ Declined, this is too inconsistent. In the description, you mention 5 buttons but only mention two, three if you mention the "Close" as an ability. And other parts are explained unclearly, word the descriptions better. ✦

(Sai no Michi : Misairu danmaku) Way of the Sai : Missile Barrage

Description:
The User Grips both his Sai as shown in the image below so that the pointed Saki is pointed out the back, the user will bend their elbows so their arms make an L shape. Using Wind they gather a lot into both their Sai and Release it as a Strong and power blast of wind from the Tsukagashiri (butt end of the sai) which will send the User flying across the battle field as the stream continues blasting from the back, closing a distance of 10 meters in a couple of seconds. Usually when getting into short range of the enemy the user manipulates the blast to stop and form around their Sai like a Traingle blade (the three points being the Saki and both Yoko tips), instantly switching Grips by spinning the Sai around on his thumb so he can grip the handle and sthrust them forward - stabbing into the opponent with the Wind Infused Sai.

The User uses this Technique as a follow up from an attack or counter; by blocking some sort of strike or by thrusting both blades at the opponent the user will spin their Sai in an instant into the grip shown in the image below and have his arms bent in an L shape against his sides. Whilst they were blocking/attacking they were gathering wind in their Sai so that when they get into this position the Wind is released as a sudden blast that will propel the user at high speeds in the opposite direction of where the Saki is pointing - the user can aim it so that it propel thems upwards whilst also thrusting their knee forward so it smashed their opponent into the face sending them flying upwards/backwards.

While trapped in the genjutsu the opponent will see themselves as an elderly man aged between 80-90 years old. Along with the opponent seeing themselves as an elderly man, they will also feel as how they look. Any movement becomes difficult and their overall speed decreases one rank. Normal occurrences easily overcome by younger men will now affect the opponent greatly. Temperature change will cause them to feel uncomfortable and change in air pressure will make them feel short of breath. In reality however, they will be fine, with no issues, but the opponent will feel uncomfortable and in turn will perform worse.

The milk contains certain proteins and electrolytes that all living things need the only difference with this milk, is that the amount of said proteins and electrolytes are on a huge scale. Camel Summoning contract holders will experience a boost in reflexes to the point that they can track 2 times their speed. On the same end, all non contract holders will have their reflexes halved, as the properties of the milk only positively affect the contract holders.
-Reflex boost lasts for 4 turns/ Reflex decline lasts for 3 turns
