(Katon: Saryū no taitō) - Fire Style: Rise of the Sand Grains

Description: The user performs two handseals as they infuse katon chakra on whichever part of the ground surrounding them they wish (similar to Swamp of the Underworld). This katon chakra will burn the targeted earth below surface by consuming the tiniest bit of air underneath, using it as fuel. Because katon chakra has burnt the ground, it turns into ash which is then manipulated with the help of katon chakra blended onto it to rise upwards in a burst, causing anything on the affected ground surface up to 5 meters to received damage as they're being sent flying upward by the rising ash. Which part of the ground should be affected is up to the user. It could be all the ground around an opponent's location, in a circlular formation around themselves (the user), or any other manner. Anyone who gets sent flying by the burst of ashes receives 2nd-degree burning damage. As for opponents who were beneath ground surface whilst this jutsu was performed, they will receive similar damage but will also be unable to breathe as the air beneath ground has been consumed by the user's technique. If someone uses a fire or wind technique that gets in contact with the ash during its process of rising up, the ash would explode in a similar fashion as Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning, affecting whoever was inside the targeted area and giving them 3rd-degree burns.

Description: The user performs 3 handseals inducing the target in an illusion disrupting the target's chakra system and the chakra within their brain causing them to get extremly nauseous feelings. They will then feel as if there are boiling bubbles inside their stomach and they will suddenly begin to throw up their organs, giving them an extremly unconfortable feeling also preventing them from doing anything else at all (in the illusion). This is not where it ends, they will continue on throwing up until their body turns inside out because of throwing up all the inside of their body. In reality, the target will be immobilized and due to the mental stress the nauseous feeling gives, the target will be hindered and somewhat dizzy. While the illusion is progressing, while difficult, the enemy is still able to do handseals and mold his chakra and doesn't lose his connection to the real world as its not a "dream-like" illusion.

Description: The user performs 3 handseals inducing the target in an illusion which disrupts the target's chakra system and the chakra within their brain causing them to get extremely nauseous feelings. This feeling would progress to the stomach area, where the opponent would feel that inside their stomach, bubbles are boiling up and they will begin to throw up all of their stomach juice, giving them an extremely uncomfortable feeling also preventing them from doing anything else in this illusion. This is not where it ends, while they're under the process of throwing up they will also believe that their stomach is producing an even greater quantity of stomach juice by draining the water inside their body. This causes the target to both have difficulties breathing and have their energy exhausted because of loosing too much water from their body. In reality, the target will be immobilized and due to the mental stress the nauseous feeling gives, the target will be hindered and somewhat dizzy. While the illusion is progressing, while difficult, the enemy is still able to do handseals and mold his chakra and doesn't lose his connection to the real world as it's not a "dream-like" illusion. However if not countered within a set amount of time, the target will end up fainting because of exhaustion and the experienced nauseous feeling's intensity.

This is a simple yet efficient jutsu, the user leans his weight sideways on a particular leg while raising the other leg, stretching both hands outward, the user will transfer the body weight firstly to the hand in the direction and then to the opposite hand and then finally on both feets, let's assume the user wants to cartwheel to his right, the user will firstly lean his weight on his right leg, lifting the left leg of the ground, the user would place his right hand on the ground in such a way that the weight is shifted off the right foot to the right hand buh to maintain balance, the user supports his weight with his left hand while lifting his right leg off the ground finally attaining an hand stand position, after which the user leans again to his right ( though to his left due to the upside down ish) and finally standing back on his feets, this technique is essentially used to dodge narrow techniques like the Lightning Spear techniques, though it can be used in conjunction with other Taijutsu techniques.

~By Leaping in-between the weight change between hands and legs or vice versa, the user can move up to 6 meters around them.

Description: guren upon making two hand signs releases a microscopic like crystal particles infused with chakra that resembles a pink like mist. this mist spreads up to mid range and is a large enough chakra infused crystal to crystallize large waves of water or walls of earth upon contact, and constantly grow by utilizing the infused chakra to leech onto the liquids this jutsu comes into contact with. the user can in no way manipulate the mist like particles to surround things it works the same way as normal mist which also impairs viewing an enemy.

this hand held shield is made of chakra metal which makes it so the shield can resonate with the user's chakra, be it elemental or regular chakra. the shield is shown as whatever colour the user deems fitting for his style. it has taken years of training to perfect utilizing a shield in battle and taijutsu combat with the shield, but well worth the effort put into it. this shield is round in shape and covers close to half the user when blocking attacks, it also has a strap on the backside for carrying purposes. the strap has built in holder's for kunai (similar to a gun strap holding bullets) making for easy access to kunai but it only hold's three kunai in place securely. The main ability behind this shield is that once per Three turns the user is able to infuse the shield with any elemental chakra into the shield and by thrusting the shield forward send a round shield looking ring of that element directed towards the enemy. this ability can only reach up to mid range on the battlefield and is of A rank strength in elemental quality. the user does not have to specify which chakra is being used as the front of the shield will glow with the nature colour being used.
it also has the ability to block explosive kunai's and up to C rank Taijutsu, while also adding a +5 boost to damage while using the shield in conjunction with taijutsu and any shield developed taijutsu made at into Freeform or actual jutsu's


Restrictions:
+once per turn the elemental shield thrust and only Four times per battle.
+can only hold regular kunai. no explosive tags can be equipped.
+user must state at the start of battle that the shield is on their back.

the user begins channeling crystal chakra to both fists and proceeds to swing both arms forward crossing over each other and releasing two Crystal blade like structures thin and sharp like a Scythe blade towards the enemy. these blades which look joined in the middle but are actually two seperate blades one from each hand. they are slightly see through blue and each blade will be the length of the arm so 3 feet each, making 6 foot span in total. this jutsu is very good for short range and gets off quickly as it works by building chakra and arm motions.

The shield is returned to the user by either rigging it with wire or by adding a chakra string to it before throwing the shield. The user of the shield must catch the shield by its strap which slightly hangs down while being thrown, many shinobi have said that this was the true form of Rasenshuriken. while in wind state shield mode the iser can use it in close combat as well smash the enemy in the face or chest with extra force due to the wind chakra on the face of the shield.
it also has the ability to block explosive kunai's and up to C rank Taijutsu, while also adding a +5 boost to damage while using the shield in conjunction with taijutsu and any shield developed taijutsu made at into Freeform or actual jutsu's

Should the enemy have any external bleeding it will also crystallize the blood from the outside going into that bleeding area (ie arm or leg.)

Description: This technique is based on the concept of Kotodama, the belief that words and names have the power to influence reality. Facing the target, the user shouts "Matta", Japanese for "Hold it", causing the target to become relatively sluggish compared to its original speed. The naked eye sees no change but dojutsu users can see floating kanji in and around the target which will the target to follow the order given, slowing it down or stopping it entirely. When used on an incoming jutsu, its range decreases as well. eg. If the jutsu is long ranged it drops to mid range and mid range drops to short range. Any effected jutsu surpassing its new decreased range will become unstable and disperse, or in the case of solid objects, lose all momentum. However this does not stop objects from falling to the ground, only slowing their decent.

Any effected jutsu surpassing its new limits will become unstable and disperse, or in the case of tangible substances, lose all momentum. Description: The user forms the Hare, Horse, Dog, and Ram handseals and takes control of the rainclouds in the sky, raising them high enough to make all of the rain freeze solid. Manipulating their shape just before the rain freezes, the user creates a dazzling array of ice in the sky which bends the sunlight passing through the ice and focuses it at a certain point on the ground. This causes a giant beam of energy to strike down and explode where it hits, decimating the landscape. The beam is extremely fast, however, an enemy can tell where the beam will strike because a rainbow pattern will appear on the target area. Multiple beams may be created at once but it will cost one of the three allotted moves per turn for each additional beam. Afterwards the ice becomes rain once again, falling from a clear sky.

Description: Somewhere in the mountains concealed in Land of Lightening, an area stand out for it's unique rainy clouds, the rain never stops nor does the clouds ever vanish or move. The clouds are stationary as it seems and thus they can only be found there. The secret untold sad story behind that area is that a famous doctor lived there to serve the farmers and heal anyone in need for nothing in exchange. The residence of the mountains suffered a decade of no rain, many immigrated for their lands died out others. The doctor loved his village so much he went to the village hidden in the rain to master the usage of their signature element, Rain release. It wasn't long until the doctor returned only to show his skills in not only the usage of the element but in fuuinjutsu as well, it was discovered that he was essentially a ninja before retiring to become the doctor they knew. He used a technique that sealed away and conscious to constantly generate clouds above the area and thus make it rain more often, however, the technique which he made with whoever taught him the element turned out to be a trick planned by him; The seal caused the rain never to stop and thus to was no longer a valley suited for the farmers to live in, hence it was left. The rain never stopped ever since that day, many tried to stop it but never succeeded to find the body of the doctor. Until a shinobi of Kumogakure came with intentions that all others, he wanted to make use of the rain for he, himself, used to be a shinobi of Amegakure and know who to use the element. He created a scroll connected to the skies of the isolated village, once released, raining clouds are summoned above the user and conceal a large area creating the field required for rain element to be used. The scroll survived through the ages and the story of it was long forgotten except those who possess it. The raindrops have a different chakra nature than that of the user and thus would confuse doujutsu users or those of the ability to identify the nature of the chakra to the possibility of another opponent to exist in the battlefield. Since the rain created from this technique itself is enforced with chakra, rain techniques used by it are stronger and larger than that used by another source of rain, but still weak against rain techniques of higher ranks. This technique can be used by those who did not master rain element as well for the propose of confusing the enemy.

Unlike the technique this jutsu is derived from, Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm technique, The user give the thrust vacuum shells the would move in a curved trajectory which they were set on when lunched. Up to 4 shells can be lunched through this technique, each of a different curve trajectory if wished.

Description: The user manipulate a large portion of the wind in the area causing it to inject itself into the floor and block the back way back this imprisoning wind into the floor. The field this technique can effect depends on the user’s choice and so does the force the wind’s movement; It can move like a weak gust that cannot be mistaken with anything unnatural or storm downward giving it the scent of offense. Thus, the technique has many aspects of usages; For example, one can focus wind above the enemy/ies to storm downward at him, damming the opponent in the process of the technique’s formation. Another could cause wind from the entire battlefield to move down which means it won’t do any sort of damage in the process. Once the air is underground, the user can make use of it for other wind techniques to burst from beneath upward, downward or sideways depending on the user’s manipulation. Unless the enemy is blessed with doujutsu, the wind cannot be located and thus only the user would be able to use it. The wind prisoned underground can be used to form one S/Forbidden rank technique, two A ranked techniques, or four B ranked techniques until it’s exhausted.

Description: The user uses his fuuton chakra to make a tornado at any where up to long range from him. This is no regular tornado however as the tornado retains its sucking capabilities while remaining almost completely still and the wind around it is not spinning at all. This is how it earned the name Stationary. The trick behind this technique is complex. At the centre of the tornado there is an incredibly dense ball of fuuton chakra, which is also incredibly small. It is about 3 centimeters in diameter. The core gets smaller and smaller as it releases the stored fuuton around it to fuel the wind around the tornado but because of the large amount of chakra inside the core it is able to fuel the tornado for a while. The tornado itself is just simple what looks like a regular tornado of wind, but instead of the slicing gales spinning around it, it has a calm, almost still, breeze spinning around. This makes the technique look calm but this is just a deception. The core has immense suction properties and is able to pull in any person or jutsu that comes into close range of it. Once the person has started being sucked inside the easily pass the outer layer of gentle wind, because of its low resistance, and are pulled into the core. Once they come in contact with the core that large amount of unstable fuuton chakra suddenly implodes within itself, causing anything within the vortex of gentle wind to become sliced into tiny pieces. However the technique has enough unique ability behind it and that is that it is self-sustaining. The fuuton could normally be defeated by a katon jutsu of A rank but the outher layer despite not being able to rip apart foes is still an S rank obstacle, and the core is S rank on its own as well. The jutsu would first have to destroy the outer layer and then destroy the core after with both obstacles being S rank since the outer layer does no damage to the opponents. Once the outer layer is destroyed the user can post this jutsu again in their turn so that the core sheds some of the condensed chakra around it to create a new outer layer.

To reiterate: There is an outer layer of gentle wind which takes the shape of a tornado but has none of its ravaging properties. Inside the calm winds is a core of condensed chakra which has immense suction properties. Any person within 5 meters of the tornado is sucked in and the outer layer does no harm but once past the outer layer the core implodes and slices up everything inside the tornadoes outer layer. If a jutsu is used on the outer layer then the outer layer would count as a S rank wind obstacle and take the brunt of the attack and if its defeated then the attack would carry on to the core and harm it as well. The core also counts as an S rank wind obstacle. User can make the core smaller and release the wind around it to form a new tornado but they will have to post the jutsu again.

Note: Reforming the tornado by shedding chakra from the core can only be done once
Note: If the user doesn't do this the turn after the the outer layer is destroyed then the core dissipates
Note: The user cannot use any handseals over 3 while this jutsu is active
Note: This jutsu remains active for 2 whole turns but the 2 turns are reset if the user reforms the tornado.
Note: Because of the strength of the tornado the user cannot use it in short range
Note:The user is unable to use wind jutsu in the turn which it is activated
Note: The users arms start bleeding when they first make the tornado, no damage is done to the user when they reform the tornado as the chakra is already there.

Description: The main art of the Musha Shukke Fuu, is the knowledge of creating the Chakra Sphere. This is the most basics of basic fundamentals with the style. Without the Chakra Sphere, the art could not exist. The Chakra Sphere is a round sphere composed entirely of raw chakra, which revolves around the user until the user decides to actually allow the chakra sphere to enter the body. The sphere's size varies upon the rank and nature of the jutsu being used, so it does not have a definite size, circumfrence, or area. Therefore, within each jutsu the user must designate the size of the sphere entering his body. In most cases, the larger the chakra sphere, the more powerful the attack and jutsu used. Chakra spheres can then be quickly separated into multiple spheres which enter the user's body for the reason of multiple taijutsu blows. The sphere can be manipulated merely with the user's thoughts, and if the user desires hand gestures in order for it to become easier to enter the user's body. Upon first starting out with the style (during training), the user must actually sit and meditate to create the chakra sphere. Due to practice, and repeated use the user becomes able to concentrate and create the sphere within an instant. Furthermore, the creation of the sphere itself must be created before, or during the use of every jutsu so the user must post this jutsu before every other unless otherwise stated. For this reason, this creation of the chakra sphere is regarded as a passive ability, although it must be posted with every use of a jutsu.

Description: The user uses his fuuton chakra to make a tornado at any where up to long range from him. This is no regular tornado however as the tornado retains its sucking capabilities while remaining almost completely still and the wind around it is not spinning at all. At the centre of the tornado there is an incredibly dense ball of fuuton chakra, which is also about 3 centimeters in diameter. The core gets smaller and smaller as it releases the stored wind around it to fuel the wind around the tornado but because of the large amount of chakra inside the core it is able to fuel the tornado for a while. Instead of the slicing gales spinning around it, it has a calm, almost still, breeze spinning around. The core has immense suction properties and is able to pull in any person or jutsu that comes into close range of it. Once the person has started being sucked inside they easily pass the outer layer of gentle wind, because of its low resistance, and are pulled into the core. Once they come in to contact with the core that large amount of unstable fuuton chakra suddenly explodes, causing anything within the vortex of gentle wind to become sliced into tiny pieces. However the technique has another unique ability behind it and that is that it is self-sustaining. The fuuton could normally be defeated by a katon jutsu of S rank but the outer soft layer despite not being able to rip apart foes is still an S rank wind obstacle, and the core is S rank wind obstacle as well. The opponent would have to destroy outer layer then the core to defeat this jutsu. They could achieve this with a clone or by firing multiple jutsus at it from out of the range of the tornado. Once the outer layer is destroyed the user can post this jutsu again in their turn so that the core sheds some of the condensed chakra around it to create a new outer layer of gentle wind.

Note: Reforming the tornado by shedding chakra from the core can only be done once
Note: If the user doesn't do this the turn after the the outer layer is destroyed then the core dissipates
Note: The user cannot use any handseals over 3 while this jutsu is active
Note: This jutsu remains active for 2 whole turns but the 2 turns are reset if the user reforms the tornado.

(Doton: Gōmon no Beruto) - Earth Release: Torturous Belt

Description: This user sends doton chakra towards the opponent and a earthen belt is formed around their waist. The belt then begins to grow other appendages, earthen strands, and these latch onto the opponents hands, legs and neck. They then constrict the opponents body slightly, not enough to be fatal, but the pressure is sufficient to completely restrict movement leaving them incredibly uncomfortable. The special thing about this ability is that the user must constantly pour chakra into it to maintain the belt. This seems like a drawback but it actually allows the user to reform the belt with chakra once it has been destroyed. The newly reformed belt then releases appendages which then wrap around the opponent again. The appendages themselves can be made quite long so as to trap larger objects that the jutsu might be used on.
Note: The belt lasts 2 turns before then crumbling away

Description: The user focuses their fuuton chakra in their hand and condenses it so that it takes the form of a small war hammer. With the creation of the hammer a great mass of wind is formed about 5 meters above the opponent. The hammer can break apart small objects and jutsus, following elemental strengths and weaknesses, but because of its small size it isn't able to impede anything wide spread. The user then drops, slams, throws; anything that means the hammer will be touching the ground. .On the hammers descent towards the ground the wind also begins to head down towards the opponent. The mass of wind is shaped almost like a large cushion and it is 5 meters long and wide. Synchronizing with the second the hammer touches the ground the cushion of wind slams down onto the opponent at the same time, crushing him as the wind its composed of is incredibly dense.

The boil itself is just a semi-sphere stuck to whatever surface it was created on. The boil is about a meter in length and because of it being composed of mud it can stick to many different surfaces. Once the boil is made the user then concentrates his katon chakra inside the boil and condenses it so that on the users command the boil suddenly bursts open, splattering the mud around its short-range and then the fire jumps outwards as well, burning everything around the boils short range too. The boil itself can be made anywhere, within reason, but its effects only reach short range around it.

Description: This is a fire technique that requires great chakra control and concentration. After performing the Snake and Tiger handseals, the user will gather a massive amount of fire chakra in their throat. The fire chakra is expelled from the mouth in the form of a huge amount of fire concentrated into the form of a large phoenix, twice the size of an average adult man. The fireball is aimed at the target and upon collision, creates a massive explosion of fire chakra, which spans up to 8 meters from the point of impact, engulfing the target in flames. Once this is done, the user performs the Tiger handseal again and manipulates the fire chakra released from the explosion. The user gathers all of the fire chakra into the sky and creates another phoenix, which descends onto the target, producing another explosion of the same size and finishing them off. This jutsu requires so much chakra and concentration that it hurts the user and renders them unable to use fire jutsu in their next turn.

Descriptin: Upon eye-contact with an opponent, the user sends chakra onto their opponent's chakra system and the chakra within their brain, inducing them in an illusion. They will first feel that their soul has suddenly been separated from their body and the world surrounding them became monochromic (black and white). Despite having body and soul separated in the illusion, the soul will still have a ghost-like shape of their body except for that they cannot utilize physical matter. So while under this illusion, they will be lead to believe that they are a spirit with no control over their chakra since it is something which would remain inside their body. Also, inside this illusion, what their senses perceive overall will be slightly weakened, giving them the impression of being in the same terrain, yet in another dimension. In reality, they are simply paralyzed.

Descriptin: The user does a hand gesture (toward an opponent) similar to that of a puppet master when extending chakra threads from their fingertips to control a puppet. By seeing the user's hand gesture, the opponent is put in an illusion where they are lead to believe that their body is controlled by powerful chakra threads, making them grab the closest weapon (such as a katana, kunai or other weapons they carry) and uncontrollably begin by slicing their own throat. The slicing of their own throat would make them unable to breathe in the illusion. After that, they will proceed to stab their body in random places multiple times. In reality, they will remain paralyzed while receiving mental damage because of the damage being inflicted inside the illusion. In this genjutsu, the opponent will keep on stabbing themselves until the jutsu ends.

Description: This is a simple and passive rank conversive technique for genjutsu. This requires great mastery over chakra, such as the one possessed by Genjutsu Masters, Gentle Fist users, Medninja, etc. The user is able to moderate the amount of chakra needed to create a certain illusion, by either cutting down the cost, lowering the rank, or increasing the cost, rising the rank. The illusion remains the same, but the technical aspects will be different. This can make simple technique more powerful, or complex technique less resilient.

( Shuushuku Yamaneko ) Shrinking Lynx: Restrictions of genjutsu that had their rank lowered down more than one rank will be neutralize, otherwise remaining as is. This can only be done once every 3 turns. Meanwhile, the user can't use this technique again.
This is to make the casting of certain illusions less chakra costly. The illusions will be more susceptible to be disrupted.

( Bukabuka Toraneko ) Engorging Puma: Restrictions of genjutsu that had their rank increased will remain. If the user increases 1 rank, then an additional restriction will prevent the user from using other genjutsu in the same turn. Increasing more ranks will increase the number turns afterwards. This technique can't be used again throught that period and then the turn afterwards. This allows the user to make simple genjutsu more resilient.

Genjutsu altered by this technique will still abide by the Genjutsu Layering Rules, and the Genjutsu Breaking Rules. It requires one additional handseal, and is used in tandem with the casting Genjutsu, counting both as 1 jutsu in the turn. In the case of primary genjutsu masters, only one handseal will be required for both the technique and the casted genjutsu, as per their main speciality.

*Can't be used on Forbidden Genjutsu nor can it be used to make Forbidden genjutsu's. Genjutsu can't be lowered past D rank nor increased past S rank.*

After doing so, the user will disrupt the normal chakra flow of the target(s) to cast an illusion to one or more targets. In the illusion, the target(s) would feel arms/hands sprouting out of their body, depending on where the user wants the hands to appear out of. This is where the sense of touch comes from, where they would feel the limbs coming out of their body (which won't hurt or anything, just give off a 'weird' feeling on that area), and the hands would be able to make contact with the enemies' body and they'd feel it as well. Depending on the usage, the user can use these hands to do a multitude of things. For example, the user can touch the enemy as a distraction, like tickling or having the hand sprout out to cover the enemies eyes, blocking their vision. Or, if the enemy is running, the user can have the hands sprout out to trip the enemy in the illusion, which would cause them to trip in reality as well. Offensively, the user can use the hands to break bones, like turn their heads a full 360 degrees, causing immense pain or using hands to punch the enemy, which is within the illusion, of course. The usages of it depends on the user's creativity and imagination; of course, there is a maximum of ten arms/hands that they can use in the illusion at any given time.

Remove the reference to Nico Robin / One Piece. Not everyone has seen that, so its not necessary. The way it is now makes it seem like you can control the opponent's movements through the illusion. Remove the part about being able to trip them if they're running.
Resubmitting: Took out the nico robin reference, added a restriction stating that you cannot control them, like have them walk around by making the hands force body parts, and clarified the tripping part.

Description: The user will slam their hands together and send wind chakra above the enemy, about 2 meter above to create a disc made of wind. The maximum size of the disc would be 5 meters, therefore this technique is capable of trapping multiple targets, as long as they fit within the disc. Once the disc is formed above the intended target(s), it will release a strong current of wind aimed downwards, in an attempt to keep them from moving. The large amount of wind pushing down on them from above would add enough pressure to keep them from moving, or at least, keep movement extremely difficult, but not impossible, so hand seals are still doable inside the technique. However, this is not where the A-rank damage comes from. The offensive use for this technique is when the area is ignited, even with the smallest flame. Any contact with fire will cause the fire to grow quickly, spreading around the area the disc and wind covers, which would effectively cause 3rd degree burns to everyone within the pillar of wind. Ways to ignite this would be the usual fire technique, an explosive tag, or anything that would create fire. Supplementary-wise, this could be used to keep enemies with fast movement speeds away from you, or push projectiles down to the ground as it is traveling towards you, rendering it useless, but of course, it would have to abide with the elemental strengths and weaknesses. If the user wants to use this on a moving target, like a kunai or an enemy running towards them, he/she must be able to track the speed the target is traveling at.

Description:
The User channels their fire chakra into a small tool like a Kunai or Shuriken that they are holding or one that is within Mid-Range (Kunai that have been left on the ground etc). They can throw it at their target to begin with if they are holding the tool but after they do they will make a hand seal and the fire chakra will erupt around the tool and form a flaming aura giving them the ability to set anything the first thing on fire that it touches. The Fire also forms wings giving the ability for the user to manipulate the tool to flutter in any direction they like and when in position the user will make the fire explode and send the Kunai in a desired direction or simply disperse the fire so it drops. This can be used with explosive tagged kunai as long as they are attached with a metallic string to the kunai so it isn't affected by the fire around it nor the string - when the fire explodes however the tag will too making a larger explosion.

Description: The user begins by releasing a surge of chakra, by generating polar charges around his body so that he can manipulate the polarities (using the laws of attraction and repulsion) of various physical elements (which follow these laws ex. metals, conductors etc.) and thereby affecting/influencing them physically.

Attraction: The user concentrates a
lot of raiton chakra in his body/ parts of the body. By manipulating his chakra, he concentrates a single polar charge around his body. This charge will force the electric dipoles in the elements (metals, conductors etc.) to align themselves and be attracted to the user's charge. This will help the user to attract these elements towards himself. Ex. Forcing the opponent's kunai in his hand to be attracted to the user's charge, pulling down opponent's metallic defenses etc. can be done by using this method.
Repulsion: Similar to attraction, the
user will concentrate single polarity around his body. As and when the element (metals, conductors etc.) comes closer to the user, he instantly changes the polarity so that the affected element is thrown away from the user's body. Bending metallic spikes that rise from the ground, increasing the speed of the thrown kunai (twice the speed) etc. can be performed by using this method.

control, the user can constantly keep

Existing Source: After performing a single handseal, the user simply channels his chakra into the stray fire (if there is any) or the user's own fire techniques and makes it burst completely into tiny mist sized embers so that he can manipulate them as mist. These tiny mist sized embers are actually very hot, being able to evaporate any mist (water) and moisture in the air as its property (temperature) is enhanced by the user's chakra, and hence the rank. (Up to A-Rank.)

Self Source: Instead of channeling chakra into a stray fire source, the user can also release these tiny mist-sized sparks from his mouth with the same handseal and get the desired results.

Now, its a known fact that every sentinent organism releases heat from their body, which is a natural process. And every person has a unique heat signature. So since these mist sized sparks of ember carry the user's chakra, they can be manipulated to spread out throughout the battlefield so as to sense the opponent through his heat signature. When the user splits the fire source, it looks as if the original flames have completely vanished leaving behind the tiny mist sized embers. However, this heat sensing is secondary to the main ability of this technique which is to attack the opponent that would cause 2nd degree skin burns on 1 turn of exposure and 3rd degree on two. From its deepest core it released the sacred waters to fill the earth with life. As the first rains fell, a rainbow encompassed the sky and Damballah took her, Ayida Wedo, as his wife. The spiritual nectar that they created reproduces through all men and women as
milk and semen. The two jellyfishes taught humankind the link between blood and life, between menstruation and birth, and the ultimate Vodou sacrament of blood sacrifice."

After her untimely death caused due to the trauma that she went through after her husband's sacrifice, she was laid down to rest at the highest point in archipelago. However, even after so many years past that incident it was seen that her body did not decay. Though dead she was, her body blue as the sky remained unaffected. It became an object of veneration and respect. Human summoners were allowed to summon her body and wear it as a cloak, combining themselves with Ayida's gift, as her body bestows upon them enhanced phyisical attributes and box-abilities.

Ayida is not alive, and neither is her body. This technique is, thus, not an animal summoning technique, but a complex ninjutsu. It is separated in two levels, the first summoning part of Ayida's body, and the second summoning it's totality. The process of cladding onself with Ayida is similar to the basis of the Combined Transformation Technique.

Level 1 ✳ Sur Pwen

The user will summon a part of Ayida and combine with it, to gain the physical traits of a box jellyfish. The user gains blue markings on his/her cheeks which looks like dotted tentacles scarred in the flesh. His/her hair turns more bluish as his eyes become dark sky coloured, ethereal and otherworldy. The floater of Ayida comes through the head as a ghostly hood, and the user dresses four of the sky blue tentacles as sleeves and pants, controlling them as his/her own, while 4 other float from the user's back, reaching up to 10 meters in length at will.

This armor helps the user to attain certain characteristics of the boxes, like the ability to breathe underwater and filter poisonous gases from the water and atmosphere, protected by the blue hood and to secrete venom and use venom-based techniques via the cloak tentacles. Ayida's body is immune and impermeable to the cubozoan venom, such as it is lesser venom's. The user's weight reduces as he gets combined with a box, helping him in increasing his speed by 50%. Box techniques increase their damage output by 10 damage points. It is considered A rank. The user needs to spend 5 chakra per turn to maintain this form.


Level 2 ✳ Asogwe

The user will summon Ayida's body and cloak him/herself in it, allowing him/her to gain physical traits of Ayida. The user becomes the core of a giant sky blue coloured box jellyfish, having hundreds of tentacles. The huge floater covers the head like a celestial veil, and grows exponentially beyond, carrying the user into the air. The hair becomes translucent blue, dressed in multiple thin tentacles, and the blue markings spread all across the body, around the ghostly blue eyes. The size of the cloak is similar to that of a Boss Summoning. The tentacles (each) are atleast 50 meters long which the user can use to either hit the opponent or to grab other summons or tailed beast, four of which are clearly cladding the user's arms and legs.

This armor helps the user to attain certain characteristics of the boxes, like the ability to breathe underwater filter poisonous gases from the water and atmosphere, through the blue hood of Ayida, and secrete and venom and use venom-based techniques via the tentacles. Like any other box, Ayida's body is immune and impermeable to the cubozoan venom, such as it is lesser venom's. The user's strength increases by 50% as he gets combined with a box, as opposed to speed, helping him in fighting monstrous beasts. Box techniques increase their damage output by 20 damage points. It is considered S Rank. The user needs to spend 10 chakra per turn to maintain this form.

Descriptions: The hamster wheel was created mainly for the purpose of torture and degradation as the opponent was being humiliated and reduced to the rank of a common house rodent. The user of the technique performs the Boar and Dog Hand seals in quick successions and slams both of his hands on the ground bringing forth a massive wheel made from the earth which rises from the ground and traps the target in it. The wheel itself is massive in both size and length spanning well over Thirty inches and extending up to thirty feet in the air capable of trapping the biggest of opponents. Unlike most conventional wheels which have openings or small spaces on its body the hamster wheel is covered with razor sharp needles which around its body, which constantly pricks and pierce the target when the wheel is set in motion. Once the Hamster Wheel is fully erected from the ground it begins to rapidly spin, violently rotating the target inside as their bodies clash with the needles and are continuously being stabbed.

Description:A fairly complex jutsu, the user channels the equivalent of A-rank Raiton down both of his arms and into his hands. Each mass of Raiton possesses charges, one negative and one positive, that the user can remotely control even when they've left his body. Once he's made contact with his opponent via both hands, he releases the two charges of Raiton into their body. The two charges, being of opposite property, remain attracted together while in the opponent's body. For the next two turns, at any point the user wishes, he can change one of the charges from negative to positive, causing the two charges to repel each other. This repulsion causes the two masses of lightning to erupt through the opponent's body, damaging them internally and being potentially fatal.

Description: The squared circle, where men become men. This jutsu is made to keep opponents from simply running away when confronted in cqc. The user begins by performing the Dragon seal, gathering Katon chakra thru their body and releasing it 360 degree's around themselves (Does no damage till it forms) forming 3 ropes of dense fire roughly 2 inches in diameter and spaced 1ft > 3ft > 5ft off the ground in the shape of a square roughly 7 1/2 meters away from the user in the epicenter (15 meters squared). The ropes while burning anyone that touches them also are dense and elastic enough to spring someone back off of them if thrown into them hard enough. As the ropes form, the user then molds his wind chakra, releasing to the ground at the 4 corners, creating 4 posts a 1/4 meter wide to form from the ground to just above the last rope, The user dulls the chakra on the top of the pillars, making it solid enough to stand on without being cut by the user or anyone else, but the sides of the pillars from the ground up will cause slicing damage equal to B rank if touched. If an opponent attempts to run and jump out of the ring, the wind chakra in the corners can released outwards from their respective positions, setting the 3 ropes of fire ablaze sending flames shooting upwards 5 meters into the air, burning for the remainder of that turn causing a combined 90 damage, but costing an additional 20 chakra as well as a move, then ending the jutsu completely at the end of that turn.

Description: The final sibling jutsu to Scorching Rage. After using Fire Release: Scorching Berserker, the user puts their hands together and concentrates and molds the fiery golden chakra surrounding themselves, and using chakra control manipulates the chakra towards their touching hands. As the chakra aura leaves their body, it envelops the hands in a denser concentrated form, and as the user pulls his hands apart they are both left with a fiery golden flame surrounding each fist (Similar to Lightning Release: Lightning Blade Double Lightning Quake) that can be used for a melee strike with the fists, or in combination with other taijutsu.

Kuchiyose no jutsu: Raijin

Description: The user bites their thumb, and begins to slams both of their hands onto the ground to call forth Raijin the boss of the Blue Jays. Raijin is pretty large for a normal Blue Jay, hes around half the size of Gamabunta but a little taller then his younger brother Suijin. Raijin's personality is quite rude similar to Gamabunta's, he doesn't acknowledge or obey anyone unless they are stronger than him, and at any time if the summoner shows a little weakness he will attack trying to kill him. Raijin looks are a lot similar to his younger brother Suijin, but the difference they have is Raijin's blue is darker, and he carries a Thunderbolt figure on his chest. Raijin's is known for his incredible manipulation of the lightning element. He can perform up to S-rank Lightning technique without any hand seals, effortlessly. His special ability is that his feathers are known to be special, and act as lightning rods, and are able to conduct electricity, and Raijin is thus completely impervious to lightning techniques B-rank and below.
when the opponent attacks Raijin with an B-rank Lightning and below technique, Raijin has the ability to absorb the lightning technique, not just being unaffected by it. Raijin can convert the lightning attack, using his natural ability to being resistant to lightning, and cover his entire body in a glaring shade of lightning, thus forming a electric field around his body.
The electric field formed by the absorption of the lightning attack can enhance Raijin's powers. Using the natural characteristics of lightning, when Raijin is bathed in the lightning chakra, for that turn, and only that turn, his speed|power|damage| is increased by 1.5x, making him more powerful by making use of lightning. After that turn, the effect wears away, unless the opponent shoots another lightning attack towards Raijin, and Raijin absorbs it, increasing his abilities again but only by another 1x. Therefore, if the opponent continuously shoots attacks and Raijin absorbs them, Raijin can become a menacing and powerful foe to deal with. With the abilities granted by the lightning field around Raijin, he can fly at faster speeds, and cause devastating damage upon impact

It produces strong waves that flow out in every direction, taking the opponent off guard, the moment it is created. The beast possesses ten heads, each that has a height of a giant stone golem. The best part about this technique is that, the heads (A-Rank each) can either be used to attack all at once, or one by one. Each of these heads are capable of crashing on the opponent, breaking his bones, before drowning him in the massive waves that it produces. A special characteristics of this beast is that should a head be cut off/destroyed, it will regenerate (unless all of them are destroyed together) automatically. Description: Bob-ombs are moving mechanical bombs with painted eyes working mechanical feet powered by a wind-up key found in the back of the construct. Bob-ombs were based on the combination of a children's toy and high explosives allowing the user to catch the opponent off guard . Bob-ombs range in size from very small (roughly 3 inches tall and 3 inches wide) to moderately large but usually don't exceed two feet tall and two feet wide. The bob-ombs are pretty basic in their function the user winds them up and they are able to move on their own towards the opponent almost silent these little buggers are hard to hear and see coming but pack a moderate punch. One bob-omb is comparable in explosive force to that of a C rank attack and can have added functions such as releasing a vast amount of chakra infused smoke enough to incorporate a Short-Mid range area or even a bright flash enough to blind anyone in a Short-Mid range area for one full turn. They can also release small needles or caltrops all throughout the area upon explosion.
Notes:
-The user can create or use four bob-ombs a turn
-Bob-ombs have a one turn cd
-only FeelPain can teach this jutsu

✦ Delined, it was going good until the colored, italicized part. It's too vague. Saying things like "such as" imply there are more things, those are just a part of them. In order for this to be as useful as you're hoping for, it would need to be multiranked, ranging from C to maybe A-S rank and having clear points of the different variations, and maybe have them color coded, to know which is which. You'd also be able to set different sizes and the power of them can be scaled better. Also, it would of course need a usage limit as well as a cooldown period on the higher ranks. ✦

After performing the handseal, the user will use the gathered steel chakra and sprouts 14 black wings out of their own back, the biggest of them is two meters long and the shortest is 30 centimeters long. the left side of the wings are demonic while the right side is angelic shaped wings. the feathers of the angelic wings are sharp steel blades and the user is capable of shooting a barrage of steel feathers at targets with high accuracy, the feathers are B-ranked with short to mid range reach and can be done four times per fight. The user is able to control the wings as if they were part of their own body. While the user is on the ground, 3 pairs of wings (both demonic and angelic) would wrap around the user's torso protecting it from any normal ninja tools attacks or any physical (ninjutsu or taijutsu) attacks up to C-Rank. Despite being heavy, the user is able to use the wings to fly with high speed (equal to shinobi's full sprint on ground) and stand in mid air, and while on ground, the user's running speed gets faster by double.
note: due to it's weight, the user can use it for only two turns each usage time or the user's back will get extremely hurt.
note: if the user is able to deal with the added weight on their back, the wings can stay as long as the user can bear.
note: The user can use the wings as giant fans to use certain wind techniques.

Description: The final technique of Jeet Kune Do. To perform "Enter The Dragon" the user starts by activating "Movement of Water". The user will then get in range of the opponent by dashing at the opponent whilst releasing chakra to aid their strikes/movements as mentioned in Movement of water, moving their arms in circular/swaying patterns. The user moves their arms in such a way that their arms accumulate wind currents that surrounds their fists/arms and is warped around their body as the user runs and forms from the rapid repetitive chakra enhanced movement of the arms. The wind currents begin to form the head of a dragon which envelopes the user and with wind currents radiating off of them as they dash it resembles a dragon's tail and thus altogether the wind currents resemble a dragon. The user will then jump, lunging at the target and once in striking distance of the target, they will send their dominant fist into the opponents chest region with the wind currents that were around their fist being delivered to the opponent upon the strike with them receiving the majority of the wind currents from the user's fist, thus giving the strike greater impact from the center of wind's currents being directed/delivered through the first initial strike. The impact of the strike it'self and with the aided force of the wind currents crushes the bones in the center of the opponents chest where their fist strikes with enough force to crack the bone of their spine. The opponent will then be sent away in a blast of wind that impacts the rest of their body on a much lesser scale, enough to send them away up to 15 meters. However, upon the strike the users wrist is damaged and must take two turns to recover.


- Can be used once per battle.

- When Movement of water wears off, user takes double restrictions, meaning no B rank taijutsu instead of "A rank" as stated in the movement of water restrictions.



✦ Declined, this partially clashes with a DBZ custom I vaguely remember, something about Goku's fist forming a dragon from chakra as he strikes. Also, incorrect chakra damage as well as OPed; if you use this the first turn Movement of water is used, you essentially are okay with no real restrictions for 2 turns and you need something that is more immediate. No taijutsu in that turn either and no S ranks and higher next turn. Also, if you're inured to the point where you must take two turns to recover (as per your words) then that is more than just 15 damage to you. Also that last sentence conflicts with one of the restriction ✦

This is able to be used on up to 2 cards, the power between each would be split. It has a short range reach when it attacks.

General Description of the Animal in Real Life:

Despite its name, the Maned Wolf is not directly related to any other living Canid. It is not a fox, wolf, coyote, jackal or dog but a distinct Canid with it's own Genus, although previously it has been placed in the Canis and Vulpes genera based on similar physical traits to other Canid species. Its closest living relative is the bush dog but it is the only known member of the Genus Chrysocyon which means "Golden Dog". It's believed that it's a survivor from the Pleistocene Epoch, which spanned from about 2.6 million to 11,700 years ago. It is the largest known species of canine in South America which can reach up to 4ft tall on all fours and generally weighs around 50-75 pounds.

Physically the Maned Wolf looks like a large, long legged fox with it's fur's main color being red or orange, but they are known for having other fur colors, including black, brown, gray and white, while it's legs and mane are usually black and it's chin, neck and tail's tip are usually white. It has a long, pointed muzzle and large, erect ears as well as a full set of sharp fangs and claws. The Maned Wolf gets it's name from its tendency to raise its mane when it feels threatened or if it is attempting to appear intimidating, raising it's profile so to speak. The Maned Wolf is also known for it's signature odor which has granted it its unfavorable nickname, the "Skunk Wolf". The smell has been likened to cannabis or hops, both of which have a similar substance known as Pyrazine. Another nickname for the species, due to it's slim, long legs and fox-like appearance, is "A Fox on Stilts".

The Maned Wolf's main habitats are flat grasslands or forests where they have evolved with their long legs to look over tall grass for their prey. The Maned Wolf is carnivorous, but it is known to eat vegetables like sugarcane or wolf apple, they even eat insects to supplement their diet. Their general approach to hunting is to find their prey and pounce on it, killing it with their size and weight. What's most interesting about their hunting approach is the fact that they never hunt in a pack. They are monogamous meaning they only mate with one partner during their lifetime, but they live very solitary lives, only meeting for a few months a year to mate and raise their young. Despite their solitary nature, they defend their territory and share it with their mate, using their powerful smells to indicate where they have hunted or buried prey and also to ward off other predators who may try and steal their prey or hunt on their territory.

Background and General Information in the RP:

The Maned Wolves live in a large Forest Region in the South-West of The Land of Fire. This Forest is fairly overgrown, with large tree's that allow very little sunlight into it. The general feel and appearance of the Forest is like that of the 44th Training Ground: The Forest of Death, with a massive network of branches creating an elevated platform high about the sea of flowing roots below. Because of this, rather gloomy, appearance, the Forest has been dubbed "Darkroot Forest". Another off-putting factor of the forest is the Maned Wolf's natural odor. A foul smell which has earned them disfavor from other Canine Summons and those with heightened smells, such as the Inuzuka. This has lead the Maned Wolves to become hostile to other Canine Summons and especially the Inuzuka. This is why the Maned Wolves have remained undiscovered for so long, no one has dared enter Darkroot Forest, because of it's appearance and smell. However, deep within this seemingly deadly forest lies the Darkroot Basin, the Ancestral Meeting Grounds for the Maned Wolves. The Darkroot Basin is nothing short of an oasis amongst the dark and endless roots and branches of the Forest, with plenty of open space and crystal clear waters for the inhabitants to rely on. Also hidden, deeper within Darkroot Forest, there is the Darkroot Garden where the Maned Wolves allow humans to sign their Summoning Contract. Erected in the center of the Garden is a massive gravestone, and inscribed on it, every person who has ever called on the Maned Wolves in battle and have had the courage to call them "friend".

However this is only the home of the Maned Wolves. They don't reside there permanently, when a Maned Wolf reaches a certain age they must venture into the unknown and prove their worth, either in battle or by other means, such as bringing new or valuable knowledge back to their fellow Maned Wolves. Great Warriors of the Contract have extremely distinguished Manes and title's, a sign of their power and a symbol of the respect they receive from their own kind. These Manes vary from simple decorations to more drastic physical changes, such as a Maned Wolf's Mane representing their Natural Elemental Affinity. Because of their "Coming of Age Rite", they have ventured far and wide to various Lands and learned their ways, giving the Maned Wolves great elemental diversity amongst their ranks, as every one of their kind has ventured to a different part of the world and experienced different things.

As Canids they naturally have a great sense of smell and hearing while in battle Maned Wolves can rely on their sharp fangs and claws, as well as their great agility due to their extended leg length, but this makes their legs a weak area since they are longer and skinnier than other Canine legs. Additionally Maned Wolves have their individual skills which vary from Wolf to Wolf, depending on either their Elemental Affinity or area of expertise. Possibly their most "odd" natural feature is their smell. The odor is very potent, causing people to become overwhelmed by it, especially those with a heightened sense of smell, like members of the Inuzuka Clan. The smell itself cannot be exactly likened to anything else on the earth, but has a distinctive "burning" after-scent.

Because of their overall appearance and the general opinion of them, people rarely decide to sign their Summoning Contract, but those who do decide they wish to be associated with the Maned Wolves must receive a tattoo, like all other Summoning Contracts. Very nice choice of animal, never heard of these before. Just a couple of things before it can be approved. Try to condense it a little, there's a lot in there and not a lot of which seems important. The story and in depth background is nice, but it could use a little shortening. Besides that the smell stuff needs to be clarified. You say it affects Inuzuka, but not to what extent. Obviously it can't be anything drastic, though I think saying it rendered their smell tracking abilities useless would be okay.

General Description of the Animal in Real Life:

Despite it's name the Maned Wolf is not directly related to any other Canid, proof of this is that it has it's own Genus, Chrysocyon Brachyurus which means "Golden Dog". It is the largest known species of canine in South America which can reach up to 4ft tall on all fours and generally weighs between 50-75 pounds.

Physically the Maned Wolf looks like a large, long legged fox with it's fur's main colors being red or orange, while it has black and white features. It has a long, pointed muzzle and large, erect ears as well as a full set of sharp fangs and claws. The Maned Wolf gets it's name from its distinctive long, shaggy mane on it's back, which it has a tendency to raise when it feels threatened or if it is trying to raise it's profile to appear more intimidating. The Maned Wolf is also known for it's signature odor which has granted it the unfavorable nickname "Skunk Wolf". Another nickname for the species, due to it's slim, long legs and fox-like appearance, is "A Fox on Stilts". The Maned Wolf also has a unique vocalization known as a "Roar-Bark", but it's rarely heard due to Maned Wolves being very shy by nature.

The Maned Wolf's main habitats are flat grasslands or light forests in South America where they have evolved with their long legs to look over tall grass for their prey. Unlike other Canids they never hunt in a pack, preferring to hunt solo. They share vast and expansive territories with their partners, whom they rarely hunt or live with. They are omnivorous, and their favorite food is the Wolf Apple.​

Background and General Information in the RP:

The Maned Wolves have made their home in a large region in the South West of the Land of Fire, which the locals have dubbed "Darkroot Forest" due to it's gloomy appearance and foul smell. Because of the general opinion of the region, it is avoided, thus giving it's inhabitants, the Maned Wolf Summoning Animals, a secure sense of privacy.

As Canids they naturally have a great sense of smell and hearing for detecting prey or enemies, while in battle Maned Wolves can rely on their sharp fangs and claws. They also possess great agility due to their extended leg length, but this makes their legs a weak area since they are longer and weaker than other Canids. Their most noticeable feature though is their smell. The odor Maned Wolves produce is very powerful, rendering Olfactory Sensory Types (Sensors who rely on their smell) like the Inuzuka, Ninja Hounds and other Canine Summons, useless. This is because the Maned Wolves scent overpowers all other smells in the general area, making detection by smell impossible. The Maned Wolves, and the Signers, will become accustomed to the smell through living, training and Summoning the Animals often. (This is the same psychological phenomenon that prevents one from feeling shoes after putting them on, as the nerves will become accustomed to the feeling of the shoes, same with the smell. It's known as Neural/ Sensory Adaption.) The smell is only present for as long as a summon remains in battle, and disappears with the Summoning Animal.

Those who sign the Maned Wolf Summoning Contract must receive either a tattoo or a scroll, through which they Summon the animals from the contract, like almost all other Summoning Contracts. Either one of these will be provided during training, and an image of each are provided in the spoiler below.
