Description:
Shadow Spear of Miltonius, as the name suggest is a long polearm, sizing up to 1.6 meters in length, easily dwarfing the user and his opponents. The spear is crafted by a light, but strong chakra enhanced metal, which is coated with steel alloy, able to endure offensive jutsus. The spear overall is black in color with crimson trims within the blade. The blade emits a red aura and releases a surge of crimson lightning whenever the user lusts for battle. The spear is able to perform raiton jutsus learnt by the user but to a certain extent. The spear can also send a strong orb of lightning from the very tip of the blade and create a large electrical barrier that defends from attacks.
Notes:
Can only perform A-Rank Raiton (doesn't need hand seals)
Lightning Orb can only be used thrice
Barrier can only be used once and defends from A-Rank attacks

1.6 meters is 5.2 ft. That's not dwarfing anyone unless they're a child or a midget. Not allowing the no handseals parts. It needs clearer explanations. What do you mean it can endure offensive jutsus? What does the "crimson lighting" do?

(Wasurete Saini no Uta: Pāramitā) Forgotten Second Verse: Six Perfections

Description: The Forgotten Second Verse is a technique of Shakujo no Kyū-Setsu lost in time. After stumbling across an ancient scroll, the current master of the style rediscovered the secret technique, and took to mastering it right away. The technique itself is divided into two parts. The first part has the user channel chakra into the rings on their Shakujo. As each ring is filled with chakra, the second part of the technique becomes more powerful. The second part of the Forgotten Second Verse has the user strike the butt of the Shakujo's staff into the ground, after which the stored chakra in the rings is released in an omnidirectional burst of invisible (to the naked eye) chakra. When the chakra makes contact with a technique, the chakra in the technique will be disrupted and canceled, ending the jutsu. For every ring that had stored chakra, the rank of technique it can disrupt is increased (D for 1 ring, C for 2, B for 3, A for 4, S for 5, and Forbidden for 6). If the Forgotten Second Verse disrupts a technique of lower rank than it's potential, it continues to disrupt a second technique of the appropriate rank (according to NarutoBase's system for how powerful a weakened technique is). While the chakra burst has no direct effect on humans, clones, summons, and the like, the user may chain his Killing Intent with the burst (much like how one can chain Genjutsu with (Raigen Raikochu) – Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar), causing, for a moment, the effects of his short-ranged Killing Intent should the burst reach his opponent.
Note: ~Can only be taught by the master of the Shakujo no Kyū-Setsu style
~Must be a practitioner of Shakujo no Kyū-Setsu for at least two months before learning the Forgotten Second Verse
~It costs one move to store chakra within two rings. When chakra is stored, the user no longer needs to focus on said chakra, allowing him to use other techniques while preparing the Forgotten Second Verse
~When a ring has chakra stored in it, it becomes suspended around the ring attached to the Shakujo's staff to which it is bound, making it float without resting on anything and to rotate slowly. Rings with stored chakra may not be used for Shakujo no Kyū-Setsu techniques
~If the user has chakra within all six rings when he uses the Forgotten Second Verse (ie. Forbidden-rank version), the chakra burst will be so intense at the epicenter (the Shakujo), that they will feel as if they ran into a solid wall. Their body will be weakened and made more fragile; bones will be easier to break, skin and muscles will tear more easily, etc. Using the Forbidden-rank version again will break ribs, and a third time will completely shatter a great deal of the user's bones. Every time, the force of the "impact" causes the user to cough up blood

(Saishū-Tekina Uta: Rengoku) - Final Verse: Purgatory

Description: The user releases the rings of their Shakujo, which leave the main staff and fly through the air, each to a separate location in order to create a sort of "box" (more akin to a sphere or ellipse) around the user and his opponent. Then, each ring will begin to spin and release the user's chakra from itself, the chakra being drawn to the four rings immediately adjacent to it (chakra will not travel from, say, the ring to the left relative the user, to the right relative the user) in order to form a barrier in the form of a black sphere of chakra around the user and his opponent. While inside the barrier, the only techniques which can be used are those which originate from the user; earth release techniques that manipulate the ground, water release techniques which require a water source, and wind release techniques which manipulate the wind in the atmosphere are a few examples of techniques which cannot be used within the barrier. The user may also manipulate the barrier to rotate or roll at their will, allowing the user to spin the barrier in order to shift either their own or their opponent's position (assuming they're standing on the barrier's surface) in order to dodge or to be hit by attacks. The sphere can move so fast that techniques which aren't large-scale can easily be avoided by simply adjusting the barrier's, and therefore the people standing on the surface of the barrier's, position.

✦ Declined, I see no reason for this to be Forbidden ranked, make it S ranked. No moving the barrier to avoid jutsus either, once the barrier is formed, it stays in that location, not moving like Kisame's water jutsu. The first restriction has no real place in the submission, just hold off for two months before teaching them. ✦

Description: The user weaves five handseals and focuses their chakra throughout their body. Then, the user will release their chakra through all 361 tenketsu into the air around them, where it will collect behind them and ignite into a powerful burst of flame. The initial flame, as it ignites, will appear to be wings growing out of the user's back, but will grow into a full phoenix of its own right, with a wingspan twice the size of the user, in moments (the same amount of time it took to weave the seals). Then phoenix can then be controlled by the user's chakra manipulation to fly and otherwise act as the user wishes. Though the user cannot use any technique on his own after creating the phoenix, he may weave the handseals for any Katon technique and have the majestic bird perform the jutsu, using its own body as a source of flame for it. But the phoenix's true power lies in its tenacity. As a property of the flame used in the jutsu, instead of giving off smoke or even steam when it comes in contact with water, the phoenix gives off a cloud of fine ash which hangs around the phoenix and in the path it has recently traveled for a few moments, being too thin to obstruct vision of anything beyond the ash. At the cost of one of his three moves per turn, the user may form two handseals to ignite the ash, creating a large ball of flame wherever there was ash at the point of the seals being made, which would reform into the phoenix once more at any point in the fire almost immediately. This makes defeating the technique incredibly difficult, while fully possible.

~When the phoenix wings at the beginning of the technique are formed, the user suffers second degree burns on his back

~Should the user be unable to move, they can "call fourth" the phoenix by sheer chakra control, though doing so causes the flames to completely engulf them, rather than having the elegant wings form, initially, thus causing second-degree burns all over the user's body

The height upto which these spears can be shot are directly proportional to the time taken/distance covered by those spears inside the earth surface.For short distances, these spears shoot up very fast.

Note: The user has to keep atleast any one of his hands on the ground for the jutsu to be executed.

Now, after having used this technique in battles many times, it was seen that the opponents dodged most of the spikes which reduced the effectivity of the jutsu. Azráel found a way to make it more effective. Every spear contains the user's chakra when launched in the air. By forming the seal of confrontation, the user can blow up the spears that miss, causing them to turn into fine dust particles that could be manipulated to move around, to stick to the opponent. Now what exactly makes this an S ranked technique is the fact that these dust particles seep into the skin, into the blood of the opponents so as to suppress their chakra. But suppressing their chakra works only to a certain level, and cannot be matched with the abilities of wood against Bijuu. When a handful of this dust enters the blood of the opponent, the strength of all their techniques will reduce by 2 ranks for 3 full turns, after which the effects of the dust stop. For example, a Golem of A rank would be created weak, frail, slow and sloppy, carrying a power of C rank. A water wall of S rank will have the defense strength of only B rank etc.
Note: The opponent is however allowed to perform all types of techniques, and of all ranks.

Description: It is a common knowledge that water is a huge collection of electric dipoles. By using polarities of charge, we can create an influence on it by making it move away or come near to the charge. Understanding this concept, lead to the development of this jutsu that would help the user to deflect the incoming water jutsus so as to avoid damage.
Attraction: The user concentrates a lot of raiton chakra in his body/ parts of the body. By manipulating his chakra, he concentrates a single polar charge around his body. This charge will force the electric dipoles in the water to align themselves and be attracted to the user's charge. This will help the user to attract water molecules from big sources of water, or from the mist or air in general and stick to his body. The amount of water that sticks to the body directly depends on the user's control and the amount of water present in the source.
Repulsion: Similar to attraction, the user will concentrate single polarity around his body. As and when a body of water comes closer to the user, he instantly changes the polarity so that the water is thrown away from the user's body. To deflect an incoming water of any rank, the user requires a polar charge of similar rank.
Combination: With precise chakra control, the user can constantly keep changing the polarity and in essence control the flow of water so as to meet his needs.​

No reason for this to be multi-ranked. Also I don't see how the combination usage would work. If you're making an aura around yourself, you can either pull or push with it, but any complex manipulation would be impossible.

Description: The user forms two handseals (Boar > Dragon) and channels his chakra into the ground in the entire battlefield. The user creates small snakes made of mud that act as parasites to emerge from the ground and capture the opponent. Initially these snakes are not visible as they are hidden just below the surface of the ground. They activate only when they sense the original source of the foreign chakra (the opponents) in their vicinity (short-range). The moment they emerge, these snakes coil around the opponent and hold them in place as the mud starts to solidify around the opponent's body as they travel up. The opponent would be unable to move around with his legs being covered in mud. Now this is not what they were primiraly made for. These mud snakes when they come in contact with the user's skin, it tries to enter the user's body through the pores of the skin. Tiny molecules of this mud enter the body and starts disintegrating the flesh by destroying the cells. But since it is a slow process, it takes 2 turns to actually destroy a limb.
- Single turn of exposure will cause the limb to be filled with mud, making it heavy, causing minor damages.
- This jutsu does not differentiate between allies and enemies.
- Can only be used twice.
- Cannot use any Earth jutsu above S-rank in the same and next turn.

Description: An Adaption creative under the same principle of (Doton: Nentsuchi Otoshi) – Earth Release: Sticky Earth Drop. The user will bite his thumb and smear blood on his hand before weaving 2 handseals. Similar to Sticky drop a portal will open up on the battlefield, instead of mud though, the Blood acts as a medium for a summoning technique causing hundreds of small snakes to fall from the portal. Inside each snake is an array of exploding tags. As the snakes come down to the ground the user will weave another Handseal trigger a chain reaction explosion throughout the snakes blowing up everything up to 10m from the center of the portal.

Restrictions:
Can only be used 3 times per battle
Cannot be used more then once per battle.
Requires Snake contract.
Can only be taught by Delta.

Description: A Kenjutsu based jutsu created to take down fast ninja that can't be perceived with the users own eye sight. The user will begin by channeling large amounts of Raiton into their blade to prepare for the attack. The user will then take a low stance, both arms will be crossed with the right arm over the left arm with the blade tip pointing towards the users left. Bending the knee's the user will put their right foot forward and slightly twist his back and hips towards the left. When positioned the user will then spin on his ball of his right foot, at the same time the user will swing their right arm across their body while pushing off with their left foot to creating a spinning motion. As the blade is swung the user will release the Raiton in the sword causing it to begin being release in an arc. As the user spins a full 360 degree turn he will unleash all the Raiton causing a ring of lightning to spread out from the users original position up to mid range. Anything cause inside the ring will be cut in half with ease due to the momentum of the swing and the cutting power of Raiton giving it the power to slice through almost any armor or defense(Within Reason).

Can only be used twice per battle.
No S rank or above Raiton jutsu for the next turn

Description: The user will begin by channeling earth chakra into the palms of his hands. He will then firstly strike the earth with the first palm causing the ground around him at short range to lose its density and become soft. Once this happens the user will strike the ground with his second palm sending a concussive shockwave into the ground. The result is the earth recompacts into itself causing a small crator to be created below the user. Alternatively, for a faster application, the user can weave 3 handseals and channel the chakra through both of his feet creating the same affect. The main application of this Jutsu is to crush earth techniques coming from below the user. By softening and then compacting the earth downwards the user is able to crush the earthen structure before it can rise upwards to cause harm. The B rank version will create a crator Short range around the user. The A rank version will create a mid range crator around the user and opponent(if in mid range). The Mid range version will cause the earth to shake violently for a few seconds similar to Earth Shaking jutsu, making it hard for the opponent to stand while this is executed. The S rank version creates a massive crator up to S rank. The compaction strike will cause a massive tremour which will last for around 5 seconds making it hard to stand or weave handseals for the Opponent. This jutsu cannot be used against Moving structures as the time it takes for the earth to be softened and then compacted would result in the user being hit before it is completed. This Jutsu can infact be used against earthen armor. The Same affect will ensue, except when used against an Earthen armor surrounding the opponent, the resulting conclusion will be the opponent armor would be compacted inwards crushing him under its own strength.

Restrctions:
B rank can be used 4 times, A rank 3 times, S rank 2 times per battle.
Due to the large Terrain Altering abilities, S rank can only be used Once per battle, Twice per event.
If S rank is used, the user cannot use any S rank Earth jutsu for the next turn.

Description: Body of Arbus, is a technique named after an old legend known for his durability and extreme endurance. The technique falls under the category of Taijutsu, and is a way of being able to sustain and take a colossal impact to a vital part of the body, without injury, such as the adam's apple, testicales, ribs. Obviously to attain this technique one must have undergone extreme trainings, taking a continously amount of hits over and over again the same places, of desired affect. Now, the human atanomy would cause the bone to naturally adapt itself to the load that is contiously put on and laid upon the area, which will in turn increase the bone denisty by natural means, having it remodel itself over time becoming stronger and stronger, to the resist the loading. The internal tissue undergoes adaptive changes, followed by secondary changes being the external outer layer(cortical) portion of the bone, which becomes thicker as a result. In turn, if the reverse were to happen, and the user would come out of training, the thickness would decrease. However, all this is done over a long period of time. Having been taught Body of Arbus, would essentially make the user's an incredible defense, capable of sustaining loads of damage, leaving him completely unharmed from A-ranked Taijutsu and B-ranked Ninjutsu, and C-ranked elemental techniques. Now the technique itself will be posted in the user's biography, before having any affect at all and its effects remain passive.

Description:
The user engages the opponent with a kunai infused with lightning. He throws the kunai into the wall or ground, leaving it or proceeding over it. A wave of lightning, stemming from the kunai, follows the user as he/she maintains lightning in the hand that threw the kunai. The wave itself showing stiff tendencies, remains straight as the user carries it with them, aiming to line up the target between the kunai and the user.


Imagine walking a Dog, with your hand held stiff in front of you(the kunai). Now imagine the dog(the user), guiding the leash(the raiton) as it moves, left and right, all the while as your hand is held out stiff, watching the leash sway left or right as your end holds place. This being the nature of how the lightning wave works.

Similar to Kakashi's Rakiri Chain jutsu

Description:
A tanto given to him by his beloved kenjutsu sensei Castiel, simply for use of one jutsu. Benn skillfully completes the technique, combining it with other techniques of the sword. Praising Castiel, Benn keeps the tanto constantly thinking of ways to enhance it. Upon studying the raiton element, Benn learns to manipulate lightning in such a way he could allowing it to flow through his katana & his tanto. Eye balling the blade on Castiel's back, Benn idolized the craftiness of his sensei. Looking back to the tanto, his mind sparks with conviction that he had thought of something. He lies the tanto flat on a stone before reaching for his katana. Focusing lightning chakra into his katana, Benn places the katana a short distance from the hilt, slicing the blade off the tanto while leaving just a tad bit of the metal material made to forge it. He picks up the tanto and begins focusing chakra into it.
As he does, the lightning begins to take shape from the hilt, forming a short blade resembling the one he'd broken off it. He exerts more chakra, causing the blade to grow longer in size. It's nature allowing it to cut throu

-Drawing this tanto counts as 1/3 techniques allowed per post.

-Shinkirou remains on Benn's waist at all times.

-Each range the lightning chakra enters requires 20+ extra chakra

-Once used, Benn can manage to use it the post used and post after before needing to cool down two turns.

-At mid range, the blade pauses for 3 seconds before resuming the extension, thinning out in width. Reducing the strength.

-Can only be wielded by Benn

With little to no blade to weigh this weapon down, it was relatively light. Utilizing the need to channel his lightning chakra into it while also trying to conserve chakra, Benn times when he channels the chakra for a moment when he needs to. Benn swings the hilt, then quickly channels the chakra, causing the lightning blade to flash into sight for seconds before vanishing. With no blade to sheath, Benn simply tucks the hilt into his Gi waist belt, or hidden in his longsleeves while holding it..
As he swings his arms, seemingly throwing a taijutsu attack from what seems to be missing distance, he channels the lightning chakra into the tanto at the right second, displaying a good slicing nature able to be used with a swift swing.

You need to fix up the format of these two techniques. For the notes don't add the extra spaces between lines. Get rid of the further explanation/descriptive image sections. If its something important to the technique place it in the description, if not just leave it out.

Description: After performing two handseals, the user will create a massive scorch orb very high in the sky (Long Range). After creating the orb of scorch, the temperature created will make it very difficult for either the user or the opponent to use water jutsu while the orb is in play. Because of this all S rank water jutsu are lowered to D Rank as soon as they are released. Along with this all Fire techniques increase by +10 damage for both the user and the opponent. The user can create an A-ranked dragon head to shoot out from the massive orb.
-Can only be used once per battle
-Lasts for 3 turns
-After creating this the user cannot use scorch techniques over A rank for the next two turns

The milk contains certain proteins and electrolytes that all living things need the only difference with this milk, is that the amount of said proteins and electrolytes are on a huge scale. Camel Summoning contract holders will experience a boost in reflexes to the point that they can track 2 times their speed. On the same end, all non contract holders will have their reflexes halved, as the properties of the milk only positively affect the contract holders.

X-Declined-X It is an interesting idea indeed. It just doesn't fit in my definition of illusion, but rather this is enforcing a mental condition. Not implying its not within the abilities of Genjutsu, its just your way of explanation that will require you to resubmit on and on. Suppose you give your opponent an illusion of extreme speed which causes a temporary fear, that would make sense no?

This is still blurring the lines of what's possible with genjutsu. Remove the effects wearing off after 4 seconds. That makes it seem like its unavoidable, you cast it, they get stuck in it, by the time they reason its genjutsu and go to release it, its already over. Also remove the part about just looking at them to cast it, it needs more than that as a trigger (the hand seal is fine).

The earth hands are the size of a regular man and form a second after the user has made his hand gestures. A second before they appear, a small tremor can be felt.

Description: After throwing two projectiles, like a kunai or a shuriken, the user will focus magnetic chakra on them, which will repel and then attract them together, thus creating a sort of wave motion that allows the kunai to dodge incoming defenses swiftly and without losing speed.
This can also be used to make the kunai turn around and attack an enemy from behind, closing the waver after going around him/her or attack two targets on opposite sides, by shooting them apart, instead of waving.

Fine with most of it, but the attacking from behind bit doesn't fit. This wouldn't allow free manipulation of the kunai, just repelling and attracting from one another. The only way you could make it attack from behind is if one kunai is behind the target and one is in front of them, but then the "wave" part of the technique wouldn't work.

Kurt is the greatest taijutsu master in all of the land of cardinals and has undergone extensive training with the user in his own taijutsu training. Due to this, Kurt is pefectly in synch with all of the user's body movements and is able to move and think in conjunction with the user's tai. When the user attempts to land a blow on an object Kurt will surround the user's limbs with a precise burst of chakra, strengthening the power of the blow. As Kurt is simply channeling chakra to strengthen the user's blows, this act is passive.

Tillian Pearson is known as one of the greatest singers in the land of cardinals. His melodies have been known to be able to put other being sunder spells. His calls let him use any genjutsu the user knows up to A rank. He also has a telepathic connection with her summoner and any cardinal on the field. He is able to trigger these genjutsus by releasing a high pitched call.

The earthen armor will fit rather tightly over the user, similar to "Doton: Domu" and give the user a good defense simply by itself. However, when met with any sort of physical contact or subjected to a large amount of force, the armor will release a focused electric charge in all directions from the area on the armor that triggered the release . This will not hinder the user's mobility in the slightest and the Lightning bolts have a max range of short. While this armor is on the user can only use Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Earth, Lightning, and CE/KG's relating to such elements. Due to the original armor and the resulting electric charge from physical contact, the user gains +20 to all taijutsu actions.

When an enemy makes contact with the beaks it will be as if he were stabbed with many sharp knives, increasing the damage to the user's taijutsu. The beaks are naturally very strong and resilient, able to block damage from up to B rank taijutsu and C rank ninjutsu. While sharp and resilient, the beaks are relatively lightweight and thus arent very taxing on the user's speed.

Description: The blade has the appearance of a small katana [12 inch]. On the handle it has a pattern of six black filled diamond shape that exhibits an ‘X’ like pattern if perceived closely. Blue in the other parts of the handle; the katana has markings in craved into it, possibly a dragon.
It’s kept up the selves in its cast. Inside the selves there’s a magnet that holds in place, unable to fall even in worst cases, and the reason he is cable of taking out the blade, is because of the lightening abilities as he releases a little shock to the magnet that weakens its magnetic force that allows the blade to fall onto this hands.
Special Abilities: The blade as in its name: can seal 30% of lightening power and store the electricity within; allowing the user 25% more power for later use when at choice, he can summon power from the blade; it’s conductible with lightening chakra nature which increases its sharpness greatly; which allow him to be able to cut though anything, as well as numbing the target who has been pierced by this lightning blade. For the most special thing about the “Thunder Seal” is that for what it slices, isn’t recovered as the blade destroys the cells and dismantles the area of the cells previous were inhabiting; this makes it hard on the victim to recover from the damage done.

This is done so to create a "scrambler" like effect to doijutsu users, as when they attempt to see the user's chakra system or locate their exact position, the blanket of chakra will prevent them from doing so. This technique itself doesn't cloak the user's presence or blind Doijutsu users, however it acts as a useful supplement to other stealth techniques. As a result, it becomes near-impossible to see through transformation techniques (only through the use of most Doijutsu) whilst this is active. It can't fool the Byakugan but due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan users will see the air coloured and made "opaque" by their opponent's chakra. This technique will also distort the use of ordinary chakra sensing, Rain Tiger at will and other methods of sensing since the user's chakra will span such a large area that it will become impossible to discern/pinpoint their exact location through the use of such measures alone. (Kenjutsu: Jūden) - Sword Technique: Charge

Description: The user charges towards the target while unsheathing his sword. As the blade exits the scabbard, the user channels his chakra into the blade giving it a bright red hue. Using the light as a distraction and while also powering his sword with a precise amount of chakra, the user slashes upward (slashing the target), expanding the crimson-like chakra and pushing the target back, and as it comes downward, the user re-sheathes it back into his scabbard, deactivating the chakra flow to the blade, ending the technique. The difference between the established technique called "Iaidō", is that Charge is slower and as the user strikes the target, the "crimson" chakra is released in a precise and powerful blow causing the target to be pushed back as well as receiving damage as opposed to simply sheathing, striking, and re-sheathing again. Although the force of the strike pushes the target back, the target remains in the same range namely short range. So if a target is struck back he still remains in short range. Like most sword techniques, the user can only perform this technique if on a sustainable surface (solid; flat; stable) in order to "charge" at the enemy. This technique can also be performed with a swallow-type weapon albeit quite differently. The user would channel chakra to his swallow and imbue it in crimson-like chakra but the release/expansion of chakra can only be done on one end not both. The only difference would be there would be no scabbard to return the swallow to.

Description: The user performs 2 handseals while concentrating raiton chakra around themselves to form 4 orbs of compressed lightning which would then rotate around the user 1 meter away from them. Each orb has the power of C-Rank compressed lightning and is 10 centimeters in diameter. If someone approaches the user and gets hit by one of those lightning orbs, they would receive C-Rank shocking damage while being placed off balance due to being hit and also being slightly shocked the moment they're in contact with said orb. Once an orb lands on a target, it disappears. While opponent is within 5 meters, the user can direct those 4 orbs at the target from whichever direction they wish by a simple waving motion from their hand or weapon they are holding. When doing so, the orbs can either attack simultaneously or in quick succession. This jutsu can be cancelled at will by the user by no longer feeding it with chakra.

~ Twice per battle
~ Lasts for up to 3 turns
~ Must wait 1 turn to use again once the jutsu ends
~ Can only be taught by Klad

Description: The user starts by channelling his raw chakra into a few thousand bugs on his body then by feeding the bugs his chakra, the user controls the bugs with wings to gather around his hands forming a glove like shape on the user's hands then the user extends his hands forward to start shooting the bugs randomly one after the other(with large force capable of knocking one unconscious if it) at the target, launching all the bugs to hit and stuck on the targets body. The jutsu ranges depending on the amount of chakra passed into the bugs and the number of bugs used.
Note:
-Can only be done by an aburame clan member.
-Can only be taught by me.
-Can only be used thrice in a battle.
-Lasts for a maximum of 3 rounds.
-The user cannot mold chakra when this jutsu is been carried out.
-No aburame jutsus for the rest of the turn.
-The bugs stuck on the target's body when this jutsu is done can be used for other aburame clan jutsus.

Description : The user simply concentrates raiton chakra into his hands as he forms a box/cube that he shoots at the opponent. It is a streaming technique in a way that the cube does not leave the users hand but simply enlarges all the way to the opponent with sheer lightning speed. The cube encases the opponent and lightning is released from every part of the cube that shreds the opponents body due to the intense electrical discharge.

Description:
The user starts by waving the ram handseal then the user channels his katon chakra from his body to the air around the target then the user uses the katon chakra to form a body of fire that is shape manipulated into 5 circles of fire(1 above the target, 1 in front of the target, 1 behind the target, 1 to the target's right and the last to the target's left) that later rush in to burn the target in the middle at the user's command.
Note
- The circle does not have any space, it is filled with fire.
- Can only be taught by shonnen.
- Can only be done thrice in a battle.
- The jutsu lasts for one round.

Already so it's been what, roughly 2 weeks since it's been open? Probably a bit longer, but whatever. Time for submissions again! Now, you may notice some submissions have yet to be checked and you may wonder why. It's because they are so dumb and stupid, we are stuck on how to continue forward. Congratulations, you broke the mods. Jk, but really, Scorps will get to them as soon as he has time so worry not my dear ninja! Your Customs will be checked by the Hokage-Sama soon! Can you imagine that though, if there was an actual office you had to go to to submit a Custom for approval? Ninjas would be in line, holding numbers and waiting for their turn, and then stepping into a room and auditioning with their jutsus like it's American Idol or something.

Anyway....you guys know the routine: 3 jutsus per submission, one submission per cycle, sacrifice your eldest born to Godara for good blessings ಠ_ಠ, etc etc. Read the markers to be sure you're not bypassing the rules and take note that you may only post between markers. Also, I'm legally obligated to tell that any injuries you sustain are not NB's problem and as such, you can't sue us. :) Oh, and "Also, I must remind members to read the rules (check the first post of this thread), read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Too many techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for example and that is auto decline. Including altering the approved format. And it's ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates. Another general rule is if it seems like it has been done before, it likely has." (Custom Jutsus are "custom" because they are meant to be creative and add taste to the RP.)
