Description: user concentrates a vast amount of Hyouton chakra inside of their body, and with a snap of their fingers, projects a 360 degree Nagashi like wave of ice from their body, capable of freezing anything that it comes into contact with in place, along with effectively providing a source of Ice for the user by forming stalagmites that protrude from the ground around the user. The ground short range all around and under the user forms a 1 foot thick layer of Ice. Anyone other than the user caught in this range will be instantly frozen and paralyzed.
Note: Can only be used 3 times per battle.

Declined, black ice isnt actually unnoticable to someone, it can be seen with a keen eye, the way iit catches people of guard is their carelessness
Resubmitting - I pretty much I took out the unnoticable part and added what Zen Suggested, as well as instead of making it last for three turns, changing it to the usage of 2 Earth and 2 Ice techniques.

If ever the user would come to a complete or abrupt stop, the Snowboard will break.

Hyouton: Eikyū Tōdo-Sō (Ice Release: PermaFrost)

Description: The user forms 4 handseals and sends a vast amount of their Hyouton chakra into the earth under the opponent. The earth under the opponent begins to frost over with white freckles of snow material. The snow material itself has a temperature of below freezing (0 °C or 32 °F). This snow material renders the earth under the opponent completely useless, as earth would be incapable of clumping together and becoming solid enough to form weapons, pillars or other solid structures. The snow material will also travel up any material that is touching it.
*If the opponent stays standing in that spot for more than two turns, they will receive frostbite in their feet resulting in pain and decreased speed of One Rank (Sage – Kage, Kage – Sannin, etc).
*If the opponents bare skin (hands, arms, face, legs, etc) touches the ground while PermaFrost is activated will get frostbite. Their hands will become frostbitten in their next turn, resulting in pain and decreased handseal speed due to shakiness (1 handseal will take the time of 3, 2 will take the time of 4, etc).
Note: PermaFrost lasts for 3 turns.
Note: Can only be done once every 4 turns.

~Declined~ Saying the earth is useless because it's clumped up is just nonsense. The properties of the earth will change, but in no way will it be useless. It may make it impractical for techniques that require mud, since the earth would mix the water initially.

Description: After creating 3 shadow clones, one clone releases water chakra, second one releases lightning chakra and the third one releases pure chakra in it to create a shield of hollow sphere around themselves of 10m radius, whose small part is below the earh, so from above the surface it looks like a dome. This shield can block 1 forbidden jutsu completely.
Note: ~User must create atleast 3 shadow clones before using this jutsu.

Description: The Elder Wand, also known as the Deathstick, the Wand of Destiny, is the fabled Deathly Hallow. Bestowed on Enzup, supposedly by Death himself after he requested, as his bounty, the strongest wand in the history of wizardkind.
The Elder Wand is ancient and made up of elder wood with coating of unknown subtance on it with a core of Thestral tail hair, thats make the wand unbreakable. It is fifteen inches long. If anyone even touches it without the user's permission, then he will receive a huge amount of pain in his body, forcing him to drop the wand. Whenever user says "Accio", wherever the wand is, it quickly gets to the user (if somewhere nearby) in a blink of an eye. Most Spells are done with the aid of wands (customs posting soon), and one of the major ability is that while the wand is in the possession of user, user dont have to perform any handseals for any jutsu, instead of that he has to swing his wand in a circular movement and give a little flick pointing towards his target. And when flick is done a bright white light apprears at the tip of the wand for a second.
Note: ~Due to the white light, opponent can easily find the user, if user is hiding.
~It is considered to have life of its own (like samehada) and it can sense chakra.
~If summoned then it lasts for 5 turns, and have to perform a series of 8 handseals before summoning it.

~Declined~ While I was for the idea of INTRODUCING HP to our RP, you've over done it. No hand seals? Accio whenever you want? Why the hell would it be forbidden?

All in all, adapt it to the Narutoverse, not the opposite. If it's not drastically different (in a good way) in your next resubmission, I'll be forced to decline it for good.

Since this jutsu counts as my 4 moves, and can block only 1 jutsu, so i am updating it and making it a lil bit OP :p, as i am also restricting that i will only be able to use 2 moves per turn.

As user will be trapped inside that dome, so for attacking purpose he can make a single handseal, so that a appropriate size of hole/opening will be made in the dome and from which he can use his jutsu on his target and than again by making a single handseal, the hole/opening closes.
Note: ~User must create atleast 3 shadow clones before using this jutsu.
~This technique lasts 3 turns.
~If one clone is made to poofed away, than the ability of dome will be decreased and thus it can block two rank lesser techniques i.e. upto A-rank, and if two clones than upto B-rank. And if all three clones, than this technique ends right there.
~Opponent can't use the earth below the user, which is in sphere for any purpose. As that earth is separated from the main earth, due to lightning chakra from sphere, neither user can use the earth below him to slam his hands on the earth to manipulate the earth outside the sphere.
~User can only use 2 moves each turn due to excessive chakra used.

~Counts as 3 moves in the user's turn.
~ -30 damage to user due to excessive amount of chakra used.

This is my first CJ or rather CW, that i really wants to get approved, as i worked on it so heartedly.

Shinigami Reaper | Death God Reaper
Type: Weapon

Description: Once the two Giant Death Gods, one from Heaven, and one from Hell were fightning for a holy sword named "Shinigami Reaper", since it was sword who stated that the winner will be the weilder of it. So even after their 100th fight, the result was the same, Draw. Since none of them was the winner and they do not wanted to give it to their opponent. So they, along with the sword decided to give the sword to someone else. And than they met Enzup, both of them tried to kill him, but couldn't be succeeded. So they liked his true braveness, skills, and mastery in fightning. So they bestowned the sword on Enzup, in hope that he is the one capable of holding it, but the sword was the one who had to chose his master himself, it was upto the sword that it would accept him or not, but the sword was the one who liked Enzup the most and decided to help him conquer anything he wants.
Since the sword was of those Giant Gods, so its size is also very big. The hilt itself is of 2m height, and the blade is of 3m height making a total lenght of 5m, and its cross guard is of 1m length, while the blade is of half meter. It is a double-edged sword. And have a little curvature in the edge part and pointed on front. It also have a very long chain tied to pommel part. The blade is bloody red in colour which is supposed to be the blood of millions of people killed by it. It also has 2 black strips originating from the rain guard to some extent on blade, and it was supposed to be the curse of people died from it. Its original weight is 1 ton but for user its only 1 kg, superlight weight that allows him to use it more fluently and reaction time of user while using the sword is much more fast than of anyone else using a sword.
It is considered to have life of its own just like samehada. This sword is indestructible by all means and considerd to be sharpest in the whole world, and even in hell or heaven. Thats the reason, user must wield it very carefully, or else he'll just cut himself off. User can also pass any of his chakra to change the shape of its blade and creates a thick layer coating on sword.

Abilities:
-The sword can anytime increase or decrease its weight from 10 ton to 10 Kg.
-This sword is indestructible and have enormous amount of chakra.
-It can react on its own when required. Can also sense chakra.
-It can cut and slice through anything just like butter.
-When Chakra is passed to the sword, than the hilt remains the same but the blade transforms to |Fire- Phoenix|, |Water-Shark|, |Earth- Dragon|, |Lightning- Snakes|, |Wind- Porcupine|

Restrictions:
-As this sword was of those Giant Death Gods, which is very heavy and big in size and have some incredible powers, so it is forbidden to use this weapon.
-Passing any chakra to the sword, counts as a move, which is equivalent to S-rank offense/Defense/Supplementary.
-Can channel chakra to the sword only once per turn.
-Must be kenjutsu mastered, as it requires great skills in that.
-Can only be used if user is of atleast Kage Rank.
-The sword can only be wielded by Enzup. If someone else even touches the sword or any part of it, than it will paralyze him completely for one turn.

~Declined~ 10 ton is unacceptable, you could easily destroy anything on the field with such a heavy sword. No shape shifting, unless the shapes are pre-determined and well explained. I saw that the shapes were animals, but can the weapon shape at will into anything? Why is the damage 100? Does it damage you opponent just by being in your possession? We don't put damages to CW unless they have a special ability that triggers and attack. Sensing abilities are forbidden from the CJ thread (Or so I heard from Cali). Lastly, the restrictions are almost non-existent for such a weapon, you need to fix that.

(Kenjutsu Yori za Mizu Megami: Amatsu Myaku Danmaku) - Sword Arts of the Water Goddess: Heavenly Pulse Barrage

Description: The user will make a sequence of cross slashes with their sword (Up to four) and finish it off with a powerful horizontal slash across the targets abdomen. By utilizing the moister in the air, the user can manipulate the water molecules in the to release a shock wave. Due to the water molecules being very little in size, only doujutsu is capable of actually seeing the shock wave being created. A regular ninja will think its a simple combination of slashes. Once the blade of the sword connects, the shock waves will be released. Even if the blade is blocked, the small shock waves will knock the opponent back, causing him/her breathing difficulty for one turn.

Description: While in short range of the opponent, the user will unsheathe his sword and in one swift motion, he will deliver a horizontal slash going across the ground in front of him, creating a territorial line, or also known as "Do not cross this line". As the opponent is completely dumbfounded as to why the user is slashing the ground, the user manipulates the water molecules in the air around the sword's blade to release a delayed shock wave that will send the opponent flying backwards. The shock wave is set to be released after the line is complete. While in mid range from the opponent, the user will unsheathe his sword while charging towards his target with chakra infused in his feet. In one swift motion he will set the tip of his blade down into the ground and let it grind against the ground as he makes his way over to his opponent. The user will then, with one hand, swing the sword upwards leaving the opponent dumbfounded as to why the user has done that. In reality the user was manipulating the water molecules in the air around the sword's blade to release a delayed shock wave that will send the opponent flying backwards. The shock wave is set to be released after the sword is swung upwards.

Description: The user will swing the sword upwards in an arc manner, by doing this, he will control the water molecules where the sword swang, refracting the light and separating natural light in which you could call a rainbow, which can only be seen by the opponent's perspective. The user will finish off the swing as the hands of a clock, starting from 9 and finishing off in the same place (no matter if the user is right handed or left handed). By doing this, water molecules will slightly bend the light which the opponent perceives, making the user "dissapear", though the user will still maintain it's original position. The user will furter control the water molecules, bending the light in such manner that will create mirage of the user, which can extend to an amount of 4 copies, which spread up to 180 degrees from the opponents perspective, this is because of how the light is being received. The enemy will not be able to identify the original, unless with dojutsu. These mirages cannot attack in any way possible, though they can create attacks that may seem real, though they are only mirages of the original user. The original user will make an attack from any angle from 0-180, and the other mirages will attack the same way, toward the enemy. The user will swing the sword horizontally, and as he does it, he will control the water molecules in the air, creating a thin, though sharp wave that connects with the other unexistencial waves from the mirages, creating a much more bigger wave, only the area in which the original is situated will create real damage. Depending on the angle of the swing, the water is able to reflect certain amount of light, and if the user is skilled enough, the light can reflect into the enemy's eyes, blinding them as the wave comes at them.

The Prayers of Hades | Hadesu No Inori

Descripton: Having mastered earth element the user performs a string of 10 handseals while concentrating a large portion of their chakra into the earth below the target(s) vicinity. Upon finishing, there is a 5 second delay in which it seems nothing has been done but the ground deep underneath the opponent is eroding from within at an alarming rate causing the vicinity in which the chakra was inserted to collapse creating a massive sinkhole to form which is said to be so deep that you can hear the God of the underworld, Hades screaming in prayer to Zeus to be freed from his eternal prison. Although its not a genjutsu the sudden shock of the ground from beneath the opponent(s) feet collapsing at such an alarming rate causes them to be put in a genjutsu like state similar to "Killing intent", where the constant force of the wind from free falling whistles in their ears giving the illusion that someone is screaming from below.

Note: Takes one turn to prepare.

Descripton: Having mastered earth element the user performs a string of 10 handseals while concentrating a large portion of their chakra into the earth below the target(s) vicinity. Upon finishing, there is a 5 second delay in which it seems nothing has been done but the ground deep underneath the opponent is eroding from within at an alarming rate causing the vicinity in which the chakra was inserted to collapse creating a massive sinkhole to form which is said to be so deep that you can hear the God of the underworld, Hades screaming in prayer to Zeus to be freed from his eternal prison. The sudden bare shock of the ground collapsing from beneath the opponent(s) feet at such an alarming rate causes them to panic and become disoriented while they are free falling to the depths of the sinkhole. The pressure from the wind makes near impossible to breath (inhale, if youve ever stuck your head out of a car you would know this sensation), as well as if falling for too long, the g-forces will have their effect on the target causing the limbs to be dislocated at the joints and bones possibly snap, including the neck if falling for too long.

Note: Takes one turn to prepare.

Description: In order for this technique to work, the user must have the targets attention for the simple fact that this technique works in which a manner that the opponent is typically anticipating an attack. The target will falsely believe that the target has made a swift hook towards them and react to either attack or defend, but it is merely a visual projection the user that has ran perfectly in place masking the actual user behind it. The actual user will then forcefully slam both of his hands with open palms directly into the targets upperbody and sending them flying uncontrollably.

Description: The user releases Raiton chakra much like in 16 Pillar bind but instead of forming multiple pillars he forms just one behind the opponent. From this pillar sprouts out chains made of the same material as the pillar itself they wrap around the opponent's arms, legs, waist, and neck holding him firmly in place. Once bound to the pillar/stake he is violently shocked for about 15 seconds with a current of electricity. The shock is enough to stun the opponent and paralyze parts of his body but not enough to kill him. The chains also restrict the persons movement making it so he can't place his hands together to form hand seals. Once he is firmly bound in place and the current has subsided a bird summon will swoop in and begin to dig into the persons belly he is aiming to eat the person's liver in the most gruesome of ways while the opponent is forced to watch. The bird continues the process starting with the liver once finished he moves on to the stomach then the lungs and finally the heart if the opponent hasn't made an escape yet the bird moves it's way up to his head and begins to peck at his eyes going for the brain the summon will then begin to devour the brain little by little.
Note:
-Once the electric current Subsides the user's part in the jutsu is finished and he is able to attack further.

-Must have a bird summon on the field at the time of the jutsu, Jutsu does not summon the bird for you.

Description: The user bites his thumb drawing blood he then opens his hands wide and summons Artemis. she is the younger sister of Apollo. She is very mature and understanding toward all things both battle ready and non battle ready. She has on both Talons a sharp metal cleat type apparatus which can be used to do a considerable amount of damage she can channel her Katon nature into them giving them a massive cutting ability and burning. She is to small to carry anyone on her back but she makes up for her inability by being a keen fighter. She can use any katon jutsu up to A rank that the user knows as they have trained together for a long time working together on timing and jutsu. Together Apollo and Artemis make one of the best Kite summoning combos Apollo able to use Wind that powers up his sisters fire making for devastating combo attacks. She has a sharp sense of both sound and sight but has the ability to tune out unnecessary noise. She can easily spot an opponent from a range away. Around one of her Talons she has a band that has the Heno Heno Moheji as a way to show that she is a favorite summon of my Kakashi bio.

Description: The user bites his thumb drawing blood he then claps his hands and summons Apollo. Apollo is a White-tailed Kite he is large enough to carry one person on his back and can fly at fast speeds with a rider. He is the only brother of another Kite named Artemis he and his sister Artemis were born from the same mother the same day and are twins. Apollo is a few minutes older than Artemis but it doesn't show much he has a immature personality in stark contrast to his sister who has a mature personality understanding of nature as well as her brother's lack of maturity. Apollo has trained with the summoner and has learned all he can in his affinity for Fuuton he can use any Fuuton jutsu the user knows up to S rank. His beak and talons are razor sharp and can clutch onto prey. His Talons are large enough to hold a human and strong enough to break bones like twigs. He can screech at an incredibly high pitch by using his Fuuton chakra to aid in the screech. It is enough to deafen the opponent 1 turn and leave his ears ringing the next turn. Anyone on the field is effected even the summoner if he doesn't prepare by covering his ears. Around one of his Talons he has a band that has the Heno Heno Moheji as a way to show that he is a favorite summon of my Kakashi bio.

Elexorien's ability: "Ola Azul"
Allows the user to channel his lightning chakra into the space of the blade. By doing so, the lightning chakra gets accumulated and is condensed, and then shoots a big spear of lightning. Also the user can channelise his chakra into the blade, which allows him to cuts through any elemental jutsu's of B-rank and below.
Note:
-Ola Azul is equivalent to A-rank lightning jutsu.
-Can be used 3 times.
-Counts as one of the three jutsu per turn.

~Declined~ I haven't even read the second sword's description because the first one was already OP. Either you make it a 1 sword custom weapon and fix the abilities (you've stacked too many), or you drastically reduce the abilities of both sword and keep them.

Description: Using Hidans, Three Blade Scythe, the user throws the Scythe forward to extend the cable and then takes the cable in their right hand. Hidan will then send a small amount of Chakra into his arm and hand and then start to spin the Scythe at a 20 degree angle. The chakra focused into the arm and hand (along with Hidans already exceptional skills with a Scythe) will increase the speed of the rotation and will look like a prepeller grazing the top inch off the floor. If held directly above Hidans head the user will slowly start to be lifted off the ground. (Max height of 50 feet)

Description : Much more of an advanced version of the useful digging or merging underground techniques, this technique enables the user to merge and swim across the ground below with a teammate, if wanted to, so that both of them goes underground though the user will have to hold onto the person he wants to go underground with. Once underground, the user's hand will be unable to let go of the person he went underground with and will have to take him or her to wherever the user is going to. When this happens, whomever that is affected will be blind temporarily during the period they are underground due to the complete darkness underground. The user however is the only one that knows what happens as he this technique allows him to sense what happens on the surface similiar to how Hiding Like A Mole does too.

Note : Can only be used or taught by -Yusuke-

Description : When this technique is in play, sand that can be found around the field starts manifesting the shapes of ghouls made out of sand. This happens due to the presence of the Shukaku's bijuu chakra being exposed to the surrounding. These ghouls will attack anything that is a threat to the user. Despite being made out of sand, these ghouls travel very fast through the air by turning into sand particles and drifting through the air. The number of ghouls determines the size of each and every one of the ghoul. The more ghouls there are, the smaller they are. On average, ten sand ghouls would be the size of a regular human being, a single ghoul could be the size of the complete Shukaku.

Description : Much more of an advanced version of the useful digging or merging underground techniques, this technique enables the user to merge and swim across the ground below with a teammate, if wanted to, so that both of them goes underground though the user will have to hold onto the person he wants to go underground with. Once underground, the user's hand will be unable to let go of the person he went underground with and will have to take him or her to wherever the user is going to. When this happens, whomever that is affected will be blind temporarily during the period they are underground due to the complete darkness underground. The user however is the only one that knows what happens as he this technique allows him to sense what happens on the surface similiar to how Hiding Like A Mole does too.

The Jester has a tube through both arms, the left hand tube sprays powerful blasts of wind from the palm of the Jesters hand, while the right hand has another hose which spews fire from the palm of his right hand. In the Jesters throut are bundles of senbon which will shot out of the Jesters throut and spray the area infront of him (Much like a buck shot, doesnt spray past short range). On the Jesters lower back (just above the hips on the lower back) are short poles which will extend from the puppets body then will spring out into five blades that will spin on a rapid rotation at the puppeteers will, able to slice flesh from the opponent. The Jester has a blade hidden in both his feet, that extends from his foot outward another ft.

- Usable twice per battle
- Can be kept active for 3 turns max
- While this jutsu is used the user can't use any forbidden ranked jutsus

~Declined~ A very similar technique already exist, though it doesn't allow you to fly (which I wouldn't have approved anyway).

About using 2 techs, this is a combo, and i've seen many cjs which uses 2 chakras in one cj, and you can take a look at the S-rank fire cannon techs, there is a tech named "wind and fire blast technique" which uses 2 techs but still only counts as one jutsu.

~Declined~ I know of that technique, and it was originally done by Kakuzu who could split his body into several monsters, what does it tell you on the technique :p? Again, this technique will count as two moves. You need to precise that you first use the wind and then use the earth seperatly (hence you don't have the air cone on your head). If you've undergone Yin Yang training you can forget what I just said.

Declined, if you want this approved then make the following edits, firstly the ability to turn to water when attacked is the water substitution technique and therefore is limited to the substitution so make that apparent if you want the technique, then the water that is razor sharp cannot cut through steel water concentrated doesnt have that capability at best it would be able to cut through at least B rank earth techniques not steel and as for using water element without handseals no, you must perform the hand seals for the techniques requiring them

You're allowed to have a summon with good hearing, but this one is actually ripping off Mugi's inner sonar skills. Your summon can only use up to S-rank. ~Declined~ While I like the general idea, there's no way you can hide such big wheels in the shadow of the first one. The idea with the Windmill shuriken is that it was flying a little bit lower then the first one, however your wheels are bound to be at the same height and in a line. It simply doesn't work.

~Declined~ First of all, calling them rocks doesn't change the fact that they'll be round projectiles and we already have several jutsu for that. Secondly, you didn't precise the amount of projectiles, which is unacceptable since you could say you fired a thousand B-rank bullets. The more you have, the lower the rank of each water bullet.

~Declined~ Same as above: how many? In fact, for this technique, just make it one water ball. The only reason I'm considering accepting this one is because it's actually different from any water projectile that was ever submitted. Keep the core of this technique (your Shadow chakra hidden in the sphere) and just make it a simply attack toward your opponent.

Description: After performing a set of handseals [Horse → Ram → Bird → Monkey] The user gathers a large amount of Hyōton chakra in the center core of his body as he releases it outwards through all of the user's pores throughout the whole battlefield the user drastically decreases the air's temperature throughout the battlefield using the proprieties of the Hyōton chakra to the point where the user and the opponent can see their breath clearly, this colder air causes the water to become really cold, and the wind techniques used through it will be contain very cold air instead of the regular ones, the wind technique's that are transparent in the regular cases won't be transparent anymore though it's the only effect that's related to the wind and water techniques, it doesn't change any proprieties of earth techniques but it has drastic changes to both the Ice and Fire elemental techniques, when a fire technique is used by either the user or the opponent, the cold hair gathers around the fire technique decreasing it's temperature and making it less powerful than it originally was, this takes out 10 damage points out of the user and the opponent's fire techniques, and this techniques relation to the Ice techniques is the complete opposite to the fire release techniques, whenever the user or the opponent utilize an Ice technique the cold air gathers around the Ice technique decreasing it's temperature even further and making any Ice technique more powerful and boosting it's power by +10 damage points, this technique has a major drawback to the user, as he has to constantly release Hyōton chakra throughout the battle and restricting the user to the usage of his elements, making him only use the the Ice release and the elements that the Ice release consists of which are the water and wind elements.
Note: Can only be used once per battle
Note: Lasts for 4 turns
Note: Can only use Ice, Water and Wind elemental techniques while this technique is active.

Description: Sode no Shirayoki or literally meaning Snow-white sleeves, Sode no Shirayuki is a long white Katana with a long white rippon that's attached to the back of it's handle, This is a special Katana forged in the the Yuki clan only to be used by Ice release users who were mostly associated with Ice release techniques, the Katana is made out of a special metal that utilizes the Ice release chakra, whenever the user injects Ice release chakra into the Katana, the Katana releases cold air around it that looks like a faint white transparent aura, allowing the user's Ice release techniques to gain more power, and helps the user perform Ice release techniques with one less handseal than it's normally used to perform Ice techniques and is performed faster than normal whenever the user is wielding the Katana in one of her hands, the second special ability is that the Katana uses the Ice as means to attack, to activated the second ability of the Katana the user concentrates +30 chakra to Sode no Shirayuki and points the tip of the Katana towards her target, releasing an enormous sized wave of Ice that's at the size of the Gold dust wave technique but with Ice instead of Gold dust this wave hits the opponent crushing them due to the pressure of the wave of Ice, the wave of Ice is equal to an A-ranked Ice release technique and is a long ranged technique.

Description: This technique is an advanced Hyōton technique that's used like Sai's ink ninjutsu techniques but with the usage of the Hyōton chakra, by changing the moist in the air or adding Hyōton chakra to form transparent animals made out of the structures of the Ice release, the user can form the shape of various animals of Ice and have them to perform tasks like animals that crawl and wrap around the opponent binding them, flying animals that can be used to fly on top of it, large structured animals that can be used to defend from incoming attacks, or powerful animals that can cause blunt damage to the opponent. these animals are transparent and the user can see through them but not a clear vision, due to the Ice's structure the user's vision is distored when he's looking through them, the user is able to manipulate the animals movements through the usage of his chakra but he can't manipulate and change their shape once he finished forming them.
