Description: The user focuses their doton chakra into the ground, and causes the earth in front of them to flake off of the ground, and into the air. The flakes of earth then come together and form a sphere of earth with stubby arms, legs, and a neckless head. The Golem is 4'7" and can withstand up to A-rank attacks. Once per battle, the Golem can lose it's arms, legs, and head, and roll like a steamroller towards the target at high speeds.

~Steamroller counts as a move
~The Golem will break apart after Steamroller

(Doton/Fuuton: Tabin) Earth/Wind Style: Turbine

Description: The user focuses their doton chakra into the ground, and causes earth to rise around the target in a giant circle. Three earth blades will then sprout from three points in the circle towards the inside, behind the target. The earth from the blades will wrap around the target's wrists and ankles, holding them in place like a cross. The finished product looks simmilar to a fan with a man "crusified" on the blades. The user will then focus their fuuton chakra in the air in front of or behind the turbine, and will create a blast of wind which spins the the blades, and subsequently the target, at a rapid rate. This jutsu can be followed up with either a katon (creating a wind/fire combo) or a suiton (creating a whirlpool/hurricane-like attack) jutsu.

~Can only be used twice per battle
~The turbine will crumble to dust after the turn it is used
~In order to use a katon/suiton combo with it, the user must first stop their Fuuton chakra, making the turbine lose momentum
~As this jutsu uses two chakra natures, it counts as two moves for the turn

Description: A basic taijutsu "enhancement", the user will perform a physical technique and expel all of the air in their lungs at the same time in one short, loud burst. The gathering of an "inner energy" is used to put extra force into taijutsu and to startle the target.

Description:The user focuses and places a blockade onto his chakra flow letting his chakra stop flowing.He then releases the chakra left in his body becoming completely free of chakra.The point of this is to stop any kind of attempt of detection based on chakra.The user's chakra cannot be sensed because it is gone until the user releases the blockade and let's chakra come back into his system.The user can also do this on his opponent stopping the opponents chakra completely (the opponent will still be able to preform 3 moves the following turn because of the chakra left in his system).
Note:Can only be taught by -Cobalt-.
Note:When this is activated the user is unable to preform any techniques related to chakra.
Note:Once the user stops this technique by removing the blockade he cannot use this technique for the following 2 turns.Also after it stops the user will require 2 turns to get his chakra on a stable level.

Description: The user will use their teachings from Kirigakure, namely the Mist-Rain technique, which gives the water used in that technique the ability to absorb chakra and become mist upon absorption, as a basis for this technique. The user will apply these traits to existing water techniques by means of either creating the water with these traits through the specific chakra control specification to get this effect or by infusing pre-existing water with chakra of this nature.
Note: Must be a member of Kirigakure.
Note: After initiation, this technique lasts for five turns.
Note: The chakra absorption ability of the water does not affect the user, as this effect is brought about by the user's own chakra.
Note: Can be used twice per battle.

~Declined~ I understand what you want to do with this, but it's too vague for the moment. Can you apply this technique at a water jutsu such as water dragon? If yes, what happens when it comes into contact with a chakra source such as another technique? Vanis into a mist? Make it clearer.

Crushing him with the weight of the water and electrocuting him with the huge amounts of lightning and water.

~Declined~ Rain would crush someone O-o? Unless you specify that the water will gather to force a huge mass, then crush the opponent, it's not realistic. Also, you're using fire chakra, water chakra and lightning chakra, so unless you have Yin Yang training, this technique counts as 3 moves.

(Panisshā) - Punisher

Chakra cost: 40 (15+ for each of it's abilities.)

Description: The design of this weapon is rather rare as it's shaped like a giant cross, it's huge and heavy and is made of the purest steel. It has an handle where the joints meet. the Punisher is capable of having any kind of chakra running through it. The cross is usually held by holdning your arm around the top joint of the cross while and place their hand onto the handle on the crossway of the joints, and with the long end pointing towards the enemy. The Punisher have several abilities and from that, is said to be filled with mercy. The Punisher is capable of extension abilities(Like Enma in staff-form.) and is capable of reaching great distances(Mid-range.) and cause great blunt damage, when transfered chakra into it. The Punisher have a seal located on it which activates when the user uses the Punisher's extension ability. The seal will activate and put the opponent(s) under a genjutsu which causes the extensions of the weapon it be invisble for the naked eye, thus the oppoenent(s) would be needed to have a Dojutsu, or realize their under the effects of a genjutsu. The Punisher will look like it use to, when the seal is activated. The long joint which is usually pointed towards the opponent, can split up revealing a Kunai shooter(Which have been shown in several movies, and by puppets.) which can shoot at the opponent with great speeds. It have one last abilities, which activates if an opponent should happen to pick up the Punisher; Upon contact with the Punisher it will release a torrent of poison inflicted senbons from all over it without warning which makes the opponent loose consciousness for two whole turns. When not being used the Punisher usually is kept hiddin in bandages like Shamehada, wrapped on the user's back.
~The seal of genjutsu can only activate once, for each battle.
~When wielding(When not wrapped in bandages.) the user cannot use above S-ranked Wind/Lightning techniques.
~The Punisher is indestructible.

For the extension, I'm ready to give it to you because it's not a sword or something that could cause lethal damage on impact (without chakra in it). The gun is awesome. Lastly, I just want you to make it clear that your opponent need to take the cross and not simply come in contact with it, otherwise you could just use your extending ability to end the match easily.


(Fuuinjutsu: Fainda, Kanshu) - Sealing Technique: Finders, Keepers

Description: Fainda, Kanshu is an advanced sealing technique, actually one of the most advanced ones, and devolpmented by Grimm & Gobi. Its an ability copying tech that involves sealing the ability and memory into a scroll; The sealing technique is dealt up in two parts and is both used with a certain scroll, the first part is called extraction and the second, implatation, it's actually more like a ritual.
Extraction; The first part of the sealing technique. The user will place the victim on the ground (alive and knocked out) and place a head set, similar to the ones used to communicate other shinobi long distance telepathically, on his head and the victim's. He will then wrap a scroll around the victims face whereafter he performs a long row of hand signs with the help of his partner. They will then slam their palms onto the ground causing a huge amounts of kanjis appear on the ground in a circle around the victims body. Once formed, the users forms a singel hand sign causing all the Kanjis to move into the scroll around the victims face. By doing so the scroll will now step in character and start to extract a certain memory. The head set will help the user gather the memory from the victims mind. It would not delete or make the victim forget this memory, the scroll would just copy it into the scroll.
Now to the second part of the sealing technique;
Implatation; This part is used in battle, unlike the other part which is used outside of battle. With the stored scroll the user will wrap the scroll around his arm and form a single hand sign. The Kanjis on the scroll will in an instant spread out across the users body whereafter it implodes into his forehead, leaving the kanji for sealing. Once done so the user have obtained the certain memory(s), for an example; How he did, how to do it, how he learned about it. Which will allow the person who uses implatation to do the same.
Deactivation; Whenever the user wants to deactivate the technique he forms another hand sign, causing the kanji for sealing in the forehead of the user, to explode out on the user's body again, spreading the seals across him whereafter back into the scroll. The scroll cannot be used the rest of the battle.
Restrictions;
~Extraction can only be used after the battle, and only one time on the same target(Unless if the current one gets destroyed.)
~Implatation can only be used once in battle, and transfers all memories in the scroll into the user's mind.
~The scroll can only stay activated up to six turns(That will mean 5 full turns.), if kept activated the user will gain a mental illness which will make him pass out after 2 full turns, and leaves the user unable to continue battling.
~One scroll can have up to 4 memories saved.
~If the scroll gets destroyed in fight he would have to fetch a whole new batch of memories.
Note;
~Only one scroll at play at a time, no exception. This means, if Ninja A and B, both posses the jutsu and Ninja A, seals three memories within the scroll, Ninja B can only seal one. If Ninja B gets the scroll destroyed both Ninja B and A need to fetch a new batch.

~Declined~ It was a nice read, and the best Inception adaptation so far (if it's not an adaptation it really resembles one lol). My only concern here is the application of this jutsu. Can you steal Customs with this technique? Come up with several examples in your re-submission and I'll come to a verdict.

This doesn't make a chuunin capable of using B-ranked jutsus, as his rank only allows him to use C-ranked. Also, this jutsu doesn't allow the user to use the victims' custom earth jutsus, as stated above this note.
~Max one C.E and all it's additional C.E CJs can be inscripted into this scroll.


I didn't know exactly what you meant with more examples, though I added some more notes to make the jutsu more clearer etc. Also if you find it un-approvable with C.E thing, I think Grim and I can(Though if it can stay, we would highly appriecate it.) live without it.

~Declined~ I'm sorry but I can't approve this. I know you've put lots of time on this one, but I this will most likely cause a mess if I approve it. The usage of this techniques are obviously oriented at "off-battles" usages and from what I read, and the notes you added, it's unacceptable. Learning techniques without training, and learning/stealing CE is absolutely prohibited.

(Doton: Ragu no Furue) - Earth Release: Quaking Runner

Description: When the user activates this jutsu, he will release small amounts of earth chakra into the ground everytime he takes a step, lands, runs, etc. By doing so the user will create minor quakes reaching from his location, and up to mid-range around him which will cause his opponent to loose balance, and leave him open. However when having this jutsu activated the user cannot use other elements than the ones that's based on Earth Release(Like Diamond.).
~Can be activated up till three times per battle.

Also, a C-rank technique would cause quake, but nothing powerful enough to make an opponent fall to the ground when you walk. Mention that while it may surprise the opponent at first, and make him lose balance, he can very much adapt and prepare himself to keep his balance after the first quakes.

However , there was none but one who truly showed exceptional marksmanship with this bow which is probably a result of having an affinity with the bow , that one Hyuuga is named Arc . It is a unique type of bow where when in the hands of a Hyuuga clan member , the user will be able to pull back the string of the bow and create a highly condensed chakra blast that will be shot when the user releases the string , for Hyuugas have the extreme chakra control which the bow demands for the user to be able to mold the chakra blast . This bow is capable of shooting chakra blasts out as Jūken strikes which in a way , works like ranged Jūken and has the same effects as a Jūken strike . Arc Sparrow , having an affinity with Arc Hyuuga , grants a boost of an additional 10 damage to every arrow shot out of it .

~Declined~ First, you aren't a Hyuuga. Since you aren't a Hyuuga, you can't use your chakra threads to hit the Tenkentsu point on your opponents body. Secondly, if you're aiming at physically affecting your opponent with the threads (which I think is what you're trying to do), you'll simply fail to penetrate his system and affect his nerves. The chakra need to be tangible to do so, hence your technique isn't well described. If you want to make it a physical attack, it begins just anothing variation of a needle attack or a chidori...You get my point.

~Declined~ First of all, define the strength of your "indestructible" gauntlet. You said it could block simple attack; what is a simple attack? C-rank? Secondly, I'm really not sure about the whole coating of insects. It'd be like giving your insects a lightning armor like the Raikage. Let's face it, your insects aren't like normal weapons/tools. What does "erosion" does? How strong do they become when they're infused with earth?

My point is, a normal kunai can't perform jutsus, your insects can and hence infusing an elemental chakra in them is a simple way of giving them a boost in any element you desire and this is too much IMO. Don't VM to ask what to do with this jutsu, I don't know. It's up to you to find something when/if you resubmit it.

Description : Much more of an advanced version of the useful digging or merging underground techniques, this technique enables the user to merge and swim across the ground below with a teammate, if wanted to, so that both of them goes underground though the user will have to hold onto the person he wants to go underground with. Once underground, the user's hand will be unable to let go of the person he went underground with and will have to take him or her to wherever the user is going to. When this happens, whomever that is affected will be blind temporarily during the period they are underground due to the complete darkness underground. The user however is the only one that knows what happens as he this technique allows him to sense what happens on the surface similiar to how Hiding Like A Mole does too.

Note : Can only be used or taught by -Yusuke-

When the water ball misses the enemy, the user can make it burst, raining some drops down each with shadow chakra in it, if the drops make contact with the target's shadow, shadow possession will occur.

Description:A Jyuuken technique requiring relatively strong Chakra Control. The ninja Raises concentrates and fires off small needle like Chakra projectiles from any tenketsu in their Body. These Chakra needles are sharp and pierce into flesh and (regular human) bone. When hitting a target these needled disrupt the targets chakra flow in the area where they hits. These needles are usually 3 inches long and hair thin, but contain enough concentrated chakra to be slightly visible to the normal eye as a thin shining sliver. This technique can be used to fire multiple needles at a time in rapid fire succession, increasing the total damage done. This can result in complete overwhelming of an opponents chakra system, or it can take them down on the pain alone or can simply be used to disable them long enough to close in and finish them off. or the Hyuuga can fire a burst of needles from each of her Tenketsus simultaneously in all direction from the user, this being effective mostly in close range, or they can be fired individually, one at a time.

~Declined~ This is a bit OP. Piercing through bones, really? Either make it so it affects your opponent chakra network, or it physically hurt them, not both. Remember when Neji fought Naruto, he wasn't hurt from the gentle fist's strikes, but his chakra network was destroyed.

Description:This is a simple Jutsu, very much based on Jyuuken, but not dependent on Jyuuken any further than the needed skill set. With this technique, The user will infuse his own Chakra into an opponent through the slightest of contact, whether directly with them, or through intermediates (such as through a weapon like her spear). This Chakra infusion is very subtle, causing no inner damage to the victim whatsoever, Rather it acts to disrupt their Chakra flow, keeping them from molding it or benefiting from it as it becomes too chaotic to properly use. While contact is maintained (this is important, this effect is only active while contact is made), the opponent will feel themselves suddenly somewhat dazed, they will feel dissy, suddenly weakened, and generally “Off”. They will find themselves unable to use Ninjutsu or Mold Chakra. The moment contact is cut however, they will immediately return to normal. Usually this is used with blocks or simple touch, to interfere with the user opponent, usually catching them by surprise and thus creating an opening for them self.

~Declined~ Many similar techniques were based off of that concept. Also, I don't like the fact that you can affect your opponent through a weapon. For that to work, your opponent's weapon would also need to be able to channel chakra. Let's not leave it to chance. And even if his weapon could channel chakra, it really is easily far-fetched.

Once more, this only interferes with an opponent’s chakra flow while contact is made, it causes them no other harm or damage and the effect will not last once contact is broken or if the user cannot flow there Chakra into there opponent for what ever reason.

Hirameki no Kaijo - Chakra Barrier

Description: This technique cancel out any chakra existing within mid range of the Hyuuga. Basically this Jutsu can cancel out an opponent's Ninjutsu of equal rank or lower affecting anything within short - mid range around the Hyuuga by sending out chakra which, when it comes in contact with an opponent's chakra will destroy each other. This can cancel out any area affect jutsu affecting that zone around the Hyuuga or any Jutsu coming at the Hyuuga. So as to make it clear. This will not extinguish Fire or disintegrate water. A flame is a flame, the user won't extinguish it with this, but a fire dragon would become nothing more than normal fire if hit by this. Someone shooting fire balls at the user from 20 feet out will not be hampered by this, the fire, already having been launched, and having been made into Fire, and chakra no longer needed to keep it going, would keep coming at the user. A whip made of fire for example however would fall apart as the chakra holding it together would be extinguished.
-Can only be used 1 times per battle.
-The "Chakra Barrier" only last for 3 turns. ( + 10 each turn the barrier is active)
-The user will feel exhausted when ending the jutsu and will only be able to use 2 jutsu that turn.

This Jutsu requires a moment (roughly a second or so) to build up the needed chakra before releasing it, this build up can or course be seen by the Byakugan or Sharingan, or similar Chakra seeing doujutsus.

~Declined~ I like the idea, but the way you arranged it, it's OP. Also, the ability to disrupt chakra was already created by Alucard in his CW. Hence; similar technique already exist.

This technique works the opposite way like the user is below the opponent, as the opponent is in mid-air, above the user. The jutsu first encloses around the user within mid range of the opponent, then it closes in fast, leaving a huge crater afterwards.

If the user wishes, he may create a really sharp barrier around himself in the process, and afterwards the barrier may shoot out sharp chakra blades what is able to reach onto long range, all around. While using this technique, the user moves extremely fast (her movements become a blur), allowing her to hit hundreds of targets with extreme precision, much like the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms. It is so precise that it can cut smaller targets (like bees) in half. Additionally, Hinata can control the size of the chakra beams in her palms, allowing her to create larger, arc-shaped chakra beams that spread out across her entire attack range. The technique was powerful enough to knock back the Giant Bee.

As the user is using any of these body parts, creating a really sharp&dense drilling blades on the wished body part, which is about 15cm, enabling him to go through the strongest armors there is. Once it has gone through, the user may inject chakra into the target, which will paralize their nervous system, damaging his central nervous system, the brain.
Note:
-If used against a forbidden armor, the user has to place both of his hands side by side and by making a "poking move" with both hands he strikes on the same spot, then afterwards this technique won't be useable anymore. Because of the pain, the user gets -5 damage, and won't be able to use Jyuuken in the same turn.

~Declined~ Too similar to both cannon techniques (the 3rd Raikage's lightning technique) and custom techniques. Also, your version is OP. Drilling through any armor is just unacceptable, might as well be able to pierce anything, CE included.

Description: The user bites his thumb and gathers a large amount of chakra then afterwards he makes a handseal summoning "Hades" on the user's right shoulder, Hades is an elderly Crow at the same size of the elder Toad Fugasaku, he's all covered in black feathers from all over his body with two bright white lines across all of his body, Hades was born with the natural affinity of the fire release and used to master all of the fire techniques but due to his elderly age he can't perform any fire techniques anymore, but instead when he's staying on the user's shoulder or in other words having a physical contact with the user, he injects his fire chakra into the user's body accelerating the speed of the user's fire chakra when it's gathered by the user and increasing the amount, thus making less time for the user to perform fire techniques and allowing the user to perform fire techniques without any handseals required as well as boost their strength by +15 damage points, another special ability that Hades has is that he's Fire chakra sensor, meaning that he senses the heat waves signatures from the opponent(s) and when he channels his fire chakra and knows what technique the opponent is going to use, when Hades injects his fire elemental chakra into the user's body he also transfers this ability to the user but it only lasts when Hades is present on the field, the sensing ability that Hades has is based on charging the air particles with fire chakra and triggering heat waves through the battlefield that allows him to track the heat signature of the opponent(s) that's already present within their bodies.

~Declined~ Heat sensing already exist and yours is therefor a rip-off. +15 is ridiculous, it's more than the 7SM. No hand seals is just the cherry on top xd. Make it 1 less hand seal. Take out the whole part about heat sensing and transferring it to you.

Description: This is a simple ninjutsu technique based on the principle of the clone technique that are used to project an illusionary image of the user and also based on projecting the sound to different areas using chakra, but instead of cloning the user's own image as illusions and the voice of the user, the user projects the voice and the image of a technique that's used by him or his opponent, meaning that if the user shots a fire technique for example the user can project the image and sound of the fire technique somewhere else, cloning the technique's shape and sound causing after images to form of the technique that's replicated anywhere on the battlefield heading for the opponent's direction or stationary depending on the cloned technique, this distracts the opponent due to him not knowing which technique is real and which isn't, this can be used to replicate nearly all techniques that the user uses or the opponent's according to the situation at hand, providing that it's a projected technique that can be shot [lightning/wind/fire/water] or just stationary techniques [Earth, Ninjutsu], due to the images being only illusions it won't cause harm to the opponent, only confuses him.

Description: After forming a set of 4 handseals [Horse → Tiger → Ram → Monkey] the user gathers a large amount of fire chakra into the center of his body and releases it outwards through all of his pours, releasing the fire chakra throughout the whole battlefield in all directions, this fire chakra acts to increase the temperature of the air equally throughout the battlefield creating heat waves that are released from the fire chakra into the battlefield, these heat waves have only a simple purpose, which is to increase the temperature of the fire techniques that the user uses, using the heat waves when the fire technique comes into contact with the heated air, the fire technique absorbs the surrounding air to increase in temperature and become much hotter and thus more powerful than standard fire techniques, the fire color changes from the standard orange-red flames to the color of blue flames to the point where the user can cause the fire technique to be slightly transparent and can see through it, which is hotter than the standard fire techniques that the user is capable of using. These heat waves doesn't harm the user or the opponent, their only external effect is causing the user and the opponent's skin to sweat but does not deal any kind of damage to either one. in order to maintain the heat waves present the user has to continuously release his chakra throughout the battlefield and is left for a disadvantage of not being able to use any water techniques while the heat waves are present, due to the negative charges of the fire and water chakra.

- The user can't use any water release techniques while the heat waves are active.

~Declined~ The description is non-existent. From what I read you create pillars and then all of a sudden your opponent is shot through the heart and decapitated. Not only is it against the rules of our RP (damage points), but it's ridiculously OP for no apparent reasons.


Kurisutaru no sutairu: Mirā ga kiru(Crystal style:Mirror Kill)

Description; Guren holds and focuses on her chakra and then in one stroke place her focused chakra palm on the ground bring up a huge hue enclosed wall made of crystalline with several mirrors to confuse his opponent and keep him from escaping she then send thousands of needle sharp crystalline into the wall tearing the opponent limb from limb the then she send a huge amount of heat blast through her palms to crush the wall and bring it falling down crushing the opponent to death. Its wall can not be penetrated by any A rank jutsu or lower, it can also be you used as a great defensive shield to protect against s rank jutsu or lower the guren does this simply by trapping herself in the wall which can defend against extreme temperature rain or humidity.

When the chakra is stored up, he release it into the sky, creating a pillar of dark “fog” from the back into the sky. Once the dark chakra hits the sky, the sky will turn completely black, and almost all the light on the field will disappear. The darkness of the field will build up the power of the dark chakra, and the user will draw the dark pillar into his body again, and then focus all the newly gathered dark chakra to his hands. When the dark chakra is gathered up, the user slams the hands on the ground, and huge amounts of dark chakra will flow over the ground, and everything it touches will get swallowed up inside it, and they will be crushed into small pieces of themselves.
~Note 1: Due to the massive scale of this jutsu, it can only be used once, and since it takes so much chakra it will destroy the body of the user if he use any jutsus above B-Rank within the first 5 turns after this jutsu is used.
~Note 2: While the user sends dark release chakra into the sky, he can’t use any other jutsus.
~Note 3: The darkness is so thick that only Dojutsu users can see trough it, not even the user can see his opponent.

Description: The user will touch one of their hands to the ground while releasing Dark chakra at any location. At that location, a large claw will emerge out of the ground and will be controlled by the user. The claw can absorb C-Rank or lower jutsu and once it does, it grows much larger in size. It can emerge quickly and silently.
Restrictions:
~The claw cannot move from it's original position.
~Usable three times.
~Can only absorb one attack. Any B-rank and above technique will destroy it afterward.

Description: The user will focus their Dark Chakra and form 3 handseals. After finishing the three handseals, they form a large, floating body of Dark chakra with 10 extending arms of Dark Chakra that forms a fist on each one (Each fist having a destructive force that can break bones), a Dark Jellyfish. The body of the jellyfish moves slowly through the air but the arms can attack swiftly. The jellyfish's body can absorb C-Rank jutsu and after doing so, can burst in a large mass of blue fire that burns anything short-range of it.
Restrictions:
~Usable once.
~After absorbing 3 attacks, the jellyfish will vanish in thin air.
