Description:
After making few handseals the user summons a great,giant and badass VULTURE of all time named GAVA, which shows no mercy on his opponent, he looks like a big Raven with white eyes, which is extremely powerful and battle type, can use powerful attacks with his beak and his wings, it has sharp edge beak which is able to pass through the solid rock defense also has very strong claws, strong enough to carry away other summonings [depend on the weight/size of other summoning] user can ride on his back to use combos and also has very loud noise which can disturb/distract the opponent, it is able to fly high in the sky where opponent's jutsu's are unreachable.

I removed the flight part and restricted the senbon launching to once per battle.

~Declined~ Still OP. A technique that can nullify all A-rank and under water 5 times a match, while not counting as one of the 3 moves in your turn is unacceptable. If I deem it OP in your next re-submission I'll decline it for good.

Hearing:By channeling chakra into the users temporal lobe where hearing is enabled.The user gains the ability to hear even the slightest sound clearly as a bell in a radius of 2 kilometers.The users hearing decreases as he tries to hear further and the sounds get less sharper.When hearing is increased sight and smell are decreased.
Smell:By channeling chakra into their nose and receptor neurons the user enhances his sense of smelling.This will give the user a high level of smells allowing him to even smell the chakra of beings over his nose.The users smell or olfaction is increased to the point where he can smell everything in a 5 kilometer radius.When smelling is increased hearing and sight are decreased.
Sight:By channeling chakra into their eyes the user increases their sight.The users sight is increased to the point where the user can see the slightest detail and allowing the user to almost see the chakra trail of the opponent.The user is unable to see thermal images or through objects.When sight is increased smelling and hearing are decreased.

Phaze has a Mark on its back. that reacts to my chakra. allowing me to reverse summon on that mark on his back. only can do it once. all i have to do is the tiger hand seal. Phaze speaclizes in S rank water.. She is very fast. flys at the speed of 50Mph. Once she goes 20mph or less she focuses her chakra through her wings. once that happens she then spins around in circles real fast causing a tornado to form. once the tornado starts forming she sheds her feathers into the tornado.. once the tornado touches down the feathers inside the tornado starts to explode. causing a tornado explosion

Description: Ginryū was forged on the Island of Nihon and is the family heirloom of the Yōo family. Created by the legendary Masamune and infused with his life force, Ginryū is a special blade. By responding to the wielder’s chakra manipulation the blade can accept the affinity of Water, Fire, or Lightning affinity. Once every 4 turns the sword can channel lightning, Fire, Or water chakra through the ground or air to electrocute, impale or burn the opponent (The chakra can travel up to mid range),
Also this sword can absorb the opponets attack, if it contains the same chakra as the blade. This is possible with attacks up to C-rank.
*Note- The user can only put an affinity around the blade 3 times per battle and the affinity last 5 turns.
*Note- Usable only once per battle.
*Note- Other elements of the user drops by 10 damage points when one is in use.
*Note- Can only be taught by Anbu junior.

~Declined~ You need to be a lot more specific on the elemental abilities this sword can unleash. Also, make every jutsu you use with it count toward your 3 moves per turn. Lastly, no absorbing of attacks.

(Yumiya) - Bow and Arrow

Damage Points: 80 (but dead, if hit on a body part which may lead to death)
Description: The user creates a bow of pure chakra of length 2m. And then he can create an arrow of length 2m and radius 3cm from either pure chakra or from any basic 5 elements. And after releasing it, arrow moves at very fast speed.
Note: ~Can only be used 2 times per battle.
~Bow lasts untill destroyed.
~If bow is not destroyed then one arrow can be created each turn without using this jutsu again.
~The bow's speed is slightly less then the susanoo's arrow.
~Can't use any jutsu of S-rank in same turn.
~Can only be taught by Enzup.

~Declined~ Similar techniques already exist.

Description: User creates 3 shadow clones. This shield can block 1 forbidden jutsu completely.
Note: ~User must have learnt the "Shadow Clone Justu" to perform this technique.

(Bijuu Mo-do) - Tailed-Beast Mode

Description: The user concentrates on a bijuu's chakra which he has obtained by eating flesh of bijuus, then he spreads that chakra in his whole body to make his normal chakra dense and strong just like bijuu's chakra and transforms into a bijuu of his choice. The height of the bijuu in which the user has transformed is same as user's height and also the size of all the jutsus decreases accordingly, but it is exactly same as original bijuu. So now he gets the abilities of that bijuu and can use everything that particular bijuu can use.
Note: ~Can only transform in 1 bijuu (out of 9) per battle.
~User gets the abilities at Sannin Rank but only when in bijuu mode, and gets bijuu's forms (incomplete and complete) at Kage rank.
~User can only use those jutsus which that particular bijuu can use and also gets his weaknesses.
~When this mode is over than user gets too fatigue and exhausted that he can't use any jutsu above B-rank for the whole battle. Unlike the original jinchuuriki the user dont die because of his very small size and chakra used.
~Cannot use any other mode in same battle.
~Cannot use any jutsu of S-rank or higher in same turn.
~Mode lasts for 6 turns, first 3 in incomplete form and another 3 in complete form.
~Can only be used once per battle.
~Cannot be Used by anyone except Enzup. (i.e. Cannot be taught)

Additional Note: ~If you want then you can take my battle test that if i am worthy of it or not, but i think defeating all nine jinchurikis would be the biggest test for me.
~If yes, then battle test cannot be retaken before 1 month.

I got this idea from ginkaku and kinkaku, although there is difference in transformation, like he wasn't in complete form but i am reducing the size of my bijju to human size and also his attacks..

It is quite hard to control Gama as he only helps summoners he respects in battle. However, once on good ground, he becomes rather protective and close to the summoner. Gama is a dark brown civet who attaches to the user’s body (most of the time he wraps around the user’s neck) and has the ability to use all ninjutsu the user knows up to C-rank. When joined with the user’s body, Gama can help the user dispel him from any A-rank or lower genjutsu since he can release chakra into the user’s body.
Note: Gama has a strong bond with the contract holder and/or creator, and thus he stays on the field indefinitely when he’s summoned. As for anyone else, he only stays on the field for 4 turns and can only be summoned once.
Note: Each of Gama’s jutsu used count as a jutsu of the user.
Note: Gama can only help the user dispel A-rank and under genjutsu.
Note: Gama can only help the user dispel genjutsu (via releasing chakra) 5 times per battle.

Description: This jutsu is the ability of Civets to temporarily rapidly grow and lengthen their fur and hence allowing them to manipulate it. This technique works by concentrating chakra into the Civet’s fur and manipulating it to lengthen as well as hardening it due to the constant flow of chakra. The enhanced fur acquires steel-like properties just like Civet Style: Hide Projectiles and can be further reinforced by wrapping the lengthened strands of fur into thicker bundles/cables. The Civets who use this technique are capable of manipulating their fur to become extensions of their body i.e. to form extra limbs which can be used to restrict opponents or to grasps objects. Smaller Civets are only capable of creating individually (unwrapped) enhanced strands of their fur equivalent to C-rank. While normal or larger Civets are capable of coiling/wrapping each individual strand of enhanced fur into thicker bundles equivalent to B-rank.
Note: Only Civet summons can perform this jutsu.

Description: The user unfolds a scroll in front of him and quickly bites his thumb and wipes blood over a seal on the scroll - this allows the user to summon shiny metal chains (made of Platinum) to shoot/burst out from the ground below an opponent and wrap around him, at high speed, constricting/restricting his movement (e.g. handseals). These chains can not hurt the opponent (i.e. it doesnt have spikes that protrude from it) but are merely used to immobilize him - the chains are light-weight yet relatively strong and is resistant to lightning jutsus.
Note: Can only be summoned twice per battle.

-user take -60 damage from taijutsu (meaning immune to anything A ranked or lower and S rank and above do less damage)
-immune to A rank and below water
-A ranked katon will heat the steel causing severe burns (+ 25 damage)
-immune to wind and earth based attacks
-vunerable to lightning based attacks (they do +40)

~Declined~ No offense, but there are so many things wrong with that one that I don't know where to start...First of all;

-For steel to be liquid it needs to be greatly heated, meaning you'd die from the shear heat of it around you.
-Only one hand seal fro all your steel jutsu? Make it "one less hand seal for all steel jutsu".
- -60 to taijutsu? Please change that.
-Immune to all earth and wind? Please change that.
-You are forbidden to make references to the speed chart (as stated on the speed chart thread).
-Last too long for all the abilities it grant you.

Please not that I was tempted to write "Do not resubmit" on that one, so please make the proper changes.

Description: The Hammer is of unknown origins. The wielder of the Hammer feels as if the hammer weighs 10g to others it feels as if it weighs 3tonnes. Another thing to be noted the Hammer is made from an unknown metal and has been proven so far to be indestructible this created rumors that it was created in a dying star and it's power and energy was infused into the metal.
Being struck by it is the equivalent to a punch of this weight. It can be thrown by the user and called back thanks to a seal on the hammer and the user. It has the ability to cast lightning from it that is similar to a chidori spear that reaches mid range and does not require handseals. The user can also direct the spear at the ground and cause the earth all around to mid range to crack protrude out the ground.
If the user strikes the earth it will cause an earthquake that goes to Mid range causing nearby enemies to simply fall over and negates their current jutsu.
If spun in the air it will also cause a hurricane that can go to mid range and throw opponents to long range and disperse any shadow clones.

Restrictions:
  • Can only cast Hurricane once per battle
  • Can cause 3 Earthquakes

~Declined~ A 3 ton punch...no. Called back by a seal? You really need to find a valid explanation for that. I feel as if you tried to rush this jutsu and stack as many abilities as possible in it. Take out most if not all the "jutsu abilities" (lightning, earthquake...etc), and submit them individually when the weapon gets approved.

Description:A set of black guantlet and greave-like weapons that use the elements of fire and lightning. When equipped they are attatched to the forearms or shins and at their ends channel the elemental claws of Durga. They are very versatile.When not in use Durga can be holstered on the users back.
Durga's most notable unique trait is it's ability to switch between two elemental states: slow but powerful fire claws, and nimbly weak electric claws. These two states also come with slightly different combo chains, effectively making Durga two weapons in one. Since Durga can be worn on both the arm and legs it can be worn however the user wants in battle and changed during battle also. Both pairs of Gauntlets can only use one elemental type of energy at a time so when in its fire mode the abilities of its lightning mode cannot be used unless it will cost more chakra to maintain, in this case one Durga gauntlet is in Fire mode and the other is lightning mode.

Normal mode
-In this mode Durga has no special abilities and only used to add more effect to taijutsu attacks e.g. clawing an opponent with kicks and slashes


Lightning Mode
-When in its lightning Mode Durga has the ability to destroy on contact any earth element jutsu A rank or lower due to its elements nature
-It has the ability in lightning mode to numb the opponent on contact
-It boost the users speed when worn on the legs in this mode

Fire Mode
-Able to disperse wind element jutsu A rank or lower on contact due to its elemental nature
-It has the ability to cause second degree burns to an opponent on contact

~Restrictions~
-Switching elemental Nature during battle is equivalent to one jutsu used
-Switching between wearing Durga on arms and legs is equivalent to one jutsu used
-Holstering/drawing Durga in battle is equivalent to one jutsu used
-Speed boost allows the user to evade an attack and it can only be used twice in battle
-Destroying either an earth element attack or wind element attack is equivalent to one jutsu used and can only be used thrice in battle

Durga is the name of a Hindu goddess. I believe ( correct me if I'm wrong, I've been out of touch ) that the rule established by Hells was that jutsu/weapons cannot be named after gods of religions ( other than dead ones or the Japanese one itself. )

-Channeling normal chakra through it and slamming it into the ground creates an A-Rank chakra shockwave up to mid range.
-Slamming the ground with the hammer infused with doton chakra creates an B-Rank wave of earth capable of overturning the landscape up to mid range
-User can channel doton chakra into the hammer and swirl it into a circular pattern in front of him to defend against up to 1 A-Rank technique (follows elemental table)

The staff of darkness and destruction is a special weapon made just for Remy Etienne LeBeau. It looks just like a normal, long staff, but the eyes can trick you. The staff of darkness and destruction is infused with the kekkei genkai, dark release and can therefore absorb and release attacks. The staff can absorb lightning and fire attacks up to A-Rank when the user spins it around in front of him and the newly absorbed jutsu can be released at the opponent in a S-Ranked beam of darkness when the user wants too. (Absorbing B-Rank attacks will result in an A-Rank beam). This beam travel up to Mid-Range. The user can store up the absorbed energy as long as he wants too before releasing the beam.
~Note: Only the beam counts as one of the three moves per match, but both of the usages can only be used 2 times per battle.
~Note 2: Must have the Remy Etienne LeBeau bio

All the way up to mid-range will blow away due to the pressure, and clear the part for the user.

Clothes of Darkness are a special set of cloths made special for Remi Etiene LeBeau. All the way from the shoes to the neck the clothes are black, and infused with Dark-Release chakra. Only the head is not covered. On the back of these clothes there’s a long black cloak, that the user can use to fly, but only if there’s a wind source under him that lifts him up into the air. Since the clothes are infused with dark-release chakra it has the natural ability to absorb fire and lightning attacks that are C-Ranked and weaker. The whole stomack is made by a weak metal, so kunais won’t affect it if it hits. The one wearing these clothes also recive a +10 boost to all Dark Release jutsus.
~Note: The absorbing does not count towards the 3 moves per match, since it happens naturaly.
~Note 2: Only a Remi bio can use this, and must be taught by ~The Norwegian~.

~Declined~ Armors falls under CW so make your choice, what do you want to keep. The staff of this. Oh and by the way, this jutsu is unacceptable for the reasons I mentioned above and because you're basically canceling attacks without having it counts as a move. You do understand that for the cloths to react the way you said it would, it needs a chakra source; yours. It will count as a move.

Description: While the user is holding his sword Rebellion the user infuses a large amount of fire chakra into the blade of the sword causing fire aura to surround the blade as the color of the blade turns into bloody red, whenever a Fire technique is shot at the user with Rebellion in his hand the user slices through the fire technique using Rebellion's fire absorption ability to absorb the fire from the opponent's technique when it's within Short range from the user, when the fire technique is absorbed, a roar is released from the skull of the blade as the Skull's eyes ignite in flames and turn red as well as the blade, using the absorbed fire energy in the blade to the user's advantage, when using a fire technique the user releases the absorbed fire energy into the fire technique that he uses after the usage of this technique causing it to be more powerful adding [+15/+25] damage points to the next fire technique that the user uses, however when the user is absorbing the fire energy by the usage of rebellion's abilities he takes a fixed amount of damage from the fire technique that he absorbs.

Description: The user bites his thumb and gathers a large amount of chakra then afterwards he makes a handseal summoning "Hades" on the user's right shoulder, Hades is an elderly Crow at the same size of the elder Toad Fugasaku, he's all covered in black feathers from all over his body with two bright white lines across all of his body, Hades was born with the natural affinity of the fire release and used to master all of the fire techniques but due to his elderly age he can't perform any fire techniques anymore, but instead when he's staying on the user's shoulder or in other words having a physical contact with the user, he injects his fire chakra into the user's body accelerating the speed of the user's fire chakra when it's gathered by the user and increasing the amount, thus making less time for the user to perform fire techniques and allowing the user to perform fire techniques without any handseals required as well as boost their strength by +15 damage points, another special ability that Hades has is that he's Fire chakra sensor, meaning that he senses the heat waves signatures from the opponent(s) and when he channels his fire chakra and knows what technique the opponent is going to use, when Hades injects his fire elemental chakra into the user's body he also transfers this ability to the user but it only lasts when Hades is present on the field, the sensing ability that Hades has is based on charging the air particles with fire chakra and triggering heat waves through the battlefield that allows him to track the heat signature of the opponent(s) that's already present within their bodies.

~Declined~ Take out the part where you absorb an element, there's enough sword that does that already to call yours a rip-off. A 1000v discharge if your opponent touch it? That's an instant kill and it's OP, take it off. Define cutting through jutsu, can it cut through more than lightning jutsu? Cutting anything that isn't Diamond-like? What about other swords that coat themselves with lightning? Take out that part and replace it by something more trivial like: "Can cut through most materials as it's extremely resistant".

Working of the genjutsu:The genjutsu effects the the temporal lobe(controls hearing) and also the occipital lobe(controls vision) and the parietal lobe( mainly somatosensory cortex which control the body's senses).The genjutsu makes these parts of the brain slow down such that there ability to process information gets a time-lag of 5 sec.

Description: Very much like kakashi when charging at his opponent when using raikiri, the user will start channeling great amounts of chakra into his feet for a 1.2x boost in speed, followed by charging forward at great speeds in a zig-zag manner. The user will make a full "Z", zig-zag side stepping left/right/left. From the boost in speed caused by the chakra in the users feet, the sheer pressure and force of Z-side stepping, will leave a small creator in the ground where the foot once was. Each Z-step travels the distance of 5 yards. So the user will go 5 yards forward/towards the left, 5 forward/towards the right, and so on. The user will be shooting a wind infused & explosively tagged arrow at great speeds in each side step he performs (so three) causing the arrows to reach the target from different angles 5 yards apart. Speed wise, the arrows are 1.5x faster than throwing a regular kunai, so it will reach the target within 1-2 seconds (short-mid) or 3-4 (short-long). The opponent will still be able to see the users but will get a tad bit confused from the zig-zaging. This whole process is performed in a fast and swift motion.

~Declined~ I like the jutsu in itself, but I can't allow a technique that will multiply your speed by a factor of 1.2. If you already have speed enhancing techniques activated it would become plain OP. Fix it any way you want but keep it a fixed boost, independent of your speed (and be sure not to use the speed chart as a reference, it's against the rules).

Description: While bending the legs at an angle, user contrates a huge amount of wind chakra in his legs, and then releases it, resulting in a super jump upto 20m height in an instant in any direction the user wants.
This technique can also be used to jump from short to mid or from mid to long range and vice versa.

Description: Advanced version of "Super Jump", in which user contrates a very huge amount of wind chakra in his legs, and then releases it, resulting in a hyper jump upto 30m height in an instant in any direction the user wants.
This technique can also be used to jump from short to long or from long to short range as it is very advanced.
Note: Must know "(Fuuton: Su-pa Janpu) - Wind style: Super Jump" to use this technique.

Description: After Using the technique "Rain at Will Tiger", user uses this technique to add raiton chakra in rain to make it electric infused with water, which gives small bolts to opponent when hit.

~Declined~ What's the purpose of your technique if there's no damage? Also, be aware that there would be no lightning left in the water droplets as it hits the ground. Electricity quickly diffuses through the air or heats the water.

(Suiton: Hazumi Netto) - Water Release: Rebounding Net

Description: User creates a net of jelly made of water in front of him so that when a earth or similar projectile technique hit it, the net rebounds that projectile in that same direction with same speed.

~Can only be used 5 times per battle, as it requires dense water chakra.
~Can only be taught by Bolt.
