The jutsu is meant to be like Katon: Haisekishō except in the shape of a dragon. According to the description I got, I thought gun-powder was like another "form" of fire jutsu. I wouldn't know how to explain where the gun-powder came from.

And as the match progresses the ball continues to grow into a big ball that reduces the oppents movement.

~Declined~ Why is this forbidden? Really? There's no physical drawbacks whatsoever. Also, at what rate does the handcuff grow?

- The user can make any size of Tomahawk size form
- Can only be used 1 time in a battle
- no more earth justu's for one turn
- User can form the 10 big chunks of earth together to form one big tomahawk to be thrown at the enemy.

Please clarify the size of the smalls one (make it fixed) and the size of the big one. Also, please be aware that I will not accept anything ridiculously big since you need to have the strength to throw it while being in the air.

Description: The user has his puppet shoot out smoke balls that are imbued with a special poison vapor as well. This can be used to obscure the enemy’s vision and to spread poisonous vapor in the area at the same time. In addition to being released in cloud form this vapor can be sprayed in a concentrated jet, from the hands or the mouth of the puppet(s). The vapor itself is a flammable, poisonous; vapor with a skin irritant (fiberglass fibers) that burrow into the skin exposing the opponent to the poison; upon contact with the skin (unless covered, if it gets in the eyes it blinds the opponent for 2 turns). Once poisoned it lowers rank of jutsu by 1 (s-rank down to a-rank..etc) for the duration of the fight.

~Declined~ While not being against the general idea of this jutsu, I'd like you to add some drawbacks to the puppets. Maybe making them unusable afterward? Same as if they were expendable defensive puppets. Also, what kind of puppet can use this technique?

Description: The user makes several handseals and slams his hands to the earth, releasing large amounts of earth chakra and water chakra into the earth. Upon doing so, any living organism within contact with the earth will be drawn into an elaborate genjutsu which is more physical than mental. The genjutsu activates by the user making contact with the earth (he can use a weapon as a medium for this as long as he has made the handseals prior) and releasing his chakra into the earth. Those in contact with the earth, excluding the user, will picture the earth up to long range as sinking in rapidly and within seconds will picture the earth up to long-range from them in all directions "sinking" into the earth at rapid speeds, much like a sinkhole does. This causes the enemy to think that they have literally sunken into the Underworld (As the enemy sees this, the earth chakra that the user has released into the earth has manifested itself as a large kingdom of sorts, completely fashioned with one river cutting across through the middle of the area and another encircling it. It also creates buildings and stone-people (more-so statues, they can not perform any damage nor move actually. All of this creates a literal Underworld outside of the genjutsu's visual effect) made completely of extremely thick and durable earth, capable of withstanding A-rank blasts of lightning and certain S-rank blasts of wind (those with wide-spread range and not focused/pressurized wind). After 3 turns, the Underworld will sink back to the earth, causing a slight B-ranked earthquake on the field. Whilst captured in the Underworld, both the enemy and the user will be forced to use only Earth attacks and Water attacks and the Underworld will start to rebuild itself if damaged as long as the user maintains direct contact with the earth. However, this causes the user to be able to use only two jutsus per turn due to the strain of the Underworld constantly drawing earth chakra from the user. Once the enemy finds a way to break the mental part of the genjutsu, he/she will still physically be in the Underworld, stuck to it's rules and limitations.

*Due to having to maintain the Underworld, the user will only be able to use two jutsus per turn every turn this is active*
*Must have had at least training in Yin-Yang basics in order to use both Water and earth chakra for the Underworld. If not, then only earth is used in it's creation and no rivers are formed at all*
*The user will be left with extreme levels of fatigue after using and will be able to use only two jutsus after the Underworld ends*
*If the opponent somehow gets out of range of the Underworld, the genjutsu's effect will be dispelled and the enemy will be able to use all elements once more*

Basically the jutsu places me and the enemy in a world made completely of earth that stretches stories high, much like the city of Gondor but of course, all black around. I'll possibly be making jutsus for it later on in time. There's a good chance that this'll be declined for being too vague but this is the best I could come up with this late at night and it being fresh on my mind lmao

Description: Similar in use to Hiding Like A Mole Technique, the user focuses earth chakra throughout his body whildst inserting it into the earth at the same time. As he does this, the user crosses his arms across him, as if he were in a coffin and falls either backwards or forward, sinking through the earth, entering it and traveling at high speeds (like ther original Hiding Like A Mole jutsu) and appearing several feet behind the enemy. If the user falls face-first towards the earth, then he will raise up face-first, facing the same direction he was in when he originally fell and vice-versa.

3. Gaia's Catapult ♆ Gaia's Katapeltes

Description: The user channels earth chakra through his legs into the earth, causing the earth under him to become extreme light and have a rubbery-surface, allowing him to cause it to stretch downwards into the earth, forming a cannon-hole of sorts. The user, while in the "hole" (for lack of a better word), can control the trajectory and angle of the hole. The user then causes the earth to spring forward, back in place and expelling the user out with great force. Depending on the amount of chakra the user uses, the speed and force of the jutsu may increase. If the A-rank variation is used, the user will be expelled at high speeds with enough force to break bones. If the S-rank variation is used, the user will be expelled at speeds untraceable by the naked eye (Sharingan 2-tome and up can still see it however) with enough force to break through a wall of metal. The technique however can be considered a double-sword of sorts. If the user uses the lesser version of it, when released from the catapult, will suffer slight damage to his legs and after using this jutsu, will be slowed down slightly and will not be able of using leg-related taijutsu that turn. If the S-rank version of it is used, the user will sustain great damage to his legs (cannot move at quick speeds for two turns and cannot use leg related taijutsu for 4turns) when released from the catapult and will take slight damage upon contact.

When the user hits a body part, it leaves a nasty burn and can cause that body part to be numb for a little bit since its raw electricity that enters they body upon contact.
Note:This jutsu lasts for 4 turns

(sabure Rasengan ) Sand Style: Sand Rasengan

Description: The user creates a sphere in their hand with a high velocity of spinning sand.
The pressure within the sand sphere builds up to an exponential level. Once the Sand is release on an opponent it bursts, surrounding them in a vortex of sand which throws them backwards. The sand, along with throwing the opponent backwards chops acts as sandpaper against their skin, leaving large lacerations on their entire body.
Declined, do not resubmit and banned for a week due to rasengan variations have been continously told to people they wont get approved you may post again on the 13-12-12

Description: Similar to the origianal Frost Bite Rage, the user will gather all the air and water in a 10 meter radious and then channel chakra into it while covering himself in it. With the new version, the user will develope a shroud making him look like an icy ghost straight out of a myth or legend. His eyes will give off a blue hue and his body will be a pure bluish white. In this form, the user's water and wind techniques will all gain a boost in strength as all the user's techniques will take on icy properties making them more devestating (Water become almost freezing temperatures and wind becomes fridged wind like with freezing temperatures) and Ice will become even stronger in the aspects of coldness, dexterity, and speed. While in this mode all ice techniques can be created faster being able to create ice in little to no time. Also, due to his/her ghostly like shroud, they can extend limbs to reach farther targets and are able to bend them even where joints aren't since the shroad is made of ice.( Up to 5 meters away) Unlike frost bite rage, this technique doesn't have as many drawbacks due to only making ice faster, harder, and colder while incorporating ice into the two elements that make it and not making a powerful defense.
Notes:
-Usable twice in battle
-Lasts 3 turns each
-While active, the user can only use water, wind, and ice elemental ninjustu.
-After deactivation the user must wait 5 turns before activating again and must wait two turns before using ice, water, or wind ninjutsu
-After second deactivation, the user can't use water, wind, and ice ninjutsu for the rest of the battle

~Declined~ You stacked too many abilities on top of one another, take out the arms extension part since it's already been made with another element (many in fact). Make it once per match and 4 turns. Adjust the restrictions in consequences and make sure you define the speed enhancement your ice gets.

With the new version, the user will develope a shroud making him look like an icy ghost straight out of a myth or legend and have gas clouds of ice crystals surrounding his arms and legs wherever he goes making taijutsu more effective as it can cause frost bite on the enemy. His eyes will give off a blue hue and his body will be a pure bluish white. In this form, the user's water and wind techniques will all gain a boost in strength as all the user's techniques will take on icy properties making them more devestating (Water become almost freezing temperatures causing even more pain to those caught in it and wind becomes fridged like with freezing temperatures so cold that some liquids caught in this wind would begin to freeze [0 degrees celsious and does not freeze big bodies of water) and Ice will become even stronger in the aspects of coldness and dexterity. The ice will be colder due the shroud and cloud's already cold features and as ice gets colder, the harder it becomes so Ice techniques will become stronger and harder.
Notes:
-Usable once in battle
-Lasts 4 turns each
-While active, the user can only use water, wind, and ice elemental ninjustu.
-After deactivation the user must wait 3 turns before being able to use water, ice, and wind ninjutsu again
-After deactivation, these elements lose 5 damage for the rest of battle
-User's body stiffens from the cold temperatures making him become substantually slower and unable to perform taijutsu of A-rank and above

Description: This seal was created by Danzo after analyzing the seal used by Tsunade. He took the principle of storing chakra for later use and applied it to his unique circumstances. The seal is kept hidden on his right chest and appears as a tattoo of the kanji for wood when activated. The seal slowly seals away small amounts of chakra from Hashirama's cells over time and saves it for later use, totaling a maximum of 150 chakra. During battle Danzo activates the seal by channeling 30 chakra to the kanji causing it to glow briefly and appear on his chest. Upon activation the seal releases its built up chakra through Danzo's body amplifying his mokuton abilities. He gains the use of another 150 chakra letting him extend the usage of his wood element past its normal limits as well as increases their effectiveness by 5. Once the 150 chakra is depleted Danzo must detach his arm or risk being swallowed by Hashirama's cells. This seal can also be used by other wood users including Yamato and Hashirama, but it simply gives a +10 boost to their techniques for 150 chakra worth of moves.

Description: This seal appears in the form of the kanji for "wind tunnel" on the palm of the user's left hand. It is normally kept at bay by having the left hand/forearm loosely wrapped in prayer beads. To activate the technique the user removes the prayer beads and inserts chakra into the seal while holding their palm towards the target. This creates a powerful vortex originating from the palm that pulls in the target and seals it within the seal. To cancel the vacuum the user simply reapplies the prayer beads. The seal has a secondary ability in which after sealing away objects like kunai or an elemental technique the user can forcibly eject the contents in the form of a condensed attack (i.e. a ball of wind) equal in power to the sealed technique. The seal can only be used to seal techniques up to A-rank, except fire techniques which can only be B-rank or below. While the vortex is fairly powerful, a person standing on the ground in its range can hold their ground, though they won't be able to move. Both the sealing and the expulsion count as moves in the user's turn.

Tenryuu has the manipulation of the wind affinity, from his birth he was training to master the wind element and becomes more accustomed to it, therefore he can use the wind element up to A-rank techniques without the use of handseals in order to perform the wind techniques, he has very thin fure and as mentioned earlyer hes speed is above avarge bats because he has 4 wings he is extremly fast and can not be folowed by normal eyes only martial arts experts & dojutsu users can track Tenryuu for he has the same speed as the user.

~ Shell sheild on his back, that will pop open from his tail then stand as if its attached to his neck.
~ Two berrals in his throut, the first releases blasts of Fire, while the other release shells of senbon that once fired from his throut will release the senbon just like a buck shot.

~~ Second is the most muscluer looking puppet and hairiest, Byakko the White Toger, Byakko is made of solid metal with hidden conpartments hidden under his fur like cover, standing just under Genbu, he takes the appearance of a large humanoid tiger with a mane-like sea green hair that flows down his back with light bluish fur with grey stripes on his arms, in both of his shoulders are hidden poles with 5 blades attached to the pole that spin able to cut boulders in half, also another set in his knees, with his two bottom canine teeth large enough to reach up his cheeks, in Byakko's throut is a hose that release blasts of water from it, he has a preloaded shuriken in his mouth, he is able to shoot them from his mouth, around the hose in his throut. He has yellow eyes with red pupils and a kanji symbol for beast on his forehead 獣. He wears a toga and what appear to be leg warmers in animal skins of the leopard, and has a red sash as a belt.
~ 5 bladed poles installed in his shoulders and knees.

~~ The Third and most human looking besides the greenish blue skin is Seiryu the Blue Dragon, Tall and slim, Seiryu is the only normal sized one of them all, while possessing pale green skin and black facial hair hiding holes in his head which will release wires from them able to perice through rocks and trees with ease. His blue martial arts robe is tied at the waist by a large white strap and features the image of a blue dragon wrapping around his shoulder. To match his robe, Seiryu wears a dark, blue cap covering just the top part of a symbol on his forehead for ice 氷, and on his feet he wears a simple pair of black shoes, from Seiryu's left arm has a chakra sheild installed in it, while in his right arm he has a powerful vaccum hose installed in his palm that is able to blow and suck.

~~ Last and smallist of the Four Saint Beasts, Suzaku Ho-oh, Suzaku is made of a milable steel, has lightning chakra that the user injects into Suzaku at the begining of the puppets useage, giving suzaku an electical charge during battle. Has long orange hair parted down the middle, with two red strands that are actually his antennae, which are able to launch at the opponent with a cord attached to them, having full control over the antena the puppeteer will use them to attack the opponent at free will, between the antennae is a kanji symbol for speed 速. Suzaku also has polls that will extened from his palms to the ground, will senbon loaded in each of his fingers that are able to be thrown by Suzaku waving his arm in the direction.

Jack's boby is made of hardened wood, his torso which is hollowed out houses an abundence of different types of weapons, which by the puppetteers control will be released from the puppets body, the weapons are set on wires that will release and be sent flying at the opponent (smoke bombs, shuriken, kunai, senbon, premade kunai and shuriken with tags on them.). On each of Jacks arms and legs are thin razor sharp blades that are built into the middle of his arms and legs.

Well its completely new type of taijutsu which neither requires handsigns just as normal taijutsu in this the user attacks at the nervous points of opponent as these nervous are responsible for reflexes respond to a stimuli and speed , by applying proper pressure at proper points the use can affect the opponents speed and other type of senses

~Pending~ I'll need you to be a lot more precise with this kind of technique. You're basically disabling your opponent with this one since in our RP, speed is everything. If I'm ever going to accept this, you need to restrict it somehow and be clear on whether or not hitting only one point as any effect.

The user of this technique can do many thing while using it as every different point serves a different purpose
EXAMPLE- on the right side of the neck near the shoulder is related to smell and stimulus send to the brain

Description-In this the user gets at the back side of the opponent and quickly strike one point on the spinal cord and one at right hand side of the neck these points are responsible for respond and reflexes of an human as we know so this attack affects the opponent’s reflexes which get considerably slower than the normal
~As we know spinal chord is related to stimuli and quick reflexes used in battle and same goes for neck in terms of brain by striking the point user slows the time taken for a respond to certain technique and there time to react to it

Description: Gaara will manipulate the sand on the whole battlefield and create a huge dome over him and his opponent (the diameter of the dome 100m long) The dome is made up of thickly packed sand, (2ft thick) and can even trap (some) large summonings. Once the jutsu is over, the sand dome falls and can crush the opponent and even the user underneath it

note: can only be used/taught by pops123

(Tekken No Boro) - Weapon Of Iron Fist

Describtion: This weapon was forged by Archangel Michael originally as staff for Migualon J.J. when he created and mastered Style Of Tekken so that he wouldn´t have to enter that state while being still able to use special Tekken techniques. But than Michael made a "mistake" when forging it and it became unstabble in it´s form. Michael and Migualon were making a lot of tests on it and than they noticed that it can change form into different weapons when infused with chakra. This weapon has 4 different forms, which are Staff (possible to use shape manipulation to make spike on 1 end of it), 2 Swords, Shield and Spear (as 1 form) and Hammer.


All 4 Forms:

Staff (just that staff xd)
You must be registered for see images
Two Swords
You must be registered for see images
Spear And Shield (shield can only protect from weapons)
You must be registered for see images
Hammer (just that hammer xd)
You must be registered for see images


Notes:

Can only be wielded by ~Mig J.J. Quiksilver~ and those who mastered Style Of Tekken and obtained ~Mig J.J. Quiksilver~´s permission

Transformation into different form counts as 1 of the 3 moves per turn

It cannot be broken [if in form of Spear And Shield, the shield breaks, than it goes into Staff form with spear (shield can be broken by any jutsu of C-rank and higher)]

The user is able to use Tekken techniques when wielding this weapon without activating Style Of Tekken

This group of Coyote are known as bandits and have cells in various parts of the world and can be called by a select few of shinobi. Quixote is the head of this organization and he runs his clan with extreme caution. Quixote is whole-hearten to few and black-hearten to many, though he has this personality Quixote has close ties to his summoners. Due to his statute, he is known as one of the most powerful Coyote's in "The Ingenious Gentleman". Quixote has complete mastery of the water element and can use without hand seals (except Forbidden) due to him massive amount of water chakra he is able to preform water techniques that requires a water source without any water being nearby just by using the chakra he already has massed. One of Quixote most noted abilities to create a massive "Tidal Wave", this wave is bigger than Kisame's massive waves, the Tidal Wave destroys all in it's path and is capable of not holding back but sweeping away a tailed beast. Quixote isn't a large Boss, only big enough to carry 2 users but keeps his rule to his strength and unmatchable speed.

~Declined~ What the hell is the speed of a general ninja? If you're making a reference to the manga, it's still extremely vague. Also, how is she able to communicate with "masters" within the area without telepathy?
