Description: The Psittaciformes' Chant is a sound genjutsu where the parrot or a parrot art's user sings a succession of tone known as Shepard Tone. Shepard tone, named after Roger Shepard, is a sound consisting of a superposition of sine waves separated by octaves. When played with the base pitch of the tone moving upward or downward, it is referred to as the Shepard scale. This creates the auditory illusion of a tone that continually ascends or descends in pitch, yet which ultimately seems to get no higher or lower. The user will begin chanting in a seemingly eternal lowering tone, which will make the opponent's body and limbs feel heavier, stuck on the floor as if powerfully nailed to it. If the user is A rank or Jounin (or higher), he or she will be able to follow up with a second scale (making the technique A ranked), now going eternally high, which will then make the opponent feel as if his body and limbs are being pulled up. Which results in excruciating pain as the opponent feels his body being thorned up and ripped apart by the opposing forces.
*The Psittaciformes' Chant can be perfomed with or without handseals.*
*Without handseals, the genjutsu will take effect immediately, but the user won't be able to use any other jutsu as he or she chants*
*With 5 handseals, the genjutsu will take 2 seconds to begin, but afterwards the user is able to use any technique he or she wants, as long as it doesn't require the usage of the mouth (like spitting fire)*
*Does not affect the user, it's summoner or it's summons, nor it's allies*
*Can only be used twice, each lasting 3 turns max. Must have a 3 turn break between usages. Breaking the chant will break the genjutsu effective immediately*

Description: This jutsu is an enhanced version of the Empty Cicada Shell Technique. This allows the user to disperse, multiply and amplify the sound produced by any being or object short-range from the user and spread those sounds all around the area, long range from the user. The user is required to preform 5 handseals, after which any sound the user wishes is spread out to the field. This can disperse and augment sound genjutsu, yet only those created with his own chakra and/or his summon's chakra. Apart from those, the user won't be able to defend other members unless they are connected with the user's and user's summon's chakra (directly by touch, or using a seal that releases chakra (if there is such a thing)).
*Can only be used 3 times per battle, lasts up to 2 turns*

Description: The user charges chakra on his sword, and, with a whip like motion, will release a thin slice of chakra that will move flexible and chaotic towards it's target, differing from the normal crescent slice that goes straight forwards. Despite it's flexibility, it will move somewhat forward, even though it can curve and seemingly change directions, it will not be able to do a 360º turn.

~Declined~ First of all, restrictions? Secondly, the difference between your jutsu and the normal crescent shaped attack are almost nonexistent. Instead of being rigid it's flexible...ok and what does that change? You didn't elaborate on the only uniqueness of your technique. Also, how can it change direction? Can you control it. More details in the next submission.

Description: The user charges chakra on the sword, making it vibrate. After the user grazes it on a second sword or piece of metal, it will release an wave all around the user, which will quickly dispel any sound based technique up to the rank of the technique. Iado users will be able to perfrom the technique at such speed that they will be able to emit the vibrations before they are actually affected by a sound technique, despite being after it reaches the user. Other users will need to have the sword and the second medium already unsheathed in order to achieve the same effects.
*Iado Masters will be able to dispel the technique it such ferocity that they will send the vibrations back to their user as a burst of sound, with half the damage, up to mid-range*

Each tone brands it's listeners with a particular type of illusion,Also the harp acts as a barrier against illusion attacks thrown at the weilder. Because of it's portablity and stylishness,the weilder is able to strap it unto his or her back,whilst in battle.
-Note: The user can't perform handseals whilst holding the harp.
-when in posession of the user,every genjutsu used by the user,gain's +20 damage points and the harp blocks illusiön based attacks,except advanced ones(forbidden or ms illusions) and also illusion shielding counts as one of 3 moves a turn and can only shield 3 times per match.

(Fuuinjutsu: Fainda, Kanshu) - Sealing Technique: Finders, Keepers

Description: Fainda, Kanshu is an advanced sealing technique, actually one of the most advanced ones, and devolpmented by Grimm & Gobi. Its an ability copying tech that involves sealing the ability and memory into a scroll; The sealing technique is dealt up in two parts and is both used with a certain scroll, the first part is called extraction and the second, implatation, it's actually more like a ritual.
Extraction; The first part of the sealing technique. The user will place the victim on the ground (alive and knocked out) and place a head set, similar to the ones used to communicate other shinobi long distance telepathically, on his head and the victim's. He will then wrap a scroll around the victims face whereafter he performs a long row of hand signs with the help of his partner. They will then slam their palms onto the ground causing a huge amounts of kanjis appear on the ground in a circle around the victims body. Once formed, the users forms a singel hand sign causing all the Kanjis to move into the scroll around the victims face. By doing so the scroll will now step in character and start to extract a certain memory. The head set will help the user gather the memory from the victims mind. It would not delete or make the victim forget this memory, the scroll would just copy it into the scroll.
Now to the second part of the sealing technique;
Implatation; This part is used in battle, unlike the other part which is used outside of battle. With the stored scroll the user will wrap the scroll around his arm and form a single hand sign. The Kanjis on the scroll will in an instant spread out across the users body whereafter it implodes into his forehead, leaving the kanji for sealing. Once done so the user have obtained the certain memory(s), for an example; How he did, how to do it, how he learned about it. Which will allow the person who uses implatation to do the same.
Deactivation; Whenever the user wants to deactivate the technique he forms another hand sign, causing the kanji for sealing in the forehead of the user, to explode out on the user's body again, spreading the seals across him whereafter back into the scroll. The scroll cannot be used the rest of the battle.
Restrictions;
~Extraction can only be used after the battle, and only one time on the same target(Unless if the current one gets destroyed.)
~Implatation can only be used once in battle, and transfers all memories in the scroll into the user's mind.
~The scroll can only stay activated up to six turns(That will mean 5 full turns.), if kept activated the user will gain a mental illness which will make him pass out after 2 full turns, and leaves the user unable to continue battling.
~One scroll can have up to 4 memories saved.
~If the scroll gets destroyed in fight he would have to fetch a whole new batch of memories.
Note;
~Only one scroll at play at a time, no exception. This means, if Ninja A and B, both posses the jutsu and Ninja A, seals three memories within the scroll, Ninja B can only seal one. If Ninja B gets the scroll destroyed both Ninja B and A need to fetch a new batch.

~Declined~ It was a nice read, and the best Inception adaptation so far (if it's not an adaptation it really resembles one lol). My only concern here is the application of this jutsu. Can you steal Customs with this technique? Come up with several examples in your re-submission and I'll come to a verdict.

Description: By infusing any kind of earth in the field, with the users chakra he will change it's properties making it either 'liquid soft', rock hard or inbetween the two(normal earth.). This is probably one of the most basic earth techniques there is.

King Rhino is the king of the Rhinos. He's the largest of all the Rhinos that excists, he is just as large as Gamabunta, and no other Rhino can compare him in hight. King Rhino have as all the other Rhinos two long horns at the en of his head, but since King Rhino is so large his horns are also much larger. King Rhino is very fast, even if he's so large, but due to his size it's hard for him to controll his movements, and since he's so heavy he can't jump. King Rhino has as all Rhinos very thick scin, almost like metal plates, and due to the scin, King Rhino is able to withstand attacks that are weaker than S-Rank. King Rhino has the ability to fire a and A-ranked beam of lightning out of his horn, and this lightning reach up to long-range.

~Note 2: Stays on the field for 4 turns, but can be sendt back if hit by a S-Rank jutsu.

(Rhino's Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Ryhorn)-Rhino's summoning technique: Ryhorn

Ryhorn is the son of King Rhino. Unlike his father he's not that big, and his size is just two times as much as a normal human. Since Ryhorn is not that big, he can run much faster and he has great controll of his movements. Since Rhyhorn is not that big, he can jump into the air. Ryhorn has the same thick scin like his father, but he can only withstand attacks that are weaker than A-rank. Ryhorn has the ability to blast an A-Ranked fire out of his horn, and the fire reach up to long range.
~Note: Can only be summoned once per battle and last for 5 turns.
~Note 2: Stays on the field untill it's destroyed, and can be destroyed by attacks that are stronger than B-Rank.
~Note 3: Ryhorns fire counts as one of the three move per turn and his attack can only be used 3 times per match.

Damage Points: Depends on Jutsu
Skarmory's feathers are all made of a strong metal that can withstand attacks that are lower than B-Rank, but her weakness is Lightning so she can withstand attacks of Lightning Jutsus of C-Rank and below. And she can fire these feathers at the opponent like Iron Needles. Due to the Iron Feathers Skarmory is not that fast in the air, but she is famously known for her dangerous "Needle Mist" which is considered as 1/3 jutsus as well. The Needle Mist is done by Skarmory releasing her feathers at the opponent, only that the feathers are so small that they can only be seen by Dojutsu users. One of the needles won't do much damage, but when the opponent is trapped inside the mist they will be heavily slashed. The needles are released by Skarmory from her wings, and therefore she's open for attacks. Skarmory can use Wind up to A-Rank.

*Note: All of Scarmory's attacks counts as 1/3 per round.

~Declined~ Normally, I never defines what can kill a summon, since many techniques have many different usages. A C-rank spike could kill a summon. Because your Rhinos are natural tanks, I made an exception, however I won't do it for every summon. Take out everything related to what your summon can withstand before dispersing and re-submit.

Declined. Didnt Izuna tell you to take out the part about now being harmed by blades? like he said, just because you are slippery doesnt mean you cant be cut. I get what you are going for here but its not all there. I can assure you if I gave you a roundhouse kick to the side, being slippery wont matter. you need to add description about twisting the body so blows slide past the user. Theres more but you need but I'm not going to alter it completely ebcause its not my CJ :/

With the use of a single hand seal, the user can turn the arrow into a small blast to defend against certain techniques depending on their size. (Ex. Description: Very much like kakashi when charging at his opponent when using raikiri, the user will start channeling great amounts of chakra into his feet for a 1.2x boost in speed, followed by charging forward at great speeds in a zig-zag manner. The user will make a full "Z", zig-zag side stepping left/right/left. From the boost in speed caused by the chakra in the users feet, the sheer pressure and force of Z-side stepping, will leave a small creator in the ground where the foot once was. Each Z-step travels the distance of 5 yards. So the user will go 5 yards forward/towards the left, 5 forward/towards the right, and so on. The user will be shooting a wind infused & explosively tagged arrow at great speeds in each side step he performs (so three) causing the arrows to reach the target from different angles 5 yards apart. Speed wise, the arrows are 1.5x faster than throwing a regular kunai, so it will reach the target within 1-2 seconds (short-mid) or 3-4 (short-long). The opponent will still be able to see the users but will get a tad bit confused from the zig-zaging. This whole process is performed in a fast and swift motion.

~Declined~ I like the jutsu in itself, but I can't allow a technique that will multiply your speed by a factor of 1.2. If you already have speed enhancing techniques activated it would become plain OP. Fix it any way you want but keep it a fixed boost, independent of your speed (and be sure not to use the speed chart as a reference, it's against the rules).

Description: While airborne, the user will shoot an arrow at great speeds towards the ground. The arrow is attached to a very strong chakra string. The string is attached to the bow's grip so that once the arrow makes contact with the ground, it can reel in the user to avoid aerial techniques or simply to get back into the ground faster. As the user is coming down with great force, he charges earth chakra into his feet. Once his feet make contact with the ground, a 360 degree wave of earth (B-Ranked) will be made and spread out in the form of a shockwave. This is due to the intensive landing and earth chakra concentration when stomping/landing on the ground. The user will receive no harm to his feet when landing at such speed, the reason being because while landing, the user softened the earth while stomping the ground and creating the shockwave, and thus landing on a pillow of earth as the shockwave forms. This technique does not necessarily have to be used while being airborne, the user can choose to be reel'd into other objects or even gain height by hooking onto flying objects.(Not kunais or anything of that sort. More like stabbing through a summoning, or maybe even a flying piece of earth etc..)

Description: Immortal shadow is a 3 foot long, one handed kanabo-type weapon. It has a wood base, which is then wrapped securely in an indestructible, chakra reinforced, iron casing. Along the length of the club, are deadly iron studs. The user at any time can slam the club onto the ground in any direction around them. This will force up vertical slabs of hardened A-rank earth, which can be used for defensive purposes. Each strike on the ground can raise a maximum of three slabs. This will only work up to short range. Then, using the iron studs along the length of the weapon, the user can launch thin beams of B-rank lightning chakra. This functions similar to Storm Release: Laser Circus, but the lightning emanates from each of the iron studs. The user is able to fire a max of 10 beams of lightning chakra at one time. These are best used at med/long range, and can be sent in different direction on release. However, once the direction is decided, it cannot be changed.

~Declined~ The very principle of wind technique is to make your chakra as sharp as possible while keeping it in movement. Standing on the lid of wind would basically tear you to shred, not to mention the typhoon you'd be creating around you from the wind rotating to keep the water outside the underwater part of your pipe.

The fire is very sticky, and will cling to any object it touches, burning away until there is nothing left.

Submitting My Very Own Custom Taijutsu/Kenjutsu Style

(Champuru/champloo Kendo)

Description: Highly unorthodox swordplay and a fighting style based on breakdancing the Style also take Movements from almost every kind of Marital Arts the Style allows the Users movements to be unpredictable and very deadly. The user can use this to even defend himself in very small and tight area's. Most movements of this style of Taijutsu and Kenjutsu are done with Flips and by the using their feet and is done low to the ground. Even thoe most movments are unpredictable the Style has it weakness due to the fact that it involes flips and is done close to the ground the user unless properly is left open in the middle of dodging a Attack. Some of the Style can also be mistaken with Rock Lee's Drunken Fist and with some of the Movements seen by Sasuke while fighting Naruto on the roof before Sasuke left the village. This style allows very few Chances to use any Chakra Infused Attacks because while using the style the user is in consent movement either attacking or defending againist his opponent.This style does not have to be done with a sword but works best with one

The genjutsu consists of slowing down the perception of the enemy, making him think objects are moving at the same pace, but in reality they are moving faster. The trick in the genjutsu is that objects maintain their original initial speed and acceleration (including the user), but the enemy will think they are going at the speed he is seen them. To make it simple, the enemy as the observer will find himself looking at objects moving at the same speed as before, not changing any of his reaction. The user as the observer will see the opponent reacting slower to objects moving, reducing considerably the reaction speed of the opponent. This genjutsu will reduce the reaction speed and movement by half (as the opponent thinks he is moving at his same speed, because his senses make him believe he is).

While this was being built the warrior literally put small traces of his soul into the weapon making it even more powerful. this procedure ended in him dying but as a result the sword gained special abilities to the point where everyone wanted to get there hands on it. Though the warrior knew that it could wreak havoc if it had fallen into the hands of a villainous being so he used his soul energy to engrave a security system so only those with a good heart can wield it.

Abilities

- The Forgotten Reaper is nearly indestuctible(only jutsu or weapons of forbidden rank cant break it).

- Due to the warriors specialty being Katon and Fuuton, the user gets +5 damage points on all Katon and Fuuton. The user can also perform each of those elements with 1 less handseal.

-The Forgotten Reaper can slice through all B rank techniques.

- Due to the warriors soul living inside The Forgotten Reaper, the scythe will inform you as soon as you are cast under a genjutsu. How you deal with it is on the wielder.

- The Forgotten Reaper slightly increases the reflexes of the wielder due to the warriors soul being able to tell what is going on somewhat. Though it isn't Byakugan and cant protect your blind spots.

Restrictions

-Can only be used by Shade Dracova or anyone given permission to use by Shade Dracova

- The Forgotten Reaper weighs over 100 pounds so the user must have somewhat training in taijutsu to prove his muscle strength.

The meteor isn't engulfed in flames, it is in a black, solid rock state with small streams of fire racing throughout it. As soon as the meteor is summoned, countless large compressed segments of the meteor will collapse in the shape of spikes. The spikes are released rapidly until the entire meteor is finished which would take a generous time span time of 20 seconds.

Description:The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth in the shape of a dragon that the user can direct. Once the user directs the jutsu to its target he then ignites the gun-powder causing a massive explosion.This jutsu can also be used to mask the users presence by using the ash as a means of cover.

- Can only be used by Swizzik and hawaiianmike.
- No Katon the next turn.
-Can only be used three times per battle
-Can be dispersed by wind if it isn't ignited on time

~Declined~ And where did you get the gun powder? If it's a new release (CE) this isn't the right place to submit it.

Description:
This is a secret Gull summoning only known to Sacrifice after he stumbled upon the Gull's secret temple lost ages ago during the "Great Flame Wars" between the Gulls and the Crows. As he entered the temple, he found an ancient codex written by a Gull, he found this surprising because this codex was small and most Gulls were much larger. As he read the codex, he found an old key. He searched the temple for days until he found a key slot in which he placed the key in and suddenly he was teleported to an island, On this island a statue of stone stood. The statue somewhat resembled a Gull but was smaller and was able to stand upright...he read the name on the codex "Vlad" the statue started to lose it's rock texture and Vlad appears. Vlad is about the size of Gamakichi so the user is able to ride on him, only one person though, he's very fast and quite strong. Vlad has a complete mastery over Fire, he can use them without handseals and have its power increased which makes him great for combination attacks with the user. Vlad has a secret technique which allows him completely cover him in fire and release a "S Rank" explosive fire orb directly at the target causing everything in that area up mid to long range to be under a sea of fire, in turn destroying everything in the area.

Notes:
- Summon lasts 4 turns
- Vlads Fire Techniques are increased by +5 (not the users though)
- Fire Techniques count as a move
- Must have signed the Gull contract
- Only usable by Coyote & those he allows.

~Approved~ Changed the rank of the explosion to short-mid and made the range of the attack Long. If you shoot it while you're any close then long-range you'll get hit by your own technique. Check the bold parts I added.

Description: Quixote is the Boss of "The Ingenious Gentleman" a rogue group of Coyote's from the deep barrens in the Land of Wind. This group of Coyote are known as bandits and have cells in various parts of the world and can be called by a select few of shinobi. Quixote is the head of this organization and he runs his clan with extreme caution. Quixote is whole-hearten to few and black-hearten to many, though he has this personality Quixote has close ties to his summoners. Due to his statute, he is known as one of the most powerful Coyote's in "The Ingenious Gentleman". Quixote has complete mastery of the water element and can use without hand seals (except Forbidden) due to him massive amount of water chakra he is able to preform water techniques that requires a water source without any water being nearby just by using the chakra he already has massed. One of Quixote most noted abilities to create a massive "Tidal Wave", this wave is bigger than Kisame's massive waves, the Tidal Wave destroys all in it's path and is capable of not holding back but sweeping away a tailed beast. Quixote isn't a large Boss, only big enough to carry 2 users but keeps his rule to his strength and unmatchable speed.

Description:
The user will slam his hands on the ground with destructive force, as the hands get slammed on the ground the user release a massive amount of Dark chakra into the ground very quickly. The chakra is spread from where the user slams his hands all the way up to Long Range making it death zone almost inescapable. Suddenly on the battlefield, the ground cracks and from the cracks a black aura comes from it. Then the ground begins to shake and the darkness erupts from the field pushing up large rocks and pieces of earth up to the sky looking as if the earth was lifted towards to sky. Under the earth that has lifted the Dark chakra is radiating the powerful darkness, destroying all that get's caught in the eerie aura. If the target is on the ground, the earth rises up all around the battlefield, keeping the air a zone of destruction of flying earth chunks all over the place, the target will fall or be caught in the aura, annihilating them form the Darkness. The technique is able to knock anything out of the sky and fall into the aura. The ground becomes so unstable that balance is thrown off. Due to the intensity and speed and mass of the chakra produced at such speed it exhausts the user immensely.

Notes:

- Only usable by a Dark Release user
- Only usable once
- Able to knock anything out the sky and cause it to fall into the Dark Aura.
- The air on the battlefield has so much debris of huge rocks that it makes the air a danger zone
- All under the battlefield the Dark Aura lingers like a sea under the earth
- Unable to use Dark Techniques for 3 turns
- Unable to Fire Techniques for 2 turns
- Only can use 2 Techniques for 2 turns due to exhaustion
- Only usable/trainable by Coyote

Declined. since you have a restriction that it disappears when released front he left hand, make a note saying that the sword will be released in order to make handseals
