~Declined~ Wait a minute O__O Is this a genjutsu, a ninjutsu or a summoning? Are you making a similar technique to Jiraiya's toad transportation technique? You really need to elaborate on that one. Also, how do you do the switch with the eel? Are you using Kawarimi no jutsu on top of all that xd?

If the opponent doesn't find a way out of the mist within 3 turns, they will be stun by the mist. because of the amount of water and electricity in the mist, fire and Earth Jutsu's are weakened by -5 while this jutsu is active.

(Ka-Do Sensu)-Card style

Card style is a special way of using cards. The basic explanation is that the user channel elementary/KG chakra into special made cards that’s called chakra cards and these cards can be thrown at opponents to hurt them, thrown at the ground to change the field or thrown around the user to create a defensive or offensive action. Cards have been shown in the Narutoverse as they have played cards at gambling houses (Tsunade), and these cards are just normal cards but infused with chakra.

*Must be Sannin rank or higher
*Must be tought by ~The Norwegian~, Xanthe or anyone that have mastered Card Style

(Ka-Do Sensu: Kasai Ka-Do)-Card Style: Fire Cards

The user will spread 10 cards infront of him, channel fire into them and then create a fire out of the cards. The fire takes the shape of a spear that travels up to long-range very fast. The fire can also be used as a wall infront of a user to guard against incoming attacks.

(Ka-Do Sensu: Ketatamashii Kaze Ka-Do)-Card Style: Piercing wind cards

The user takes five cards into each of his hands and channel wind chakra into them. Once the wind chakra is in every card, the user throws the cards towards the opponent. Due to the wind chakra the cards fly fast and they are extremely sharp. The user can control the paths of the cards by using the chakra in them.

The card style already exist -Ace- has it and i believe that Izuna wont accept anything that has been made before.

The hands will then grab the users ankles, and move across any earth-based terrain as the user wishes. The hands move as fast as an average ninja can run, and allow the user to focus on weaving handseals while moving out of an oncomming attack.

~Can only be used two (2) times per battle
~Lasts for up to three (3) turns per use
~The user can only use doton jutsu while the hands are in use

Description: The user bites his thumb and wipes blood over a tattoo placed on the back of his hand and slams his hands on the ground to call forth the legendary dracula bat, the fire bat is half the size of Gamahiro, what makes him special than other bats is the manipulation of the fire affinity, from his birth he was training to master the fire element and becomes more accustomed to it, therefore he can use the fire element up to S-rank techniques without the use of handseals in order to perform the fire techniques, he has very thick fur that makes him immune to fire techniques from A-rank and below,whenever this bat performs a fire technique the fir itself becomes black this is because he is so accustomed to, using fire techniques that he developed a new kind of fire but its the same as the original fire only thing is that it turns black when perfoming a fire technique.
- Note: Can only be summoned once per battle.
- Note: Stays on the field for 4 turns.
- Note: Must have signed the bat contract.
- Note: Can only be taught by -Tauburn-.
- Note: The user can't have a second summoning on the field.
- Note: The user must have mastered the fire element.

~Declined~ Make him resistant to B-rank and under and make sure you take out anything that slightly suggest he can manipulate fire at will. The first part of the description seemed to suggest this.

Description: It has yet been said within many dusty old books that a great man named Dante Alighieri has gone to save his loved one from the great evil toad of Myobokuzan, Gamafer. Dante had gone down into the pit of death, into Gamafer's lair. After 7 days of a bloody fight, Dante failed to save his flower, and he showed no mercy to Gamafer. After the bloodbath, Dante carved a blade from Gamafer's mighty horn and he took these pieces to be forged by Hephaestus, the nearby blacksmith. He had forged the mighty double-bladed sword, and named Sumitsukigasa. The double-bladed sword is made of mostly unbreakable bone, harder then steel. Because of the blade part is made of bone, and most of it's parts, the weapon weighs almost half of it's size, and can be handled in order to reach high speeds. The -15 chakra in each turn is because Sumitsukigasa sucks the user's chakra in order to maintain it's ability, which is being always in the state of having itself imbued with wind chakra, quite similar to (Fūton: Kaze Kyōka no Tsūru) - Wind Release: Wind Enhanced Tools, and it won't stop until the double-bladed sword is out of short range from the user. If the user wishes, he may channel more of his chakra into the sword, which is an additional -10 chakra in each usage, in order to extend the pre-existing wind chakra inbued within the sword, onto 5-6ft. As the wind chakra has been extended on the sword in order to reach 5-6ft, the blade becomes an S-ranked wind blade, but for only that turn.
Note:

-I added this part: Since the sword has an affinity for Wind, and as the sword's inbued abilities will travel onto the user's hand giving him a uniqueness of enabling him to seal a mere handseal for any wind jutsus. When the user performs any wind jutsus, the inbued chakra will add it's own inbued wind chakra from the sword, the (15 chakra which been sucked off from the user, every turn) into the technique completely, (transfering that sucked -15 chakra into the technique) having the sword lose its inbued wind chakra for that turn.

Description: The user pushes chakra out of all there tenketsu and spin creating a sharp dome shield, while dense/spiked chain/s made of chakra errupts from the dome all around with the same speed as the dome rotates, with the properties of having the first link on the chain being a long spike which may pierce through an obstacle, in order to keep on going. The chain will grab onto anything that the user desires to, and as it ensnares the desired subject/s, the spiked chain/s will pull the subject/s onto the razor sharp dome, ripping the subject into pieces, or if the user wishes, the spike on the first link on the chain will pierce through the enemy, and ensnares the subject.
Note:
-Must master Jyuuken
-Can be used 3x
-The dome leaves a crater in the ground
-After this, the user won't be able to use S-ranked or higher Jyuuken in the same turn and the next one.
-Only Dr. House can teach it.
-Due to the difficulty of this jutsu, Byakugan must be active and you must be at least Sannin.

(Yoton: Tsuyoi Yougan Ryuusei) - Lava Release: Mighty Lava Meteor

Description: The user will focus a enormous amount, of chakra into the lava and earth surrounding battlefield pulling the whole battle field lava/earth with the opponent standing in the middle of the battlefield. And perform a single handseal the 'Serpent' handseal. After, the user has performed, the handseal he will pull the lava & earth up around the opponent in an instant making it a meteor and sending it into the sky with all his might and chakra focused in the meteor itself, with the opponent trapped in the meteor. When send, into the sky it will turn into a normal meteor/stone in a full turn and fall into the lava on the ground. And melt turning it to regulair lava again. Can, only be evaded if the opponent has the speed of the 5th inner gate.
[This, is basically the same earthen technique that Madara performed against Õnoki when they battled. But then lava based.]

Description: The user simply concentrates his chakra into his shoulders en gathers some earth from the ground and form about 3 wings on each shoulders. So making it a total of six wings, and then form the 'dragon handseal' to make the edges of the wings razor sharp so it is able to cut your opponent if fighting a close ranged battle. These wings are like a extension of the user they have a very unique structure that makes it so the earth is very light but its still solid and so is able to allow the user to take flight in battle. It can also, block simple wepons like: Kunais, Shurikens, Giant Shurikens Etc.

Description: The user releases a large amount of water from their mouth. This water will contain syrup like characteristics like the 'Syrup Capture Field' without the 'sticky' properties, and will have a much higher viscosity than ordinary water; however because of the high viscosity of the water, it will move and flow much slower than regular water. The user than manipulates this water, sending it towards the enemy in the form of a medium sized wave. If somehow caught in the water, the enemy will be encased in the thick liquid, unable to escape due to the sheer weight of the water slowly cascading over them (Like syrup slowly pouring over an overfilled spoon onto a square of butter on pancakes. Imagine a person like the butter, being covered by the thick liquid.) It is mainly used to absorb the blunt force of several harsh attacks-without breaking or crumbling like an earth barrier-and continuing onward. The speed of it however, makes it easier to avoid. If the need should arise, one could ride the wave by focusing chakra to their feet.

Description: The user stands in the Chudan no Kamae stance, then the user focuses a rather large amount of chakra through their blade. The result of the large amount of chakra flowing through the blade, is a powerful, outward shock wave. The shock wave is capable of repelling/defending against incoming attacks, this is the defensive variation of the jutsu. However, this shock wave can also be channeled, and aimed in a single direction. If used offensively, the shock wave causes both concussive damage, as well as slashing damage delivering several powerful non-superficial cuts; this is the offensive variant of the jutsu. The jutsu itself is a representation of the even defensive and offensive capabilities that the Chudan no Kamae stance offers.

The user forms a translucent “blanket” of chakra which surrounds their body as well their sword. The user continues to pour chakra out of the pores on their skin, and condenses the chakra until it becomes as sturdy and tough as steel. This blanket of chakra is meant to protect against blunt attacks, as well as environmental factors (such as being burned by fire, being electrocuted by lightning, being cut by Wind, etc.). The chakra focused around the user’s sword serves to increase its cutting power. However, the barrier can only protect against a single attack per use. Because of the translucent nature of the chakra surrounding the body, an enemy will often go unaware that this technique is even in use, until attempting to attack the user.

Description:
The user makes 2 hand seals (snake+monkey) and 9 normal sized squirrels made of rock and dense earth chakra rise from the ground within range. The squirrels are then infused with an enormous amount of lightning chakra, glowing in a bright blueish color. The lightning enables them to move (above ground or underneath) at enormous speeds that only 3T Sharingan and Byakugan can follow. The squirrels surround the enemy in a nonagon pattern facing him. They then link to each other and unleash the combined Earth and Lightning chakras into the nonagon. Within the nonagon, a mayhem of raging vortexes of electromagnetic and geoenergies starts to petrify, rip and shock everything caught in it, releasing heat, (the user can engulf the whole battleground but, if so, takes his own life also) and leaving only a crater behind. The squirrels can also surround the user short range from him and face outwards, using the combination of Earth and Lightning chakras to produce a perfect spherical shield that can protect the user against any Lightning, Earth, Fire or Water attack. If a squirrel is hit, a non-focused lightning burst is released around him, stunning whomever is near. However, as long as there is at least 3 squirrels, the technique can be used. Due to the massive amount of chakra and concentration needed, the user will experience great pain and exhaustion upon use of this technique.

Note: User can't mold Lightning or Earth for 2 turns after this technique.
Note2: In the turn its used, user can only cast one more jutsu
Note3: Usable only once
Note4: The severe exhaustion left by the amount of chakra spent to use this jutsu leaves the user unable to use ninjutsu (elemental or not) above S-Rank for 2 turns

-To avoid confusing, specify the range of attack of each squirrel if it's destroyed.
-Protecting against anything but Wind is OP. Make it so it can defend against S-rank and F-rank depending on the element (keep in mind that some jutsu such as Kirin and Amaterasu are S-rank).
-Make it so that each squirrel that is destroy weakens the final technique. While you can still perform it with 3 squirrel, it's bound to be weaker considering you lost 66% of the chakra you initially used to create them.

Rest seemed fined.

A stance that can be used in both defensive/counter attack and in attack moves. Using either the basic stance of Lazy Fist: The Dance of the Lazy One or the defensive stance of Lazy Fist: The Dance of the Drunken Haze, the user will hit the opponent with a maximum of 10 quick punches, jabs or kicks (or block up to 10 Taijutsu hits from the opponent) with enormous speed. If used as an attack, each place the user hits will make the enemy feel as if its decaying and rotting away into a putrid liquid, giving off a horrible smell. Each affected area will begin to spread slowly and engulf the surrounding tissue, making the enemy suffer excruciating pain. If used as a defense, at contact, each of the enemy's attacking limbs (arm, leg, fist, head, knee, elbow, etc) will become impossible to move as the area touched will become heavy and numb. The weight will increase as more hits are done in the same area, but a single hit in one arm or leg will be enough to make it as heavy as needed to become impossible to move. Off course, as all Lazy Fist moves, these effects are nothing more than illusions produced by the S-Rank Genjutsu that results from the blows.

~Declined~ The offensive side of your CJ is brilliant, but I find the defensive one to be a bit exaggerated and somewhat OP. However, my main concern is with the bold part. 4 times a match for a S-rank is too much. Make it twice a match and it's up to you to decide whether it'll be used offensively or defensively.

As a fighting style, Kuro Ashi Taijutsu - 黒脚 - Black Leg Style boasts a wide and impressive array of kicks, coupled with superb acrobatic skill make it a very versatile fighting skill, allowing the user to effectively weave continuous and powerful attacks upon adversaries. Most of Kuro Ashi Taijutsu - 黒脚 - Black Leg Style attack names are French words referring to various dishes. An Ambition of a style in which started years ago within the past, before the time of war, before the time of the Hidden Villages. An ambition of a style created to ward off those who were considered to be savages, living life through the edge of life. Living through unspeakable acts. The Kuro Ashi Taijutsu - 黒脚 - Black Leg Style is a style formulated for those who wish to keep their hands in tact. A fighting style in which was created for those who were considered to be tradesmen, craftsmen, those who took pride in their art, but were needed to defend themselves in some style and way. The Kuro Ashi Taijutsu - 黒脚 - Black Leg Style is intended for the usage of legs and only the usage of the legs. Reasons why is because if the hands of a Craftsman gets damaged or becomes unusable they are unable to continue to perform in the art that they truly desire.

Some practitioners of this technique spin rapidly hitting all opponents around the user kicking them off into the distance of up to thirty two meters. Some practitioners somewhat juggle around the opponent's shoulders kicking in all directions in one fluent movement in a break dancing like form in that of a windmill. In a final movement the user quickly slams a final kick into the opponent. This could be used against the opponent's chest, across the opponent's face, or anywhere else that may have the opponent open capable of sending the opponent flying off into the distance of thirty two meters.

(Genjutsu: Konchuu Yuuku) – Illusion Technique: Entomophobia

Description: Entomophobia is the fear of insects or bugs and other similar arthropods. This genjutsu can be created as long as the opponent can see the user and vice versa. Unlike most genjutsu this one lays dormant in the opponent's body until activated later in the battle. The user places a mass of chakra into the opponent's body where it sits until they see, hear or even smell the presence of insects. Once the opponent experiences one of those things the genjutsu activates. When the opponent is caught in this genjutsu, he will immediately suffer the symptoms of this phobia. The opponent will enter in a panic state and will suffer from involuntary shaking, making it difficult for them to perform handseals and unable to stand on his feet. The damage of this genjutsu will be caused by the feeling of being pierced by countless needles which, as time passes, are pushed deeper and deeper into the target’s body causing excruciating pain. Due to this immense amount of pain, the target can not dispel this genjutsu by causing pain to themselves (e.g. stabbing themselves with a kunai, breaking a finger, etc.) unless they feel extreme physical pain.
*Note: Can only be used once per battle, but may be used to affect multiple targets.
*Note: Aburame and other insect users are immune.
*Note: To dispel this genjutsu, the target must feel an extreme physical pain (not just stabbing himself or break a finger)

~Declined~ In order to get this genjutsu triggered as you described, you'd need to seal the chakra inside of him and create a complex seal that opens on visual contact, touch or smell (like Itachi did with Sasuke when he saw Madara). This is beyond your mastery of Fuuinjutsus and only Medical Senseis could possible get this kind of technique accepted.

~Declined~ 1 hand seal and can be activated up to long range? You'll need to lower that and add some details on how you trap your opponent. Also, explain how it actually works. Do you need to extend your shadow in the genjutsu to trap him like the real shadow technique or is it immediately active as you put your opponent under your illusion?

The angel is taller than humans, and stands out about three meters tall, and she also has large wings, which have a six meter span from tip to tip. She carries an elegant, one handed sword in her right hand. The angel is semi-transparent, thus, one is able to see through it, as well as easily make out the shape and position of it, although, when looking through the angel, the image may look distorted. She hovers a few inches above the ground, and is able to move up to a long range away from the user. (The user controls her movements.) Her movement speed is the same as the users, however, she doesn't receive the benefits of KG's/other special abilities that improve movement speed, should the user be using one. Her limbs and wings are fully pose-able, thus she is able to user her wings as defensive mechanisms, and is able to fight using her sword and body. The angel is able to flap her wings, and release a barrage of razor sharp feathers at the opponent, although this can only be done once.
Note: Can only be used once per match.
Note: The angel lasts for a maximum of three turns (Including the turn she was summoned.) or until she is destroyed.
Note: Due to the amount of chakra this technique requires, the user can only perform one other jutsu on the turn this is activated.

Description: The user will concentrate a great amount of hyouton chakra through his body, up to the point where the user’s body temperature drops severely. Then the user will release the chakra at once from every chakra node in their chakra system. As the hyouton chakra is being released, the temperatures around drops around the level of the absolute zero, which is −269 °C. As a result every drop of water will immediately freze and if the opponent is covered in water, he will be frozen in seconds, altough if the user is also wet he will die too. Due to the low temperture, both the user and the opponent can not breathe because the cold air will burn their lungs.
Note: When the temperature is this low, no fire technique can be produced.
Note: Results in the user’s death and the fight will be declared as even because the cold air will burn his lungs and he/she will die after 2 turns.

This technique is strong against fire release technique in rank B or under because when two technique is clashed together, Beast Air Wave can easily blow away rank B fire Technique and put additional damage to the opponent by blowing their jutsu back at them.
After the jutsu is done, if the user's rank is chuunin or under, he will be stunned for extra turn because of excessive chakra usage on Rank C Jutsu.

~Declined~ Your description is incorrect, wind is weak to fire, not the other way around, and while the shape of a jutsu does impact on the final outcome of this elemental clash, a lower ranked wind will almost never defeat a higher ranked fire. Re-work it.

In this one its only on chakra based attacks, not element (like you told me to say), the way I see it is the bugs are weak to every element (as you say in your ) and they naturally eat chakra so they should naturally be strong against pure chakra techs, as they ate kunkuro’s chakra strings in the manga , they also were able to stop the chakra infused air blast by plugging up the holes (which one would assume that theses small bugs couldn’t stop such a powerful blast, so one would also assume that they ate some of the chakra out of the tech to be able to do so) . So please recheck it with this in mind

Chakra strings do not attack the bugs, they are supplementary. The bugs didnt absorb any of the chakra with the sound guy, they were just "hole corks".

Declined. I told you the only way I'd let you resubmit is if you did a complete overhaul of the jutsu, which you didnt do. You still left the ability to devour any chakra and used non aggressive jutsu as the examples then stated that it could also devour non-agressive jutsu. your examples are misleading because I know you true purpose is to be able to devour fireballs and lightning blasts, like you originally intended, since that would fall under the blanket statement of "any chakra".

Take out the whole part about you absorbing attacks and replace it by you infusing a certain elemental chakra in the gauntlet, this way you can keep the rest of the abilities. Define in details what the coating and elemental properties do on the insects. Take out the bold part, this isn't the Rinnegan, you don't share a vision of your bugs and I don't want you to have thousands of insects as your personal eyes on the field. Where are the restrictions? There's no drawbacks whatsoever.

~Declined~ First of all, define the strength of your "indestructible" gauntlet. You said it could block simple attack; what is a simple attack? C-rank? Secondly, I'm really not sure about the whole coating of insects. It'd be like giving your insects a lightning armor like the Raikage. Let's face it, your insects aren't like normal weapons/tools. What does "erosion" does? How strong do they become when they're infused with earth?

My point is, a normal kunai can't perform jutsus, your insects can and hence infusing an elemental chakra in them is a simple way of giving them a boost in any element you desire and this is too much IMO. Don't VM to ask what to do with this jutsu, I don't know. It's up to you to find something when/if you resubmit it.
