(Kage Bnshin no Sentō) Shadow Clone Combat​

Type: NinTaijutsu

Background:
After learning the once forbidden Shadow Clone technique from his Amegakure sensei Yosamu found himself very fond of the technique, stringing impressive combos and strategies with it that far surpassed his fellow classmates. Being an Uchiha, Taijutsu became a backbone fighting method for Yosamu and with his Sharingan he was no fodder at it. He decided to string his exquisite use of the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu in tandem with his Taijutsu much like he heard the famous leaf ninja Naruto had.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The style revolves around the use of extremely temporary Shadow Clone usage. The clones of the style would only last for a fraction of a second due to split time conjuration by the user for very specific short ranged purposes. The clone(s) would pick up where the user left off in a combo or create a bridge for a combo to continue, the uses are infinite. But only under the condition that clones only last for the time frame of the technique they were created for. Due to the nature of their conjuration the clones from this fighting style can only use Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, and Ninjutsu up to B ranked- excluding any Shadow Clone related techniques.

The clones can only be created short ranged from the user and without the need for hand seals, but as a result they are incredibly weak when compared to other clone techniques, as sch a mere kunai or punch is enough to disperse them. And to prevent brain overload during combat the dispersed clones do not relay information upon being removed- this is to leave the user's mind vacant of any unnecessary information in the heat of battle. Also, for the illusion of instantaneous actions the created clones of this style do not appear or disappear with a puff of smoke. Instead they appear with a instant notion, much like the effects of Flying Thunder God or similar Jikkukan Ninjutsu, and disappear in the same fashion. One second the opponent can be fighting 3 people, the next only one. This is to not only confuse but provide a much more diverse course of action when it comes to Taijutsu or Bukijutsu. This can often times dazzle opponents, and this is all the user would need to deliver a punishing blow. Only two clones of this style can be present on the field at any time however, no matter how short it is. This is a safety measure to prevent stress overload of his chakra and stamina- the consequence of Kage Bunshin.

Description: The user will duck below an incoming attack while swiping his preferred foot in a crescent arc to sweep the enemy off his feet. As he does this a clone appears above his slanted body to level with the opponent's head area where it will deliver a similar crescent kick to the victim's head/neck area moving in the opposite direction of the user's own kick. As this is happening another clone forms above the second clone and brings down its heel in a skull crushing vertical crescent shaped kick. This can severely injure opponents if not kill them if not countered properly.

Description: The user will jump directly upwards while a clone forms below him who uppercuts the opponent into the air, after which it disperses. As the opponent comes level with the user a clone forms in front of him who then delivers a series of quick kicks to the opponent's chest area. As the clone is kicking the opponent its hand is stretched backwards to the user to hold on to so that at the end of the kick combo the clone would pull the user from behind it and throw him/her into the opponent for a final blow to send the opponent flying some meters before smashing into the ground.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
  • Users of this fighting style have much better reflexes after having to control up to two sentient beings simultaneously practitioners' minds become trained to hone in on fast moving and quick thinking decisions.
  • User must be of at least Sannin rank and have mastered Ninjutsu and Taijutsu.


✦ Declined, this deviates from the normal usages of Shadow Clones too much. In all the canon uses of the jutsu, you had to form either the Tiger Seal or the "clone" seal, which was the seal made when you a cross with your index and middle fingers of both hands. Only in the games can I remember the jutsu being made without a seal, as even prior to Kakashi Gaiden, Naruto figured out a way to use the clone seal with just one, crossing his index and middle fingers of his left hand. ✦

Yeah so. Took me a few extra days to get to this, like a week over the limit or something. Anyway, since it's taken a bit of time to get to, I've decided to lift the 15 day waiting period and allow resubmissions in the same, next cycle. Due to this, the thread will not be closing as it used to. Instead, it will remain open and be checked periodically as time passes. I will finish checking the CJ and open that thread as well after making edits to it. That said, there are a few other submissions pending in here. I either didn't check them yet, need a second opinion from Reborn or someone else, or just don't want to be assed with dealing with it (both of Juha's submissions) so I'll get to them later. Other than that, you know the rules I hope. Don't just submit anything as a CFS; it has to have either Hand to Hand CQC involved, or some form of weaponry. No, throwing dynamite isn't a CFS. I know, I know: "But it works". Still. Have fun submitting.​

Background:The style was invented by Nagato Uzumaki to be used in conjunction with the mechanical and fluidly-changing body of the Asura Path. After a mission with the original Akatsuki almost ended disastrously, Nagato sought to develop new ways of combat to improve his overall capabilities to better protect his friends. He began to experiment with his Rinnegan and the abilities it possessed, discovering new Ninjutsu and characteristics of the Six Paths. Whilst training, Nagato noted that when he used the chakra cannon ability of the Asura Path, parts of his arm retracted to unsheathe the canon. He then incorporated this retraction in a more refined process, and discovered that this allowed for a new style of combat that would heighten his physical and Taijutsu prowess.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:The core concept of the style revolves around retraction, chakra-fueled propulsion, and the mechanical transformations of the Asura Path. In order to utilize this style, the user must first use the Asura Path to transform their body, making them larger than normal with a more muscular appearance, at the cost of also being in a disproportionate and deformed form. The main advantage of the form, and what lets the user utilize the style, are chakra boosters along the body(akin to those on the user’s feet while using the chakra propulsion technique) and a special transformation to the limbs. The user’s arms and legs become segmented and gain chambers; this is what gives way to the Gear Fourth fighting style. Each limb is divided into three chambers: the arm is divided into the hand, forearm, and the upper arm, with the hand retracting into the forearm and the forearm retracting into the upper arm. The legs are divided between the foot, shin, and thigh, following the same principle as the arms.

The first step of the style is retraction. By retracting the parts of their limbs into the chamber before it, the user builds up an immense amount of tensile strength in their limbs. The user will then use chakra to forcefully eject each part from the chamber, fully extending their limbs and releasing the built up potential energy all at once. This creates devastating blows, much stronger than that of any normal punch due to the powerful machinery of the body. This is further enhanced through the chakra boosters on their body and the user’s feet. By retracting their feet while on a solid surface and then propelling themselves forward, the user can use the immense release of kinetic energy to launch themselves towards their targets at unimaginable speeds. By simultaneously retracting their limbs before reaching their target, the user can then release their blow, effectively creating high-speed devastating combos. The user can also use the chakra boosters aligned on their body to further increase their capabilities by using the boosters to change place while in mid-air and maintain a pseudo-flight, allowing the user to better track and follow their opponents should they avoid them and also to increase the sheer power of their attacks.For a representation of what the style looks like when being used(minus the kicking on air of course)[ ][ ][ ]

The technique is devastating when taken head on, being able to break through A-rank and below defenses(though this will weaken it by one rank), resulting in the opponent being sent flying back if taken head on.

-User can launch themselves from mid range into short range to deliver the dropkick

Description: The user will retract both of their arms into the previous chambers fully. While in short range of the opponent, they will then thrust both arms forward, with one over the other. With the bottom of both palms touching, the user will deliver a powerful double palm thrust to the opponent’s midsection, sending them flying back at high speed.
-Can only be used three times per battle

Additional effects and Restrictions:
-Can only be used by Rinnegan biographies after activating the Asura Path. The user will then need to activate a supplementary transformation to being using the style(will be submitted as technique with the style’s jutsu and have its own limitations and restrictions)
-Transformation lasts for four turns and can only be used twice per battle with a two turn cooldown between each usage. After the transformation time ends, the user’s body will automatically revert to normal and be unable to transform his body using the Asura Path for the duration of the cooldown

Type: Bukijutsu
Background: Whis been searching the world since h was young lad for his place in the world. He founded his place was becoming the best or close to the best with using every thing in close quarter combat. He was from the Hyuga clan so Taijutsu was something he had natural skills in. Its the weapons side of the CQC would give him a hard time. He had to create a style based on his abilities he currently have and wants to increase. He learned Kenjutsu but it wasn't enough so he learned Fuuinjutsu which gave him the ability to carry around a lot of weapons so he learned to use the Bow and Arrow. It was an alright weapon but needed something more smaller and little bit more faster. He founded the Crowssbow. From this day he wanted to combine his Fuuinjutsu skills, Chakra Control and his Crossbow to come up with this style of fightning froma distance.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: This style consent of using a Crossbow of course but not just that, it uses Fuuinjutsu seals on the bolts which are all label with special seals for different effects. Besides these types of bolts there are bolts that can be used with raw or elemental chakra depending on the task at hand.

With the Seal Bolts they go by the same rules for Fuuinjutsu. The Seal Bolts maintain a wide varity of things from weapons to even something as a jutsu or chakra. The user can have the seal activate on a time limit for example: The user shoots a bolt to the ground which has a seal which contains explosive tags in it. Once the time limit of the seal hitting its destination is complete it has two turns till it is unsealed and the explosive tags go off. Another same of the seal could hold is instead of a pointed tip it could be blunt and have seal that holds a rope at which once it touches a target it unseals the rope and wraps around the target. These are just examples of what the seals could hold and be used for.

The bolts that use jutsu chakra in almost every form(raw or even elemental(basic five only) can increase the capabilities of the bolt to more lethal or even deadly at times. For example: The user could infuse a bolt with wind chakra and could release the chakra out of the bolt as it is shot to increase its speed or have the bolt surrounded by the chakra which can cut through *insert what it can cut through here*. The user could use a bolt to even use earth chakra increasing its defense and potential striking ability to go up against another weapon. These are jutsu examples of what the chakra could do for the bolt on increasing its capabilities.

-Doujutsu and Chakra Sensor able to sense and see the after image is normal more then an "illusion" of the bolt.

Additional effects and Restrictions:

-Increase reaction to track faster targets
-Bolts are the same speed as a normal bolt shot unless the jutsu speciaficlly state the Bolt has some kind of enhancement via chakra


✦ Declined, I and Gobi attempted a Fuuin based archery style that was declined and as I said to other styles, I'm not approving more archery based styles unless really, really unique. ✦

Background:The fighting style originated within Iwagakure, utilized by those who had access to the Flight Technique. The style was first developed by members of Iwa’s ANBU to take advantage of combat throughout the mountainous areas of the village, ambushing intruders by remaining airborne and hidden by the mountainous region, then dropping in, lifting them and dropping them. One member of the ANBU realized that aerial maneuverability granted a degree of acrobatics that could be utilized to enhance Taijutsu. While the style was kept relatively secret within Iwagakure, as time went on, and more abilities to achieve flight surfaced, the style leaked from the village, as now several non-Iwa shinobi have gained access to it.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:The style is relatively simple in nature. While airborne and flying, the user has two distinct advantages when compared to combat on foot: Greater momentum and greater maneuverability. While running on foot, the user must slow down in order to perform the attacks they wish to perform; however, with flight, the user can propel themselves towards the opponent and ram directly into them with their attacks. This advantage removes the need to sacrifice speed to land every attack cleanly.

With flight, the user also has a greater degree of maneuverability due to not being limited by gravity. What this means is, with flight, the user is capable of rotating their bodies in ways that would be impossible for someone who is standing on the ground, giving access to a greater degree of acrobatics and combinations. For example, someone with flight could perform maneuvers like backflips or roundhouse kicks with lesser restraint than someone who is bound to using their feet. This is where the true essence of the style falls under: By utilizing their acrobatics and getting the opponent airborne, the user gains access to combinations that would be impossible for someone while standing on the ground.

As the opponent falls to the ground, the user will then rapidly descend with them, placing their knee against the stunned opponent’s neck, driving their throat into the ground upon impact with the ground

Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Must have mastered Taijutsu
- Must have a method of achieving sustained flight, such as the Tsuchikage’s Flight Technique, the Rinnegan’s Chakra Propulsion Boots, or winged transformations of the Valentine Clan.
- The techniques of the style themselves do not require chakra, as they are Taijutsu maneuvers made possible through the use of an external jutsu to achieve flight. As such, chakra used while performing the techniques would depend on the individual techniques used to fly, such as Nagato’s chakra boots requiring -10 chakra to maintain.


✦ Declined, and this differs from freeform how? All of this can be done via freeform already if one possesses a flight based ability. ✦

Yugudorashiru no fushoku e no eikyō - Yggdrasil's Corrosive Impact

Background:
The history around this style is not that great. Yoanna was a long lasting paper user who's weald represented her source of papers which she used within the battle. Noticing that differing trees have differing characteristics she decided to incorporate such in her fighting style. Some trees had a substance known as sap traversing throughout their interior and then discharged on the exterior. This is exactly what she wanted to use as per her advantage. By using these trees for creation of paper sheets which are similar to normal ones in length however a little bit thicker but not noticeably. The thickness in these paper sheets came from the sap which was preserved within them.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This fighting style revolves around using paper which is differing than normal one due to being crafted from different trees. Ones that have sap travering throughout their interior. In essence, these paper sheets would be thicker than normal ones due to having that sap storred inside of their interrior although they would move at same speed as the normal ones.

The sap which is stored inside of the paper sheets would stay dormant there (keeping it unnoticeable to sensory/doujutsu users and similar), and be released either upon users intent or once the paper comes in contact with an entity. In essence it can be incorporated within close quarters and other types of ranged fighting depending on the technique within the style.

Due to nature of sap, once it has been released, manipulating the paper sheets would be a hard task due to them being covered in it. However, the initial movement in which they were sent and with which they were used would be kept, hence the ability to perform what they were appointed. The sap would also have a role when it comes to defensive and offensive capabilities of paper. It would easily slow down an entity once released from the paper due to its viscous nature (similar to Water Style: Starch Syrup). In addition, once the sap has been released from paper, user would be able to further manipulate it unless it has been eradicated following elemental strengths & weaknesses (having similar to basic ninjutsu).​

Description: This is a basic technique of the style which is used usually in CQC. User would upon performance of basic body movements release paper sheets with sap inside of them towards their desired direction. Description: This technique is used so to further manipulate the sap which is within paper sheets. The sap can be used for creation of differing objects which size varies and which shape they carry will only be limited by users' imagination. The sap which is manipulated can be used from the paper which gone through a certain impact as a surprise to an offense.

Description: The user of the technique would cause for only paper which has sap in it to cover their complete body. This will increase the durability of the user within CQC. Any impact which is made by the opponent will cause for sap to be released from the paper. In addition if weapon of sorts was to make an impact with the body of the user, it will completely be stopped by the sap once the paper has even been slightly cut, touched and similar. So to disable the sap to have negative effects on their body, user can shred the new skin at their will.​

For one to be able to use this style, they must have mastery over both basic and paper ninjutsu.
The rank of the sap would solely depend on the rank of the paper technique used, and it would follow elemental weaknesses and strengths of the basic ninjutsu.
The sap which is used can be released from paper sheets upon impact with an entity or with a performance of a single hand seal by the user. However, the sap inside of the paper sheets would increase the damage of paper techniques performed depending on the rank. Whereas D and C ranked techniques will gain a increase of 5 damage, B and A a increase of 10 damage and S and higher increase of 15 damage.​

Background: This unique style was developed by Yu in an attempt to find a more efficient method of dispatching off foes from a distance.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The style utilizes a slingshot and pre-prepared pellets. Pellets are made from trapping materials in a marble made from an easily rupture-able glass-like solid. Different pellets have different colors depending on what element they contain. Materials are contained in pellets by a process similar to how jutsus like fire dragon technique are sealed within a scroll and accessed by users even without the prerequisite of much fuin knowledge. The pellets can be considered as miniature ninja tools that are created to serve the same purpose summoning scrolls do. When firing pellets users channel some chakra into them as a way of activating them to rupture and produce the material required. More often than not, users still have to perform a handseal after launching the pellets in order for them to form material of a more definite shape when they rupture.

Skills and implements the skill is based on are as follow:

Marksmanship:
Shooting the pellets itself requires some skill and training. The primary tool for launching the pellets is a slingshot/staff hybrid called a kabuto. Kabutos have a unique design: It is basically a staff that has a semi-circle bearing 5 prongs at its head. The prongs also have 5 elastic bands attached to them on one end and leather patch that holds pellets on the other end.

Initially learners will begin with a soft slingshot. This has rubber fittings that are quite slacked and easy to use. Along the line they upgrade to a slingshot that is more taut and harder to use, however launches pellets with more speed.
Pellets are basically fired by using the elastic contraptions on slingshots to apply linear acceleration to them. A more advanced skill is applying angular acceleration to pellets in addition to linear. This allows the pellets to move in a parabolic trajectory, allowing it to bend around certain objects that would otherwise obstruct its target.

Accuracy:
The style itself is a science more than anything else. Accuracy is one of the more important skills one develops with the style’s training. Practitioners learn to “read” the conditions of the field. That is, the wind direction, wind speed, atmospheric pressure, relative speed (for moving targets) etc. Consequently every shot is made considering all these parameters and thus made with pinpoint accuracy. The knowledge of these conditions allows them to always launch pellets in such a way that they will hit their targets no matter how far they are from their target.

Visibility:
Here lies a major advantage the style has. Due to the relatively small size of the pellets and the speed at which they are fired. Average non ninja people would probably not be able to notice them since it would be nigh impossible for their eyes to focus on the pellets. This is due to the eye’s natural restrictions surrounding focus and direct/peripheral vision. Opponents that are lower or equal to users speedwise will not be able to track the motion of pellets when fired. Normally pellets will erupt into their assigned shapes at 5m from their target or more. When they change shape, they move at the speed of normal techniques. This means that equal rank and under opponents (without other sensory aid) would only be able to notice the pellets after they erupt. Higher ranked opponents would notice the pellets seconds before they erupt, giving them the opportunity to defend against the pellets as they rupture.

Ninjutsu:
Normally users will have to make handseal(s) to cause the pellets to erupt. As training progresses users learn the ability to use certain general (canon) techniques that do not require more than one handseals and aren’t excessively huge via specialized pellets. This provides perks such as being able to speed up certain attacks that are normally slow by traversing part of the distances they need to cover as fast pellets. Each pellet has a specific shape it can turn into. Applying chakra into the pellets serves the same purpose as lighting a fuse in some respect. It activates the pre-concocted element to emerge from the pellets. Users use handseals or basic molding techniques to shape the elements into the forms required.

Description: Users launch three pellets in rapid succession. The first is earth based, second fire based and the third wind based. Arguably one of the strongest techniques in Slinging Arts, only a few people are honored with the ability to use this. With a single handseal, the first pellet erupts into a humanoid creature made entirely of thick mud. The creature is about the shape of a bear and moves on all four feet. Its appearance is not entirely compact, but rather looks like several bundle of fairly big mud ropes arranged together to form it. On its head region there exists several mud tendrils similar to a lion’s mane that it can instantly extend to skewer objects within 3m of it. Also it has teeth and claws that it would sink into targets once it gets close enough. The creature, mimics as they called, charges towards opponents aggressively moving incredibly fast because of its four-limbed movement (how dogs or horses move). Mere milliseconds the earth pellet erupts to form to a mimic, the fire pellet strikes the creature and sends orange flames racing through its several mud bundles and tendrils. Immediately thereafter the wind pellet engulfs it in wind that fans the flames, augmenting it immensely and turning the flames blue. This makes the creature all the more stronger and durable. Also should the user will it to happen, mimics will explode sending chunks of hot mud everywhere within a 5m radius where it stands. The mud would immediately burn through objects it comes into contact with.
-Mimics will last until they are destroyed.
-Mane tendrils are B-ranked and count towards the moves per turn when used.
-Explosion into hot chunks of mud is A-ranked and counts towards the moves per turn when used.
-Can be used only twice per battle.

Description: As training in Slinging Arts progresses users become able to launch pellets fast enough and still perform other techniques, with the initial firing lasting only a brief enough moment to accommodate another valid defensive action in response to an opponent’s attack. This is known as quickdraw and was developed to complement the style’s lack of defensive forte. In a pragmatic sense, the development of quickdraw allows the user to shoot a number of pellets (primary) as well as perform another Slinging Arts unrelated technique (secondary) all in the timespan an average person would perform a single technique, all within reason and provided certain rules are followed. The rules for this quickdraw method is as follows:
The technique used after firing the pellets must require just four or less handseals.
The range from which the opponent launches his/her attack is to be considered: At least quickdraw must be used in mid range.
The speed of the opponent’s attack is to be considered: Some elements are generally faster than others and so quickdraw would work only to a degree with some elements. Quickdraw can be used on lightning and techniques that are as fast as lightning only from long range. All others can be used within mid range.
The nature of the user’s defensive technique is to be considered: Certain self-inflicting techniques or those that are created to linger in the user’s immediate quarters can be utilized by masters of the art in dire situations. These techniques would be erected at exactly the same time the attack being defended reaches the user, effectively stopping it. This final skill reduces the range requirement for using quickdraw to medium irrespective of whatever technique is being defended against.
-Obviously this can’t be used against techniques that materialize directly in the user’s vicinity.
-It can be used once by regular practitioners and up to 3 times by masters of the style.
-Once learnt it becomes a passive trait and requires posting only as a reference.
-If the rules aren’t followed accurately, the user’s defense would fail.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
-The style only has two categories: Apprentice and Master. Masters are appointed by the creator of the style whiles apprentice is the automatic starting rank of the style.
-Must have began ninjutsu and have summoning training to learn this.
-Must have started training in all the elements to begin to use elemental applications.
-Can only be taught by the creator or those he appoints to do so.


✦ Declined, type is wrong for one; background is way too vague to allow. You need to actually explain the background not just "This style was made because the character thought it would be cool". Also, those Fire jutsu are still technically Fuuinjutsus, but we treat them as just pure fire jutsu, same with those Manipulated Tools Jutsu and a few other basic ninjutsus in the RP/manga. They're classed differently, but they're very much sealing arts. And it defeats teh point of releasing a marble if you have to perform a handseal after it to cause it's effects to happen; that'd make this useless in short range due to speed/time lol. You should just have proximity based pellets, when they get close to enemy chakra, they detonate or their effects take place, etc. No to the parabolic marbles as well, clearly not freeform bending them either; you would need a jutsu for that. Also, you're saying these marbles move as fast as normal jutsu yet are unseeable? No way that's being allowed. If they move that fast, they will need to be bigger and slightly noticable by the average ninja. If they are hard to see or unseeable, then at base speeds they'll be as fast as thrown kunai or shot arrows. Not much faster. Students will need full training as well, not starting in elemental ninjutsu, but finished it.

Didn't bold the changes cuz pretty much everything is different. I'm trying the same thing but from a different angle.
-Changed most of the style. Changed the name. Initially I was trying to use a slingshot but I decided to change that to guns, which will basically be pellet launchers and nothing else.
-I expanded the history and made the previous idea of using a slingshot to launch the pellets-basically the previous submission- into the style's history.
-Replaced the jutsus.
-Edited most of the still persisting principles.

Death God Taijutsu(死神武道,Shishin Taijutsu
Type:Bukijutsu

Background: Death God Taijutsu(死神武道,Shishin Taijutsu was developed in an attempt to reconcile long range and short range combat using marksman skills. Its creator was an assassin who fell in love with a soldier of one of several warring nations and thus decided to lend his skills to the nation. He was part of a special force that depended on the long range neutralization of foes through sniping. The creator was a formidable sniper. Not only did he embrace long ranged combat but he was in love with it. As the wars progressed he crafted this style as an alternative to generic archery. He employed the use of a slingshot/staff hybrid called a kabuto in launching specially made proximity based jutsu pellets that erupt into jutsus when they get within certain range of a target. The kabutos seemed to work great for a time till enemies started finding ways to ambush unknowing snipers as they laid in wait and engaging them in close quarter combat. It was realized that although a formidable style in long ranged combat, the use of kabutos as the primary implement of propagating the style carried major downsides. For one the kabutos were bulky, and had to be operated by both hands- one to hold the shaft; the other to pull back the sling. This was in no way efficient in close quarter combat and many snipers were killed as a result. In seeking for a solution to this predicament the creator chose to get special equipment crafted for the style that allowed the jutsu pellets to be fired but with some more degree of freedom in close quarters. He traveled to Suna to find a fabled metal worker, as one would do when seeking a unique sword to be made. However his instructions weren't for a blade. He ordered the production of a pair of pistols. The guns were a basic mechanical ninja tool similar to Kihō’s(Team Guren) weapon of choice which was a wrist/arm-mounted rocket launcher that fired projectiles or the Handheld Kunai Launcher . The guns were specially crafted to shoot out the jutsu pellets of the style that would otherwise be launched by kabutos. In addition to just firing these unique pellets the creator trained to wield his new implements in unique stances and with unique movements that can be likened to how tonfas are used, granting some chance to excel in close quarter combat.

There are 3 different types of pellets.
Simple Pellets-Users hold a multitude of pellets that don’t really rupture into anything. These serve as a replacement for kunai/shuriken. They are mostly solid in nature and capable of causing contusions(15 damage) and knocking opponents back when they strike. They also include explosive/smoke/flash pellets which are similar in function to explosive/smoke/flash kunai just that their use can be augmented by the style’s perks. These can be used freeform.
Basic Pellets-These are pellets that erupt to form elements of a generic form- a blast of fire or wind, a segment of earth or mud, a wave of electricity or water etc. These pellets are mostly utilized for close ranged applications of the style that simply seek only to inflict damage in the most rudimentary ways. When they rupture, they release their materials in a single direction so that they don’t affect the user even if they’re used in close range.
Advanced Pellets-These are pellets of a more advanced nature in that they form material that has a unique mold. These are the pellets used for most techniques unique to the style. These pellets are mostly used for longer ranged attacks. .

[1]-A uniquely crafted set of guns has become the primary weapon of choice for launching the pellets. These implements allow, as opposed to the use of the primitive kabuto, extra dexterity for long-range combat, melee attacking or a mix firing pellets with advanced hand-to-hand combat skills. The weapons are held in an unorthodox manner. They are held upside-down, and the pinkies are used to pull the triggers. Switching to these basic tools instead of the kabuto provides extra maneuverability to fight even in close quarters.

The twin guns are actually a very simplistic tool. Its major parts are: the pellet slot, the chamber and the trigger. The pellet slot is a hollow slot within the gun’s grip the size of a coin. As the name suggests, this is the location where pellets are put into the guns. The slot is always open and pellets can be inserted at any time. Pellets don’t fall out due to how the guns are held (upside down). Additionally there are several valve-like mechanisms along the length of the slot that prevents pellets from falling out accidentally. When a pellet is put into the slot it rolls down into the chamber, where it stays till launched by a spring mechanism when the trigger is pulled. The guns are fundamentally just a pellet launching contraption similar to smoke launchers. They cannot fire anything else except the pellets (chakra etc). The pellets themselves are kept on special forearm bands and body straps. They are arranged in rows by color and can easily be plucked directly into the slot of the guns with a thumb (right gun is loaded using pellets on the left arm and vice versa). Loading both guns with a single pellet each takes the same time as performing a single handseal.

Application: The style involves two levels of mastery. The first, Assassin apprentice for hire:will kill for exp, focuses on long range applications of the tools. The second, Death Meistery, adds a new focus that is on close range use of the implements. Reaching each level provides newer skills that can be learnt.

Coordination:
This is the first skill a student must acquire-How to hold the guns. Obviously this is very simple. The tricky part is being able to fight like normal while still holding the guns. Generally holding the guns is similar to holding a pair of kunai in a reverse grip fashion. Apart from the initial uneasiness that might linger due to holding the tools for so long, the tools don't really impair much of finger movements. Students train to get used to this and get used to having the tools in their hands most of the time.

Accuracy:
The style itself is a science more than anything else. Accuracy is one of the more important skills one develops with the style’s training. Here lies one of the greatest advantage the style has. Practitioners train hard to master the use of their tools in a way that wouldn’t hamper other regular battle actions. They train for so long that firing pellets becomes second nature to them in the same way regular shinobi might throw kunai. As training progresses, users become able to rapidly holster or remove their weapons without affecting their fighting rhythm.


Level 2-Death Meistery
Stances:
In close range the style involves a lot of movement- flips, twirls, spins, and other body contortions- all designed to create an opening for the user to use his weapons. The movements involved have been classified as stances. Each stance involves a distinct kind of body movement. The use of each stance is highlighted by striking a particular pose after performing its actions, if the user is able to do so. Stances are jutsus that will be submitted.

The Madness of Order (注文の狂気, Chūmon no kyōki):
Chūmon no kyōki is a state of mind that is imposed through training. To the marksman, every action involved in acquiring a target, keeping aim regardless of motion, accounting for environmental conditions, etc must be done perfectly. That's the only difference between a kill shot and a miss. however no matter how skilled a marksman is his body is susceptible to emotions that sometimes impair his skill. In order for one to truly become a master marksman, emotions must be let go. This was the idea behind developing Chūmon no kyōki. Chūmon no kyōki is an absolute psychological conditioning that is imposed to turn practitioners into cold blooded assassination machines. This is the final requirement to master the style. Mostly to test if this worked the student will be ordered to kill someone/something dear to his/her heart.

Chūmon no kyōki is an intense infatuation with order so strong that it eclipses all human emotions and leaves masters of the style as a mechanical shell of deductions and processes. The masters understand/notice emotion but they gain an OCD that makes order(their mission) paramount to everything granting them the ability/curse of losing the ability to process other emotions. No matter what emotions their environment would want to impose on them, their training makes them impervious to succumbing to it. This is so quite simply because they no longer care, can't care, and won't care even if they die, or a million people die, or a million babies die. All that matters is making a perfect shot.
Chūmon no kyōki makes death meisters impervious to emotional manipulation and any effects that would be conferred consequently.

In a pragmatic sense, the development of quickdraw allows the user to fire simple or basic pellets as a sort of preliminary action before performing a regular action outside the confines of the style. This can be likened to how regular shinobi, in response to an oncoming average-moving attack for example, might be able to throw a kunai as a secondary action and still have enough time to defend from the oncoming attack. Transitioning is simply the skill of using a pellet and another technique in rapid succession. The two techniques are stringed together so fast that they afford enough time for the second technique to serve its purpose (mostly a defensive one). To use transitioning the practitioner would take controlled deep breaths, calming his entire body as he allows his muscle memory to expertly guide him in firing a single pellet. He/she then immediately follows this with a regular technique.
Although flawlessly transitioning between techniques is a great ability, it has its limitations. When used in such a way that the user wants to use both a pellet and another technique right after the other, he/she can only do so with techniques of only a certain rank. Apprentices can only transition into a technique of B-rank or lower complexity. Meisters, A-rank or lower.
-This ability can be utilized in a battle up to 3 times but doesn’t count as a move per turn as it is simply a skill learnt in the style. Also it requires at least a mid range distance from an opponent to be able to involve a defensive application.

Description: When firing a pellet the user applies some chakra to the pellet to give an angular acceleration. The acceleration causes the pellet to spin vigorously as it moves. The acceleration can be applied to have one of two effects. The first effect is a curling ability that allows the pellet to traverse in an arc instead of a straight path. This effect enables it to around obstructions to hit a target. Another effect the technique can have is that it causes the pellet to spin so vigorously that it mimics a drill as it moves. In this case, the pellet becomes capable of drilling through materials in its path. Should it come into contact with an obstruction as it moves, the pellet rips through the material destroying it but still the pellet retains its innate properties(speed).

-The style only has two levels: Assassin apprentice and Meister. Meisters are appointed by the creator of the style whiles apprentice is the automatic starting rank of the style.
-Meisters are immune to any type of effects that stems from emotional compromise.

With fear on their hearts that they, the great Uchiha clan of the Leaf would soon be overshadowed by the lesser Hyuuga, they began developing their own fighting style to combat the Gentle Fist. This fighting style included the use of the fire element, which they were known to have exceptional mastery over, earning it the title of NinTaijutsu. The new fighting style allowed those of the Uchiha clan to coat their own bodies in protective “blankets” of fire chakra in order to defend from the close range attacks of those their enemies. As it served as a powerful defense, it also serves as a hot offense.

Although it was originally meant to stay within the Uchiha clan, on one unfortunate night, a member of the clan was stolen away from his home, by shinobi from Kumogakure in an attempt to steal the Sharingan. The kidnapped clansmen fought hard, defeating many of the shinobi with this fighting style, which they have never been exposed to and therefore were unable to effectively defend. Before being overwhelmed by sheer numbers and being captured, the shinobi of the leaf committed suicide in order to protect the style, and the Sharingan from falling into enemy hands (He destroyed his Sharingan as well). Several years later, the Uchiha clan was massacred and thought to be gone along with their style, but this was not the case. Few members of Konoha still use the style, having been taught by their former allies, the Uchiha (Before their elimination of course). The style is now only passed on to those who are deemed worthy and taught by a master of the style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The style allows one to focus fire element chakra to certain body parts, and even in some cases the entire body, in order to deliver heat damage on impact with a target. The use of this fire chakra will also increase the strength of ones punches and kicks. Users affected limbs will take on a slightly different appearance emitting bright red flames.

Masters of this style are capable of coating their whole bodies in fire (while leaving them unharmed) hat increases their hand to hand offensive and defensive power as well as holding the properties that allow the user to burn targets on contact.

Lucifer’s Hour Glass – An additional aspect of Satan’s Flame that utilizes the style’s nintaijutsu and genjutsu into one form. While attaining the stance resembling the Hyuga, the user will use a form of hand seal less chakra manipulation into the brain of the enemy. This is done through a concept of using genjutsu without the need of hand seals like ( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow but in this aspect the chakra is fluidly being transferred and swiftly across the battle field. This is achieved by focusing chakra through the movements of the body and when sliding person’s foot along the surface of the earth, the chakra is released swiftly along the surface of the earth and one this “wave” of chakra hits the enemy they are induced into minor but highly effective genjutsu related towards the style.

The waves of chakra is not sound based as it is not transferred directly as sound waves along the earth but rather slightly above it, the user free controlling the wave output using chakra manipulation. Once under the effects of the illusion the user uses the specific genjutsu set in motion. These can be range based on sight, touch, sound and or smell relating to the fire being manipulated by the user in close range.

The impact from the punch will feel x10 hotter then normal fire, causing the enemy to think the point of impact got melted completely off. The genjutsu is B-ranked in power while the fire punch is C-ranked, dealing 30 pointson impact.

✦ Declined, this makes little sense for your style; for one, you are attempting to make Genjutsu without any seals and using leg movement as a trigger, something that collides with multiple CFS already. Then you say that this chakra is transferred via waves through the earth; this is neither Taijutsu related nor Weapon related and is simply another a new method for casting Genjutsu. Then the part about it being sight, sound, or smell based makes little sense when the trigger is leg movement and the method of casting is waves of chakra. ✦

Genkaku Mokuton || Illusionary Wood
Type: Mokuton Genjutdu
Background: SimplY put, this style was designed by the original user of Mokuton, Hashirama Senju in order to combine two of the most feared arts in the Ninja world which are Genjutsu and Mokuton, creating a more feared art.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Using the user mastery towards both genjutsu and Mokuton, the user would be able to use Mokuton as a medium for inducing genjutsu on the opponent. The genjutsu isn't induced, however as long as the Wood doesn't touch the opponent's body.

Background: This art was created initially for fun by children by simply spinning so much that they get dizzy and move like a drunkard but after so much time, the art has been adopted and developed greatly and so much that it has turned into a fierce way of battling, passing down from generation to generation.
Description on the AbilitiesandInner Workings of the Style: The style revolves around mainly spinning, it can be used on any part of the body or the whole body and also if the user wishes, the user can skillfully manipulate his chakra so that no matter how much he spins, he'll never get dizzy but that's optional.

(Mugen Yontōryū) - Infinite Quad-Wielding
Type: Ninjutsu | Kenjutsu
Background: A monk from Sunagakure develop this fighting style becoming a renown knife expert. After his temple was pillaged by ninja who killed his brothers - being the lone survivor - the monk honed his knife skills to seek revenge. In the end of his revenge path, he returns to being a monk. He was later sought out by a boy name Kurapika who lost his family during the Great Shinobi World War. The monk refused to teach anyway the deadly fighting style for revenge, but after hearkening over Kurapika's story, he made an exception. Thereafter Kurapika was tutelage under the monk and learned all of his teaching of Mugen Yontōryū. Eventually, the monk passes away, leaving Kurapika the only individual known to utilize this fighting style. There are ranks allocated to this style.
Quad - Can wield max four knives simultaneously .
Tri - Can wield max three knives simultaneously .
Bi - Can wield max two knives simultaneously


The Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: A style based on the user's knowledge of projectiles, kenjutsu and ninjutsu, curve knife(s) is wielded and then thrust or thrown like projectiles at the opponent.

Quick Thrust: Chakra amplifies the user's speed of their strike, causing the tip of the knife to hit the opponent multiple times in 1 single attack. This is controlled by the user who slightly bend their arm, jerking their blade into their opponent, focusing on a specific spot of the body. The strikes are delivered in quick succession, appearing as one strike. Although, showing less force behind the strike than attended, the damage sustain is more severe than what the opponent anticipated: losing an abundance of blood.
Elemental Conversion: The elemental natures can be imbued into the weapon to add a greater effect.​

Flying Blades: Knives are augmented with chakra and thrown at the opponent. However, they are spun before reaching their mark. Controlling them with chakra similar to telekinesis, the blades can be controlled fluidly to move in all directions in short range while in mid and long range, the blade's direction can only be changed once(will submit jutsu) , the user can passively change the trajectory of the knives and return them to the starting point at which they were thrown (i.e the user). The knives can also be used with Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu to increase their numbers.

Kurapika Handling: Improving the fighting style over time, Kurapika has been shown wielding four blades simultaneously however practitioners of the quad are also capable of this feat.

Kung Lao and the signature Razor-Rimmed Hat

Type: Nin-Bukijutsu

Background:
Kung Lao is a former Shaolin monk and a member of the White Lotus Society. He stands in the shadow of his great ancestor, the Great Kung Lao, but unlike his great ancestor, he has no desire to be champion and would rather live a life of peace. However, this was changed. He sought counsel from master Bo' Rai Cho. Of the warriors that were being trained, Lao was the most outspoken pacifist, although he would not hesitate to severely punish those who attack him, his world, or his friends. His trademark was his Razor-Rimmed Hat, which he could employ quite powerfully and effectively in combat. He has since made this his very style, teaching it to those that would follow his path.​

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The entire basis of this fighting style revolves around the use of a deadly weapon, the Razor-Rimmed Hat. At all times, the practitioner of the style would wear a customized version of a barber's bowl. The crown of the hat would be small and perfectly rounded, with a red sash wrapped around it. The brim of the hat would be straightened out and extend past his shoulders. The brim would also form a perfect circle. The hat itself was also made of a fine material, akin to leather, but able to withstand nearly any attack. It was durable against heat and steel, nonconductive, and could not be bent even under the most powerful pressure. Additionally, the edges are sharpened and refined to be as powerful and as sharp as a sword.

In addition to the standard design of the hat, the metal razor edges are capable of having chakra infused through it, giving it a myriad of potential applications, the most common being a spinning saw like form. Simply by infusing raw chakra into the hat, the razor edges will begin to spin rapidly in a saw like manner. It's most basic use allows it to slice through targets with ease, depending on the chakra input. The user can also hold the hat as the edges are spinning with no repercussions by channeling chakra into their hands as a protective coating. In addition, the edges spin rapidly when in contact with foreign chakra, such as the opponent's hands. Each practitioner gains access to the hat, as part of the primary weapon of the Fighting Style.

(Kamisori en no Bōshi) — Razor-Rimmed Hat

Description: The Razor-Rimmed Hat is a customized barber's bowl hat with a short spherical crown and elongated circular brim with bladed edges. The hat's material is incredibly strong, durable, and lightweight, being virtually indestructible. The hat naturally reacts to chakra. When placed on the head of a person for prolonged periods, it familiarizes itself with the chakra of the wearer. This way, it can naturally recognize the chakra of the wearer, and uses it as a sort of homing beacon, wanting to go back to the wearer's head. If foreign chakra makes contact with the hat, whether through techniques or by another person, the blades of the hat spin rapidly, freeing itself from whatever made contact with it before flying back to the user. Whenever the Hat returns to the owner, it is known as Hat Call Back (Damage applies if anything hits the Hat while it is in this state). Hat Call Back is generally passively done, but the user can also control when to have the hat return with simply a thought and their chakra control. The wearer is able to naturally infuse their chakra into the hat, causing the razor edges to spin rapidly, which creates a glowing buzz-saw like effect. Even elemental chakra can be infused into it. Infusion of chakra isn't limited to the razor edges though either. Chakra can be moved through the entire hat, allowing techniques to effect the entire hat, not just the metal.

Given the placement and accessibility, the user can quickly utilize the hat in a fast and decisive way. The hat's main offensive attributes are dependent on there wearer's use of chakra, fine precision, and deadly accuracy. The hat is usually utilized to instill fatal and amputating blows, mainly in decapitation. The hat can also be used great for supplementary and defensive measures, such as covering the user and protecting him from dangers. Not only that, but users can also manage to ricochet the hat expertly bounce of the floor, walls, and opponent and land back in the user's hand. Due to the hat's natural ability to take in chakra, and the fact that it is made to react with the wearer's own chakra signature, it is connected to the user. By this, it naturally tends to return back to the owner's head.

Description: This technique is the principle technique of Bladed Hat Combat fighting style. The user will surge chakra through their hat, causing the razor edge to spin rapidly like a buzz saw. This will also cause a glow to occur from the spinning. Depending on the user's chakra signature, the glow will be different. In addition, different elemental chakra natures can be infused to add different effects. This allows the hat to easily pierce through and slice through targets. The user can then throw the hat in any form or manner, whether it be underhand or flicking it with their wrist. They can direct it upwards, downwards, straight forward, left, right, and any other direction. This happens mid-flight, thanks to the spin. This makes it great for moving around obstacles that may be blocking it's target. The spin it generates is so great that it is even capable of making full u-turns. After slicing through it's target, it sends itself back to the wearer. The user can also hold onto the hat and slice through targets as if it were a saw.

(Bōshi Wana) — Hat Trap

Description: The user will grab their hat and infuse chakra into it, causing the edges to spin. He will then toss the hat in any direction he pleases, whether it be forward, backward, above, below, left, right, etc. The hat will then stop anywhere between Mid to Long-Range from the user and float in place. While it floats in place, the user can then battle the opponent and perform techniques normally. At any time, the user can then use Hat Call Back to have the hat return back to the user at incredible speeds, slicing anything that is in its path. The path it takes is linear and it takes the most direct line back to the user's current position from where its floating location was.

Notes: Can only be used thrice per battle

(Bōshi Supin) — Hat Spin

It does so on its own, allowing the user to still perform techniques easily. If any target were to approach the user, or if the user rushed the opponent, they'd be shredded by the hat that would spin around the user. Also, due to its ability to react to foreign chakra, if any form of foreign chakra enters it's orbital radius, it will quickly move to it, stopping the technique.

✦ Declined, first issue: you mention the hat being a specific hat with specific abilities; this qualifies as a CW. You've even gone as far as to make the Hat and list it as a weapon, showing you know this as Well. This would first require the hat to be approved as a CW before it can go further. In addition to that, you mention Elemental usage but never the limits of this nor what each elemental release is capable of when channeled. I personally would focus on just Lightning with this but it's up to you. Also, starting Ninjutsu training is a no. It needs to be completed as does every other field a CFS night cross into. ✦

Background:

The endless and chaotic battles that are spread upon the ninja world, had taken the lives of many. The lives of people who were weak, and unable to fight for what they believed in, unable to protect what they felt most dire. While elemental manipulation was truly honed as a style of massive power and able to deal with hundreds of enemies at once, each time you would hit a wall, and that would be when your chakra ran out. It was at that time, when you could only rely on your own body and skills you have been honed with, to make the difference. This forced shinobi to reach through massive leaps, inventing and creating battling methods which would adapt best to them. Battling methods strong enough to rival elemental techniques, but in a sense, they all relied on something connected to chakra. It was one lonely shinobi, who had his head in the clouds for his whole life….who was thinking all of this. His knowledge over the martial arts was existent, and rivaled that of greater masters. But he always believed that this arts limits had yet to be discovered. He believed that there will be one day when the Strong Fist users will be standing over those who ruled over the elements. This young, foolish boy’s name was Shiwoon Yi, and his story of the Flowing Dragon.

With the years passing, Shiwoon battles became more and more over the years, With him standing victorious upon some, and losing over the others. He realised that his body was slowly reaching a limit. A limit which his strength couldn’t develop further than that, no matter how hard he tried. Still, he refused to use the elements, always thinking that there is another way. And this way, became clear to him after observing a certain individual in the battlefield. Honed as the strongest shinobi in his time, the leader of the fire country did rely on a very unique nature manipulation, which honed him the name as the God of the Shinobi. A person which Shiwoon Detested. To him, all this power did not belong to this individual. But, his eyes were opened upon seeing his face of someone using his true strength. With a power unreal to classify, his strength was simply off the charts, able to crush gigantic boulders with ease. His hands though, in a sense they were glowing. The bright blue color, which was enforcing everything, made shiwoon dive deeper and deeper, and as the years based, found his true breakthrough. The missing like, was chakra. And it was this energy which he detested, which gave him the name of the Strongest Strong fist user. During the years, people begged and pleaded for him to teach this art, but he refused. After all, it was all those people who during the years looked down on him, and relied on the elements instead of themselves. Only one person, was able to call himself lucky enough, to be passed on the style, before shiwoon passing. It was now he, who was meant to show this world the secrets and power the Hyun Won-Moon, or the Dark Heaven Arts.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

This style consists at its governing roots in the usage of chakra which is inside the human body. While taijutsu itself mostly relies on the usage of physical energy, we have seen across the series that chakra has a very deep connection to the total amount of force a human body can achieve. The Eight Inner Gates or EIG for short, is such an example, how further opening the chakra limiters can give a human huge boosts in not only strength, but also unreal speed and increase in reflexes as well, able to rival even the most gifted shinobi with true effort and dedication. But the EIG is not the only example we have gotten from the connection of chakra and the Physical Strength. One of them is an ability honed by the 1st Hokage, Tsunade and even Sakura. Chakra Enhances Strength or CES for short, is a prime example how constant flow of chakra through the body of the human, can give them insane levels of raw power and strength, rivaling that of entire armies, and able to gain it’s users names across the ages. From this point we have proven that chakra itself is able to increase many physical aspects of the human, without greatly affecting the physical appearance, but in most cases very dependant from it. By proving this simple point, we can go further into explanation, mostly on how this style actually works.

The second part of the style, consists of how chakra moves through the chakra points and links between each one of them. The Chakra Network system, allows a connection and movement of chakra through the human body, mostly controlled and altered by the body of the human itself. Knowing this, and basic chakra control allows humans to send the chakra to specific points of the body, no matter how small or wide in area they are. Having understood the special connection of chakra to physical strength and attributes, as well as how chakra moves through the body, we will now begin tackling the main idea behind this fighting style. As mentioned before, chakra affects physical strength, but those who have the CES are usually very gifted individual. Unlike that, this style focuses on the movements of chakra in very rapid successions in form of a wave, through the chakra circulation system. This chakra will move towards a desired location, and will for a very brief period of time, increase the physical attributes of the human in immense levels. Strength not being the only thing, this rapid chakra insertion, would be even allowed to give the user very fast rapid and linear movements, which greatly vary on the main footwork on the person, but for all of this to happen, a very point on timing need to be done.

As mentioned previously, the chakra will move towards the intended locations to the body, in resonance to the movements of the person. But the timing when the chakra itself, will hit the wall and give this insane boost in strength needs to correlate to the body of the opponent touching or striking the desired location. This careful timing, needs to be done so that the movements of the chakra need to be point on, for the maximum amount of power and force efficiency to be kicking on. Through the careful set timing, and very natural movements, mainly regarding natural martial arts, the user will be able to perform strikes, kicks and movements which might first and foremost seem inhuman, but all is because of the carefully set chakra movements in only brief intervals of time, giving the user simply a temporary boost in punching, kicking and movements which might rival if not surpass natural Chakra enhanced strength, because of it not being a constant flow, but a rather explosive one, using a lot more chakra in the process and the movements of chakra being far faster and more sudden that previously. But this will not only limit the custom fighting style to an very powerful offense. Using the same principle, the user will create a wall of chakra at locations where the body is about to be hit. This time the timing has to be carefully aimed towards the time when the strike is supposed to hit you, unlike before, but the same core principle applies. The walls of chakra will be able to stop or hinder the force from harming the organs, not letting it penetrate through.

The last part of the fighting style is heavily based on the foot movements which in theory is the same principle as before. Through stepping in the ground in very diverse fashions, this fighting style benefits a lot from the moments. Based on the positions on the ankle and heel, the user will be able to sent chara towards the ground of the foot, as the person steps. Now, based on the special position, the movements will either be a massive speed linear evasive movements, allowing you to cover a very large area. Or they could vary from very complex short movements, which are very hard to track because of the stepping position and route they take. As the moving positions, defense and offense is covered, Shiwoon truly found a way to make the Arts of the Bodily techniques to stand above the rest. Through the usage of what he hated most, he was able to enhance what he loved the most, almost poetic in a sense, it applied to how he was taught in the past, the core principle of Yin-Yang once again applied, making such a creation come true.

Description: By using the same method as before, the user will simply get into battle stance while using his chakra inside his body in a normal fashion. Bow, whenever the user will desire, he will be able to pump, large amounts of chakra towards a body part, in a time interval when he wishes, allowing him a very wide range of techniques, which are mostly used in a freeform manner, while the same would be possible not only for offensive purposes, but for defense as well, simply altering the side and location where the chakra will hit. The size and location can vary greatly and can be as large as entire limbs, or small enough to encompass even fingers.

(Ashi Gijutsu) - Foot Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C-A Rank
Range: Short-Long

Description: This technique is one of the more supplementarily based usages of the Dark Heaven Arts. Through the usage of chakra waves throughout his body, he will direct them towards his feet, and exploding them towards the ground, or in the moment when he is taking a step. This technique is heavily based on the stance which the user’s feet are, because based on the position of the angle, he might be able to perform a various kinds of movements, each of which have a very special characteristic. All are generally used for movements but they are split based on the rank, to explain the distance that the person needs to cross. Starting from C Rank being Short Range, B being Mid and A being Long Rage. Depending on the ways that the Ankle is, this technique can be spread into 5 main techniques.

Jin - Is when the user takes the step as he is walking forward. With the ankle end backwards, the motion in the instant chakra release will be right before you, moving at insane speeds towards a location which is before the user, in a linear path. The speed of the user will greatly depend on the base speed.

Tweh - Is when the user takes a step behind, bending the ankle forward. Through this technique, the user will be able to release the chakra in a burst, when he takes a step behind, covering a lot of distance right behind him, at a very high speed, in a linear path. The true speed will depend on the user’s natural speed.

Hweh - Is the most complicated and incorporates from both styles. Through using hweh, every step which the user takes, needs to be powered by flows of chakra. So, the ankle direction will simply be determined by the user, along with the distance set up. This movement will allow the user to in a sense, escape the gaze of the enemy, as he walks into unpredictable patterns in a very fast form.

Additional effects and Restrictions:

☁ Users of the style Are generally stronger and faster than generic Strong Fist users because of their strength being constantly altered by the chakra, giving them a naturally stronger body and faster movements.

☁ Need to have mastered Basic Taijutsu and because of the necessary chakra control be Kage Rank minimal requirement.

The way of the Steel Dragon Slayer | Tetsu no Metsuryū Mahō
Type: Taijutsu/Koton
Background:

Gajeel, born in Iwagakure was born to the clan that could control steel but from a young age he was an outcast. Having left the village and lived in a cave, he was found by the most amazing creature, Metallicana, the great Steel Dragon. He felt sorry for Gajeel and decided to raise him as his own, making him strong to teach him how to defend himself. Being the steel Dragon, he was able to teach Gajeel how to control his steel but not in the way most ninja would. He was a dragon as so Gajeel would learn to control steel to fight like the Dragon himself.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

Dragon Slayers are a unique type of people who utilize a form of Lost Ninjutsu, Dragon Slayer Ninjutsu. Each Dragon Slayer has their own form of Ninjutsu, just like each Dragon is a master of their own element. In addition, they also have the ability to consume the element which they wield, just as long as it is not created from their own chakra. Doing so rejuvenates them and enhances their abilities as they break down the element into roar chakra to give them strenght. Dragon Slayers are known to possess keener senses than those of normal humans such as in smell, sight and hearing, as well as distinctive characteristics and features such as slitted pupils and noticeably sharper teeth.

This is a fighting style based on combining the abilities of steel with the fighting style of a dragon. What makes it dragon like? That's what i'm going into.

Strength: Behind each attack would be the natural power of steel release along with chakra to enhance the blow to create the devastating Dragon-like blows. An example of this would be Gajeel turning his foot to the shape of a Dragons claw made of steel stomping down like a dragon, enhanced with chakra to create a blow that causes the ground to break and tremor mimicing the true power of a fully grown dragon.

Shock wave: This is based on the same abilities of the Leaf Dragon God technque (taijutsu A rank), where do you think it got it's name? Through the use of chakra with steel release the fast yet heavy and powerful blows release currents of wind which increase the rage of the attacks. This is not wind element but just pure force that acts in a similar way as the frog Kata. For example, Gajeel would turn his hand to steel claws like that of a dragon and swing it forwards, like a dragon swipe, if it hits it would shred flesh like a dragon, if not, the power behind it would send sharp waves of pure force forwards a few meters to create a cutting wave.

Senses: Dragon slayers were raised like animals as Dragons themselves and as such used their senses in the same way. Their sense of smell, sight and hearing being well tuned to react to predators in a sense to help defend themselves.

Transformation: Each Dragon slayer would take on their own element in the form of Dragon like combat, from turning their hands or feet to Dragon talons, to turning their skin to sharp dragon scales for the ultimate defense in their element, to creating extentions of steel from their body such as wings or a tail to take the form of a dragon or partial from.

Dragon Force: This is the method of taking of the full form of a dragon as such taking the dragons power as your own through the release of huge amounts of chakra. In doing so you will take the appearence of a dragon humanoid, from claws to fangs to steel dragon scales, wings and tail. This combined with the large amounts of chakra increasing power and speed as a dragon in full on combat.

Eating steel: As the steel dragon slayer the users favorite source of food is steel itself, being able to eat it and break it down in their body to create chakra. A method all dragons can teach of their own element. They are unable to eat their own steel as it doesn't give them any benefits, they can eat it though. The steel dragon slayer has teeth as hard and steel which make this possible. This works on steel another ninja has made, kunai, swords, any basic weapons (not CW, will be submitted as a cj)

(Tetsu no Metsuryū Mahō: ) - Way of the Steel Dragon: Claws

Description: Through the use of steel release, the user will use their training with the steel dragon to create solid steel claws out of his hands. This claws are extremely sharp that they can cut through nearly anything (following rank and elemental reasoning). These claws will be infused with the users chakra giving them the power and speed of a dragon behind each attack. When the user swings these claws due to the power behind them the movement will create a pushing/cutting force that is send forwards to mid range in the shape of 5 slashes to mimic the claws taking the shape and size of a dragons claw. This is made up of pure motion, no wind element much like the leaf dragon god technique. This allows the user to fight as the dragon would with devastating powerful blows.

Note: Lasts for 3 turns until canceled.
Note: To use the wave attack, each time it takes up one of the users three jutsu per turn, and goes straight forwards up to mid range. This is on equal terms with the basic elements of B rank.

(Tetsu no Metsuryū Mahō: ) - The Way oof the Steel Dragon: Stomp
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid

Damage Points: 60
Description: Utilising their steel release and combining that with the training of the Steel Dragon, Metalicana, the user will release their chakra into their foot turning it into a dragons foot/talon. They will make it up of extremely heavy double folded steel to the weight and power behind it is equal to that of a full sized dragon. Through extremely good control of their chakra the user will raise their leg stomping it down with destructive force causing several things to happen. The first is it would cause the entire ground ground shake and crack throwing everyone off balance up to mid range. Secondly through the same method of the leaf dragon god due to the force behind the stomp, the user would create and outwards pushing force of a shockwave in a sense pushing everything back up to mid range of the same rank and below. This is on equal terms with A rank basic elements. It also causes the earth to crack and turn up like a dragon had stomped on it making for a jagged terrain.

Note: Useable 3 times
Note: Can only be used on solid surfaces. Once the stomp has been done, the users foot turns back to normal, or can ended beforehand by releasing their chakra from the jutsu.
Note: In the turn used the user will need to remain stationary after releasing this jutsu as the impact will shake them up a bit giving them the rest of the turn to steady themself.


Additional effects and Restrictions:

Dragon senses: Through being raised by a dragon the dragon slayers developed keen senses, much like a real dragon.

Smell - They are able to smell like an Inuzuka to be able to track their prey in a sense.
Hearing - Though not as keen as a sound user, the user has enhanced hearing greater than that or a normal ninja.
Sight - They have keen eyes to track their prey much like a dragon, picking up on the smallest movements


Must have mastered steel release to use this style.


✦ Declined, this is too far out of the realm of CFS to allow; the transformations are largely Ninjutsu, not Nintaijutsu. They mainly transform you into a Pseudo Dragon state that allows you to eat Steel jutsu, gaining immunity almost, somehow granting enhanced primal senses, and the ability to create shockwaves like the Three Tails, Gyojin or Sound users can make. This is too much to allow.✦

Type: NinBukijutsu

Background: Coiling Dragon arts was crafted by a Shinobi named Shady during one of his journeys. At one point he had fought one of the great Sannin, Orochimaru witnessing his abilities first hand. Of course, Shady had taken notice of the man's unique body, and the way his limbs easily moved with great flexibility. He was impressed. Such nimble movements and little to no restrictions when the man moved. Shady loved the idea of using such a nimble body in close combat but knew it was near impossible to physical reenact what Orochimaru's body was doing. There was another way though. Being a master of Staves also, Shady took the 3-section style staves and used them to recreate the flexible movements of Orochimaru in close combat.

Description*on*the*Abilities*and*Inner*Workings*of*the*Style: The Coiling Dragon arts revolves around using one to four in place of the user's limbs, allowing greater range, flexibility with attacks, and less restrictions on how a limb would typically move. The basic concept of the style is using the 3-section staff in a nunchaku fashion, swinging wise. By using chakra (whether it's raw or elemental) the user will create artificial limbs of chakra around the two sections of the staff not being held. The limbs created are either an arm or leg, with chakra in between each section in the form of chains acting as joints for the limbs.

This let's the user swing the said limb around with the unpredictability of a nunchaku user, but with the limb of a human body, without the drawbacks of joints, bones and muscles stretching or breaking. The affects of the limbs vary depending on how the user creates them though. He could use lightning to create a leg, which would gain the unique properties of lightning, being able to slice, numb and paralyze things that it hits. Other elements would gain their respective traits while raw chakra would cause blunt damage. Another unique use of the sections is the extension of ranges. With the chakra in between the sections acting as links, the user can expand the gap in between each section to stretch how far the staves can get to while maintaining its flexibility. With these things added to the 3-section staff, the user becomes a greater close combat practitioner, being able to deliver what would otherwise be impossible strikes from various angles and ranges.

Swinging the staff upwards untill the sole of the foot (top of the staff) is pointing at the sky, the user expands the leg into a massive size in a split second whilst extending the sections of the staff with the chakra joints in between. The leg is 25m long when swung upwards, while it's overall width is around 15m in total. Within the same motion of the upwards swing, the user goes straight into doing a downwards swing at the target, causing the leg to do a downwards heel drop on top of the said target. This causes massive destruction to the terrain and can fight on par with elements due to the shape manipulation. The destruction is so intense that it can destroy even the ground up to 10m away from where the kick actually lands, making it very difficult to simply evade.

✦ Declined, for one you need to explain the elements better; Wind, Lightning and Fire are relatively easy to envision. One slices, one paralyzes and one burns. Water is wet, there doesn't make any sense for it to be used here and Earth does the same as raw chakra here. Increased strength and speed is an obvious no and finished elements is also needed, not just starting every element. ✦

Earth would have the adhesive sticky composition similar to sticky earth drop instead of having blunt damage, allowing the earth to stick to and spread on targets when hit. Another unique use of the sections is the extension of ranges. With the chakra in between the sections acting as links, the user can expand the gap in between each section to stretch how far the staves can get to while maintaining its flexibility, reaching even up to long range in some cases. With these things added to the 3-section staff, the user becomes a greater close combat practitioner, being able to deliver what would otherwise be impossible strikes from various angles and ranges.

✦ Declined, now the Water ability can't be approved because you are stating every hit drains chakra when that's not an inherent ability of Water; special individual jutsu allow chakra absorption but it's not a trait of the entire element. Your Earth portion is also similar to Akasha's CFS with sticky water, but that's something minor.✦

Background: During the reign of Tobirama Senju the Second Hokage, members of the Uchiha clan began growing increasingly jealous (for lack of a better word) of the Taijutsu prowess of Konoha’s own Hyuuga clan. Their Gentle Fist style and Doujutsu showed exceptional capability, and this truck fear into the hearts of the proud Uchiha clan. Several years later, the Uchiha clan was massacred and thought to be gone along with their style, but this was not the case. Few members of Konoha still use the style, having been taught by their former allies, the Uchiha (Before their elimination of course). The style is now only passed on to those who are deemed worthy and taught by a master of the style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The style allows one to focus fire element chakra to certain body parts, and even in some cases the entire body, in order to deliver heat damage on impact with a target. The use of this fire chakra will also increase the strength of ones punches and kicks. Users affected limbs will take on a slightly different appearance emitting bright red or blue flames.

Masters of this style are capable of coating their whole bodies in fire (while leaving them unharmed) hat increases their hand to hand offensive and defensive power as well as holding the properties that allow the user to burn targets on contact.

Lucifer’s Hour Glass – An additional aspect of Satan’s Flame that utilizes the style’s nintaijutsu and genjutsu into one form. While attaining the stance resembling the Hyuga, the user will use a form of hand seal less chakra manipulation into the brain of the enemy. This is done through a concept of using genjutsu without the need of hand seals like ( Konoha-Ryū: Yanagi ) - Leaf Ninja Art: Willow but in this aspect the chakra is fluidly being transferred and swiftly across the battle field. This is achieved by focusing chakra through the movements of the body and when sliding person’s foot along the surface of the earth, the chakra is released swiftly along the surface of the earth and one this “wave” of chakra hits the enemy they are induced into minor but highly effective genjutsu related towards the style.

The waves of chakra is not sound based as it is not transferred directly as sound waves along the earth but rather slightly above it, the user free controlling the wave output using chakra manipulation. Once under the effects of the illusion the user uses the specific genjutsu set in motion. These can be range based on sight, touch, sound and or smell relating to the fire being manipulated by the user in close range.

The genjutsu is B-ranked in power while the fire punch is C-ranked, dealing 30 pointson impact.

✦ Declined, this makes little sense for your style; for one, you are attempting to make Genjutsu without any seals and using leg movement as a trigger, something that collides with multiple CFS already. Then you say that this chakra is transferred via waves through the earth; this is neither Taijutsu related nor Weapon related and is simply another a new method for casting Genjutsu. Then the part about it being sight, sound, or smell based makes little sense when the trigger is leg movement and the method of casting is waves of chakra. ✦

Hollow/Shattering Pulse – The second and most none lethal method of the style but only towards the exterior of the body. This aspect is taken directly in relation towards the Hyuga’s Gentle Fist like the normal usage of Satan’s Flame. The user will wrap fire release chakra around there limbs but rather using the chakra and its heat , when the user makes direct contact with the enemy, the chakra will pulsate from the impact point and release heated chakra into the body of the enemy. The chakra isn’t lethal as the normal usage of the style but it does damage towards the interior of the body. The muscles of a human when in contact with heat causes the muscles to contract or loosen depending on the amount. Soothing and smooth heat normally causes the body to release and soften as seen when taking hot baths. More severe and dangerous heat will cause the muscles to contract and normally flinch/pull back in reaction to the brain telling the nerves to contract.

This usage of Satan’s Flame uses this method creating fire on the limbs of choice but when contact is made, the heat from the fire is released as a pulse of fire chakra into the muscles, depending on how much power is placed into it can cause the muscles to contract or loosen on the enemy preventing the limb from being used effectively. The user can also release the fire pulse as raw heat and instead damage the muscles by overheating them with the hit. This aspect is what earn the style its reputation of being the "Gentle Fist" of the Uchiha Clan

The user can also use a powerful A-ranked pulse and burn the muscles on contact rather then the latter two methods.

If a wave of fire chakra hits one, they will version effectively burned; the aftermath would be exactly what you describe in near all scenarios: you just explained the body's interaction with Fire essentially. At this point, you've resubmitted I think three times after approval and honestly to no avail. DNR as it's just wasting time on both sides ✦

Background:
An endless flames of fire, A tribulation-like god, and A demonic immortal. These represent three entities, Hell, Jashin and Hidan. Hidan being an immortal and a member of Jashin cult, had felt the wrath of hell itself by enacting a taboo which was considered abominable even among the groves of Jashin sanctuary. It didn't take long before he learned of a secret fighting style. A technique perhaps the countless demons of hell and even the Devil himself wasn't aware off. This Fighting style require the element of FIRE which represent HELL, an upside down TRIANGLE which represent JASHIN and his TRIPLE SCYTHE which represent HIDAN.​

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This style revolves around the utilization of Fire element, and the Triple scythe of Hidan, as well as a distinctive . The user would grip the Triple scythe with the right arm and placed it horizontally ahead of their body, and then placed the left arm also horizontally albeit behind their body. While both arms are stationed at their intended positions, they are also adjusted to be perpendicular towards the user main body. As the body stance is enacted, the user will focus a tremendous amount of their Fire chakra, towards the three blades on the scythe on the right arm (Jigoku no Ōgama), the left arm (Jigoku no Hidariude) behind the user's body and both legs (Jigoku no Bikyaku). The three blades on the scythe is immediately engulfed with intense fire, that causes the blades to have molten reddish color. As a result of this, the blades temperature is elevated exponentially reaching a temperature of almost a 600 degrees Celsius which can easily evaporate a huge body of water. It was said the heated blades is an embodiment of hell itself. However the scythe is only limited to short-range.

The left arm as well is engulfed in a substantial wave of fire shaped into a incandescence scythe which similar to that of the original. Unlike the original, the scythe is intangible and can be elongated up to 15 meters (Long-range). The scythe upon body contact can easily burn and cut through flesh and even metallic weapons. Conclusively, the users base of the legs is also engulfed in a wave of intense fire, shaped into a triangular-like fiery board with a diameter of 2.5 meters. This fiery board enables the user to move swiftly upon the earth crust, similar to that of surf board moving along a water body. The user can augment his overall acceleration when upon the fiery board to a substantial velocity by increasing their chakra fueled unto the board. While the user can perform these three functions individually, the appriopiate way to utilize them is to amalgamate their functions hence creating a deadly fighting style. Once amalgamated, the user can move in zigzag manner with the triangular-like shaped board towards the target, whilst executing a series of precise slashes or multilation with the Triple-Scythe on the right arm (Jigoku no Ōgama). The speed and momentum of the board is so great insomuch the target would have little or no time to react. Alternatively, the user can interchange/switch both their arms by simply transitioning their right arm behind their body, and then the left arm (Jigoku no Hidariude) in front of their body and thus would enable the user to fight against a target even while in long-range due to the elongated nature of the incandescence scythe.​

This combust the oxygen present in the air around the target, leaving only carbon (iv) oxide, and thus cause the target to suffocate.​

• Must be Kage rank and above due to the enormous chakra control.
• Can be used in conjunction with other Kenjutsu technique relating to Hidan.

Background:
All his years as a jounin, Magic as a ninja has been looking for his own kind of special weapon until he joined an organization that thought him how to be unique. He picked up wires and start playing with it until it struck him that he could do more with it. After so many assasination mission, Magic's unique signature was deemed angel of death due to the swiftness and mostly, the silence when he kills.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The whole style mainly revolves around the infusion of wind chakra into a very long microfilament/monomolecular razor wires, which the user can control as if they were extension of his body. The wires are sharp enough to slice through steel and concrete with no trouble though, the user can use them to bind and restrain targets without damaging them. This style revolves around using the wind infused wires in so many creative way, warping them into useful combinations and weaponplay, example being forming an impenetrable mesh shield using the wires. However because this wires are equally infused with wind, they take the strenght and weakness of wind.

Background: After years of unsuccessfully trying to master the way of the sword, Constantine gave up and decided to focus on rudimentary tools such as kunai and ninja wire. He got the idea of developing a style of fighting using modified ninja wire as his weapons. While researching on said skills, he stumbled upon techniques like (Ninpo: Kagonome) – Ninja Art: Wire Cage. He assessed these techniques and went ahead to develop a broader style of fighting which became known as String Theory.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The primary weapons of this style are a set of very long extremely thin ninja wires. To control the wires the user fills them with chakra and becomes able to manipulate their movements to serve a purpose .The fighting style has movements similar to puppetry. Users use hand movements and stances in controlling the wires for attack and defense. When stretched a particular way or made to constrict around a target by sending a burst of chakra through them, the wires become taut enough to slice through solid objects with ease(all the force generated by a wire's stretching is added to it's tiny surface area to give it this potential of cutting). Although the wires can be made sharp enough to slice through materials as hard as steel and concrete with no trouble, they can also be used to simply bind and restrain targets without causing harm. The wires can be used for myriad techniques such as forming mesh shields to block attacks, close quarter weapon combat and binding targets. The most common of use of this style is to bind or restrict a foe.

Description: The user manipulates a number of strings to form an intricate maze around him. The wires are anchored to the ground and are crisscrossed randomly moving upwards. The effect is a sort of labyrinth of sharp wires that any sizable object would find impossible to clear without injury, if even able to in the first place. the wires span from right next to the user, to about 4 feet away in all directions. Once an object gets into the radius of these wire, it is able to travel about 2 feet deep before new wires emerge and wrap around it in conjunction with the old ones to stop it dead in its tracks. The user can then decide to channel a burst of chakra through the network causing a very strong contraction that would slice the object into many several pieces.
Due to the wire's small size, a moving person's eye lens wouldn't be able to focus on it, if it is performed after motion was started, and hence wouldn't be able to see the technique till it's too late.
Dojutsu users can see it though.

Additional effects and Restrictions: This fighting style is extremely similar to puppetry but also very different. The wires used are specialized ninja wire. They are virtually unbreakable by normal contact, extremely thin, and nearly invisible when stationary. When in motion light might reflect on them giving them a sky-blue glimmer as they move. They cannot attach to a point like chakra strings do, but are capable of wrapping around an object if the user makes controls the marbles appropriately. Also most of the techniques involve more than one wire at a time. Most techniques involve a conglomerate of wires in order to generate enough total tension to achieve a purpose.
-In order to practice this style, one must have at least started ninjutsu training.
-Only the creator of this style, or whom he bestows the privilege upon, can train others in this style's techniques.
-The style is based on the principle of avoiding direct physical contact at all cost. In this style it is ideal that incoming attacks be intercepted by the wires way before they get to the person. Practitioners train and hone their skills to be able to react accordingly to fast close range attacks. They learn excellent hearing and superb technique placement(This means they are able to construct defenses with their wires in even extremely close spaces).
-The short ranged techniques occur almost instantly a skilled user performs them.
-The wire techniques can be overcome by tangible attacks of same or greater rank or intangible ones one rank higher.

Hunter's Resolve-(Imei no Ryoushi)

Type: FuuinBukijutsu

Background: The style was created by a shinobi named Dawan who lived alone in the mountains of Iwagakure. He had spent time in the mountains secluded from society. He had nothing but the exception of a goat, which he used to sustain himself through its milk. He fasted for long periods of time, eventually learning to really appreciate nature. And thus, he lived like this for years. Eventually he realized he would need actual food. So as a way of protecting himself and hunting, he crafted himself a blow pipe. He used it to hunt prey from a distance, but after a nasty mountain lion attack he realized he'd need a way to protect himself at close range as well. So he made a second blow pipe, and developed a close and ranged fighting style. Eventually he returned, after perfecting this style and used it to deadly effect within the Second Shinobi War.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

This CFS uses short staffs called Escrima Sticks.

The style focuses upon a form of combat where practitioners use hand held wooden sticks in conjunction with Fuuinjutsu and small needles. The style utilizes extremely fast paced movements, and rapid strikes to soft areas on the opponent. Strikes are often hard and designed to deal as much damage to the opponent as possible. In terms of defense, the user uses these sticks to defend at angles. The user utilizes the Escrima by defending against and/or reacting to angles of attack rather than particular strikes. The theory behind this is that virtually all types of hand-to-hand attacks (barehanded or with a weapon) hit or reach a combatant via these angles of attack and the reasoning is that it is more efficient to learn to defend against different angles of attack rather than learn to defend against particular styles, particular techniques or particular weapons. For instance, the technique for defending against an attack angle that comes overhead from the right is very similar whether the attacker uses barefists, a knife, a sword or a spear. As seen in the gifs, the style also utilizes quick and efficient acrobactic movements. This isn't all, as the style also involves the usage of powerful seals, as well as the sound element. Each needle comes pre inscribed with a special made seal. These seals however do not seal chakra, but instead they seal sounds. Thus, when the user releases the seals upon the target they release special soundwaves. These can either be low frequency, high energy sound waves like those found within (Ototon: Hibiki Rendan no Jutsu) - Sound Release: Echo Assault Skill to deal pure damage; or high frequency, low energy sound waves such as those found within (Ototon: Takanari Kichigai) - Sound Release: Ringing Madness. The second type don't deal direct damage. Instead, they deal a variety of debilitating effects upon the opponent. These effects can range from nausea, to causing the opponent to go numb.

The seal would relase a low frequency, high energy sound wave meant to cause physical damage to the opponent, causing the hit area to oscillate rapidly, and deal severe bruising to the area.

✦ Declined, the angle talk is unneeded because any weapon based attack can be initiated through attacks aimed from varying angles, like staffs, nunchakus, even swords can be used like this. Furthermore, if an attack is coming straight forward, it would become perpendicular and form a 90 degree angle, so even that would fall under the terms you mention. It's essentially a filler paragraph for no true reason. The part about the sticks being hollowed and releasing needles contradicts one another; if it's hollow, then it won't hold anything inside it with it's opened ends, making the needles fall out naturally. Given how your example tech is worded, you plan to manually shoot needles from it, so the gif should be removed as it has no contextual reason to be placed as the mechanics for both are different. That being said, these needles "sealing sounds" is a clear no and makes no sense; the needle pierces a foe and seals sound? That doesnt make sense and is just an attempt at adding Sound release into the jutsu. Sound jutsu must be triggered through some sound, that is the medium needed to cast them; this CFS doesn't produce the needed sound nor does the jutsu you posted do this ( also, one example jutsu is hardly enough to show what you plan on doing given how this varies. Lastly, this wont give you increases speed above that of a Taijutsu master, so you can remove that wording because you won't receive that boost. ✦

Hunter's Resolve-(Imei no Ryoushi)

Type: FuuinBukijutsu

Background: The style was created by a shinobi named Dawan who lived alone in the mountains of Iwagakure. He had spent time in the mountains secluded from society. He had nothing but the exception of a goat, which he used to sustain himself through its milk. He fasted for long periods of time, eventually learning to really appreciate nature. And thus, he lived like this for years. Eventually he realized he would need actual food. So as a way of protecting himself and hunting, he crafted himself a blow pipe. He used it to hunt prey from a distance, but after a nasty mountain lion attack he realized he'd need a way to protect himself at close range as well. So he made a second blow pipe, and developed a close and ranged fighting style. Eventually he returned, after perfecting this style and used it to deadly effect within the Second Shinobi War.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

This CFS uses short staffs called Escrima Sticks.

The style focuses upon a form of combat where practitioners use hand held wooden sticks in conjunction with Fuuinjutsu and small needles. The style utilizes extremely fast paced movements, and rapid strikes to soft areas on the opponent. Strikes are often hard and designed to deal as much damage to the opponent as possible. The user is even able to deflect taijutsu strikes as well as weapon attacks. As seen in the gifs, the style also utilizes quick and efficient acrobatic movements. These allow the user to use the Escrima sticks to attack rapidly, making the user a dangerous close quarters opponent.

These are able to release chakra upon close proximity to the opponent, be it elemental, or just plain chakra. For instance, the user can seal sticky water or adhesive mud into a needle which would cover detonate when it nears the opponent's chakra.

✦ Declined, first off you have this as Fuuinbukijtsu yet talk about Elemental Ninjutsu. Clear inconsistency these. Second, you claim to remove all mentions of Sound yet in the last paragraph under abilities, you mention Sound again. Also, your example techniques suck; one is a Genjutsu, Which doesn't fit your style, the last can be done via freeform so there's little there that sways one that it could be a jutsu and the other is a generic jutsu that releases Sticky Water like everyone who makes elemental CFS uses.✦

Background:

Long ago before ninjutsu was taught by the sage of the six paths, warriors would use all kinds of weapons in wars but there were a select few that would use the shield aswell. Taking the stance of a Knight, the user would use a 1 handed sword along with a shield to help protect themselves and their comrades. As a unit they were unbeatable using their shields to guard on all sides to protect one another, no one could break through their defence and one by one their enemies would fall. They prospered and The Knights of the Argent Crusade, as they were called.

This would all change in the years to come. The Sage of the Six Paths arose teaching all that would learn the arts of ninjutsu using chakra to get stronger. They didn't stand a chance, their metal shields were no match for those that could control the elements, and they were slowly wiped out until only a few remained. They backed into the shadows to protect their own. This is why you never hear much of them. They stayed hidden in the mountains of what would come to be known as Iwagakure until news reached them of their old rivals, The Samurai.

They had changed their ways and adapted, using their own form of jutsu, Kenjutsu, through the use of chakra to amass enough power to cause even the Ninja to fear them. The leader of the shield warriors, Arthas, went to the Samurai on a peaceful mission to speak to their leader. He explained what had befallen their once great forces and asked them to teach him the way to use chakra so they could atleast defend themselves. The samurai didn't use ninjutsu just chakra control and so they taught Arthas this also and they made a peace treaty. Arthas returned home with this knowledge and practiced controlling his chakra. But he would never abandon his routes, he stuck to what he was known for, his sword and his shield. That way his way. He focussed his chakra through his shield for amazing defence and attack abilities that would become known as The Way of the Shield.

He went on to teach his followers that increased their powers within the shadows to protect themselves hoping to rise one day as the great military force they once were.


Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

The entire style is based on the use of Ninjutsu through a shield made of chakra metal, much like when you channel an element into a kunai but with much greater potential.

Defence: Through the use of focusing elements into the shield the user can create barriers in a sense of elements backed by their shield to create the ultimate defence. Inspired by the roman's methods, it can also be used with clones to create an all around defence. The method will be based on a similar method to the samurai saber jutsu but using the elements instead to enhance and coat the shield.

For example - An opponent shoots a lightning blast at you from nagashi. You raise your shield bracing it infront of you enhancing it with wind chakra that extends around the shield creating a wind shield wall.

Attack: Through out all of history we have seen different methods of attacks with shields, from a shield slam to throwing your shield at someone. (personal favourite in lord of the rings, Lurtz throws his shield at Aragorn pinning him to the tree). This style will enhance the attacks through the application of elements into the shield.

For example - You focus your chakra into the shield swinging it around into the target as a shield slam adding more damage through the user of chakra to the extent it could break rock walls of the same rank.

Though all jutsu for this style will be submitted.

Description: The user will release chakra into their shield while holding it encasing it in a chosen element. This can be from the basic 5 to custom elements and KG within reason (see below). In doing so the user will create a layer of that element around the shield increasing it's size up to that of the user to protect them from incoming attacks. This was adapted from the samurai saber techique of using chakra into increase the size and power of a technique.
Fire: The shield will be covered in a 2 inch thick layer of fire all around that can be made into a bigger version of the shield taking it's shape. If anyone else touches it they will recieve 3rd degree bruns.
Water: The shield will have 2 inch thick layer of water all around it that can be made into a bigger version of the sheild
wind: The shield will be covered in a 2 inch thick layer of wind all around that can be made into a bigger version of the shield taking it's shape. If an opponent touches this it will cut them two inches into their flesh.
lightning: The shield will have 2 inch thick layer of water all around it that can be made into a bigger version of the sheild taking it's shape. This will shock and paralyse on impact.
Earth: The user will cover their shield in earth chakra creating a 3 inch thick layer of rock can be increase in size to a larger version of the shield.
Other element: Within logical reason other elements can be used to cover the shield, for example, storm or scorch to create a destructive layer. But on the other hand, it would be imposible for a kaguya to cover the shield in bone through releasing chakra around it.

Description: The user will release their chakra into their shield and thrust it forwards in a slamming motion releasing a wave short range forwards of chakra. This can be roar chakra to push opponents back or one of the basic elements. Each basic element will have a different effect:
Lightning: The user will release a small wave nagashi like lightning forwards shocking any caught in the blast.
Earth: The user will release a wave of mud from their shield thats enough to cover another ninja, the mud is heavy and sticky and will slow them.
Wind: The user will release a wave of pushing/cutting wind forwards pushing anyone back (within reason) and cutting them with lots of mini slashes.
Fire: The user will release their fire forwards from their shield like a wall of fire blasting and burning up to 5m.
Water: The user will release a wall of water from their shield pushing anyone away.

Note: Can only be covered in one element at a time.
Note: One use per turn
Note: Must wait 1 turn before using again.
Note: Follows elemental strengths and weaknesses.


Additional effects and Restrictions:

Must have a shield on you at all times to use any of the techniques within this style.
