Flying Thunder God One Sword Style | Hiraishin Ittoryu
Type: HiraishinKenjutsu
Background:

This Custom fighting style was developed by Minato Namikaze during the post shinobi world war period. Minato was already known to be a master of Flying Thunder God Technique and was the most versatile user in implementing that technique to weapons and using it. It was the second Hokage, Tobirama who initiated this particular type of Kenjutsu but he wasn't able to develop it further. Minato implemented this style of using Hiraishin no jutsu with the swords in order to enhance his close quarters combat and perfected it.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

There are mainly two different methods in performing this particular fighting style. The user of this particular fighting style will have two FTG seals already placed on either of his palms and the sword.( In the case of Tobirama bios, one have to use the sufficient technique to place the seals on the sword). The user of the style will have FTG seals on the palms of his hands by default, and will only have to apply the seal to the sword.

First method :

The first method involve on teleporting the sword from one hand to the other with the help of Flying Thunder God Technique in close quarters kenjutsu moves. Using the FTG technique, the user will be able to quickly teleport the sword that he is holding in one of his hand to the other hand in an instantaneous manner since FTG technique is used for the teleportation. But, the sword used for this particular method must be wielded by the user and marked with FTG seal, combined with the seals on the palms of the user. Consider the following example scenario. The user will place his right hand on the hilt of the sword and left hand perpendicular to the ground facing the sky and dash towards the opponent. As soon as he reaches close range or short range to strike the opponent, He will quickly teleport the sword to the left hand and deliver a perpendicular slash to the shoulder or chest of the opponent.

Second Method :

This second method makes use of the sword that is present at short range around the opponent. The user will gather some chakra in his hand and start to move his hand as if his is going to make a slash. As soon as he moves the hand, along with the momentum of his hand, the user will teleport the sword that is present at short range around him and execute the slash or what ever kenjutsu move he was about to execute.

The swords that are used for this fighting style must have a FTG seal placed on them already. For the second method, if the sword is present at mid range - long range then that sword cannot be used. Only sword that is present at close range or short range around the user can be used.

Description:

With his right hand on the hilt of the sword and the left hand free facing the ground, the user will run towards the opponent taking the sword out from it's holder. Once he reaches short range to the opponent, the user will attempt to make a quick horizontal slash to the abdomen of the opponent. This will act as a mere distraction, and immediately, the user will teleport the sword to his left hand, where he will perform a downward slash aiming for the opponent's right shoulder downwards. Due to the speed of the switch, the opponent will attempt to block the first attack, which is a distraction, allowing the user to successfully execute his move.

Note :
- Can only be used by Hiraishin Ittoryu users.
- Can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios.
- Tobirama bios must have the satisfied the prerequisites required before using this technique
- Can be used 5 times per battle.

Flying Thunder God One Sword Style : Crescent blade | Hiraishin Ittoryu : Crecent bureido

Description:

The user will concentrate a fair amount of chakra in their hand and start to dash towards the opponent. Once he reaches short range to the opponent, he will quickly teleport the sword that is in short range around him or in his katana pouch to his hand. Now he as soon as the sword is teleported to his hands, the user will quickly channel chakra into the sword and make a arc like slash which releases a chakra blast in the the shape of a crescent moon that will hit the opponent where the user directs it.

Note :
- Can only be used by Hiraishin Ittoryu users.
- Can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios.
- Tobirama bios must have the satisfied the prerequisites required before using this technique
- Can be used 4 times per battle.
- Cannot use swords that are present beyond short range from the user.

Additional effects and Restrictions:

- Can only be used by Bios capable of using FTG techniques. ( Minato and Tobirama bios)
- Both Tobirama and Minato bios must place the required seals on the weapon before using the techniques, but the FTG seals on the palms of their hands are there due to training in the style.
-These FTG seals on the palms of their hands, can only be used in conjunction of the style and not for other FTG related techniques.
- Must be Sannin rank or higher to learn this style.
- Must have mastered Kenjutsu.



✦ Declined, this doesn't sound like a CFS but rather two different jutsu. Method 1 can already be done by tagging a weapon I believe and then using it. Method 2 is basically a single CJ and from what I gather, any variants of that would just be freeform differences as you are just swinging and calling the weapon to you mid swing. This can even be seen in the jutsu you submitted, as that jutsu is vague enough to cover the entire second method. ✦

Gogyou Goushin-Ryū // Flowing Water Tempered Fist (The Sovereign of Fists)

Type: NinTaijutsu

Background: The Flowing Water Tempered Fist, is a style that has been passed down through 10 diferent generations, with each generation the style was developed further and further. Leading to the powerful and versatile style that it is at it's current time. A restricted rule however, passed down through each Generation is that the style can only have 1 master in each time of age, upon believing to near death, said Master is to pass down the secrets of the Style to a pupil, who will then strive to become the new master. It was then when a wondering monk, Tatsujo, the current heir and master of the Goushin-Ryu entered a not so hidden valley: and their trained the next upcoming master, a young man with great greed however following the path of The Saving Fist, which meant to defeat without killing, the monk sat by the large rock near him, as he kept explaining in depth the secrets of the style.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: By applying focus and release of water chakra through numerous parts of the body, the user will be able to smoothly condense the selected body area with water, increasing it's hardness to that akin of steel. It works by instantaneously concentrating the water in one's body to a certain area since the strongest water pressure can stop even bullets, commonly known to be almost as hard as diamond (though this style provides no such degree of durability).

Using this method of water pressure and concentration, the user's body virtually becomes as strong as a hammer in terms of raw strength: however brief. Advanced users are seen with a slight pitch black hue on the effected body part, signifying it's density. Through water control, a user has the ability to release water chakra into or from selective body parts: this means that the water channeled, can either enhance the user or take offensive effect on targets directly. By damping their attacks in water chakra the user can strke the enemy with their soaked attacks which drenches water onto the targets which results in their clothing to increase in weight (thus unbalancing their movements and/or slowing them down) but also allows the water released to create strong blasts or forces of water upon contact with the target. The body enhancement method and Damped Combat are two diferent approaches to the style, however advanced users of the style can make use of both fields in a single technique. For example after striking with an elbow (hardened through water) to the chest, the user then releases that same water in their elbow directly to the target in a shallow push of water to throw them back. The art of constantly placing and releasing water chakra through selective body parts, calls for a calm mind and great body control, thus requires great concentration and a clear state of mind to use. This involves a common combination of elbow and knee thrusts with the water infusement, akin to that of muay thai, however is not restricted to such.

Description: The basic application of the style. The user applies water through a single body part, condensing it to a near steel like denisty, gaining a dark hue. The user can then continue by attacking the target with their added strength. Otherwise applicable to parry weapons, capable of easily bending over a regular kunai, or very well block against Taijutsu attacks of equal rank and below. The short-comings of this technique is that it cannot expand more than a single body part: thus affecting only an elbow, or the forehead, etc.
- Can only be used x4 per battle.

(Goushin-Ryū: ) - Tempered Fist:

Description:[/B The user first places himself in an unguarded stance and waits for his opponent to attack. When the opponent strikes, the user concentrates water into the targeted body part as a denfese (or otherwise dodges) while simultaneously slamming his water hardened knee into the chest of his opponent, using the opposite leg to stand, as he pivots his torso for better movement. Combined with the force of the strike and the power behind the opponent's speed, this attack is powerful enough to create several internal injures and send the target smashing backwards into the ground.

Description: The user infuses their fists and knees with water chakra to increase the density to that of steel. Afterwards they begin a barrage of meele attacks, consisting of powerful jabs and knee thrusts to the main upper body and torso. Finally the user darts in very close to the target in a sudden dash, delivering a double fisted thrust point blank into the opponents chest; at this point the condensed water in the fists is they oozed onto the target, creating two concentrated blasts of water for more damage as the opponent is hurled backwards or down onto the ground.
- Can only be used thrice.
- No S rank water or Taijutsu in the same turn.

(Goushin-Ryū: ) - Tempered Fist:

Range: Short
Chakra: 40 (+5 per turn)

Description: The technique categorized as a symbol of mastery of this style. The user channels his water chakra into every spot aroudn his body. A technique which does not leave out any space for the skin to be exposed. The user takes on a pitch black hue or hardness. His taijutsu techniques now carry more force behind then and the user because highly resistant against techniques of the same category (Taijutsu). While in this state, the user can only use a selective area of techniques however, and his speed is decreased (1/4th) because of the mass which the water is occupating around his body. This technique remains active for three turns maximun, and can only be activated once per abttle.
- Grants +15 to Taijutsu techniques.
- Can defend against S rank and lower taijutsu, or A rank if elemental.
- Can only use Taijutsu, Goushin-Ryu, and Water techniques while active.


Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Must have mastery over the Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, and Water fields.
- Must be atleast Sannin rank to learn, and be a Strong Fist specialist.
- Masters of the style get used to the increased strength, and thus they regularly carry more strength behind attacks than regular Taijutsu users (1/4th).
- Because of the mental and body balance in this arts, masters of the style have easier time discerning taijutsu attacks and have slight better dexterity than other Strong Fist users.
- Naturally, while using Goushin-Ryū' technique, other techniques that directly change the user's body parts, cannot be used.

✦ Declined, parts of this come into conflict with an approved water jutsu, Power of the Dragon. I also cant approve the boost to taijutsu for obvious reasons. ✦

Description: This technique is specialized for those who have great control over their water chakra. This is usually used in close combat where the user will release their water chakra around a part of their body covering them in water. This water is rotating around their body like a rasengan wrapped around a limb. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it wont hurt the user, which can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by this water created be the user, it will great a burst of water on impact from the user, creating seveal torrents that flies forwards which can send the opponent back into mid-range with damage and in pain.
Note: Can stay active for 2 turns at a time
Note: Can't use earth jutsu while it lasts.

Sorrows of the Second Sleeping Dragon | Daini Ni Nemuru Ryu の Hiai

Type: KenTaijutsu

Background:

"It is not me whom he needs at this time..." It started with a simple sentence. With those very words, Xu Shu parted ways with the Sleeping Dragon, the grip around his weapon - the only trustworthy construct left in the world - tightening ever so gradually. The greed of three countries was all he had known his entire life, but to even speak of a world without strife! Without war, without death, without...sorrow. Xu Shu nearly let loose a bold chuckle, a rather odd sight within the midst of battle. Unlike him, the Sleeping Dragon was not...polluted. No, they had met at so young an age yet their paths had differed a bit too much. The Sleeping Dragon’s hands were clean, his reputation devoid of folly, a prominent contrast to the whirl of guilt, hatred, and jealously that bred themselves daily within Xu Shu’s soul. Both taught swordsmanship at a young age, each gradually developed their own perspectives and mannerisms through experience. Whilst the Sleeping Dragon developed a more elegant art suited to his nature, Xu Shu took it upon himself to invent something much more brutal. Already athletically experienced, he chose to attach a hook to his rapier, mastering a style that involved precise area and projectile control, allowing him to wield his unique creation appropriately. Xu Shu’s mastery over his own style was so prominent that all one could see from a distance was the blood splayed across the entire battlefield and the twisted grimace of deep guilt upon the executor’s face. He was unforgivable and there was naught a choice but to shove it all so deep that not even Mercy herself could save him.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

By taking upon a rapier and then tying a long rope with a hook dagger at the end of it to its handle, the user will then be able to uniquely incorporate both aspects of the weapon in battle. The rapier itself is held in a reverse grip by the dominant hand so that the blade is pointing behind the user, however, by gripping the weapon in this manner, it also allows one to keep the string that holds the hook dagger in place until it is used. A primal example is shown below:

There are two focal points to note when first taking up this style. Firstly, the reverse grip allows for quick disarming attacks at a close range and since the weapon in question is a rapier and not a sword, it is in itself a shorter length and has a propensity to be used for quick, stabbing techniques. In this case, the reverse grip is mainly used to catch the enemy off guard or defend oneself against close quarter combat. While this style is not focused around this mannerism of holding the sword, it does have its benefits such as leaving the other hand open for defensive maneuvers as well as a higher chance of maintaining body balance and weight if thrown off guard. Creative or freeform Taijutsu could also see usage with this availability. However, another main aspect to the reverse grip is the rapid, unexpected movements that one can deliver with it. One would generally open with such attacks and then when the opponent least expects it, execute a violent and direct attack on the body with the hook dagger, such as what is shown below:

All in all, the point of the reverse grip is not only to deliver attacks unique to the style but also to keep a grip on the hook dagger until one sees the opportunity to transition smoothly into exercising it.

Now to speak about the most prominent and creative part of this style: the hook dagger. Normally folded up and held as part of the reverse grip, the user can choose at any time to release their hold upon it to implement chakra and/or the natural forces of gravity to deliver devastating attacks. Like the reverse grip, there are two primary means in the usage of this weapon. The first method is to use a single hand to operate both the sword and the hook dagger. This is a quick and efficient way to deliver a frontal blow and since it is done with one hand, the resulting attacks are generally much more precise and sudden. They are also more controlled and rapid attacks with the hook dagger can be done at a close quarter combat range. One can also choose to charge chakra into the weapon and also deliver powerful blows at once, normally in slashes that can only be executed in one direction.

Another effective point to consider here is the power behind the hook dagger and the shape of the weapon itself. Although not long in length at all, if enough strength is put into an attack, the hook dagger can effectively latch onto an object or individual, allowing the user full control of the momentary connection. This can be utilized both defensively or offensively. By etching the hook firmly elsewhere, one could prevent freefall or even rapidly move out of the way of an incoming technique by wrapping the rope over a solid construct. Of course, this is much more effective when used with a single hand since it would be quicker and more accurate. If targeted and landed onto a human being, the forward momentum could allow one to propel towards the hook dagger and deliver a finishing blow. Or, such as shown below, aiming the hook dagger towards the ground allows full use of gravity and the potential follow up of an area of effect blow:

On the other hand, the hook dagger can also be used for longer reaching techniques where it is now held by the other hand whilst the rapier remains in the original grasp. This is better done during combos where the usage of gravity can allow one to pull out the hook dagger almost instantaneously and whip it around in a frenzied manner to deliver damage around him. Because the top of the rope that is attached to the hook dagger is now held by another hand, it can now be swung at max proximity to do devastating damage to any opponents within range:

The downside, of course, is that such attacks need precise timing and calculation as putting so much effort into an attack that eats up a significant amount of body weight could potentially leave the user vulnerable. Both their hands would be taken up by the weapon and after the initial momentum behind one attack, the user would need to learn when to execute single or double-handed attacks along with being able to retract the hook dagger back into place appropriately. Furthermore, as many of the attacks in this style rely on different combos transitioning into one another, basic Taijutsu would be needed to fully incorporate the power necessary behind it all. This includes knowledge on the workings of gravity, stances, and the positioning of opponents along with properly emanating and applying chakra into the body in order to allow for appropriate maneuvers or follow-up freeform strikes. The style itself allows for a great amount of aesthetic ingenuity, whether it be subtle stabs to flashy, all-out blows.

Description: The user releases his restraint on the hook, launching it forward with a single hand towards an object or individual nearby. This is done with such an immense power that upon connection with the target, one can choose to either close the gap for a finishing strike or a defensive maneuver that allows them to propel themselves away from an incoming attack. Another option would be to have the rope attaching the hook dagger to the sword wrap itself around a solid construct within the definition of gravity as a purely defensive technique. This can be used to halt freefall or uncontrolled aerial consequences.

Description: The user begins by charging chakra into the weapon and tilting the body away from the direction they intend to strike in, bringing the weapon behind them with the hook dagger still attached in the beginnings of a swing. This is followed by stomping upon the ground with their foot in a single motion forward and allowing momentum to be further carried on by the release of the hook within the dominant hand in order to deliver a devastating uppercut able to lift solid objects and opponents off the ground. This technique is mainly used to destroy solid constructs or projectiles that may be of nuisance and could also wreak havoc on individuals too close.
Note: Usable only four times per battle

Second Sleeping Dragon Arts: Flashbang | Daini Ni Nemuru Ryu: Furasshusuriru
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-Rank
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The possession of the hook dagger is transitioned into the other hand while the rapier remains in the dominant. By charging chakra into the weapon, the user rapidly swings around the hook dagger with overwhelming power and speed in either a frontal area or in an omindirectional mannner. One can also choose to charge forward while swinging the hook dagger, dealing massive damage in that particular direction.
Note: Usable only twice per battle
Note: Hook dagger can not be utilized in the next turn

Bakudan Geijutsu|Bomb Arts
Type: kayakujutsu​
Background: There once was a tribe that lived in the middle of a dense forest. They hunted for animals using rocks and led a peaceful and happy life. Because of their precise chakra control they were able to shape the rocks perfectly with their pure chakra so they would be able to kill prey with one well aimed throw. They were soon attacked by ninja who used chakra techniques and they burned down most of their forest and pillaged their village. The tribe lost all hope as their rocks where their only weapons and they were useless against the ninjas. But one day a stranger came past the village and took interest in their weapons. He developed them into metal balls and showed them how to add chakra into them but at first they were too powerful as the explosions they created destroyed the animals they were trying to hunt. So he toned down the power and added different type of elements which made the hunting more efficient and gave them to the tribe before leaving. When the ninjas tried to attack again they easily beat them back but the tribe wanted more. They used the elemental bombs to murder the ninjas and followed them back to their city and killed all their children. The man returned after a few months and was dismayed when he saw what the tribe had become. He took away all the bombs and left the village in disgust. When he got home he started adapting the bombs; making them more for convenience in battle then sheer lethality. He had heard of a man called Deidera who used clay bombs to create explosions which he used for terrorist attacks across Iwagakure. The man smiled to himself at the lack of creativity with his bombs as the terrorist's was only capable of exploding them while his own were so much more versatile. He perfected the bombs and after many years he began teaching them to others again.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This fighting style revolves around the use of specially shaped metal bombs and combining it with chakra to create a variety of versatile attacks. These bombs do not simply explode but instead harness the attributes and abilities of all of the chakra to enhance their effectiveness. The bombs themselves are simply specially crafted metal balls which the user channels his chakra into. The main thing this style tries to do, which is shown in the background, is differentiate itself from regular bombs in the Narutoverse which simply explode, like Deidera's. His bombs possess no notable distinction from each other apart from the form the bombs take which is normally different animals. This style is the reverse of that tedium and keeps the form of the bombs the same but diversifies on abilities that they can use. Because of the small size of the bombs the user can infuse chakra into them at a great speed allowing multiple bombs to be used at a faster rate. The bombs main use is elemental infusion but normal chakra can be applied to add more supplementary uses; such as cloning the bombs etc.With the elemental chakra this style can be used for a variety of different purposes such as one that releases unfocused electricity to the surroundings or one that manipulates the earth around it when thrown. With the application of chakra the timing with which the bombs explode can also be altered; for example dormant bombs and bombs which activate when a seal is formed or bombs which activate on contact. Essentially this style is a long-range weapon based fighting style, which utilizes chakra to use special bombs.

Description: The user will infuse a special bomb, which has a small seal able hole, with his fuuton chakra and create a small vortex inside it. The user then throws the bomb and once it touches an object the hole opens and the vortex begins to suck any steam, smoke or other gases into the bomb and the hole reseals after 5 seconds of sucking. The user can then use the stored gas later on in the fight by simply posting this jutsu and then throwing the bomb again at a target and once it touches an object or the ground it then releases the stored gas.
Note: The stored gas can only be used in the same battle which it is collected in.

Description: The user will infuse a bomb with his raiton chakra and throw it at an area. Once it has touched an object it will release unfocused electricity all around it which is capable of numbing and paralyzing opponents. If it releases the unfocused electricity while touching the floor it will instead channel the electricity through the ground.

Description: The user will infuse a bomb with his suiton chakra and throw it towards the opponent. Once it collides with something the suiton chakra will release and it will form an orb of water around 1 meter long from the bomb center, basically giving the bomb a sphere of water around it. Most element have a few jutsus that make bombs out of the elements or out of chakra and contain elemental chakra on the inside, releasing it in a wave covering short or mid range. ♦

Background:
There once was a tribe that lived in the middle of a dense forest. They hunted for animals using rocks and led a peaceful and happy life. Because of their precise chakra control they were able to shape the rocks perfectly with their pure chakra so they would be able to kill prey with one well aimed throw. They were soon attacked by ninja who used chakra techniques and they burned down most of their forest and pillaged their village. The tribe lost all hope as their rocks where their only weapons and they were useless against the ninjas. But one day a stranger came past the village and took interest in their weapons. He developed them into wooden balls which were easily breakable on their own but when chakra was added to them they were much harder and stronger and the man gave them to the tribe before leaving. When the ninjas tried to attack again they easily beat them back but the tribe wanted more. They used the elemental bombs to murder the ninjas and followed them back to their city and killed all their children. The man returned after a few months and was dismayed when he saw what the tribe had become. He took away all the bombs and left the village in disgust. When he got home he started adapting the bombs; making them more for convenience in battle then sheer lethality. He had heard of a man called Deidera who used clay bombs to create explosions which he used for terrorist attacks across Iwagakure. The man smiled to himself at the lack of creativity with his bombs as the terrorist's was only capable of exploding them while his own were so much more versatile. He perfected the bombs and after many years he began teaching them to others again.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This fighting style revolves around the use of specially shaped wooden bombs and combining it with chakra to create a variety of versatile attacks. These bombs do not simply explode but instead harness the attributes and abilities of all of the chakra to enhance their effectiveness. The bombs themselves are simply specially crafted wooden balls which the user channels his chakra into. The main thing this style tries to do, which is shown in the background, is differentiate itself from regular bombs in the Narutoverse which simply explode, like Deidera's. His bombs possess no notable distinction from each other apart from the form the bombs take which is normally different animals. This style is the reverse of that tedium and keeps the form of the bombs the same but diversifies on abilities that they can use. Because of the small size of the bombs the user can infuse chakra into them at a great speed allowing multiple bombs to be used at a faster rate. The bombs main use is elemental infusion but normal chakra can be applied to add more supplementary uses; such as cloning the bombs etc.With the elemental chakra this style can be used for a variety of different purposes such as one that releases unfocused electricity to the surroundings or one that manipulates the earth around it when thrown. With the application of chakra the timing with which the bombs explode can also be altered; for example dormant bombs and bombs which activate when a seal is formed or bombs which activate on contact. Essentially this style is a long-range weapon based fighting style, which utilizes chakra to use special bombs. The main difference between the bombs and regular elemental bomb CJ is that these cfs uses the bombs in a unique way. None of the jutsu for it would be simply 'waves' and instead would be more complex (look at example jutsu). The wooden balls themselves are not manipulated and the user simply crafts them from wood.

The user then throws the bomb and once it touches an object the hole opens and the vortex begins to suck any steam, smoke or other gases into the bomb and then the user blocks the hole with his chakra. The user can then use the stored gas later on in the fight by simply posting this jutsu and then throwing the bomb again at a target and once it touches an object or the ground it then releases the stored gas.
Note: The stored gas can only be used in the same battle which it is collected in.

Urumi Arts: Way of the Bending Sword
Type: Kenjutsu l Nin/kenjutusu
Background: The Urumi arts were developed within an unkown village during a time just before the 5 great ninja villages emerged. This group of people had fought with swords and shields for centuries, and sought a method make their fighting prowess more varied and draw upon the some limitations of the modern weapons at the time. A young group of black smiths began experimenting with variations of weapons. One of those experiments was an extremely long sword, however it was made out to be a lot thinner and what resulted was a weapon that was essentially a sword, but twice as long and thin. It showed characteristics of a belt or whip. Through testing the weapon proved very useful, it had an extremely long reach, could be used to block and attack simultaneously and even allow a person to fend against multiple opponent by spining the sword around the body in unorthodox manners and striking with a moments notice to the surprise of opponents. Over time the metals used to create the urumi were changed, and its heights and performance perfected. The urumi swords were found to be the most efficient with only Two blades on the sword, although variants with upto 10 blades were created they were very rarely used. The Two variants used in this art are but Urumi's with two blades. One variant has the baldes as long as twice that of a standard sword, and the other variant has blades 1.5x as big as a standard sword. The blades on the swords although flexible, are still quite strong, they can easily decapitate an enemy and cut through standard shinobi attire.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The Art is basically different fighting and slashing movements while using the Urumi sword. The Urumi sword can be used to constantly bash the opponent taking advantage of it's fluid movement capability and extremely long reach making it hard for an opponent to come closer. The Fighting style however, is usually unorthodox spins, jumps and movements, which can surprise the opponent. The Art is also very adept at facing off against multiple opponents especially when surrounded. As once you swing the Urumi you can perform spins and use the momentum from the spin and swing to have the urumi strike all around the user, and as he spins the weapon gains more momentum and power, this on top of the unorthodox movement and long reach essentially make it so even larger numbers think twice before closing in.

All of this however are just the basics the art itself is , far deadlier when combined and made more advanced with the usage of chakra. By channelling chakra into the the flexible blades of the Urumi one could increase not only the cutting potential of the blade, but also their control over the blade. By channeling chakra into the blade, the user could bend and actively manipulate the shape of the flexible swords even during swings. The manipulation can be done to both blades present on the urumi sword simultaneously or just one. One blade could be used to defend as the second blade curls around and attacks and so on. The blades can also be turned into long versions of regular swords by simply having chakra manipulate the blades to be straight, if the need arises.

Description: The User uses the Urumi to block an oncoming kenjutsu strike, by having one of the urumi blades intercept the weapon and coil around it. While doing this, simultaneously, the other blade on the Urummi strikes the opponent, at the desired location by manipulating the metal into a specific shape and swiftly manipulating it to move into the desired area.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
Users that have learned the Urumi arts have higher stamina, as the art requires constant motion, which through years of practice is made into second nature and adapted to by an increase in cardiovascular ability.

Users also have an easier time going from one move to another as this fighting style is often employed with movements that are constantly changing even with high amounts of momentum, essentially the user has to, through training be able to change from move's and movements at above normal speeds to be affective at this art and through training they manage to achieve this.

- Users requires mastery of Kenjutsu to learn The way of the Bending Sword
- Users must be atleast a sannin ranked shinobi
- Users can only have a maximum of two Urumi swords
- Users must state that they have Urumi swords in their bio and how many


✦ Declined, while interesting and unique, it's still unclear. You vaguely describe parts of the description and even though urumis are undervalued and used, what makes this style different than me having one in my own bio? Using chakra to manipulate the actual steel blade is iffy and almost crosses into Steel release territory. Also be sure to not make this too similar to Whip Arts as an Urumi is essentially a steel whip, more or less. ✦

Background:

This style derives from hundreds and hundreds of years past. It is far less complex unlike recent ninjutsu techniques, which reflects on the time period it was produced at. Supposedly, an eager student named Toshiro learned the arts from a witch. It was a sign of gratitude, for he was the only one to show compassion, or basic manners to the women who was often excluded from everything due to the false belief of her witchcraft. He was taught how to mold, and manipulate chakra with relative ease and simultaneously learned how to use the style efficiently, and quickly. It was a basic style, with a simple concept but through the right hands, it could be deadly and powerful.

Through the ages, Toshiro learned to live without the "Witch", and eventually began to explore the possibilities of advancement of techniques to match the modernized time period with stronger ninjutsu and such. In doing so, he was able to add shape manipulation into the already shaped spheres, giving them other types of properties, and even applying nature affinities into these spheres. As for now, he seeks only to teach those who are powerful and friends of his- a way to show his gratitude like what his teacher did to him.​
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

The style is rather simple. Through the usage of precise chakra control, shape manipulation, and nature transformation, the user will create solid-like spheres of chakra, with the maximum size of basketballs. They differ from Rasengan's because Rasengan's are constantly revolving, which adds to the damage. The spheres for this style's damage is a result of the physical contact upon the solid spheres, which causes physical and internal damage. They are essentially solidified chakra, which is precisely the characteristics practitioners use to battle. Spheres are created by sending a certain amount of chakra in an area, depending on the technique, and manifesting it in a solid form. This can be done in the hands to aid in battle, empowering each hit, or created from a further area which would allow the user to manipulate its movements. Spheres created from the body are used for close combat and can be sent out as projectile-based weaponry, as shown in the second example technique, while others created from a further area is moved through "Shape" manipulation or using chakra as a chain for these projectiles to move it around with ease and more control.

The style is focused on the impact created when the solid spheres make contact with the target, exerting pressure and force. Weaker techniques are capable of bruising and soreness, however, stronger ones can knock out a target and some may even kill the enemy. The spheres of chakra can be shaped into various shapes like spikes to increase its powers, and controlled by the user through shape manipulation, which involves form and movement of chakra. Using "shape" manipulation to move these spheres give it an illusion of hovering, or floating in mid-air, thus adding a sense of deceit. The spheres impact is further increased by the momentum gained from moving the spheres from one area to another. Movement of spheres usually relies on hand motions, but skilled practitioners can do so without the need of hand motions (Of course, they are still unable to perform other techniques while the orbs are floating, unless he/she is capable of using Y/Y). When employed in close combat, the spheres act as a support for the limbs to power up each strike. The spheres can disperse and reshape as well, which is most useful when using it from afar as opposed to close combat.

Attacks from this fighting style consist of the following elements: Fire, Lightning, and Wind. Fire chakra does not literally turn the sphere into flames, but rather, with careful chakra manipulation, the user can manipulate it to the point that the chakra would be heated rather than ignited thus adding a heating factor to each attacks. Lightning is evidently used to add a 'shocking' factor, which like the first, is not literally turned into lightning but instead, a static around the solidified chakra. Wind chakra is used to add a cutting factor to the solid spheres, so instead of depending solely on the force it exerts upon contact, the wind element adds a cutting factor further empowering each hit.​

Description: Using the basic principles of the technique, the user will be able to channel chakra on their fist, manipulating it to be as dense and solid-like as possible, creating a makeshift gloves shaped like a sphere. They will attack the enemy through a series of punches anywhere, allowing the blunt damage to land strikes that would cause adequate damage. The B-rank version is used when the user shapes spikes from these solidified spheres, making it so that it would have a piercing factor as well as the ability to damage through brute force. The A-rank version includes the solid spheres, spikes, and one of the three possible elements with their respective effects, which would obviously increase the damage as opposed to a normal series of punches. This technique stays on even after the combination has been created, allowing it to be used for other purposes, but of course, the user cannot perform handseals with the spheres.
Note: C and B-rank can be used limitlessly, A-rank can be used three times per battle, while the spheres remain activated up to two turns after.​

Description: The user creates a solid sphere in their palms and throws it outwards, launching it out as a projectile. It is essentially solidified chakra, thus, upon physical contact with a target, it will cause major pains and various effects, depending on the area struct. A few seconds after contact, the sphere would disperse and the chakra would go around the target and reshape into a solidified sphere again. With a single hand motion, the user can move the sphere back towards them, attacking the enemy from behind after the first hit, and returning to the owner in which the owner can choose to make it disperse back into nothingness or use to follow up with another technique from the style.
Note: When returning to the user, the sphere moves at a linear fashion towards the user.

Description: The user will create three spheres of solidified chakra anywhere in the battlefield within mid-range. With the use of 'shape manipulation', the user can send it out towards the target, all of which would fly straight towards the target, taking down obstacles if needed. Their are two ways of doing this. Once is by having each spheres travel on its own, traveling to the target but only traveling at a linear fashion therefore, this version is similar to a projectile in a sense that it could be evaded easily. Alternatively, the user can move the spheres of chakra to your location (as shown in the gif), and launch it out towards the enemy. Although the preparations of this technique is longer, the user can manipulate it to follow the enemy rather than missing like a projectile, making it more useful.

♚ Masters of this style have increased chakra control and are generally more intelligent than the average shinobi because of the constant need to manipulate the chakra for training, and each and every technique, as well as focusing more on tactics and stradegy rather than brute strength.
♚ The color of the spheres depend on the practitioner, and is usually a reflection of the users' bio. Essentially, any color for spheres are acceptable so long as it is not transparent, clear, or anything along that lines that would lead to abuse.

Also received a report about this being similar to another pending CFS, which doesn't check out. this style, and Loki's style, consist of creatinng orbs of chakra for usage, the other style consists of using an already created orb and imbuing it with chakra. Two different things. ✦

Sorry for the unusual hold up with checking the remaining styles! Thread is now open! Remember to read the first post of this thread as well as reading through the various CFS that have been declined and approved to see what is allowed and what isn't. There have been many CFS this cycle that were declined and DNR and only two were approved. Some of them made little sense and others had many issues wrong with them. Some of the submission were left as pending as I wanted to get a second input on some of them. The ones that are pending will be checked soon. Once more, read the first post to see what is allowed and please read over your CFS submissions before you submit them and thoroughly think them through. You have roughly 2 weeks to resubmit them for a reason, use this time to review and check your CFS logically. The thread will stay open for roughly 2 weeks for the next cycle. Have fun submitting!

Type: NinKenTaijutsu

Background: One day whilst strolling through villages and countries alike doing just as he pleased, the defiant and rebellious Yashiro came across an old fashioned village which still done things the old fashioned way. After a while of being within the village he had noticed the village had been rather quiet and there wasn't really much going on. The reason for this would soon be explained as it seems. Then one night, Yashiro was just relaxing on the bed of his rented room and suddenly heard a loud scream of a woman nearby. He decided to jump up and check it out, this might have been his change to cause some trouble within the village. Upon reaching the location which the annoying screams seemed to be resonating from, Yashiro came to find a man being dragged out of a house whilst a woman, barely even dressed seemed to be screaming after him and the law enforcers. Yashiro walked up to one of the locals standing and watching the scene and asked just what the hell was going on. The local explained that the man and woman were committing adultery which was very much against the rules in this village and the man involved was to be executed due to him already having several warnings behind his name. The very next day he was scheduled to be executed. Yashiro attended the execution and watched how they put the man out of his misery. The man had been executed with an old fashioned guillotine which sliced his head clean off. That very night when Yashiro was about to leave the village, he got an idea for an amazing new style of fighting, so he stole the guillotine's blade and took off.

Yashiro then went out seeking only the best of medical shinobi and stumbled across an old man whom seemed to be one of the best, said old man goes by the name, Dr. Kaos. Yashiro spoke to the doctor and expained how he wanted to surgically implant the guillotine blade into his left arm, so that he could fight both with his sword in his right hand as well as the guillotine blade within his left forearm and should the need arise, he could passively activate the ability of the guillotine blade when in dire need. This would prove much quicker than unsheathing a sword from its holster. The doc agreed and performed the surgery. After a while of the surgery and recovery stage, Yashiro began training with his bladed left arm and learned to passively enhance the blade with his chakra as well as retract and extend the blade in and out his left arm. This is how 'Art Of The Holy Blade' came into existence.

Description of the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The user would first have to visit the Narutobase Hospital and implant the blade of faith into the user's left forearm. After the surgery and a stage of recovery, the user has to undergo a full session of training only to learn and get used to the blade of faith itself and the way that it works. For example, how to manipulate it with the chakra, by extending and retracting etc.

Description: After undergoing surgery to install the blade of faith into the user's left forearm, he/she becomes capable of passively activating the blade by either extending it out of the left forearm or retracting it back into the left forearm without having to spend a move of the users 3 per turn. The Blade of faith appears as a guillotine blade which is a broad, short and sharp blade capable of easily slicing through human flesh. The blade itself is also indestructable and once it extends out of the users left forearm, it stays positioned that way unless the user manipulates it, meaning even if the user should hit a hard surface, the blade would not shift at all.

After the first session regarding the weapon, the user becomes capable of passively activating the weapon as they see fit in terms of battling. Then the actual training begins, one would start training and learning how to focus and release large amounts of chakra from the blade of faith. Its almost as if extending the reach of the guillotine blade only with much more destructive and piercing power.

The purpose of this fighting style is basically to aid those who prefer fighting with kenjutsu, its more convenient to activate a blade passively from the arm than unsheath a sword. Even in a battle the user could utilize both the blade of faith within the left forearm as well as his regular sword within the right hand. The two would make a great combination. Once the user defends from a sword strike with his own sword, he could quickly counter attack with the blade of faith, making an 'Art Of The Holy Blade' user always have an upperhand when opposing regular kenjutsu users or samurai.

The resulting "trails" produced by the two slashes, creates the form of a significantly bright and large white cross that shoots forward with great destructive force and power.

 Declined  Not gonna implant something like this in your arm... Doesn't make sense. And if its just the blade, there is no reason to do it. The end result will be nothing special. You'll have a blade in your arm. You can have that with a gauntlet for example. But overall, its poorly explained. You want a blade in your arm...ok...then what? Why? How? Where? Makes little sense in how its written and, again, the guilhotine part seems illogical to me.

Type: NinTaijutsu

Background: At a young age, Ashitaka 'Gyojin' Emishi appreciated many arts of combat, however, two arts in particular caught his attention most: taijutsu and suiton. Every day he practiced sparring with his friends, sometimes winning and most times losing; although every time he did spar he tried his best to incorporate taijutsu and suiton into his fighting style. Ashitaka used the art forms in battle, one after another, but it never seemed quite enough. Ashitaka knew somehow that he could somehow combine these two arts to form a special type of combat, one that simply couldn't be trumped by regular means! From then on out, Ashitaka worked at perfecting his craft. He easily mastered his suiton with the help of Sharingdork-sensei, and after learning the drunken fist technique from the very same sensei, Ashitaka found out how to join these two arts to form a new fighting style; Liuhebafa or Water Boxing.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: Liuhebafa, or Water Boxing, is an art based on the combination of taijutsu and water, due to his sensei's strong usage in both fields as well as his own. Ashitaka based most of Liuhebafa off of Suiken, or Drunken Fist, to try to incorporate a uniqueness to this style. By doing so, when using this style, the user becomes more evasive, harder to predict to regular taijutsu users, while also letting his movements flow together like actual water with great fluidity and grace, thus the name Liuhebafa, or Water Boxing.

Knowing this wouldn't be it's own style, Ashitaka had to incorporate something else to make it more unique, an offensive and defensive application to Luihebafa. For offensive purposes, Ashitaka began channeling suiton to various limbs, causing gourds of water to incase his limbs. Though the gourds were made of water, they could have different properties depending on the preferred method of attack, one type being a chakra sapping water that is found in the (Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu) - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique, or a regular solidified water. Once the gourds of water were formed, Ashitaka learned that via shape manipulation, almost anything he desired could be created from the water gourds. He could extend his range and power in taijutsu, enhancing this aspect with paramount effect, his versatility to defend from incoming attacks, supplementary uses, etc. The defensive application of this fighting style was hard to create, and even harder to master due to it requiring paramount chakra control in a drunken state. When in danger, the user would channel gourds of water to his feet, and due to already being drunk, would manipulate the water in a way that would augment Suiken, or Drunken Fist, to a whole new level, almost becoming completely unpredictable through regular means (without dojutsu). Due to this branch of the fighting style being completely defensive with almost no offensive capabilities, being unpredictable was necessary, as well as harmful to an extent due to constantly tripping and falling onto the ground.

Description: The user would channel chakra into their legs and charge after their opponent. Once they are within five meters distance, the user extends their arm, and with the use of water chakra a gourd of water forms around their hand. Then, via shape manipulation, the gourd of water extends and whips the opponent, causing the opponent to suffer serious whiplash.

Additional effects and Restrictions: All practitioners of this style are more agile than strong fist users, whilst also being harder to predict to regular taijutsu users due to Liuhebafa being based on Suiken, or Drunken Fist, yet not completely becoming unpredictable.
User's of this style must have learned Suiken, or Drunken Fist and have at least completed suiton.


 Declined  Collides with existing CJs. Encassing your limbs on water may not be enough to actually make a CFS you know? Its not like its something that special, unseen or not done before.

Background:

For centuries rain was seen as a divine occurrence. Countless civilizations attributed it to a weather god or some other divine entity throughout history. Before the advent of irrigation and complex planned agricultural growth civilizations were forced to rely on natural flowing rivers and rain. This idea has become naturally ingrained in humans to this very day and the advent of chakra certainly did not change this much.

As humans became gifted with chakra some discovered the advanced release of Rain – the power to manipulate the gift of the heavens. With this humans became able to manipulate many aspects of the rain ranging from when it would fall, where it would fall, the direction of its fall, and its basic composition to enhance their crops and their harvest.

Of course with the coming of ninjas and the great nations during the Era of the Warring States one individual militarized this concept to adapt to his fighting style. This ninja was particularly skilled in what became known later as Drunken Fist. Through months of contemplation and time he soon discovered a new advanced style to enhance his own abilities. He dubbed this the Surge of Jupiter. An appropriate name for a style originally derived from the efforts of farmers to pray to gods for rain to bring their harvest about.

Inner Workings of the Surge of Jupiter

The basic principle of the Surge of Jupiter is based fully on the manipulative properties of Rain Release combined with a fluid, graceful, unpredictable, dance-like motion extremely similar to that of Drunken Fist. The manipulative properties of Rain Release come into play through a bending like style of the rain itself being able to change the direction the rain is falling in. This appears quite similar to that if a gust of wind had blown through the wind pushing it at an angle. However this takes that to the next level through being able to change the direction of any Rain drops present.

This ability to perform unpredictable, graceful, and fluid motions to bend the rain’s path of falling allows the user to strike opponents in numerous and unpredictable ways in both close range combat and long range combat. This in a sense creates ‘gales’ of rain which can take numerous shapes and objects possessing different physical qualities depending on the user’s desires and needs at the time. All of this is achieved within the scope of Rain Release. This manipulation in a sense gives the user abilities similar to that of Gaara and his manipulation of sand which grants the user extremely versatile abilities in combat allowing them to trap, corner, and inflict serious damage on opponents within close quarters taijutsu or longer range combat.

Both forms of the style allow the user to apply the basic physical properties of Ameton within reason of the element. This means the user while manipulating the directionality of the rain is capable of producing acidic rain, solid rain, and a sticky glue-like rain. Should the user create the acidic rain the acid will possess identical properties and characteristics to the acid of Ensan no Kouu – Acid Rain. This means that it can eat through most objects however it can only blister and slowly dissolve skin in the most painful of ways. Should the user apply the characteristics of solid rain they are capable of compressing the rain drops to become effectively solid. The user, in special cases, is also able to manipulate the directionality of frozen rain drops. This must be done with rain that the user bounces higher into the atmosphere to freeze. They cannot be manipulated with rain already below the area where they are capable of freezing.

The long range aspect as previously mentioned relies on these fluid, graceful, dance-like movements to produce the changes within the direction of the rain’s path. This creates those gales of rain and objects composed of rain to strike the opponent or trap them. While simple this aspect of the Surge of Jupiter is quite versatile and highly effective.

The close range aspect is somewhat more complex but still relies on these same fluid, graceful, dance-like movements. However in the case of the close range aspect these movements will carry two purposes instead. As with the long range aspect the motions will also change the direction of rain and their characteristics. However the second and potentially far more important aspect of this is the movements themselves and their applications in taijutsu. As with the normal Drunken Fist the user’s movements will become unpredictable. However in this case they will become fluid, graceful, and also retain the zero inhibitions of regular strong-fist. Of course these blows themselves will deal less damage themselves due to being focused on the movement itself instead of the direct blunt force damage of Strong Fist. These movements allow for an unpredictable taijutsu movement while also being able to manipulate the directionality of the rain which creates potent combinations between rain and taijutsu. The combinations themselves allow for close range assaults with rain drops which create these gales of rain to strike opponents, capture them, or corner them depending on the user’s needs.

Description:
The Fist of the Weather God applies the fundamental principle of the Surge of Jupiter. Through fluid, graceful, unpredictable movements the user applies their chakra to a preexisting source of rain in order to change the direction and fundamental properties of the rain in line with the Surge of Jupiter style. This allows the user to manipulate rain drops mid-range from the user and to change their direction and properties allowing them to produce regular rain, a sticky-glue like rain, or an acidic rain and create gales of rain drops possessing these properties. Should the user produce this acidic rain it will carry the same properties as other acidic rain techniques allowing it to blister and dissolve skin, however in this case the concentration is less and as such will do less damage should it effect an opponent’s skin. This can also apply the close-range style of this technique allowing the user to take on unpredictable motions while simultaneously manipulating the properties and direction of rain.

(Mokusei no Saji: Kyofu no Northrend) – Surge of Jupiter: Gales of Northrend

Description: The Gales of Northrend is an advanced technique of the Surge of Jupiter which, through dance-like graceful and fluid movements the user manipulates rain drops to throw them further into the atmosphere to freeze them and then manipulates their direction to fall upon the opponent according to the style. Unlike the other techniques of the style Gales of Northrend cannot be used in close range as the frozen drops of rain would take far too long to come down upon the target from the atmosphere.

Additional Effects and Restrictions

Specialists of the Surge of Jupiter become more in tune with their movements. As such their movements become naturally more graceful and fluid thus resulting in more unpredictable movements. Specialists of the style are also able to move their limbs slightly faster than other ninja due to their need to apply these graceful, unpredictable, and fluid dance-like movements.

To begin training in the Surge of Jupiter one must have completed their training in Ameton. Only biographies that possess Ameton can use Surge of Jupiter. A student must have also learned up to Drunken Fist in their taijutsu training to begin training in this style.

Those words echoed through Mako's mind, the words his sensei told him before dieing, Juto his late sensei whom developed the style was a rich ninja whom was always attacked and robbed of his money, he was always targeted by thieves due to his financial status, he noticed that even his guards were helping thieves accomplish their mission, one night, he was sitting on the roof of his house when he noticed a meteor crash into the horizon, in a burst of sped, he had dashed towards the crash site.
To his amazement, another ninja was already there, it was Mako, Mako had firstly believed the rock to be gold due to it's gold like color, he wasnt going to let Juto ruin his chances of getting rich, after close observations, both ninja finally deduced it wasnt gold, in an outburst of anger, Mako placed his hand on the rock and passed Katon chakra into the rock and noticed the rock conducted the chakra well, maybe the rock wasnt as that useless, We could use it to make ninja tools. . .That's all its good for anyways
Mako said out of anger ,it was that moment that an idea came to Juto's mind, How about carving them into coins, then creating a style using the coins, a smile formed on Mako's lips, a sign of agreement....10 years later, Mako is now the master of the coin art.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The art revolves around what seems to other ninjas to be gold coins but is actually an extraterrestial non magnetic metal, these coins are utilized through the knowledge of projectiles, the usage of chakra control and nature manipulation, the user will pass chakra through the coins to rapidly increase its size, shape and change its trajectory, the coins can cut when it is shot in such a way that the side of the coin pierces the target or can deal blunt damage if it is shot in such a way that the face hits the target, the impact is capable of shattering bones and dealing internal damage, it is even said to be capable of knocking people unconscious, the coins are also fused with chakra to increase its speed or rotation which in turn either increases it's cutting or crushing power, when the coins are set to rotate, it works like a drill twisting the targeted body part internally similar to how the antilion technique pulls everything inward, the size of the coins can also be changed with chakra ranging from the regular size 10mm radius to a coin as big as 10meter radius to a coin as small as 2mm radius, skilled users of this art are capable of passively sensing the location of these special coins, users are also capable of levitating their coins with their chakras, users also carry several coins of several sizes and can shoot them freeformly.

Background:
During the development of the Shinobi World, a man named Kamina was widely known for his mining productions. With a single shovel, he was able to complete a job even 100 miners cannot do. Whilst traveling across the undiscovered world, Kamina encountered a clan with highly advanced technology, surpassing the equipments developed to these days. The clan had admired Kamina's exceptional talent with mining and decided to forge a mining tool much more effective than a shovel. After seeing his gift, Kamina was in awe, as the mining tool was able to penetrate through the ground easily. After departing from the village, Kamina saw a much more powerful potential under this mining tool. Kamina announced his retirement of mining and soon started to create a fight style with the mining tool as the main foundation. In a few months, Kamina had created Spinning Drill Arts, and soon was rumored around the land.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This style, Spinning Drill Arts, revolves around a large and heavy metallic drill being used where it showcases the commitment and strength from the users of this style. The Drill is very large, stretching to the length of 3 ft and expanding to the width of 2.5 ft. The drill takes form of a metallic cone-like structure, with curved sharp edges running down the drill in a spiral. On the back of the drill is sort of hilt, measuring to 1 ft coated with slippery free rubber that easily grasps the user's hand. This increases the friction and increases accuracy as well. The hilt is attached to a cylinder bar that connects the hilt with the drill. It prevents the hilt from spinning while the drill is spinning. Using the user's exceptional talent for fuuton, the hilt has multiple pores able to channel wind through them. An interior passage way connects the hilt from the drill. In the drill, the passage way exits on the very tip of the drill. The passage way consist of the same spiral pattern and when the wind pushes up to the exit, the spiral edges will cause to spin, causing the drill to spin as well. Soon the drill will be spinning with extreme speed.

Now, since the drill the users will be using in this style are indeed quiet heavy, they will gain a boost in strength when attacking with the weapon but they will also suffer a major loss in their speed. Though as they continuously train in this style and rise through the rank hoping to master it, they will get use to the heavy weight of their drills that their speed that they have once lost while using this style will come back and they will eventually gain complete control over the drill when attacking with it.
Ranks:

Omega: This is the starting rank of the Spinning Drill Arts and this is where all its users will be given their own drill and begin learning and understanding about the style. While in this rank and just beginning to use and understand this style of fighting, the users will suffer a 2 rank loss in their base speed while using this in battle, and will gain a x1.0 in their physical attacks when attacking with the drill. Users of this rank will only be allowed 2 techniques of the style.

Beta: This is the second rank of the Spinning Drill Arts and is only obtained after a user had trained and used this style for a one month period. Once a user has reached this rank they will start to be getting used to the weight of their drill and will only suffer a 1 rank loss in their base speed, while they will also gain better control over their drill when using it which allows them to attack more precisely giving them a x2 boost in their physical attacks with the drill. Users of this rank will only be allowed 4 techniques of the style.

Alpha: The final rank in the fighting style which the user gains complete master over the style. For a user of this style to obtain this rank and mastery over the style they must have had this style for over a two month period and have used it in a total of 10 battles. When one gains mastery over this style they no longer feel the burden of their drill and no longer suffer any speed reduction and gain complete control over their drill in battle giving them a x3 increase in their physical attacks with the drill. Users of this rank will only be allowed 6 techniques of the style.

The Ranking System does not apply to the Owner and will always be at Alpha Rank. He also has access to ALL techniques of the style.

Once the user comes close to the opponent, The user will thrust his drills upwards, aimed on the opponent's torso. Since the drills are spinning in the opposite direction, the drills can severely shred the opponent's abdomen and lift him a couple meters into the air.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
- Can only be taught by Dark Matter
- Must have completed both basic Taijutsu and Futon
- Users of this style will suffer a loss in speed because of the weight of the drill, but will receive a boost in their physical attack. The speed loss and the added strength will all be determined by the rank the user is in this style.

Also, you misunderstood: Speed/strength/tracking multiplier are not allowed, no .5x, 1x 2x etc are allowed. ✦

Spinning Drill Arts' main foundation is its use of two large drills made from Titanium and other supportive metals that allows both an easy maneuvering and a large hit upon an opponent. The weapon's appearance is very unique, sporting a large rotatable drill attached to a large hilt. The hilt is free spinning, which means that it allows the drill to spin while the hilt remains stationary. The drill itself sports a metallic cone-like structure, with sharp curved edges that swirls around it. It may look heavy, but when lifted, the drill is somewhat light, enough for an individual to move it accurately. The drill measures 3 feet in length, and 2.5 feet in width, with the hilt being 1.5 feet. Carrying the drills would be a pain in the ass, luckily for the practitioners, Kamina found a way to keep the drills without hindering them. The drills can be downsized with the use of chakra, and is worn like a necklace, allowing more freedom when performing other techniques.

The drill harbors very unique abilities, beneficial to the practitioners of the style. The hilt is removable, leaving a large cylinder space on the epicenter of the drill. The user is able to insert his hand upon the spaces and use it like a gauntlet. This feature is known the the drill fist. Example:

Along time ago when the days where dark,many children used the toy known as Yo-Yo's for entertainment. But when a girl by the name of Yui found that there can be more to them than just toys.Yui eventually learnt to mix her chakra into the Yo-Yos making variations called Combat Yo-yo later now being used as weaponry in the ninja world

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The inner working are pretty easy to comprehend as the user will be using special designed Yo-yos for combat.The user will be wielding them in his hands while infusing chakra into them cause them to take on the effects of the style.Fire can be added to them creating small fire balls and detacht the strings to send them hurdling to the target. Earth can be used to add weight to them to make them lightee and harder to attack oppoents.However the user can also use them in Taijutsu using similar in the manner of chains to latch on to targets to reel them in add perform Taijutsu based combos on the target.

The second usage of Combat Yo-yo is using the Yo-yos as a medium for Genjutsu. Using them on the concept of a pendulum, the user can move the Yo-Yos as a unique form of visual Genjutsu , and using there chakra, can cast Genjutsu with them. This is done using chakra into the yo-yos strings an into the actual yo yo and using the motion of them to create a “hypnosis” effect that targets the ocular sense of the target and inducing Genjutsu.

But when a girl by the name of Yui found that there can be more to them than just toys.Yui eventually learnt to mix her chakra into the Yo-Yos making variations called Combat Yo-yo later now being used as weaponry in the ninja world

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The inner working are pretty easy to comprehend as the user will be using special designed Yo-yos for combat.The user will be wielding them in his hands while infusing chakra into them cause them to take on the effects of the style.Fire can be added to them creating small fire balls and detacht the strings to send them hurdling to the target. Earth can be used to add weight to them to make them lightee and harder to attack oppoents.However the user can also use them in Taijutsu using similar in the manner of chains to latch on to targets to reel them in add perform Taijutsu based combos on the target.

String Manipulation
This is the second method of combat the user of Combat Yo-Yo style learns after learning the main method of combat. Due to the constant use of strings to manipulate the actual yo-yo, the user learns the second method , String Manipulation. This method is used to control the properties of the strings used in the arts. The user is able to channel elemental chakra as usual, but with that the user is able to extend the length of the string, make it lighter or strong, sharper or dull. The user can also manipulate the strings even without the actual yo-yo, and use them as extensions of there body as well for there taijutsu and ninjutsu.

Constellar Kenjutsu

Type:Nin-Kenjutsu

Background: Long ago an ancient forgotten art was practiced in Hoshigakure. Their sword masters looked up to the stars and created away to mirror the images they saw in the night sky. They were not immediately successful, but legend tells that the one who first proposed this idea finally broke through his own barriers and was successful in creating this fighting style until the point that he looked as if the stars came down and aided him in battle. When he died it was believed that his secrets went away with it and this special art would be lost forever. Over time this was all but forgotten; however, a book was recently discovered into existence. It was found to entail the workings of the nearly forgotten Constellar Blade Arts. Despite the years that passed the book was not extremely worn. This was concluded to be a result of the owner passing it down to a chosen disciple and that disciple passing it down to the next. The fact that no one has been noted using this ancient art yet means that out of all of the people who have possessed this book have failed to master the art it describes. That is until now.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: The main advantage of this style is adaptation. It is known that the user will mimic the constellation in the night sky, but few no its technical purposes. The moves themselves are graceful much like the stars; however, it also gives the user an edge. To perfectly mimic many of the images the founder incorporated the usage of ten swords. Unlike many other ways of fighting, this style incorporates many different stances that resemble the constellations. Not all of the stances require the same amount of blades; nevertheless, they allow the user to adapt to many different kinds of situations and opponents. It also keeps the enemy off balanced as the cannot focus on any particular kind of movement. Using Raiton the user will chain the blades to each other or his body so that they could be balanced in many of their awkward positions to finish the constellation image. This adaptation is even more effective once the user masters interchanging between stances to keep pressure on the enemy. The most important part of being effective is being able to interchange between stances to reduce weak spots and adapt. If one cannot master this they will surely die in the process of using this style.

Stances:

Cancer: Blades involved-6. The user will carry three blades in between each on of his knuckles (excluding thumb) this allows for quick strikes and powerful defense against other kenjutsu opponents as three blades together will stand stronger than one. When the user attacks he will chain the blades together with Raiton to balance them and add to their power. Otherwise Raiton is not emitted. It is great for crushing an opponent and its defense is not bad either.

Libra: Blades involved-4. The user will hold four blades. Two blades in each hand as he holds two blades to opposite sides to form a butterfly style blade. This is great for attacking but used mostly to defend from many angles of attacks. The blades are chained together with lightning to keep them stable in the hands of the user. Only Raiton can be used in this stance.

Leo: Blades involved-3. In Leo stance the user will hold his blades in reverse grip and another in his mouth. This is particularly unique as the user will operate on all fours. He will use the two blades in reverse grip to aid him in crawling on the ground on all fours and even on solid objects at awkward positions. His movements and attacks become more beastlike and this allows him to quickly maneuver low to the ground. This attack relies on fast movement and quick powerful strikes. The body is enveloped in lightning to cut through the surfaces of objects when he moves or attacks otherwise Raiton is not emitted.

Gemini: 2-blades. The user will hold one blade in a normal hold in front of him and another blade in reverse grip slightly behind his back. The advantage of this stance is the ability to defend and attack simultaneously which makes it difficult for any enemy to throw you off balance in this stance. This is one of the more balanced stances and is great for counter attacks. The two blades are chained with lightning forming a Raiton chain circle around the user. Only Raiton jutsu can be used in this stance.

Scorpio:8-blades. The user will hold two blades in between their knuckles on both hands and then envelop their body in lightning creating a chain of lighting from their back that connects to four other blades forming what looks like a scorpion tail that can be used for balancing or attacking. The user also squats fairly low to the ground with his shoulder over his feet and his knees bent while his legs are wide apart. This is a good stance to go on the offensive. Only Raiton attacks can be used in this stance.

Orion: 6 blades. The user will hold two blades in each hand in opposite directions so it almost seems as if they have a butterfly sword in each hand. In between their knuckles in the center the user will have another blade in that space so that the appearance is as if the user is holding two bows and arrows. This stance is primarily for thrusting attacks. The openings that come from thrusting forward are reduced by the swords that form the "butterfly" as they protect you horizontally. By merely rotating your arm you could counter another strike aimed at you while you extend your arm to thrust forward. Raiton is emmited to chain the blades to fortify their positions upon attacking. Otherwise Raiton is not emitted.

Pisces: 4 blades. The user holds two blades and performs a hand stand on them while holding two other blades horizontally in between their knee joints. As the user is in this stance they appear almost like a fish as their body curves to maintain balance. This unusual stance produces many unique attacks with aerial based movements that resemble the flailing and flipping of a fish making this a great evade and strike stance. Raiton is emmited to chain the blades to the body otherwise it is not emitted.

Pegasus: 10 Blades. The user will control eight blades to his back, 4 on each side, that form wings connected by lightning chains to his body. (Does not allow flight). He also holds a single blade in each hand. This stance provides defensive and offensive capabilities along with graceful movements. Only Raition techs can be used in this stance.

-NOTE: As you can see some stances require a continual output to maintain their stance while others only require Raiton to maintain the attack itself. Only Raiton jutsu can be used during those stances that require continued output while any jutsus can be used with the others.
-Can only use stances if you have that many blades in your bio

Interchanging: Interchanging between stances at a moments notice is important for this style. To interchange the user will use Raiton to control the blades and place them in the positions they need to be quickly. It is a fairly quick process but can leave the user vunerable to certain techniques.

Advantages: Increased reflexes- by learning to maneuver so many blades quickly reflexes are sharpened to perform these techniques.

Gensō shibō | Illusional Fatality

Type: GenKenjutsu

Background: Over the years, Azráel had fought in tens of wars and hundreds of battles. But each war had the same fate as the ones before them. Every side lost people, and one side prevailed over the other. However, every war brought something new to the table. Every side came up with new ways to conquer the enemy, every new ninja on the field was equipped with fighting styles that was never seen before. Which is what made every war way more interesting than the previous ones. Azráel observed that, people had started creating fighting styles based on multiple fields instead of the usual single field fighting style, which was a brilliant idea. So after years of research and practice, he decided to create a fighting style of his own, something that would cover his two favorite fields, Genjutsu and Kenjutsu. And thus he developed Illusional Fatality.

Descriptions on the working and inner workings of the style: This fighting style relies on releasing chakra through Kenjutsu attacks which when it comes in contact with the opponent, causes illusions which can then be manipulated by the user. The chakra released through the Kenjutsu atacks are only sharp and lethal (that can cause considerable physical damage, just like any other Kenjutsu attack) but also help to cause considerable mental strain (due to the illusion). Usually the user channels his chakra (say A) into the opponent's mind to cause an illusion. However, with this fighting style the user will manipulate and channel his chakra (A) through the weapon, shape manipulate it and release it towards the target. Should the chakra touch the target, it will effectively put the target in an illusion. There is always a time lapse before the illusion kicks in. Meaning that should the chakra (A) touch the target, it will first cause him physical pain and then within less than a second, the illusion will kick in so that the target is not released from the illusion due to the pain, and also it appears to be a simultaneous attack.
The moves of this style, though they do considerable physical damage are not meant to do so. The style revolves around more of fast and swift moves than concentrated and powerful attacks. This fighting style prepares the user to not feel the weapon as a tool that the user needs to carry, but as an extension of his own limb. The user over the course of time, trains so much that his hand movements, the speed with which the user swings his weapon etc. become too fast that it becomes difficult for even a Sharingan user (2 tomoe) to follow. However, the speed of the released chakra still travels at the same pace which makes it possible to counter the attacks. With years of experience in fighting with swords, the user becomes so adept in using his weapons that he is able to overcome the general aspects of it like swinging the sword to increase the area of damage and is able to cause the same or more damage with minimal movements. The user may simply flick the sword (or any weapon) to release chakra (A) and still do considerable damage. The style was developed over the belief that speed is better than strength and hence why it forces the user to train till he increases his agility and flexibility more than normal users which enables him to perform swift attacks.
Masters of this style go through a more advanced course in this fighting style. Once you have mastered this basics, the users are taught in the art of Illusional Dance.
This is the advanced section of Illusional Fatality where the user is put under illsuion with certain actions of the user, like for example swinging the sword like a branches of a willow tree (an example of canon technique). Human users move in a peculiar manner which puts the target in an illusion, making them vulnerable to attack. The user will then release chakra from him blade to finish the opponent. So basically Illusional Dance follows the aforementioned steps in a reverse manner. I.e. first it will release chakra (A) mentally and then release the regular chakra. The switching of chakra types is so fast that it appears as a simultaneous attack.

The opponent would see that his sword is cracking and soon it breaks which helps the user in landing a blow. However in reality, the blow is just a mental illusion, causing mental damage.

The damage comes from the illusion, which shows that the breeze was actually the user's move, which carried sharp invisible blades that cut through his body to cause him physical pain. In reality, he goes through mental pain.

The opponent is immidiately put under an illusion where he feels the invisible chakra sent from the user's sword pierce his heart, making him feel all the pain etc. As this happens, (he gets paralyzed) the user will swiftly thrust his sword forwards to release chakra that does exactly the same thing that the target saw.

- Masters of Illusional Fatality have increased Agility and Flexibility as compared to naormal Kenjutsu users to help them with swit movements.
- Masters of Illusional Fatality have increased hand movements.
- The illusions are of the same rank as that of the attack.
- The users of this style cause a bit lesser physical damage with the weapon as compared to the other Kenjutsu users.
- The user may use Swords, Scythes, Tonfas, War Fan or any other tool that can be used to release chakra with this style.​

: Dyuaru Scissor Ken (Dual scissor blade arts)

Background:
There was a great seamstress from the land of grass who was renowned for her skills with silk. She was also a feared kunoichi who was known as the dual scissor weilder of death. She make a set of scissors which was the size of two katana's and developed a style to suit her unique way of seamstress abilities to kenjutsu. These scissors when locked together could cut through any fabrics or raw chakra. While dismantled the scissors were known as the dual scissor blades which was the most devastating and feared weapon in the land of grass. She was known for her combat prowess because of her ability to sew and craft with which her mother had taught her. When a mother leaves her child all her knowledge of something that child will normally devote there life to achieving a high standard of this quality. It's a legacy that seems to pass down through the generations of the grass village, while this style has only been known for 20 years it has had enough time to become legendary.

Description of the scissors:


Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
This styling revolves around utilizing of a giant pair of scissors able to utilize raw chakra very precisely and uniquely. The scissors are unique in the fact that when you pull the hinge pin out you are left with the dual wielding scissor blades each extremely crafty. The uniqueness of this style comes from the fact of the numerous ways these scissors can be wielded. The younger seamstress had a bad habit for cutting katana's and Kunai in half with her scissors as a trademark to leave behind on the battlefields.

Scissor style: while in scissor lock mode the scissors are able to cut through things and are vicious for decapitation. The reach in close combat is probly the most devastating, while in this mode the scissors are twice as strong for defending other blades as they are two full thickness blades together. While the last aspect of the scissors is that when the user can identify that they are trapped inside a genjutsu the user can cut through the genjutsu chakra once during a battle but it puts a strain on the user everytime this is done.

Dual wielding blades: by pulling the middle pin the user of the scissors is able to unlock a dual wielding ability of the scissor blades. This is a truly ruthless way to fight as you can relentlessly attack one blade after another and also defend with two blades overlapping. The most terrifying part is when the user rigs the blades with wire on the handles and begins throwing the blades straight forward in succession at the enemy. After every attack pulling the rigged blades back to the user. The way a user can also spin the blades around the wrists of their arms with the handles of the blades is also an art in itself to get the timing needed to simultaneously do so. Using a double rigged blade is one of the more dynamic methods of the scissor blades as you can attack from many angles and still retain your blades back to you this extending the reach of what your blades can reach naturally.

(Ten no ryū no tsume)-heavenly claw style
Type:kenjutsu
Background:masamune date, a warlord, after many war battles during the great ninja wars he himself was in, created his fighting style by advancing his chakra control abilities and kenjutsu abilities with the end result of being able to focus chakra while being able to hold 6 katana(3 in each hand). With the advance chakra control, Masamune discovered the ability to releasing chakra from the swords more ways that are possible with the traditional samurai sabre technique. With his developement of the new fighting style, its mainly used to take out many opponents in unison with the least of amount of strikes, and defend from large scale attacks that most ninja are able to use.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style: In the fighting style the user is would need at least 3-6 swords that he would be able to hold in between his fingers. This discipline takes much skill and focus in itself since it is easy to loose a grip of the sword this way. Being able to hold more than one sword in hand allows the samurai to channel more chakra than other samurai with just one sword, allowing their attacks stronger.

depending on the mastery of the style the user will be able to utilize the "dragon claws" in different ways, such as focused melee attacks, projectile attacks both large and small, and radial attacks in conjunction with the chakra that is stored within them. Since the samurai sabre technique is essential to the fighting style, shape manipulation combined with constant chakra flow in those attacks can cancel out ninjutsu of similar strength. the size and strength of the techniques depends on the length of usage and level of mastery of the fighting style.

note: cant be used for the next 3 turns.

✦ Declined, while I think this is rather nice and pretty cool, I have an issue with parts of it. Someone wielding 3 katanas between their fingers, given both the width of the hilt and the size of the swords, I find it hard to imagine one wielding 3 without being somewhat clumsy. Katanas are too big and long, perhaps something smaller would work. Maybe a wakizashi :coffee:. You can always use the style to extend the size of these blades like with the chakra sabre technique. Some of the definition needs to be clarified and worded clearer as well, but overall it's pretty good. ✦

Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan of the Hidden Moon. The main purpose of Hokuto Shinken is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shinken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the Hokuto brothers. After Ryuken chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh to avenge their father.During the course of battle, the pain of loss of friend and foe alike took a toll on Kenshiro, and the deep sorrow that he bared eventually awakened the state of Musō Tensei, and a revelation of the style's future form. This shook Raoh to the core, experiencing the sensation of fear for the first time as he remembers Ryuken's dying words to him. After an hour of fighting, Raoh had fallen. Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Raoh, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah, the only person Ken truly considered a friend died, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shinken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.

The main components of Hokuto Shinken are usage of taijutsu, futon and raiton to achieve piercing and paralyzing effects thru precise striking, as well as focusing to connect with the souls of fallen rivals and friends thru the usage of Musō Tensei, giving a boost to CJ's taught to the user while Musō Tensei is active.

Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan of the Hidden Moon. The main purpose of Hokuto Shinken is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shinken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. Tenshi no Shi - Angel of Death

Type:
Bukijutsu/Ninjutsu

Background:
All his years as a jounin, Magic as a ninja has been looking for his own kind of special weapon until he joined an organization that thought him how to be unique. He picked up wires and start playing with it until it struck him that he could do more with it. After so many assasination mission, Magic's unique signature was deemed angel of death due to the swiftness and mostly, the silence when he kills.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
The whole style mainly revolves around the infusion of wind chakra into a very long microfilament/monomolecular razor wires, which the user can control as if they were extension of his body. The wires are sharp enough to slice through steel and concrete with no trouble though, the user can use them to bind and restrain targets without damaging them. This style revolves around using the wind infused wires in so many creative way, warping them into useful combinations and weaponplay, example being forming an impenetrable mesh shield using the wires. However because this wires are equally infused with wind, they take the strenght and weakness of wind.

Tenshi no Shi: Ikatta no Shitsuji - Angel of Death: Angry Butler

Description: The user release the microfilament wire and weave them into a dense mesh infront of him. If a target happens to clash against the mesh, he would be shredded into bits.
-Usable 5x per battle
-Must know Angel of Death


Additional effects and Restrictions:

- A Master of Angel of Death will gain increased tracking speeds to help them keep up with faster targets.
- The Microfilament wires are very difficult to see though they can still be seen as light reflects on them giving out their location. Doujutsus can see them very clearly.
-Must have mastered wind and ninjutsu to learn.
