Description: Archimedes is a mechanical owl created by a skilled ninja and engineer from Amegakure years ago. The user is able to control the mechanical owl with a special chakra receiving circlet worn on their head allowing him to transfer chakra and receive mental messages through it. After spending years making this creation the ninja found he could remotely power it with his lightning chakra and even found a way for the owl to directly feed off the owner by attaching special machines to it's feet so that when Archimedes sits on their shoulder it can create a chakra link with the person's system and stay active as well as use it's abilities faster. When not sitting on the user's shoulder Archimedes must be occasionally given doses of lightning chakra to use it's special mechanics and abilities, normally done by the user condensing small amounts of lightning chakra and striking it's casing which then absorbs the chakra into it through special grounders and routers set through the body.
Archimedes is able to fly slightly faster then a normal owl. His metal casing is resistant to attacks B rank and below, able to survive B rank attacks while taking slight damage, 3 direct B ranks would disable him entirely as would one A rank or above. It's wings are designed with spring loaded mechanisms that allow Archimedes to shoot several golden feathers slightly smaller then kunai at the same speed as a normal thrown kunai, Using some of the lightning chakra powering the machine it can also coat the feathers in lightning to increase their piercing power and speed. Archimedes can also coat his talons or wings in lightning chakra to the same effect, increasing their piercing power to that of a B rank lightning jutsu. Archimedes's head is designed to be able to rotate a full 360 degrees as needed and it's eyes are cameras protected by silver plating except for the small area in the center that allows for it to see, the eyes can activate Night Vision if needed. Like a real owl, Archimedes vision is superb at picking out small details and movements.
-Stays active for 6 turns without using extra chakra taxing abilities or being fed more. Doesn't include Flying or Night Vision.
-Coating feathers/wings/talons in lightning reduces activity by one turn per use.
-C rank lightning techniques refill his batteries back to 6 turns. D ranks give an additional 2 turns.
-While sitting on the user's shoulder Archimedes can be commanded to clamp his talons down to break C rank and below genjutsu. If infused with lightning chakra the talons are able inflict enough pain to break B rank and below genjutsu.
-Only used by Professor Sarutobi.

If non-nekura bodies touch the chakra they receive intense pain in their brain that quickly disables their ability to focus and properly control themselves.
-Lasts for 4 turns.
-Can only use S rank and below ninjutsu while active.
-Can't use other Nekura techniques that are above A rank while active.

Don't break the blue rule... Though the issue for me with it is that its basically, for all intents and purposes, a puppet which you labeled as a CW and doesn't require chakra threads. Such mechanisms and chakra fueled devices are associated with Puppets and Puppet users. I find your weapon collides with that whole field. However, I'll allow it to be checked by a colleague of mine and I'll yield to his opinion.

-Declined- So like Scorps just said, if you want this you can make it only useable by Puppet users, it's design is good, but a self sustaining mechanical owl is a bit too much, and remove the lightning absorption part if you choose to make it exclusive to puppet users.

The mirage will shimmer into existence instead of just appearing like a summon and the larger the mirage the more difficult it will be to create realistic versions of it. Normal sized ninja mirages will be able to look very convincing to most.

Description: The user forms a tiger seal and induces their opponent into an illusion when they are walking or running, in the illusion the ground beneath one of their feet will suddenly explode like a land mine, the opponent will then experience intense pain feeling as if the bottom half of that leg has been blown off. In reality their body will act the same way as if their leg had been damaged (falling on their back, grabbing their leg, screaming) the immense mental stress on the mind and body will linger after the illusion ends causing it to be very hard to move quickly for the next two turns for the opponent.

The "aftermath" damage is a bit too much considering this is an illusion. If the opponent actually doesn't receive real damage how does this technique reduce his abilities once it ends? Besides, make sure this genjutsu is basically the "explosion" and then it ends. Its just that. A momentary illusionary effect that serves to disrupt the running of your target and then its done.

After doing so the user slaps there palms together creating a little water orb inside there hand. Then the user opens there hand in the Bird/rooster handseal . After doing so the user can either flow suiton chakra into there palms while making the orb or do it after the orb is done. Now once they have started releasing the suiton chakra in there palms ,The User slowly closes there palms while still forming the handseal , Making the Giant orb the enemy is trapped in pressure higher and higher as if there going Thousands and thousands of feet below the oceans surface. Once the user closes his palms all the way the pressure is so dense in the giant orb that the enemy body is crushed completely all bones and organs crushed

The Katon chakra first starts out as 5 flames and is then formed into five small orbs at the tips of each finger. The user then grabs hold of their non-dominant hand’s wrist, and expels the massive amounts of chakra all at once; forming extremely intense streams of fire that are somewhat skinny and develop ferocious dragon heads at the end of them that roar as they are launched. The streams are launched at high speeds and have high seeking ability able to swiftly weave in and out of obstacles due to their skinny forms. Each one when connecting with a target explodes in fiery and large maelstrom enough to make a small crater.

-The five orbs singe the user’s fingers badly, and leave the hand in pain when used; the hand can’t be used to make handseals. Until 3 turns have passed

Katon: Saiha) Fire Release: Blazing Blade
Type: Attack

Chakra cost: 30 (-5 per turn to maintain)

Description: The user begins by gathering up a fair amount of katon chakra letting it flow into a gauntlet and then manipulating it around a single area creating a visible flame almost a jet of fire that blasts out. He then compresses the katon chakra into a long thin blade that extends out from the gauntlet. It can be extended from nearly any part of the gauntlet and has both shape and form. It can easily cut through flesh creating deep searing wounds. The blade can be extended out to about the same size as a normal sword and can be used as an extension of the person's own self giving him a longer reach.
Notes:
-Can only be used three times per battle
-Can't use S rank katon the same turn this is used
-The blade can be held for as long as the user continues manipulating Katon Chakra
-While maintaining the blade, the user is unable to mold any other chakra than Fire and can't do handseals.​

Description: The user begins by gathering up an enormous amount of katon chakra into each of their fists or feet. Along the same lines as it's parent technique (Katon: Saiha) Fire Release: Blazing Blade, the user manipulates the katon into dense blades, long and thin with a severe cutting potential almost like boomerangs. However instead of holding the katon chakra and continually feeding it the user releases the katon chakra with swift punching or kicking motions from these punching or kicking motions multiple fair sized blade like projectiles are formed and sent out. These can range in size from as small as a kunai to as long as a full length Claymore. They are able punch through dense earth (A rank and below), and when coming in contact with an opponent they can cause very deep searing wounds that cauterize themselves cutting off blood vessels and stopping blood flow. They can pierce deep enough to cause severe internal damage and can cut off whole limbs if the opponent is struck correctly. These projectiles cannot be controlled once released, but can be very useful in short - long range. Only five consecutive blades can be shot off, and after the blades make contact and cut through something they rebound hitting it again before exploding into a dense explosion of fire that can catch even solid earth on fire, the fire burns until it's put out by an opposing force.

Description: While using his Sage Transformation ability, Jūgo can alter his body part covering a limb or appendage in dozens of three inch spike like bumps. The spikes themselves are very hard, and stiff enough to pierce regular unaltered human flesh. These spikes can therefor pierce flesh and cause additional lacerations and rather deep wounds nothing life threatening but enough to cause a decent amount of excess pain along with a taijutsu movement. These spikes can not exceed three inches and there can be no more then thirty small spike like growths.
-Can only be used by Jūgo
-Can be used thrice
-The spikes can last two turns but deplete chakra to be sustained.

Description: While using his Sage Transformation ability, Jūgo can alter his entire body covering it in hundreds of six - twelve inch spike like growths. The spikes themselves are very hard, and stiff enough to pierce regular unaltered flesh, as well as altered (strengthened, hardened, or imbued with a chakra nature) flesh up to the rank of the technique itself. They can pierce deeply causing near fatal wounds, resembling those of sword strike. These spikes can be shot out in an omnidirectional burst, just like those of a porcupine reaching out to long range skewering anything they hit. They still contain latent Natural Energy, therefor even if they miss by a slight margin they can still cause slight gashes to the surface of the body about two - three inch lacerations but aren't fatal to the opponent. They can be imbued with a chakra nature as well gaining different properties. Raiton: Piercing, and numbing effects. Fuuton: Slicing and cutting properties, they are also the fastest of the natures moving at speeds barely traceable by the human eye, Katon: Burning, and cauterizing properties, enough to cause third degree burns these quill like growths will be hard to remove, almost impossible without severe pain as the wound seals up around the quill due to the severe heat.

-Can only be sustained for four turns unless the spikes are shot off
-The numbing effect from raiton imbued growths only last a turn

I was gonna edit and approve it but the edit would turn out to be severe. Its not an S-Rank technique. +15 to taijutsu...why? and I need you to make it clear its not stackable with anything else. The infusion of elements is a no go. Its organic spikes; part of his body...he can't do that and even if we could assume he could, such a technique already exists (infusing body spikes with elemental chakra to shoot towards the enemy). Also, the natural energy thing? No. It basically means that even if you dodge, you're hit...and thats a no go...specially because Jugo doesn't have cntrol over natural energy like Naruto has while in Sage Mode, meaning he cannot achieve that effect. He isn't a full Senjutsu user.

Description: In the anime it's been shown that Natural Energy can cause explosions this technique is based on that principle but to a much smaller scale then that of the technique shown in the anime. The user must have a means of sensing and absorbing ambient Natural Energy, instead of molding that Natural Energy with their own chakra to create Senjutsu chakra they force the Natural Energy out of their body and into an object or an opponent this sudden burst of Natural Energy creates small explosions of force like that shown in the anime only much weaker. It's enough to break a few bones and cause some internal damage like bruising of the heart and lungs through the force but isn't fatal on it's own. However it can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu to create stronger more focused damage with a punch or kick and can be great for causing crippling internal damage.
-Must be able to absorb Natural Energy
-Must have mastered taijutsu
-Can only be used thrice per battle
-No Senjutsu, Sage Transformation or Sage related techniques can be used in the same turn

Nice technique...but jugo can't use it. Do you have Sage Mode in another bio? If so, resubmit making clear notice that you can only use it while in Sage Mode. If not, don't resubmit without having access to Sage Mode.

Fuuton: 天テンペスト Heavens Tempest

Description:
The user gathers fuuton chakra and channels it to their hands. They hold their hands before them like they're holding a small sphere. Continuing to force the chakra out causes a sphere to form, something that looks similar to a rasengan. The sphere is roughly the same size as a small basket ball in which the chakra is condensed unto. The sphere pulses like a heart and stays still, floating in the place it was created unless it is thrown away from the user directly after creation. This can be done in a matter of moments. Though this jutsu cannot be used as an attack, it does provide a defense of sorts. Upon contact with any type of jutsu may it be smothered by flames, pierce with lightning or merely touched by earth the sphere will explode. Depending on what element is surrounds this technique upon explosion depends on the effects of the aftermath.
  • If engulfed by katon jutsu of lower rank, it will explode adding a +40 to said katon based jutsu.
  • If hit or smothered by raiton based techniques of equal or lower rank, it will explode causing the raiton jutsu to erupt and scatter b-rank raiton senbon outwards in a violent manner.
  • If struck by a fuuton jutsu of equal rank, it creates an S-Rank fuuton explosion
  • If struck by suiton of equal or lower rank, the explosion causes a heavy mist the covers a good amount of the field [Mid Rank Distance] for one turn
  • If struck by earth then it creates a mid distance dust cloud for one turn

The black clouds are similar in composition to those created by Storm Release: Thunder Cloud Inner Wave, and are electrically charged with storm chakra, giving them the appearance of black clouds with streaks of sky-blue energy coursing through it. As the black clouds swirl around the user's body, they quickly form into the shape of a dragon (similar in size to the Earth Dragon technique) before flying off and assaulting the enemy. Due to the way the technique encompasses raging black clouds as well as lightning, its ideal in countering techniques such as Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees, since the lightning will destroy the trees in its path whilst the spiraling vortex of black clouds will disperse the pollen in the vicinity produced by the technique, preventing it from coming into contact with the user's body.

The Ranton armour grants the user a certain level of tolerance to fire-based elements as well as Earth based-ones, as the the moist black clouds will douse the flames before they reach the user's body whilst the surging electricity will serve the purpose of shattering earthen constructs which make contact with the armour. Furthermore, due to the constantly surging stream of storm coursing through the black clouds, anyone unfortunate enough to come into contact with the user will undergo a severe shock, leaving them paralyzed for one whole turn (full body paralysis). However, aside from these normal benefits, the raging armour of black clouds and storm bolts provides an ability unparalleled by all other elemental armours. The force generated by the whirling black clouds means any gas-based elements targeting/residing in the area of the user will be blown away, causing them to be dispersed and pushed away from the user's position, making sure they don't happen to inhale them. Not only that, but the inclusion of electricity in the black clouds also means that it will neutralize many gas-based elements entirely e.g. Fluorine Release or Carbon Release. A powerful enough wind elemental technique can blow the clouds away to forcefully deactivate the user's armour.

How can you see if you are surrounded in black clouds? chakra cost per turn? The affection of nearby gases is something that would be more akin of wind release or wind based techniques, not storm release. I also think this should be A-Rank, not S-Rank. And to maintain it active you need to sacrifice or restrict something while you fuel chakra into it.

The relic is a glove that is to be worn on the right hand of the wielder. To activate, the user must channel the necessary amount of chakra (60) to the glove. The glove then turns into the Alter and transforms the user right arm into a weapon. It first level is called "Shell Bullet". It covers the arm with protective metal armor, which is mostly golden in color but with orange and gray sections also, the user's right hand is divided into orange and red plating, with metallic claws for fingernails and creates three red curved fins of metal jutting out from his right shoulder blade that stores the chakra that was used to activate this weapon. The fins break apart & release the chakra that burst outwards to propel the user forward at great speed, increasing the power of his strikes, which I label them as Bullets.

Bullets: Each Bullet are the same and do the same thing. The order of which a fin is use starts from the bottom one to the top one. Once you use a fin, it be destroyed and the chakra will be channeled into the Alter which you can use to launch yourself at great speed towards your opponent. Your body wont be able to keep up with the Alter, so you will be above the ground by about five inches. Once your fist comes in contact with your target, you release the chakra the that was in the Alter towards your target. The result will be a powerful punch that will send your target back flying a few meters and crushing his/her rib cage and sternum.

Restrictions:
-Can only be used once per turn and three times in a battle.
-Its a tunnel vision attack which mean you can't change direction while you're doing the move.
-If you miss on your first attempt, the chakra that was in the Alter will be gone by then.

Notes:
-If your target is at long range(10+ meters) it takes four seconds for you to reach your target.
-Mid range, it takes two seconds.
-Close range, it takes one second.
-Because of the speed which you go at, you are able break through any B-Rank and below Earth jutsu(such as walls and domes etc.); and resist any B-Rank and below Fire jutsu. But as a result, you'll be slowed down by half speed.

Description: This is the second stage of the Alter. To reach to this stage the user must use up all three of his Bullets and then wait five turns for the Alter to automatically transform to its second stage. I
t now takes the appearance of a predominantly orange plating that now extends across half of the limb's length before segmenting in half. Four orange fins extend around the right-hand side of the user's face (towards his right eye), and a large golden propeller located where the three red fins used to be. This propeller grants the user flight by using chakra.
On his fist is a small aperture which can absorb the energy that Fire and Lightning exerts which is needed for his Shell Bullet Burst to work.

Energy Absorption: This ability does not absorb the whole jutsu but only absorb the energy it exerts. It only absorb the energy of Fire and Lightning techniques. This ability is relevant because the Shell Bullet Burst ability needs the energy of one of the two elements in order to be completed.

Propeller: This allows you to have the ability of flight. It last for the whole turn and can only be used three times in a battle.

Shell Bullet Burst(SBB): This move is just like the Shell Bullet but stronger because of energy from the Fire/Lightning jutsu. The user channels all of his collected energy and chakra into his orb, causing a blinding golden light to emit from his right hand, before throwing a punch at a target. The resulting strike releases all of the energy in one blast, extending well beyond the user's melee range (effective to at least dozens of meters) and retaining the golden luminence in the shape of a fist which is about half the size of Gai's Daytime Tiger. The blast of the punch is great enough to break every bone in the targets body and moderately burn his/her flesh.

Description: Deep within the deserts of the Wind country, a group of nomads known as the Dothraki graze over the miles of sand for an unknown amount of generations. The leader of this clan of people is known as the Khal. He/she who carries such an honorable title carries an ancient sword from the first clansmen of this tribe. It's hilt is made of the unknown metals of the unforgiving desert, the blade - straight at the bottom then curves out and in like the high half moon. Made for slashing, hooking, and even the ability to puncture with accuracy. However, this blade is not of normal origin, it gives he/she whom wields the title of Khal, power of lingering wrath. The blades connects with the energy of the wielder, the mere soul of the wielder gains influence. Due to he close ties between blade and energy, when raised above the user it lets out a wave of chakra/energy that is able to block oncoming assaults. Yet, the power of influence goes beyond petty aggression. When used it gives the ability to have those against you and whom are with you different effects. In an a source of incursion is nearby, the power of the blade with use of the users chakra/energy is unleashes and cause those against the reign to bow in respect. For those whom follow willingly, the blade grants them strength. The Dothraki believe in obedience and trust in their leader and the blade sings of such triumphs of them, with a swing of the blade, the sword is surrounded by that of chakra/energy clansmen that can move off the blade and attack beyond the short range or add additional power to each swing. A blade of the people, of the tribe, of the Khal.

Restriction: The idea of this 'Custom Weapon' was for it to be used by my Kioyshi biography hence why I used chakra/energy. So, there forth if used with my Kiyoshi biography energy will be used rather then chakra.
Restriction: The ability known as 'Hail the Khal!' is only usable once per conflict & causes a target of equal rank or below to bow for a couple seconds (acting more of a stun rather than a spruce of obedience)
Restriction: The ability known as 'Those who follow!' is only usable once per conflict & causes up to other teammates an increase of +10 in their most sought after power (i.e. specialty that their biography holds, only for one element/KG/clan ability)
Restriction: 'Ask, thy shall receive!' ability also effects the welder as well but only for 2 turns while it affects teammates for 3 turns.
Restriction: The ability known as 'Under thy Wing!' is only usable once per conflict & stops an attack up to A-Rank of any kind.
Restriction: The ability known as 'The Proud Few!' is only usable twice per conflict & it has the ability to let out multiple chakra/energy clansmen to come from the sword and attack a target along with the user. It's a form of manipulation and can even stay on the sword itself and increase the range with either the clansmen fusing out of it with extended spears or staffs. With each swing allows for a clansmen to come from the sword and fight right along with the user.

Description: Kyuushuu is a folding blade with intricate mechanisms. By squeezing the hilt of the blade, a large stainless steel blade forms and protrudes from it. The blade is thin and light making it easy to carry. The dimensions of the sword is about 55 cm long or 1.80 feet. This would classify it in the realm of the length of a normal Katana. Even tough the blade itself is thin, It is extremely durable and nearly indestructible. Located in the hilt of the sword is a mechanism that holds iron wire. The wire that is in the hilt is refined, thin and sharpened allowing the wire to be able to severe the flesh of enemies. The Wire is released when a button is pressed on the bottom of the hilt. A compartment opens causing the wire to shoot out from the hilt and wrap its self around the desired target set by the user. If the hilt of the sword is held incorrectly by the opponent, the wire will eject from the hilt and wrap itself around the enemies arm. Small gears in the Hilt start to turn constricting the wires more until they slice the opponent arm off into a dozen pieces. After this takes place, the wire then retract into the hilt of the blade and the compartment closes. The sword being able to fold in on its self into hilt eliminates the need for a sheathe and allows it to be stored easily or concealing in small places. Once per turn, chakra can be channeled through the wires to increased their destructive power. The chakra can coat the wires so that it can dull down their cutting power but increase its strength so that I can be able to form traps and even support a full grown man to save him from a free fall. The user may also choose to add enough chakra so that is can restrict a small summon like Gamaken. The Wires from the sword can only reach to short range (5m or 16 feet). While restricting summons or using it to attack the user,It counts as one move towards the 3 move limit. For the actual use of the blade, when used to cut the opponent is leaves light yet deep cuts that aren't visible to the naked eye. This is used for the illusion of silent and unseen assassinations and murder. Even though the cuts are light, It still has the cutting power of slicing through the body with great ease.

-Declined- Ok i'm fine with it but a few things need to be explained, like for example how exactly if the opponent holds the hilt of the sword "in a bad way" the wires will shoot out, secondly, restricting a summon that's as big as Gamaken would require a substantial amount of wires, definitely won't be capable of storing it within a sword's hilt, so your only option for that is Fuuinjutsu.

As their pride grows, their chakra goes along with it.(The Pride is obtained obviously through victorious battles and training so when I say that chakra is directly connected to pride, I mean that increased chakra is because of learning and training.) After meditating for large periods of time, it frees up the mind and stresses on ones body. This allows advanced chakra control. After years of mastering this form of meditation the user can clear their mind in a matter of seconds yet it requires no movement. The Samurai forces a large amount of chakra out of his body into the air around him that is visible to the human eye. The chakra is compressed into a denser form and molded. The Samurai shapes this dense chaka into an aura around him shaped like a person. This figure has long flowing hair and stands tall above the user about 10 feet tall. This figure is made out of pure chakra and is see through but is not defined to the point where you can see its face. Arms are formed around the samurai in like a coddling position where 1 arm is protecting the user. The second arms holds a katana that is held at the side of figure(figure can be made without the katana). Even though this technique was created by Samurai it can easily be learned and used by a Shinobi also since that said Shinobi 9 times out of 10 has higher chakra manipulation abilities than a normal Samurai. This condensed form of chakra around the user doesn't slow them down anymore nor does it speed them up. In combat, the figure does the fighting for the user, the only role the samurai has is motion. All techniques that are used by the figure are amplified giving Kenjutsu techniques a 10+ damage stat bonus along with a +10 taijutsu. Being the ultimate defense for Samurai's, the figure can defend the user from S-rank or below physical techniques for elemental techniques only A-rank and below can be effectively defended against. However every hit the user takes full on force from an elemental attack reduces the turns this figure can stay up by 1 because even more a master Samurai it is difficult for them to continue to supplying chakra to it. Due to it only being able to handle S-rank physical attack this means that it can handle up to 80 damage. If the damage exceeds 80 damage the attack will pierce through the figure and hit the user. After deactivation, the Samurai is exhausted and all the things that were cleared from his/her come rushing back putting stress back on them. For this, they are weakened for period of time. (This technique is based off the Uchiha's Susano'o.)

Even though this technique was created by Samurai it can easily be learned and used by a Shinobi also since that said Shinobi 9 times out of 10 has higher chakra manipulation abilities than a normal Samurai. This condensed form of chakra around the user doesn't slow them down anymore nor does it speed them up. In combat, the figure does the fighting for the user, the only role the samurai has is motion. All techniques that are used by the figure are amplified giving Kenjutsu techniques a 10+ damage stat bonus along with a +10 taijutsu. Being the ultimate defense for Samurai's, the figure can defend the user from S-rank or below physical techniques for elemental techniques only A-rank and below can be effectively defended against. However every hit the user takes full on force from an elemental attack reduces the turns this figure can stay up by 1 because even more a master Samurai it is difficult for them to continue to supplying chakra to it. Due to it only being able to handle S-rank physical attack this means that it can handle up to 80 damage. If the damage exceeds 80 damage the attack will pierce through the figure and hit the user. After deactivation, the Samurai is exhausted and all the things that were cleared from his/her come rushing back putting stress back on them. For this, they are weakened for period of time. (This technique is based off the Uchiha's Susano'o.)

Ok the incinerating the opponents chakra supply part is irking me. This barrier would, from what I understand, drain the chakra of those inside (a certain amount per turn) which would prevent them from using above X-rank techniques while inside it. The barrier itself will be able to sustain up to X-rank attacks from both inside and outside. While inside, they should be immune from external techniques as anything that could be used to attack who is inside would break the barrier.

Description: The user draws some blood and performs the Snake hand seal to summon Ares. He is a giant elephant with an intimidating appearance.
He is about the size of Gamabunta with proportionate trunk & tusks to his body size which projects in front of his head. His trunk can reach up to short range in front of him when fully extended and can be used to grab objects or persons.
He has a hard spiked metal armor covering his head & face with spiked metal knee cups with several war wounds over his entire body.
Abilities:
  • Ares is capable of using fire jutsus up to A rank without the need of hand seals using his mouth/trunk.
  • Because of his heavy armored body, he can destroy small obstacles with ease and can break defenses up to B rank by dashing against them.
  • When summoned he can intimidate other summoning animals which are smaller in size compared to him and can momentarily paralyze them with fear for one turn (passive ability).
  • He is able to suck in objects and targets within the short range in front of his trunk's openings, which counts as user's move if used.
  • His skin is dry & rough (which is a natural ability of elephants) and can resist damage from simple projectiles like kunais, shurikens, senbons.

  • Can only be summoned once per battle & must have signed Elephant contract to summon Ares.
  • Can stay in the field for 4 turns once summoned.

I dislike such big summons because this is where it becomes illogical. ITs the same size as Gamabunta right? so its 100 meters tall...and his trunk only reaches short range, meaning its trunk is 5 meters long? Make him smaller. Or its virtually useless in battle. Also, no need to make this so complex. The "sucking" ability can't be made as that is a copy of Baku's, danzo's cannon summon, ability. Rest is fine.

Description: Sulfuras is the legendary war hammer made from the combination of various metals extracted from the molten lava from the volcano within the very depths of Iwagakure.

Sulfuras is a heavy hammer about 3 feet in length and contains several flame shaped designs all over its body. In spite of its heaviness, the user can handle it pretty much like handling a light weapon because of his continuous training with this hammer for a very long time.
Sulfuras has a hammer-head from which several sharp spikes project outwards symmetrically. The weight of the head end and the handle is exactly the same which allows the user to handle it with ease.

The head end of the hammer is primarily used for most of the attacks and the handle is covered with a thick insulated material for better grip. Though Sulfuras is primarily meant to be used for producing severe blunt damage, because of the several sharp symmetrical projections on its head it can also inflict penetrating damage (up to few centimeters) while during an attack and the penetration by the spikes on its head helps in converting the entirety of the blunt force generated into a tearing force on contact with the opponents.

Sulfuras is usually carried strapped to the user's back with the handle upwards so that it can be taken out relatively with ease in a combat.

Abilities:
  • Sulfuras can be used a basic blunt weapon like an ordinary hammer but because of the spikes on its head, Sulfuras is also capable of producing penetrating injury along with blunt force injury which converts the blunt force attack into a tearing force when it comes in contact with the opponent's body.
  • Sulfuras being made from a combination of metals obtained from the volcano naturally has high thermal storage capacity and it can be heated to higher temperatures quickly without itself becoming molten.
    [*]The Sulfuras is capable of storing and utilizing fire chakra and raw chakra from the user.
  • The user can channel his fire chakra into the hammer head via the handle and can heat up the hammer head up to 300 degree Celsius. This makes the hammer head and part of the handle glow with a faint orange-yellow glow. This heated up hammer head can be used to attack the opponents to produce severe third degree burns on hit. The insulated handle of the hammer protects the user from thermal damage from handling the hot Sulfuras.
  • While not channeling his fire chakra, the user can channel his raw chakra through Sulfuras and store it within the hammer head, which can be released rapidly from its head end just at the moment of its contact with the target to produce a blunt-penetrating damage which is equivalent to the damage caused by B rank taijutsu and can break down defenses up to B rank.
    This raw chakra channeled Sulfuras can also be hammered forcefully on to the ground which sends tremors, rises up dirt and causes several cracks to develop on the ground in front of it up to mid range into which the opponents may get get trapped.
Restrictions:
  • Sulfuras is indestructible.
  • Sulfuras can only be wielded by me (-Jiraiya-).
  • The user can channel his fire chakra into Sulfuras up to 4 times per battle. The user channels his fire chakra which heats up the hammer head in the same turn and the heat lasts for another 2 turns without the need of continuous channeling of fire chakra.

Description: The Mugenjin is one of the highly searched, legendary sword even among the great five nations which has taken a countless lives during the 2nd ninja war.

This legendary sword was said to be forged by the master sword smith Arai Shakku, the head of Takumi Village (Literally meaning "Village of Artisans") during the formation of 5 great nations using a secret alloy combination which made the sword near hard as diamond and conferred protection against corrosion by rust.

It was rumored that the Mugenjin was lost in the chaos of the 2nd great ninja war somewhere in the depths of the hidden grass village. This sword came into the possession of -Jiraiya- while he went a stealth mission to the hidden grass village where he accidentally discovered it in a hidden cave. Since then -Jiraiya- became the wielder of the Mugenjin.

Externally the Mugenjin appears as a regular sword of normal size with a bright lustrous blade and a deep dark purple hilt of higher insulation quality residing in a deep dark purple sheath. But on very close examination of the blade, one can see a fine serrated edge flaked away in a regular pattern, which has become soaked in the flesh and body fat of the victims it had cut/killed over the years.

Abilities:
  • Each serration on the blade has a micro-pore leading to a blind end(of few millimeters) within the sword which acts by passive capillary action to store the oils/fats which comes in contact with blade.
  • Further the serration itself can grab the fat particles from the opponents owing to friction.
  • The wielder can also feed the sword with oil from externally by pouring it over the sword but the imbibing action/quality of the sword requires no special technique by the user as it is passive due to the capillary action of the micro-pores in the sword.
  • As a result above special qualities, the wielder can ignite the imbibed fat/oils using his fire/lightning chakra or lightning sparks or fire jutsus from externally.
  • The Mugenjin can be used as a normal sword when not using any special jutsus through it, but the oil/fat imbibing quality of the sword continues to work until the space in serrations and storage sacs are saturated as it is a passive quality of the sword due to capillary action and friction produced while coming in contact with the opponent's flesh.

You can store fire chakra in it? why and for what purpose? what is the rank of this shockwave-like effect you get when you hit the ground? what does it actually do and why would the opponent be trapped in it? its it a blunt or a penetrating impact on contact when used on an enemy?

And the effects seems to be even more disastrous as the moment the injection is stuck at the opponent's back, his reactions and reflexes drops down to zero, restricting him from making even the slightest of movement. The liquid also starts soaking the water from the body, starting from the eyes and ending to the feet. This causes dizziness and eventual blindness as no water is present in the eyes. Numbness thus caused makes the opponent fall unconscious.

Description: This is an advanced and useful technique in which user concentrates his wind chakra onto his complete body, creating a thick and sharp layer of wind chakra. After a split second the layer de-attaches from the user and forms somewhat a thick hollow sphere which starts rotating at great rate around him, defending the user in close proximity and from other techniques and heavy projectiles. Description: This is quite a deadly Fire release technique that's deemed forbidden even among Sage Mode users, the user performs a set of 5 handseals after gathering a substantial amount of natural chakra combined with Fire chakra, using natural chakra instead of the user's own chakra reserves so that the technique can achieve more powerful standards, the user gathers the chakra inside his throat and release the fire chakra out of his mouth while using shape manipulation to form the fire into a multitude of 3 full sized dragons of fire, these dragons head towards the opponent as chakra tracking missiles, tracking the opponent's chakra through the application of natural energy and heading towards the destination, the user can choose either to ram the dragons straight up against the target's structure/body, pushing through it, unlike most fire techniques, due to the condensation of natural energy, the dragons of fire assume a physical structure, being capable to punch through concrete with ease. The user can also choose to take use of the dragon's shape, causing the dragon's body to wrap around a certain structure or opponent to entrap them, each of these dragons has a size comparable to that of the Wood Release: Wood Dragon Technique. Use of this technique depletes the user of natural chakra, and exhausts his stamina, causing his speed to be cut in half, while not being able to perform Forbidden ranked techniques for a specific amount of time. Each Dragon can be manipulated and used individually once released for different purposes.

When this is done 5 large pillars will be summoned in long range that makes the shape of a 5 pointed star with chains going back and forth between the pillars, connecting them and making a pentagram in the center of it which will be were the user and the opponent will be at. The pentagram reaches into the edge of mid range all around and the chains all covered in kanji bearing the word "Absorb". As such, when within the radius of the pentagram the chains will activate with a purple glow and start siphoning away both of their chakra including the techniques they make, drawing the chakra into the chains like a magnet and making any technique above A rank unusable. The purple glow the chains exude are similar to the violet flame pillar technique because touching any of the chains before the technique is over or destroyed will cause the person touching it to be painfully engulfed in purple flames. This is made possible due to the chakra the technique has drained "fueling" it This technique can be destroyed easily by destroying 2 of the pillars with an A rank technique.

Description: This seal utilizes one of the most basic functions of seals, which is to simply seal normal everyday things. This particular seal contains twice the amount of water as "Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave" creates and works like a gate. With the user's chakra controlling how much the gate opens. When the user wishes to create a water technique that needs a water source he will channel his chakra into the seal. The amount of chakra the user channels into the seal (eg 20 points of chakra for a B rank, 40 points for a S rank) controls how much water is available from it. Depending on the technique, the correct amount of water is made available from the seal and the technique that the user wishes to use will burst forth from the seal. The rest of the water will be "behind the gate" and thus can be used for future techniques. Since the water technique comes from the seal the user can place the seal wherever he wishes on his body.

With the user's chakra controlling how much the gate opens. When the user wishes to create a water technique that needs a water source he will channel his chakra into the seal. The amount of chakra the user channels into the seal (eg 20 points of chakra for a B rank, 40 points for a S rank) controls how much water is available from it.Depending on the amount of chakra focused into the seal, it will release the needed amount of water for the desired technique and not a drop more. Since the user is molding his chakra in conjunction with the release of the water, it seems as if there is no time between the release of the water from the seal and the actual forming of the technique. The rest of the water will remain in the seal and thus can be used for future techniques.This seal lets the user use large water techniques that require a source when in a place where it would normally be impossible. Unlike techniques that create a water source, this doesn't give the opponent a water source to work with, thus making this seal a very good alternative for water source creating techniques. Since the user is only focusing his chakra into the seal so that it will leak the correct amount of water, the user isn't wasting excess chakra.

When this is done seals containing lightning chakra will form over those locations with the kanji (ブーム) for boom, in a circle of 4 meter radius for each seal location. When a foreign chakra passes over one of these circles they will release an upwards pulse of lightning that will paralyze the target when hit by the lightning pulse. The lightning pulse will be quick and will briefly skew the opponents chakra system due to the sudden rush of foreign chakra that has pulsed through their tenketsu, preventing the use of S rank and above techniques from the target for 1 turn.

Description:The user places the opponent under a genjutsu where he makes the opponents brain think his/her eyes are dry which forces the opponents tear ducts to release a single tear in each eye. The second the opponent closes his/her eyes they will feel as if a watery adhesive has stuck their eyelids together keeping them closed. The adhesive will then heat up at a rapid rate scorching the front of the opponent’s eye which results in the opponent becoming blind for two turns after the ending of the genjutsu, due to shock and mental damage of the optic nerve. (While the opponent is experiencing the increasing heat/burning sensation, their optical nerve is what is actually taking strain. The delusional heat and apparent frontal optical pain is directionally proportional to the damage getting done to the optic nerve in the brain.) The damage and shock to the optic nerve reduces the amount of sight the user has. (If the genjutsu is broken after the heat has started the opponent will have very blurred vision for the next turn due to the damage done to the optic nerve.)

Note: The genjutsu ends after the opponents second turn of feeling the heated sensation.

(Sono Katana Ni Seken) - The Sword of Two Worlds

Description: The origin of the blade is uncertain, through the ages it was called a useless pretty sword by many who did not understand it and had no faith in it. It is made out of an extremely hard metal which is infused with small chakra utilising particles/minerals (Similar to the metal used in chakra blades,) It is lethally sharp, light and quite easy to handle. The chakra extracting alloy forces the blade to give off a luminescent white light (instead of the regular blue that is emitted when chakra is infused) when the user’s chakra is accessible to it. The blade instantly siphons chakra from the user the moment its hilt is connected with its owner chakra, which creates the chakra induced luminescent light to appear from the blade. The light that is emitted from the blade is not large but it illuminates enough for an opponent standing at a distance to think that the user is holding a sword that’s blade is made out of pure light. The user cannot control the siphoning rate of his chakra and cannot restrict the amount of light that is emitted by the blade. The blade manipulates the users chakra, to cast a C Rank illusion in the vicinity of three meters around the blade. Anyone who looks at the blade, whose chakra isn’t associated with it will have a short momentary lapse in duration judgement. Effects and events around the blade will seem slow, sluggish and delayed for three seconds whereas the ability of illusion lasts for only two seconds. The blade continuously siphons chakra for this effect to work but the ability cannot be harnessed by those who don’t have an adept knowledge and mastery of the illusionary arts. (Otherwise the level of chakra manipulation required would be uncontrolled and therefore the user would constantly cast himself under the illusion.) The blade eventually becomes familiar with its owner’s chakra signature and overtime its chakra consumption decreases as the two become more acquainted but, the constant consumption of chakra will never dissipate. The first withdrawal of the blade consumes the most chakra, withdrawal after that doesn’t consume chakra besides its constant usage cost. The sword acts as a basic sword for the first month of ownership and only resonates a weaker light that has no effect besides siphoning the users chakra.

Description: The user will form three hand seals then slam their hand on the ground summoning a large amount of small nin-leeches underground. The leeches stay a few centimetres below the surface underneath the opponent, whilst there they will create a large closely knit and filled circular formation that spans over an eight meter radius beneath the opponent with the opponent being at its epicentre. The leeches will stay centimetres underneath the opponent’s feet. The leeches will secrete their chakra, allowing it to flow onto each other creating constructive and destructive chakra interference with one another. The leeches formed chakra plate will be low enough to be undetected by the naked eye, but not too low preventing the opponent from performing jutsu’s that requires the ground as its medium. The releasing/secretion of their chakra interrupts/distorts; the chakra shape and manipulation required to form ground catalytic jutsus. (All nin-leeches have sensory abilities) Their sensory abilities allow the leeches to hone onto the opponent chakra allowing them to swiftly follow his/her movements while leaving no physical representation of their presence at all.
