Description: Genjutsu: Tetsugaku Itonami is a very unique Genjutsu technique amongest all the genjutsu techniques. The technique resides in to two parts. The first part which is the literally part and the second part which is the illusionary part. In the process of performing the technique, the user starts off by talking about philosophy in order to make his opponent ready for the technique. After finishing the user's philosophic speech making his opponent ready to be inserted into the illusion, the user focuses his chakra into the opponent's nervous system in his mind making his philosophic spheech turns into lots and lots of doubts which would be an aftereffect of the speech. Some are why is he doing this? Why is he even fighting and what is valuable about this life? And some are why is he even in this life? Why is he fighting in this life? And why would he try to waste another life in this world? The doubts that is to insert into the opponent's mind all depends on the user's words as each word would insert a different doubt into the opponent's mind. With all of this doubts within the opponent's head, the opponent's mind wouldn't be able to take it and therefore would stop working after three turns of being fallen into this technique which would cause the opponent to faint unless he somehow releases himself out of it.

Note: Can only be taught by Kamishiro
Note: After being trapped within the technique for one turn, the opponent would have a headache that would bother him a lot and after being trapped within the technique for two turns the opponent would have a major headache which would force him to perform nothing more than two techniques a turn
Note: Cannot perform any Genjutsu technique higher than A-rank while being active
Note: Lasts 3 turns after which the opponent would faint unless de-activated by the user or escaping from by the opponent

DNR. This is not an illusion. You cannot control your opponents mind with normal Genjutsu. You set upon his senses an illusion to which he is free to react in aany way. You cannot control how he reacts. Where one person might be affected by this "philosophical" speech, another might even laugh it and ridicule it.

Description: While performing a technique that requires so much focus and would put pressure on the person such as Raikiri, Chidori, any variation of Rasengan or any other technique that would put pressure on the opponent, the user puts his chakra into the opponent's nervous system in the opponent's mind putting the opponent trapped in an illusion. This illusion is different than most of the other illusions, it won't cause the opponent to see something happening and in the reality it isn't or any sort of that. This illusion will cause the opponent to feel pain in the organ he uses the technique through ( the hand in Rasengan and Raikiri and Chidori's case). This pain isn't realistic though, the illusion the user casts would causes the opponent to believe that the cause of this pain is that they misused the technique or did something wrong which caused them not to be able to control the technique completely and therefore the pressure the technique causes effected their organ. This pain causes the user not to be able to use this hand (incase it is a technique that uses the hand as host for handseals or throwing objects or doing any techniques through the center of their organ (the palm in the hand's case) as long as the technique is active.

Note: No other genjutsu technique while this technique is active on the opponent

The idea is cool and it hasn't been done before but the whole "pressure" reference, doesn't make a single shred of sense.

[Genjutsu: Chuumitsu Kiri] - Illusionary Arts: Thick Mist

Description: Meanwhile the user in an area that possesses a mist or some sort of a water vapor (such as Kirigakure) or after creating a mist using "(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu" (made by the opponent or the user) The user uses that to his side and casts a genjutsu on the opponent(s) causing them to feel that the mist is so thick that they cannot breathe efficiently as they used to breathe, not only that but they feel that due to the fact that they cannot breathe as efficient as they used to their pressure gets lowered causing them to have a headache alongside with sweating heavily due to their pressure being lowered. This however would just affect the opponent with his speed as long as his eye sight in case that he doesn't have any Dojutsu that would allow him to see through the mist (such as Byakugan). This however doesn't mean that they won't see well, they will just see things blured in front of their eye as long as having put so much attention in order to see correctly in the mist (not blured).

Note: Effects of the technique remains active as long as the jutsu active

Description: A simple technique in which the user focuses lightning chakra into his sword causing it glow, thus producing a blinding light, as the opponent is blinded the user strikes down the opponent with a strong sword slash.

(Water Release: Calling of Demons) - Suiton: Tenshoku Aki*

Description: This technique requires the user to be in direct contact with a surface, once that contact has been established the technique begins; the user must apply chakra to his feet in order to stick to the ground, then he/she will go through a series of 18 hand seals, as the final hand seal(tiger) is performed, water would begin to rise from the ground, this happens due to the user spreading their chakra into the earth and raising the water from the earth to the surface.
-The amount of water summoned is 8 meters maximum, the water would gush upwards, but since the user has applied chakra to his feet and has stuck to the ground, he will not be sent 'flying' with the water into the sky, this does not mean that the user won't drown of he doesn't get out in a logical time.
-Ussr will sustain damage to himself(30) if the amount of water summoned exceeds his height, this is due to the water gushing at a fast rate.
-If used on a barren land(Suna/Iwa) then only 5 meters maximum of water can be summoned.
-The water summoned would be imbedded with the user chakra, the chakra will remain present for 2 turns, this also means that Sensors/Sharingan/Byakugan/etc would have more difficulty in finding the user if he is in the wate.
-Usable 2 times.
-2 turn interval must separate the usage.
-Must have water training complete and be of Kage rank(chakra control better, concentration better, etc) to use.

(Katon: Katon Rasen Kiri) Fire Release: Fire Spiral Drill

Description: The user will begin by jumping into the air while channeling his katon chakra into both of his feet causing flames to appear around them, while also spinning around at great speeds at the same time. As the user spins around in the air the wind from the spinning and the spinning motion itself causes the flames around the user's feet to not only grow in size, but also spin around the user causing it to take on the form of a fiery drill. The fiery drill surrounds half of the user's body, where the tip of the fiery drill starts at the feet and ends at the user's mid-section. Once the flaming drill has been formed, the user will then come crashing down on top of his enemy. The force of the impact when hit will cause the opponent to come crashing down onto the ground while the flames themselves will severely burn the opponent to where they will suffer from 3rd degree burns all over their body.

Description:Ittō Kasō is a forbidden offensive technique where the practitioner can only activate the jutsu by using either of his arms as a catalyst. The user will begin by performing two hand-seals where he will then start channeling 60 percent of his katon chakra into either his left or right arm and begin compressing it. As the user compresses it he will grab a hold of his opponent with the arm that is being used as the catalyst, and as he grabs his enemy, cracks will start forming on the arm releasing a bright, red, glowing light. The moment the arm starts to crack the user will release the compressed fire chakra in the arm out onto the opponent where it will rise up as a large pillar of fire in the shape of the tip of a blade that incinerates the enemy instantly. Since the user is grabbing hold of his opponent when the blast is released, his own arm will be incinerated in the process along with him being blown backwards from the force of the jutsu.

Restrictions:
- Due to using so much chakra to perform this jutsu, the user will be extremely exhausted afterwards.
- No fire jutsus are to be used in the same turn as this.
- The user will lose his ability to use fire jutsus for the rest of the battle.
- Can only be used once.
- The user will lose the arm that is being used as the catalyst along with suffering from minor burns over his body from the heat of the blast.

Description: The user will make Ox > Tiger hand-seals and begin channeling his fire chakra through out his body where he will then release it into the ground beneath the target. A circular pyroglyphic symbol will appear on the ground below the opponent, where four large pillars of fire will rise up from four smaller circles located on the pyroglyph. Each fire pillar will rise up at an angle and connect together above the target forming a fiery pyramid that traps them inside. Upon being trapped inside, the heat from the pillars will begin burning the opponents skin.
Note: Can only be taught by Albel Nox.

Note: The fire prison lasts for two turns.
Note: Must wait one turn after the pillar has ended before using again.

(Doton: Yottsu chō shizen ken no jutsu) Earth Release: Four Supernatural Fists Technique

Description: Charging their Doton chakra into their back, the user will use there chakra to 'grow' two extra arms from their shoulder blades. These arms are slightly longer than the users original arms in such a way that all four wrists are in line when holding there arms out in front of them. These arms can be used in a multitude of ways as they are controlled by the user as if they were their normal arms, they also become incorporated into the users chakra network, using them to support Kenjutsu, Taijutsu and even Ninjutsu. These arms can be used to perform hand seals for elemental jutsu as well. These arms give; a +10 damage boost to all kenjutsu attacks if they are used to support the hands in the swing or action with the sword; they also give a +10 damage boost to all taijutsu punches by adding an extra fist to each hit; and finally these arms can create rasengan and remove the need for shadow clones when using (Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiralling Sphere by using the arms to add the necessary rotation to the rasengan.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta,
- Can only be used four times,
- The arms remain for three turns or until the user cancels the jutsu,

The back arms are slightly longer than the users original arms in such a way that the users normal wrists are in line with the back arms wrists when holding them out in front of them. The arms grown from the side of the body, are the same length as the users normal arms. These arms can be used in a multitude of ways as they are controlled by the user as if they were their normal arms, they also become incorporated into the users chakra network, using them to support Kenjutsu, Taijutsu and even Ninjutsu. These arms can be used to perform hand seals for other jutsu in the event the normal arms become occupied. These arms give; a +20 damage boost to all kenjutsu attacks if they are used to support the hands in the swing or action with the sword; they also give a +30 damage boost to all taijutsu punches by adding two extra fists to each hit; and finally these arms can create rasengan and remove the need for shadow clones when using (Tsuin Rasengan) – Twin Spiralling Sphere by using the arms to add the necessary rotation to the rasengan.

Description: The Tsuyo-sa no Yama is a specially designed ring designed to serve as an extra reservoir of chakra, stored in the perfect Emerals embedded within the chakra resonating metal. Etched onto the surface of the Emerald, is the Symbol of the Hidden Rain Village (||||), which serves as the seal to both release and store chakra within the ring. The ring can hold 200 points of chakra for the explicit use of replenishing the bearers chakra, by releasing 40 points per turn into the users chakra network once per turn. Besides this 200 points of chakra, the ring has a greater reserve of chakra that can be used to boost the rank of any jutsu (with the exceptions of Taijutsu, Genjutsu and non chakra based Kenjutsu) up to B-rank by one rank, three times per match which is only applicable to one jutsu every second turn. If the user wishes, this same rank-boosting reservoir can boost the range of a short-range genjutsu up to Mid-range three times per match, applicable only to one jutsu every second turn. The rank boosting and Genjutsu boosting abilities can only be done three times in total, meaning that the bearer can boost a ninjutsu rank twice and boost the range of a genjutsu once, making sure the cool-down periods are still adhered to. The chakra reservoir of the ring, is completely seperated from the user chakra network with the exception of a brief moment when the bearer taps into the reserve, meaning that the rings chakra can break the user out of genjutsu up to A-rank, if they are in a proper mental state to focus on the release of the rings chakra. As an additional ability the bearer can store up to 20 points of chakra per turn into the ring, to replenish the 200 point reservoir which can then again be accessed again after the minimal 40 points has been stored.
Notes:
- Only Shinta and those allowed to by him, can wield this ring.
- Must know Fuuinjutsu to access the chakra reserves and store more chakra within.
- No more than 200 points of chakra can be stored in the ring.
- The reservoir can be accessed so long as chakra is present within, however the boosting abilities can only be used three times a match.
- Only the bearers chakra can be infused into the ring.

Hime has some Leopon Art techniques that is unique to Hime herself. Hime is nearly the size of a lion, with a thin and muscular body, but her legs are shorter, like a leopard's.

Description: The user makes one handseal, and fades away in the background leaving a small after image for the blink of an eye. This will make the opponent think the user moved with high speed. Then the opponent will see a hand emerging from their heart. On the hand, there are random sparks appearing, as if it was coated with lighting. The pain and shock will leave the opponent fall to the ground, and counter attack behind, thinking the opponent is still there. Then, the user will be free to strike the opponent's back.
-Can only be used once every 4 turns.
-Cannot use any high level genjutsu (A-rank or above) for the next turn
-Must have mastered genjutsu, and be a specialist in it

Last restriction is a filler. Remove it. Also, you need to explain in detail what you're doing in reality while this illusion is under effect and also what is happening to the target in reality while its under its effects. Also, reword the description slightly. Look at the part I colored. Needs rewording to make sense.

(Jigoku e no tabi) - A trip to hell

Description: This is a double layered genjutsu, consisted of 2 A-rank genjutsu. At first, the opponent will suddenly realize his whole body is warped by explosive tags, which make him unable to move. The user will seemingly perform a single hand seal, and the tags will explode, making the opponent feel a lot of pain. This will wake them up from the first layer of the genjutsu, putting them in the second layer, were they will see that they just died, and went to hell. Depending on the sin they are more practicing in life, they will see a different version of hell, with a different punishment. For example, for wrath, they will be tortured by thousands of clones of the most annoying persons they knew in life, for envy, they will be bound in a cell, and see everything they desired far far away, etc... The mental pain from this genjutsu will slowly drive them mad after one turn, and if they ever go back in reality, they will need one turn to go back to their senses, being unable to move or use jutsu in the meanwhile. In reality, after the explosion, they fall down with their eyes open, and drooling is falling from their mouth.

-Cannot use genjutsu above C-rank for 3 turns after using this due to the complexity of the genjutsu.

Description: Used by the Kurama clan to suppress their second personality, just before they become mad. This will however leave them weak for one turn, and unable to use genjutsu above C-rank or Ninjutsu above B-rank. They will restrict the chakra of the other personality to a single limb, and will loose control of it for 3 turns. All ties with the other personality will be cut off during those 3 turns. Can also be used on other bios that have a second personality or foreign chakra, such as jinchuriki or members of the Necura clan, to cut off their ties to that personality (but must be used on close range), and stoping their invulnerability to genjutsu.
-Can only be used once every 10 turns
-User will be weakened by using this, even if it is on an other party.

Description: The user performs 4 handseals and places both hands against the ground, as he does this 4 gates made of lightning originally emerge from the ground 2 of which stand on both sides of the opponent & 1 behind, they are all mid range from the opponent(7 meters), the 4th is formed within a 4 meter radius of the user(The user's gate). When all 4 gates are fully formed they all connect by a chakra wire which travels underground & meets in the middle of the gates location. The user is able to use the gate in each type of way:
Offensive - Each gate being made up of Lightning chakra have the ability to shoot out as large claws & strike the opponent into the ground/Mid Air, severely burning on contacting & paralyzing them, this can be done simultaneously & is treated as a S Rank or separately & each claw is treated as a B Rank they move at a fast pace but can easily be followed without the use of a Doujutsu.
Defensive - The user can create the gates anywhere within a radius of 5 meters & in any formation, each gate is treated as a B Rank gate & can be used to a similar effect of the Rashamon gates & if used in a row the blockade is treated as an S Rank.
Supplementary - The user is able to target Lightning jutsu(A Rank & below) toward the gate placed within their radius & has it travel through the gate & along the chakra wire & has a choice of which gate the jutsu emerges from.
In any of these forms the gates separately are treated as B Rank Gates & when used together are treated as an S Rank, they each are 3 meters high & 2 meters in width. If 1 gate has been dispelled the rest are still functional, the user is able to change the location of any gate by having it draw back into the ground & emerge at the desired area. The gates do block off either person's vision when placed between the two opponents.
- Only Lightning chakra can travel through the gates/wires.
- The user's gate will dispel if they step out of the 4 meter radius
- Lasts 4 turns
- Can only be used twice with a gap of 3 turns after the first use

The gates separately are treated as B Rank Gates, they are each 3 meters high & 2 meters in width. If 1 gate has been dispelled the rest are still functional, the user is able to change the location of any gate by having it draw back into the ground & emerge at the desired area. The gates do block off either person's vision when placed between the two opponents.

- Ichi no Hiken: Homura Dama (壱の秘剣 焔霊 lit. "First Secret Sword: Burning Soul"): This is the technique Shishio likes the most. The result is being simultaneously burned and slashed, more than compensating for the weakness of his serrated sword not being able to cut as deep as a normal one.

- Ni no Hiken: Guren Kaina (弐の秘剣 紅蓮腕 lit. "Second Secret Sword: Crimson Lotus Arm"): Shishio fills his gauntlets with gunpowder, and ignites them with the sparks caused by the Mugenjin (The sword). Thus it results in an explosion. Guren Kaina yields a lot of force and is usually performed while his opponent is at close range, preferably in his grip. It can backfire, however.

- Because of the human oil on the sword, Shishio is able to send chakra into the sword and perform a swing (it can be horizontal or vertical) and release a C-rank flame in the form of a sword from his sword that travels really fast. The flame can travel to mid range and long range.

- If I release the C-rank flame, I can't use fire jutsu on the same turn.

Description and Background:
Slow Lorises have a round head, narrow snout, large eyes, and a variety of distinctive colouration patterns that are species-dependent. Their arms and legs are nearly equal in length, and their trunk is long, allowing them to twist and extend to nearby branches. The hands and feet of slow lorises have several adaptations that give them a pincer-like grip and enable them to grasp branches for long periods of time. Slow lorises have a toxic bite, a trait rare among mammals and unique to lorisid primates. The toxin is produced by licking a gland on their arm, and the secretion mixes with its saliva to activate it. Their toxic bite is a deterrent to predators, and the toxin is also applied to the fur during grooming as a form of protection for their infants. The toxin is able to knock an opponent/summon unconscious if directly bitten by a Slow Loris.

Description: The user draws blood and then continues to slides the blood across their summoning tattoo so as to summon eight identical rays around the opponent in a octogonal formation. These Rays specialize in an immensely potent and powerful variation of Active Electrolocation, which produces a field that directly interferes with the opponents nerves. Shinobi two ranks below the user will find performing even hand seals to be an immensely difficult task, while those of equal or higher rank will suffer from a state of slowed movement, reduced reaction times and sluggish bodily movements. On being summoned, these rays continually dart and whiz around the opponent, following them if need be. The rapid sometimes orbital movements of the rays causes for countless minute non-damaging sparks of electricity to materialize over the opponent's body, giving them a strong electrostatic charge which is oppositely charged to that of ordinary lightning. As a result, whilst the opponent is surrounded by the rays, raiton jutsu become incredibly difficult to dodge and Raiton jutsu used by the opponent often suffer from the habit of discharging back into the opponents body, shocking them, or perhaps doing worse depending on the nature and power of the technique. Due their speed, these rays can be incredibly difficult to escape from. Alternatively, the user can simply summon the Rays so as to ‘sniff’ out and surround the opponent, making them exceptionally useful for finding hidden enemies due their abilities.

Note:
- These Rays disappear when either killed, or three turns pass.
- Each time a ray is killed the technique becomes weaker. Once at least five of these Rays are killed the technique ends.

Description: Through the focus of chakra in a particular area anywhere within range, the user can cause the air currents around that area to start spiraling purposefully, creating ripples and small gusts in the air as they do so, as well as throwing off anything within it’s confinement off balance. The small gusts of air also prevent, per say, escape, as bubbles of air, which appear small, but are really rotating spheres of wind, like Rasengans, emerge from the air currents, multiplying rapidly out of one another. The bubbles join together, to form a more massive confinement, the many spheres of wind enlarging and connecting with many of the bubbles. The bubbles, made of slicing wind, prevent escape from the confinements of the bubbles. The bubbles soon force the opponent through the permeable membrane of all the spheres, through the rapidity of the currents produced by the rotation of the spheres, drawing them in, trapped in seemingly an overlarge Rasengan. The air currents inside swirl extremely quickly, causing slicing cuts to the opponent without hesitation, decapitating them in time. The bubbles multiply extremely fast, and it takes mere seconds for the opponent to be killed once this technique is performed. Due to the rotational property of the spheres, it can generate currents strong enough to draw in substances such as water, mud, or fire, to be mixed and infused with the spheres of wind themselves, though it can only draw in substances as strong or weaker than itself, and things like lightning and air currents are dissipated, acting against the spheres of wind. In other words, water, mud, or fire can enhance the strength of the wind while others, like lightning and air currents act against the spheres of wind.

Due to it being an advanced version, the bones can also be shaped differently, from small blunt knobs to sharp piercing knives. Particularly useful in close combat, the bones can be used to impale and trap close combat attacks, and ultimately harm the opponent. With this enhanced version though, the bones are detachable from the body if the user chooses to use it as such. The user can shoot the bones out from his body, wherever it protrudes, and the bones are able to impale and kill if it connects. The bones can reach up to Mid-range. This advanced version provides a greater defence and offence for the bones.

Why is this S-Rank and why is this written "through sending a surge of chakra throughout his body"? Doesn't make sense since you're manipulating your bones... Not your whole body nor does this qualify as a burst technique. Its also under restricted for an S-Rank and lacks definition on key aspects such as size of the "bones protruding", how long they last, etc. There is a reason as to why the original technique isn't in such a great scale: making it bigger than what it originally is = you not moving about. The amount of bones and their increased size would prevent you from moving. And if you are simply making this a stronger version than the original one just "because", then its a DNR. Either bring something new to the plate or don't resubmit.

Description: Change, The Weapon Without a Face is not a normal weapon. It is a weapon without permanent shape, always warping from form to form. This weapon is made of chakra imbued and chakra sensitive metal which is very easily bent and reformed making it fit for creating things such as a whip for example. The wielder of this tool can make it turn into basically anything they wish just by imagining it. It cannot however copy powerful weapons and their abilities (7SM both cannon and custom) or other custom weapons. It can however copy their looks but never their abilities. The user can even use his own imagination to design a completely new form of weapon (while keeping it realistic, no guns, technology etc.). This makes this weapon extremely versatile. Even though it is a light metal it is undestructible by any kind of matter, energy, force or chakra. The weapon has three main "stances" so to say.

Stance of the Tiger | Sutansu No Tora: The stance of the tiger is the weapons offensive stance, and activating it allows the user to create offensive weapons and these include but are not limited to swords, axes, claws, hammers, spears etc. The user can basically create any meelee weapon he desires (no projectiles).

Stance of the Turtle | Sutansu No Kame: The stance of the turtle is the weapons defensive stance, and activating it allows the user to create defensive tools and these include and are limited to shields and armors. The shields and armors can block only one S-rank jutsu of any kind (even genjutsu) once per battle. After using this defense, the user can use only A-rank and below techniques for the following two turns and is limited to only two techniques per move.

Stance of the Ape | Sutansu No Saru: The stance of the monkey is the weapons supplementary stance, and activating it allows the user to create supplementary tools and these include and are not limited to grappling hooks, foot spikes. Using the stance of the ape the user can create everyday items and use them however he seems fit.

Restrictions and abilities:
-Each ability of the weapon counts towards the users 3 moves per turn.
-Switching between stances counts as a move and only one stance can be active at a time.
-The defensive properties of the Turtle Stance can be used once per battle and the user can use only up to two A-rank and below techniques per move for the following 2 turns. After using the defensive technique, cannot change stances for 2 turns as well.
-Cannot copy abilities of other weapons, only its looks.
-Undestructible and unwieldable by anyone else but -Cobalt-.
-When a stance is activated, changing the form of the weapon does not cost a move but is done through description.

Nice idea but...how does the weapon present itself in its original, untransformed form? A ring? an orb? a sword? what? Also, defend from genjutsu...how? You do realize you can't actually perceive a genjutsu is coming and thus you are unable to actually use something to defend from it? And you still didn't explain how this is achieved. It can defend from anything S-Rank...how? I mean, what about size? or techniques that happen all around you? or techniques you can't see or perceive? I mean, saying a shield can defend from anything up to S-Rank regardless is not very smart as its an obvious decline. When you claim a defense on a weapon you need to explain how you achieve such defend. is it a seal? a disruptive effect of the weapon? what?

Description: The Devils Threads is a weapon that was made by an old semstress and her husband a black smith, they both worked on the Devils Threads for many years only to have it stolen from them, by -Tauburn-. The Devils Threads are wrapped around the users wrists and fingers under the users gloves or around the gloves, the thread are very flexable and cant be broken from use of any other weapons. The Devils Threads is a shape tranformation weapon, given enough chakra will harden into a solid sheild like shape, or a weapon of any kind, even into indiviual stradess that will bind the opponent. The threads are only able to channel Fire and Lightning chakra thoughout the thread, if any other element is used the threads wont even respond to the users chakra. The threads themselves are made out of a thin chakra absorbing metal, that will give shape to the users will, The threads also have silk braided into the chakra absorbing metal threads, giving the thread a greenish tint from the silk.

C -Rank - 20 chakra/30 damage: Will create shapes out of the threads to make a strong defence/offence againist attacks, while giving the threads shape for a extended amount of time.

B -Rank - 25 chakra/40 damage: The user will channel chakra into the threads and munipulate them into a weapons shape Meaning the weapon will have the same weight of a weapon and the same sharpness of a weapon.

A -Rank - 30 chakra/ N/A damage: The user will release chakra into the threads, then control the threads to wrap around the opponents body restraining him. (Arms, legs, neck, wrists, figers, and ankles.)

S -Rank - 40 chakra/80 damage: The user will channel lighting or fire chakra through out the Devils Threads and use them to attack the enemy. Lightning will hit the opponent and give them a numb feeling for 30 secs, while if the user channels fire chakra throughout the thread the opponent will receive critical burns if hit by the thread.

Description: The Dragon Guillotine is a weapon made up of seventy two blades that are located on the users back made of an indestructible metal, the blades are reactant to the users chakra moving at the users will as independent limbs. The seventy two blades appear as wings coming from the users back, made up of more chakra absorbing metals. Each of the blades is attached to one another by a thin chakra absorbing metal wire which pull and push the blades while each of the blades is a separate blade they are all connected by the wire. The Dragon Guillotine is able to act separate and in unison with one another, able to be used while they are loose able to be used as a whip like weapon or a single blade, even able to release a small number of the blades from the tips of the wings and they return. The Dragon Guillotine while attached to the users back is able to allow the user to sense the opponents chakra, locating them on the field at all times with great accuracy. The wings can reach to the furthest part of mid range with ease. The wings are also able to release the users elemental affinity from the seventy two blades just by swinging the blades at the opponent.
= Only able to release four total blades from the tips of the wings, per move.
= Having the blades return once released takes 1 post.
= The sensing lasts for four turns once activated, then takes another two turns before it will allow the user to sense again.

The wires can change into various forms to create a parameter, which can be used to detect enemies who cross through them. They can also be used to wrap around and attack his enemies, or be formed into a melee weapon which the user can use, such as a spear that can be used to impale enemies. The wires can also be wrapped around the users body as armor. The weapons he forms can be disassembled at will, such as stabbing a foe when its in the form of a spear and then disassembling it inside of their bodies to target internal organs, and can be easily tied to other objects, such as knifes, to control their course in flight when thrown, thus taking his enemy by surprise.

I don't understand this weapon and it has tons of things that I will never approve: hundreds of miles or wire which is indestructible, your hands become indestructible, it somehow grants you detention for whatever reason it may be, these wires can be formed into weapons, again god knows why... And the concept is basically taking the Dark Threads from a Kakuzu bio (the main idea) and making it into a "metal" (I assume its metal...) weapon. DNR.

Soo...Bakuton doesn't work like that... I mean...you explode stuff on contact but only Deidara was shown to be able to do so on command through "timed" explosions. This doesn't make much sense to me in the way its worded. Also, can't your opponent simply defend from the earth before the bomb is placed? what is the bomb made of? the moment you'd infuse earth and transform it into a bakuton technique, the earth technique would end. I mean, can you do 2 techniques before your opponent does one? how? if its +10 to a doton technique then why does it do 30 damage? and why is it short range? how would this work with for example swamp of the underworld? It has tons of holes in the explanation.

Yeah. Still too oped. Too big a scale, to big a technique, to big an effect. I mean, an ash cloud taking rock off the ground or mixing itself with water into a hot slurry? Those are all effects akin Lava release's piroclastic abilities. Also, just a clarification: Ash on itself in naturoverse is not hot unless otherwise stated that its hot ash. Otherwise, its simply "smoke" which can be ignited like in Asuma's technique. So, your assumption that because its ash its hot and burns a person "in a flash" is wrong. One more go then its DNR.

Description the user will first build a lot his chakra and then release it towards the target, then the user will form the ox-boar-tiger hand seals while focusing the released chakra to heavily disrupt the chakra flow in the brain of the opponent and affect all senses, once the genjutsu is cast it would seem to the opponent that nothing has changed cause everything would still be the same, the user hasn't moved from.his precious spot when casting the genjutsu and the terrain hadn't changed therefore the opponent wouldn't instantly know he is in a genjutsu, in reality the user will swiftly rush behind the opponent, in the genjutsu when the user attacks either from front in reality he attacks from behind, causing the opponent to feel the attack from his back, but see the. Attack from his front and defend as he see's the same goes from attacking from any other angle. When attacked from up in the genjutsu in reality the user attacks from down. In other words all attacks are inverted in this genjutsu. Leaving the opponent confused when he feels the attack from a different angle.
NOTES
-in this genjutsu all the user attacks are inverted, cause in reality the user stands at the back of the target/opponent at all times while this technique is active,when the user attacks the target from behind in reality, in the genjutsu the target/opponent will see the user doing the same attack but instead of the back the target/opponent will see the attack from the front.
-all the opponent attacks/counters are useless being that in reality the user of the genjutsu is behind him at all times in other words the user of the genjutsu is at the opposite direction of all attacks from the opponent. Also making the opponent to waste chakra

Description: This black cloak is a very unique construction of special fibers and special metal. This cloak is not only designed to cover the user’s body and face, and conceal their movements, it is also created with a unique ability; it can “catch” fire. The cloak itself was created with a very unique fiber material which is incredible durable and strong, essentially making the cloak able to resist and prevent the user from catching fire, due to the cloak being constructed with the unique and tightly made fiber which literally suffocates the fire, by taking out all the oxygen which fuels the fire, and essentially extinguishing the fire. The tightly made fiber material also makes it more difficult for regular weapons such as kunai and shuriken to cut through the cloak itself. Besides the cloak being constructed of such a unique fiber, it has thin square symbols all around it; these are all thin lines of special metal which has been specially made for the purpose of absorbing heat. This makes the cloak able to gather a large amount of heat, whereas the thin lines of aluminum will begin to glow a bright yellow color, and due to the super heat on the outside of the cloak, it will when coming into contact with an opponent be able to deliver third degree burns to the area which it touches. In worst case scenarios, the super-heated cloak can deliver a devastating blow in the form of setting the opponent on fire when it touches them, though the cloak has to be fully heated to do so.

Description makes little sense...its a technique that just happens to be there all around and automatically pushes enemy techniques backwards... Makes little sense for me. Reword it. Perhaps it becomes clearer. And I don't see why this needs to be somthing you activate and is kept active during a set time and not something you use after your enemy used something. However, in this last aspect, it will become = to existing wind techniques.

However, the power behind this technique also lies within the usage of one's Earth mastery; since this portion of Earth are shaped like particles and won't pose straight-forward damage, they can still be used to aid the user in non-damaging ways (e.g. adding injury to a wound/cut, damaging the opponents vision, creating distortion of noises to conceal noises coming from the user)

Yeah, you don't explain what it really is or how it achieves what you describe. why would earthy particles, be that what it may be (god knows...), around a limb, conceal it? If this adds damage, why does it not cause damage? What do you want with this? Because right now, its just a set of phrases with no real explanation, purpose or reasoning behind it.

This would essentially, within reason, allow the user to slide past certain attacks without getting in physical contact, or hindered in his path, as well as avoiding certain attacks. The changing of properties of the hair, can however also take place, by reversing the proccess, thus making it 'lethal' following the restrictions and limitations of the style - Such as making them sharp.

Description: The user will by making a gesture, create a spiralling vortex of water anywhere on the battlefield. Quickly, as the spinning water materlizes, the user will infuse it with their earth chakra. The result would be an humongous tornado shape of water with rocks and boulders in due the infusion the earth chakra, though due to the high speed rotation of the tornado, it would look like a giant mud spiral.

Tweaked the name and notes(Removing unneccesarry punctuations.), nerfed the restriction as I personally considered it quite harsh despite the poweress of the technique. Tweaked the description and range.

Wrong chakra and damage info. Forbidden ranks always do damage to yourself and that is not simply "does 20 damage to the user". Why are clones excluded? Gesture? In today's level of techniques, such a technique requires a few handseals at least and because it has 2 elemental chakras used in 2 different steps, it actually consumes 2 moves from your 3 per turn move set.
