Naruto/Sasuke - Hagoromo Power-Up Debate

Naruto and Sasuke were both able to meet the sage because they both were able to achieve half of the samara

(9 bijuu=RM)
(EMS+senju DNA=rinnegan)

Upon meeting the sage they were gifted with halves of Hagoromo's power. Which enhanced their half of the samsara.
Naruto RM Kurama mode (yang increase gave him better reflexes and physical ability than normal RM) (might have made him a better Bijuu container as well)

Sasuke Yin Rinnegan (Sharrinnegan (Kaguya's eye) works with genjutsu Sasuke's eye is similar, but weaker, it's a rinnegan that is closer to Kaguya's eye, but still a rinnegan. It carries the power of the Rinnegan and Sharingan

This is the main reason why I wanted to ask. I never hate on characters besides Sakura, that's point blank. As you can see in my avatar I'm a big Sasuke fan, but I also like Naruto too. If you think I'm being biased towards a character then it's just you for obvious reasons of how you indict me mentally.

You can say what you want but at the end of the day it was a discussion. Lots of replies but you were the only one who seemed butthurt on the fact that I said something about both Naruto and Sasuke, and you said I downgraded him when I said the same thing about Naruto. I'm biased? Okay sir. Whatever helps you sleep at night.

However, in addition to getting the requisites for one mode (Rikudou Mode and the normal Rin'negan), they also gained the Yin and Yang respectively of Hagoromo, which boosted their modes to much higher levels. Hence why Naruto's Six Paths mode is stronger than the others and Sasuke's Rin'negan is much more unique given the Sharingan qualities while retaining the Rin'negan abilities.

hago has both rinnegan and his senjutsu naturally. the bijuus are for the powers and sasuke gets a rinnegan directly added to his ems.

I really just wanted you to chill on the downgrade stuff bro. I don't downgrade anything as Sage powers themselves weren't explained thoroughly in the manga enough, and then there are data book translations and so forth.

I just wanted to explain what I thought and I said many times for people to correct me if I was wrong. I don't really know where you spouted off saying I said this or that, but it's all harmony here.

I try to keep an open mind on these discussion because I know how people are, and I'm pretty sure I didn't stray from it. I hope not lol

I still think hagoromo only sped up the process of awakening the rinnegan for sasuke. As for naruto he got is form from the tailed beast dunno what the sage did other than give them seals.

Good points made to the both of you. I read somewhere that Naruto had activated the conversation due to him gaining the chakra of all Bijuu (mostly because Madara had gained Hashirama cells and he never met the Sage) but that might be because he never died?

Alright lemme break it down from what I know:

- The sage died yet they were able to activate his "chakra" or maybe himself as he manifested in ethereal form to meet Naruto/Sasuke, which I assume is because Naruto himself gathered all 9 tailed beast chakra.

Basically it's all spiritual. From what I understand Juubi Jins/Kaguya can pretty much disregard the normal "laws of Nature".

- Naruto/Sasuke both got their power ups from the Ashura/Indra chakra that was transmigrated to them (Meaning because of the transmigration's power they were able to get the Hagoromo powerup in the first place)

Sort of, the level of their power allowed for it, I think. Dunno whether it's referring to their power as transmigrations or in general. Posted both ***********/Mangapanda, but Mangapanda's seems to make more sense.

The databook does exaggerate certain things. Though I'd also imagine some of the things, like Temari blowing away the universe, aren't meant to be taken so literally like people love doing.

Glad u liked them, also I believe it was said that it was Hagoromo that saw that the time of Naruto and Sasuke's death was the best time to intervene. Naruto and Sasuke attaining their materials only opened the way, Hagoromo chose to meet with them

This is what I thought, so that confirms that each time Sasuke uses the Sharringan he is basically using sage chakra, so that means Naruto as well can activate his RSM mode (For those who said he lost it).

When Naruto attacked Limbo with his Gududama staff, Sasuke suggested it was the influence of Rikudou's Chakra. So yes, they use Six Path's Chakra every time Sasuke uses his Rinnegan and Naruto activating RSM. And no problem.

I have to yet agree aswell, the Data book usually provides substantial knowledge on the current events on the manga (Such as new techniques/etc) while some things are often taken for abuse, just as the Temari thing we discussed.

The sad truth is that we don't have much to base it on. I wish Kishimoto would write his own version of a Naruto wiki for us lol, but if he writes the Data books ... then let someone else do it xD.

Also the manga itself says that the sage is also there only as chakra which he then says he completely out of chakra thus he shouldn't of been there.

I see. When the powers themselves were questioned people used regular chakra logic when it seemed a bit indifferent to say otherwise when chakra itself was originally Ninshuu (used to connect people's feelings) instead of causing destruction. So I knew there was a way for chakra to continue on passed 'death' because they could still use their abilities as Hagoromo passed (For the sealing of Kaguya).

Nah nah you're doing fine. It basically stated that Ashura/Indra transmigrates are able to meet Hagoromo (if he so wishes it) and they can receive the power to seal Kaguya. He never stated if the transmigrate gain the power of RSM/Sharringan but that's probably due to Naruto being a Jincuriki for all tailed beasts, and Sasuke getting Hashirama cells while being an Uchiha + Sage chakra = GG.
