Description: The Devils Threads is a weapon that was made by an old semstress and her husband a black smith, they both worked on the Devils Threads for many years only to have it stolen from them, by -Tauburn-. The Devils Threads are wrapped around the users wrists and fingers under the users gloves or around the gloves, the thread are very flexable and cant be broken from use of any other weapons. The Devils Threads is a shape tranformation weapon, given enough chakra will harden into a solid sheild like shape, or a weapon of any kind, even into indiviual stradess that will bind the opponent. The threads are only able to channel Fire and Lightning chakra thoughout the thread, if any other element is used the threads wont even respond to the users chakra. The threads themselves are made out of a thin chakra absorbing metal, that will give shape to the users will, The threads also have silk braided into the chakra absorbing metal threads, giving the thread a greenish tint from the silk.

C -Rank - 20 chakra/30 damage: Will create shapes out of the threads to make a strong defence/offence againist attacks, while giving the threads shape for a extended amount of time.

B -Rank - 25 chakra/40 damage: The user will channel chakra into the threads and munipulate them into a weapons shape Meaning the weapon will have the same weight of a weapon and the same sharpness of a weapon.

A -Rank - 30 chakra/ N/A damage: The user will release chakra into the threads, then control the threads to wrap around the opponents body restraining him. (Arms, legs, neck, wrists, figers, and ankles.)

S -Rank - 40 chakra/80 damage: The user will channel lighting or fire chakra through out the Devils Threads and use them to attack the enemy. Lightning will hit the opponent and give them a numb feeling for 30 secs, while if the user channels fire chakra throughout the thread the opponent will receive critical burns if hit by the thread.

(Tenrai ryu setsudanki)- Divine Dragon Guillotine

Description: The Dragon Guillotine is a weapon made up of seventy two blades that are located on the users back made of an indestructible metal, the blades are reactant to the users chakra moving at the users will as independent limbs. The seventy two blades appear as wings coming from the users back, made up of more chakra absorbing metals. Each of the blades is attached to one another by a thin chakra absorbing metal wire which pull and push the blades while each of the blades is a separate blade they are all connected by the wire. The Dragon Guillotine is able to act separate and in unison with one another, able to be used while they are loose able to be used as a whip like weapon or a single blade, even able to release a small number of the blades from the tips of the wings and they return. The Dragon Guillotine while attached to the users back is able to allow the user to sense the opponents chakra, locating them on the field at all times with great accuracy. The wings can reach to the furthest part of mid range with ease. The wings are also able to release the users elemental affinity from the seventy two blades just by swinging the blades at the opponent.
= Only able to release four total blades from the tips of the wings, per move.
= Having the blades return once released takes 1 post.
= The sensing lasts for four turns once activated, then takes another two turns before it will allow the user to sense again.
= The elemental affinity use can only release a C – S rank jutsu, and is only able to be released via the wings once per turn.

Why is this weapon forbidden ranked? No. Also, to drop a weapon you need to link the post where the weapon was approved if you haven't the ability to quote it anymore. If you do, simply quote it.

Description: The user begins by utilizing their Blast Release in the palm of their dominate hand, and then following the same process as the rasengan only difference would be the size of the Ogre Killer is slightly smaller. The Ogre Killer can be thrown out to long range from the user and once the ogre killer makes contact with anything it will explode into a fury of debris, the explosion covers short range of the ogre killers contact point.

Description: The user makes Horse -> Tiger -> Dragon handseals, and concentrates great amounts of fire chakra into their dominant hand until the chakra is visible enough to be seen. After concentrating enough chakra so that it is “jetting” from their hand, the user uses then points his hand behind him, letting the fire chakra burst all at once sending the user at the opponent at great speed that the user is almost a blur. The user then grabs the opponent's face (or other body part) and releases the fire chakra all at once, severely burning the body part to a 3rd degree. However, if he misses, he would be unable to continue to this second part of the jutsu.
-Can only be used twice
-Cannot be used with both hands at once
-Cannot change direction when jetting at the opponent and can only jet up to 5 meters.
-Takes half a single jutsu turn to charge up and will unable to use any jutsus during that time.

On the user's command, he explodes the concentrated spark of fire, the explosion has the potential to
envelope half a human body. The explosion has concussive force as well as destructive power, powerful enough to blow off an arm or leg.

Description: After causing it to snow by using "(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique" or a similar technique, the user focuses chakra into a snowflake that is falling before his face, causing it to become ice. The user then blows a puff of air from his mouth at the snowflake, manipulating it with their chakra to shoot forward with great speed upon doing so, moving edge-first. Because the snowflake has been turned to ice and is moving edge first, in addition to being propelled by chakra, it is able to travel in a much more straight line than a snowflake is usually able to travel, although it is unable to hit a precise target that meets or exceeds a mid-range from the user. If the target does exceed a mid-range, then the snowflake's margin of error is usually about 5 centimeters from the ideal target. If the target is at a mid-range, the snowflake has a margin of error of about 3 centimeters from the ideal target. Upon making contact with the target or another object, the chakra charged in the snowflake is released, causing several large shards of ice to erupt forward from the snowflake, impaling whatever the snowflake touched. If the user wishes, they are able to make a hand seal to detonate the snowflake before it reaches its target.

Dayum, this sounds like an aimbot. Alright, while this is obviously quite powerful, I'd like a few things cleared up. Firstly, approximately how large is that snowflake? How large can you make it? Secondly, is it visible to the naked eye? I can imagine a snowflake would be pretty hard to see due to its white color. Lastly, add some more restrictions - I don't like the idea that it can go up to long range, but I see no big reason to change that for now.

Description: The user manipulates their chakra to create a thin, transparent layer of ice over a body part of their choice. Due to the transparency of the ice, it is very difficult for all but doujutsu users to see. The user is then able to cause the layer of ice to burst into a countless number of ice senbon, which move in all directions except back at the user at will; however, the layer of ice disappears after releasing the senbon. The senbon all melt into harmless water after exiting a short-range of the user. Because the ice is unable to be bent, the user is unable to move joints that are connected with the layer of ice, should the user choose to create the layer of ice on one of their joints.

Okay, no, I'm definitely not cool with a technique that's near guaranteed death when in short range. Make it more noticeable, and also, approximately how much of a range can this cover? Say that I decided to utilize this on my palm - about how much of a range and how many layers senbon can come out? I need a better visualization here.

Allows the user to avoid the opponents attack or to simply move around the field extremely quick. This move allows the practitioner to move so swiftly that they can almost disappear from the opponents sight. By utilizing their chakra and distributing it into their calf muscles to work perfectly in sync with their ankles to improve strength and standing on the tip of their toes to extend the length of their legs for longer striding and faster movements, the user is able to move extremely fast and silently.

The user will then release a rocket like projectile of fire into the sky, which when reaches its high point divides into 20 smaller, equally large, fist sized fire balls which rain down on the opponent from above, exploding on impact. When the rocket like projectile of fire splits, the newly formed fireballs will continue towards the opponent and the user is capable of manipulating the direction of each fireball to a small degree. The user has the decision whether not to turn the rocket into smaller fireballs or keep it as it is.

Suiton - Kanshisha No Watatsumi | Water Release - Guardian of the Sea
Type: Supplementary

Damage: 100 [The user suffers great damage - 40]
Description: After performing 5 consecutive hand seals, the user will clap his hands together and release a vast amount of his chakra into an existing source of water which he is standing upon, which will cause the user to be exhausted from the lack of chakra. The source of water must be the size of a large lake or sea which contains at minimum 50 cubic meters. The user will then force the large water source to be pulled together beneath his feet and begin to form an enormous sea turtle right beneath the user’s feet, which will rise up and within a turn be formed into an enormous sea turtle which is the same size as the Hachibi. This technique uses at minimum 50 cubic meters of water and would dry out most areas of land. This giant sea turtle is known as the Guardian of the Sea, it is very slow on land but fast at sea, and its defense is unique. Its defensive feature is that its enormous shield is capable of regenerating due to the vast amount of water used to create the beast, and whenever a foreign chakra is standing on top of it, the shield will become deform and several spikes will shoot out and penetrate the person and will then retract, whereas the shield will create a small opening and let the person fall into the turtle where he will suffocate. The shield is also able to be used to regenerate several body parts of the large turtle.
Note:
- Can be used once per battle
- Must have a water source containing at least 50 cubic meters
- The spikes which form on top of the shield is equal to a B-rank technique
- This giant beast stays on the field for 2 turns
- No water techniques for the next two turns
- No fire techniques can be used the same turn
- This technique leaves the user exhausted after the beast is formed
- Due to the large strain on the users body it will cause the person to be dehydrated and cause severe headache and other features
- Can only be taught by Gutsy Jiraiya

Wrong damage info. 50 cubi meters is not nearly as much as the amount you seem to imply it requires. The dry land part and lakes and what not...no. Simplify and work on it.

Description and Background:
An ox (plural oxen), also known as a bullock in Australia, New Zealand and India, is a bovine trained as a draft animal. Oxen are commonly castrated adult male cattle; castration makes the animals more tractable. Cows (adult females) or bulls (intact males) may also be used in some areas.
Oxen are used for plowing, for transport (pulling carts, hauling wagons and even riding), for threshing grain by trampling, and for powering machines that grind grain or supply irrigation among other purposes. Oxen may be also used to skid logs in forests, particularly in low-impact, select-cut logging.
Oxen are usually yoked in pairs. Light work such as carting household items on good roads might require just one pair, while for heavier work, further pairs would be added as necessary. A team used for a heavy load over difficult ground might exceed nine or ten pairs.

If it's a kick, then the water released is molded into the shape of the user's leg but a faster and bigger size. The releasing of the water is really fast, making it seem like user is punching/kicking them out of their body. The size of the expanded water body part is the same as an Akimichi's but does not have the solid property of a normal hand since it is water. The user can punch/kick out the expanded water body parts multiple times, although not more than 3 times with one move.

Description: This is somewhat similar to Marvel Ice-Man's Ice Slide. The user focuses his/her doton chakra to the hands and legs and while constantly coating his legs in glossy molten mud, he also continously releases a stream of mud from one or both his/her hand which he/she extends a little bit forward so that a long Mud slide is formed conveying the user along as it extends. The mud he releases partially solidifies as soon as it is released in such a way that the upper half which will be in contact with the user's legs is inform of a glossy mud while the lower half is solid. The user then while his legs is coated with molten mud creates a small rideable mud wave from the top molten half of the mudslide. It appears that the user is riding a very narrow mud wave on an equally narrow solid earth sky-way. The user can ride this from his/her initial position(ground/Mid air) to any direction and can go high into mid air (not very high) and also has quick manouvreability. The user is prone to lightning when using this.

After the icicles have entered the opponent(s) nose the user will go over a lengthy series of 50 hand seals, the last hand seal can be either Ram or Tiger. If it was ram then the icicles will explode outwards successfully causing intense damage to the opponent, if the user ends with the tiger hand seal then the icicles will expand, the maximum expansion limit is 10cm, despite that the damage delivered is great. In either cases the opponent(s) nose will be utterly destroyed.

After his death, the Katana was buried within the ground before being found due to erosion of the land. The Katana has two abilities of its own, these abilities allow it to change it's direction. For example, whilst the tip of the sword is facing forwards, the user can command the sword to suddenly change it's angle and turn to 90 degrees from the centre of the Katana leaving the hilt and the bottom piece of the Katana unaffected, whilst the top tip of the Katana would now be facing to either the users left or right. It also has the ability to extend half a meter forward, as if the user had performed a quick yet powerful thrust with the Katana itself. In addition to that, the blade itself is indestructible (doesn't mean it can destroy anything and everything.) The Katana is roughly smaller than the length of Zabuza's SSOTM Sword, whilst being considerably thinner.

Description: Ījisu' Uiru is a black jumpsuit worn within a ninjas clothing, hidden from the eyes of enemies and allies alike. The suit has the chakra channeled within it, giving the user the ability to release it at any point in battle which he/she prefers to do so. The chakra is released in two different methods, the first method is for the use of genjutsu, where the chakra is released from the jumpsuit and into every part of the users body, gathering more chakra from the users body as it releases itself outwards into mid range, catching anybody who is within that area in the genjutsu. The genjutsu is linked to the way the chakra is first released from the jumpsuit and into the users body, as it's doing so, the users body would be surrounded by a blue aura made up of their chakra, the moment the genjutsu is then released, the opponent(s) would see this blue aura suddenly disappear only to reform itself in the area surrounding them as it it forms into panthers which almost instantly grip the opponents body with their claws and jaws paralyzing them at the very spot they stand on. The second method the chakra could be released is to protect the user from hits to the body by manipulating the chakra into every part of the suit, allowing the user to remain safe from B-rank jutsus of any nature. Moreover, usage of the genjutsu would release the user from genjutsu up to A-rank, due to the method the chakra from the armour is first released into the users body. This release method can only be used as many times as the genjutsu based on the armour can be used.

Description: A simple Water jutsu which can be used in two different ways. The first way would be where the user makes contact with another being and uses his abilities his suiton chakra to manipulate the water which is released from his palms to have the same effects as the C-ranked Starch Syrup Capture Field (The sticky aspect to the jutsu). The user would simply release the water from his Palms onto whatever part of the opponents body he touches, spreading it all over the opponents body, allowing the sticky water to engulf the opponents body in the slime like substance at blazing speeds. Another way the user could 'catch' the opponent in the sticky water is by concentrating their suiton chakra at a point where the opponent may be touching them, allowing the sticky water to come out from that point rather than from just the users palms. The sticky water would have no dangerous aspects to it, however it'd have the ability to weigh the opponent down, as if a huge boulder was placed on their body, preventing them from moving properly, if at all, depending on where the slime is. The effects of this would begin from the point of the touch but proceed to spread to wherever the sticky water is spreading. Once even a tiny bit of the sticky water ('slime') is on the opponents body, the user can simply release more of his chakra into it and spread it, meaning prolonged contact is not required. Moreover, this jutsu can also in a second, different way. The second way is more defensive and allows the user to release the a burst of sticky water from his Palms, as it bursts out, the slime would take the shape of a net which would have holes just smaller than a Kunai, allowing it to trap the majority of things aimed at the opponent. The burst of Slimy water can be released from either one palm or both, however, when released from both, each burst of water would be equivalent to an A-rank jutsu. The size of the net released from both arms would be able to completely cover something twice as big as Gamakichi after time skip, whilst when released from each palm (separately), it'd cover something half that size. As a normal water jutsu, despite the sticky aspect to it, the water would still be able to be electrified by both user and/or opponent and would still be affected by the normal elemental strengths and weaknesses.

The user releases their fire chakra from their body, manipulating it so as to create several rings of flame that are arranged in a concentric circular pattern. The rings orbit the user at all angles, acting as a spherical defense. However the user quickly releases their raiton chakra outwards from their body, while performing two brisk handseals. The chakra creating dozens of threads comprised of lightning that branch outwards, coiling around the already rampant flames. The user then sends the flames forwards, the former rings breaking into large crescents which can be sent racing towards the opponent. The fire and lightning combo both incinerates and slices through anything within its path; carving a blazing path of destruction through the land. Alternatively the user can perform a single handseal, thus instead of sending the attack in a single direction, the user is cable of making the attack expand outwards up to mid range. As it does so the rings begin to spin faster and faster, to the point that the rings seemingly form a visually impregnable sphere.

~ No Fire or Lightning Jutsu above A-rank in the same and next turn .

Description: The user begins by gathering a decent amount of chakra into their palm clutching their hand tightly into a firm fist. Then while performing a punching motion the user releases the vast amount of chakra compressing it through shape manipulation into multiple small dense clusters of chakra that shoot outwards towards the opponent or opponents. These small dense clusters are released all at once and create a widespread burst of chakra bullets that can attack multiple opponents head on. Due to the compression and manipulation of the chakra bullets as they are released the chakra is on par with jutsu that go through form manipulation. These chakra bullets have enough force to break a few bones such as ribs and do some minor internal damage such as bruise internal organs and throw the opponent/opponents back a bit but is in no way fatal. Only ten bullets of chakra can be made from this jutsu and they reach out to Mid Range at max.

I have no issue with this move, just need to clarify a few aspects. Firstly, how large are each of these chakra bullets? Also, how many clusters can you release with "one burst"? Also, you can not control them once you release them, correct?

(Ninpou: Messatsu no Rasuto Dangan) - Ninjutsu: Obliterating Last Bullet

Description: The user gathers a significant amount of chakra into their forearms and then releases that vast amount of chakra from their palms performing a forward palm thrust with both hands. This lets the user create a massive amount of chakra discharge while also manipulating that chakra into large compressed spheres of chakra. These spheres rush at the opponent or opponents, so fast that they seem to fuse into two large groups of chakra blasts that appear to be two large blast in and of themselves. These spheres of chakra when they come in contact with an opponent can easily shatter bones like twigs and cause severe burns to the opponent due to the sheer speed of impact. Each individual sphere has enough force to leave large craters in the ground roughly three feet wide and two feet deep. Depending on their skill level the user will be able to create more or fewer bullets. A Sannin would be able to make two groups of five spheres for ten spheres in total a Kage ranked shinobi would be able to create two groups of ten spheres for twenty spheres in total, an Unofficial Sage two groups of fifteen for thirty in total and finally an Official Sage two groups of twenty for forty in total. The damage of a direct hit from the spheres can easily be fatal and leave the opponent cringing to life. However the strain of the vast amount of chakra and the recoil from it leaves the user's arms weak, unable to make hand seals or use basic ninjutsu that require the hands and taijutsu using the arms suffers -10 damage points. This recoil effect lasts two turns and is the same for all skill ranks.

(Sono Niiro Ontou Te) The Red Right Hand and The Devil's Left
Type: Weapon

Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat such as close range taijutsu. It's a set of multi-plated arm guards that run up the side of the wielder's arms leaving no visible skin. They are both form fitting thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The guards surround the wielder's arms and are made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versatile the metals have a special property; the metals are able absorb the wielder's chakra directly from his chakra reserves without his permission or consent storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user won't have to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guards do it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guards. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the finger tips and infuses into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the part of the arm guard that covers the fingers and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch it can be accomplished with either fist. The user must make contact with the opponent however for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons. They are both insulated and therefor make very bad conductors they can be imbued with a chakra nature however much like that of a sword or a kunai.

Finally the user can fully consent to the guards' absorption of his chakra, and instead of fighting against it let it devour vast amounts of chakra this lets the guards morph and twist taking over the user's body. The guard will extend taking over the user's upper body and shattering his mental state. At this point the user will grow mad with power unable to properly control himself relying completely on instinct. The guards begin to force chakra back into the user's body increasing his strength slightly (+5 to Taijutsu) and allowing him defense against most sword strikes and most taijutsu aimed at the upper body. This only lasts for 3 turns and after the user is completely exhausted unable to perform hand seals or use ninjutsu at all.

Notes:
-La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
-Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
-Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu
-Can only be wielded by Howard
-The guards can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle
-Can only be activated for a span of 6 turns another 3 turns are added if the user then consents to the chakra absorption process. This can only be used once.

Description: Lightning redirection is a specialized technique created to be used in conjunction with The Red Right Hand and The Devil's Left that allows the wielder to channel lightning into their body as energy (a current, it in no way changes the state of the lightning), then release it in a more desirable direction. Redirecting lightning deals with the flow of raiton chakra in the user's body, allowing the lightning to pass through without causing any major damage. The lightning will want to go to a place more positively charged this is usually the ground but since a raiton jutsu is targeted at the user of this tech, it's safe to say it's not aimed at the ground. The user's objective while using this jutsu is to get the lightning to pass through them and into the ground with little to no shock to themselves this means they simply become a circuit for the electricity. The person redirecting the lightning tech must create a pathway from their dominant hand using raiton chakra to guide the opponent's lightning jutsu letting the lightning pass though their fingertips, up the arm then down to the stomach avoiding the heart, then up and out the other arm where they direct it down to the ground. If the user is hit or obstructed during this process it can be fatal as a shock to the heart is deadly. Lightning can be successfully redirected regardless of whether the source is natural or generated. The only reason this is possible is because The Red Right Hand and The Devil's Left are insulated and made of metal these factors are not enough to hold off the lightning in any way shape or form but it aids in the process a great deal. This means the raiton jutsu or natural lightning will be held off for a moment though this moment is enough time to pull off the quick motion needed to channel the electricity in the above mentioned method.

The user will then infuse it with more meiton chakra causing it to turn a dark purple color as well as forming 6 more rings around the ball, giving it even more of an atomic look. As he then switches over the ball from his palm to his middle finger. There the ball can then be thrown from the users finger up to long range at the speed of a hard thrown kunai. The user can then command the ball to explode(By utilizing the expansive properties of the ball), creating an explosion equivalent to 2 of Deidara's standard clay bird explosions which let off blue flames consist of meiton. . However, due to the large amount of meiton infused in using this justu throughout the users arm, the user cannot use that arm for a whole turn. Leaving him unable to form handseals due to the pain in which the formation of the justu leaves upon.

Okay, I like the idea, but I need to clarify a few things. First issue, no, you can't make the chakra invisible to the normal eye, secondly, I need to know more about the hand. When you mean, you can form it anywhere, how large is it? Is it just the hand? Where does it come from exactly? How long does it take to form?

To answer your questions - I did define how much, it all depends on the volume of hair I grow from my body, to absorb said water source. The more water, the more volume of hair needed. Well, of course it would be able to absorb water techniques, meaning that there are current prescense of chakra within, else I would find it rather... Well, not so useful as I want it to be.

No, lightning can not deflect ninja tools. Also, what does Note: The user has to wait 2 turns after the tigers disappear exactly mean? You can't be standing around for two turns doing nothing. Also, you mention at first that the user creates ONE ball of lightning, then you say multiple ones can be made? Can you clarify?

I have permission from Xylon to make variations of his FTG explosion technique that involves sending exploding tags to a FTG seal, i have decided upon the theme of remaking canon techniques as FTG variants, as all my OC seem to be DNRed.
