Sword Of the Bloody Mist

Description: The Sword of the Secretive Mist was crafted in the great Village of Kirigakure. It is still a mystery today of the creation of the sword. It was created hundreds of years ago, but was lost after being dropped off of a cliff and into the abyss of Kirigakure's lakes. After years of searching, the villagers eventually found the sword on top of the highest peak. It was an amazing sight as the sword stayed straight as the strong winds hit against it. This is how it received its name. The circles on the hilt allow the user to amplify the wind chakra and release it outward causing the rings of wind to shoot outward. This sword has seen countless battles and has seen all of the battles in death. The blade is about a meter and a third in length and its handle is about a fourth of a meter. It's hilt is two circles converged onto each other which gives the appearance of an infinity sign.

Description and Background: Pegasus are winged divine horses usually depicted as white in color. They have been recorded in Ancient Greek history. They were a symbol of wisdom to the Greeks. These winged horses were used to bring warriors into battle. These animals were also depicted in emblems during World War 2. Although these creatures can fly, a human may be able to capture one of these, and train them to carry people. Although these creatures are not found regularly and are in fact very rare, there homes are usually in dark caves.
Although these creatures seem very majestic and magical, but they are only white horses with feathered wings. These creatures could fly as fast as they could run and were very hard to find. After some of the creatures were found they were breaded and used for summoning. Anyone with the summoning contract and a Pegasus tattoo can summon these animals.

There is a faint after image left in front of the user that would then disappear. This technique serves as the taijutsu equivalent to the substitution technique but this particular technique takes more time and training to master.

Description: The user focuses 90% of their chakra into their sword. The chakra that is present in this sword is so overwhelming it manifests itself into a physical form showing a chakra protrusion all around the blade in the shape of star. The chakra in the sword his then forcibly condensed and packed together. Using the skill of chakra manipulation, The user refines and sharpens the tips of the star. The condensed chakra is then released in a large impact destroying the terrain underneath the user creating a small crater. The sudden release of chakra is channeled into the user as a rush of chakra that serves as a speed boost for later. The stance of the user is changed holding the sword over their head and a crouching position. The user than leans forward and releases the chakra absorbs from their body in a big burst of speed that propels the user forward with blinding speeds leaving a blur in their tracks. The user then appears in front of the opponent and does a vertical slash downward All the chakra in the blade is released letting out a large cutting force able to slice clean through a mountain, a bijuu, or slice directly through the earth leaving a mark.

Description: The user focuses a thin layer of chakra above of their skin through their pores. The chakra is connected to the users nervous system making that chakra extremely sensitive. This is used to detect and react faster to incoming attacks that travel through the air. For example, if a shinobi throws a kunai at the user and this skill is active, the kunai can be detected at close range due to the vibrations of it moving through the air which the chakra that is connected to the nervous system is sensitive enough to detect.

-Lasts 5 turns.

Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versitile the metal has a special propety; the metal is able absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the top of the arm guard in a mass of blueish chakra that powers down through the arm guard and into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the Arm Guard and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
Notes:
-While activated the user cannot perform jutsu that require handseals
-La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
-Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones
-Blocking of Taijutsu attacks counts as a jutsu as only a jutsu can block a jutsu
-Can only be wielded by Howard
-Can be activated only once during the battle and deactivated once during the battle when deactivated the user can perform Hand Seals again

They are both insulated and therefor make very bad conductors they can be imbued with a chakra nature however much like that of a sword or a kunai.

Finally the user can fully consent to the guards' absorption of his chakra, and instead of fighting against it let it devour vast amounts of chakra this lets the guards morph and twist taking over the user's body. The guard will extend taking over the user's upper body and shattering his mental state. At this point the user will grow mad with power unable to properly control himself relying completely on instinct. The guards begin to force chakra back into the user's body increasing his strength slightly (+5 to Taijutsu) and allowing him defense against most sword strikes and most taijutsu aimed at the upper body. This only lasts for 3 turns and after the user is completely exhausted unable to perform hand seals or use ninjutsu at all.

Notes:
-La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
-Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones

Don't go too far with the strength boost and this sort of insulating abilities or "most Taijutsu or Sword attacks". Since you didn't rank it, it only stands for freeform. And the insulating abilities, again since you didn't rank it, won't amount to anything against lightning techniques.

Description: After waving 7 handseals, the user focus his chakra into the air several meters above as he superheats it, then he collects hot compressed gases into a spot in mid air until it forms a massive ball of blazing inferno. The user's uses the radiation from the sun impinging on gaseous matter, aerosols contained in the air, greenhouse gases and dust particle as source material. He simply mixes his katon chakra with them, collects them together, condenses and superheats them. A different variation of chibaku tensei as only gaseous substances are collected. This is smaller compared to the sun, however this causes the terrain to be extremely hot upto 100degrees therefore giving no room for ice to form. With this, cloud is unable to form.

It also has sharp spikes all over the curves except for the hilt in the middle which serves as the handle. the string is made of a thin metallic spring that draws doton chakra from the users hand thereby forming an arrow made of thick dense earth as the user pulls it. the arrow that it shoots been mainly pure earth chakra (= to A-Rank) is fast and precise and can pierce through B-Rank earth but the arrows
are weak to Lightning.

Katon: Weldingu Yubi - Fire Style: Welding Fingers

Description: An alternative fire release where the user kneads fire chakra into some or all of his ten fingers. He then realeases pressurized fire from the tip of the fingers. The flame has a 5m reach. This is released similarly to the way oxy-acetylene flame is released from a gas welding machine nozzle. The length of the fire can be reduced and increased at will while similarly to pressurised flame, it can cut through something as hard as steel. However elemental weakness is still valid for this.

(Kuro Ito Togatta Tsume) – Dark Threads Serrated Claws

Description: Kakuzu channels chakra through the dark threads within both of his hands and releases threaded claws (from in between each of his fingers), creating three on each of his hands. Each of the claws are exactly one meter in length and about five centimeters in width. The threaded claws are extremely tightly woven together, making them extremely difficult to break/cut through. As a result of being tightly woven, the claws are also capable of deflecting small projectiles and clashing with swords. The claws themselves are extremely sharp and will slice through human flesh with relative ease. Once the claws pierce someone, the user can cause the individual threads (which make up the claws) to sporadically spike out in every direction, impaling the opponent in an innumerous amount of places.

Description: Kakuzu channels chakra through the dark threads within his entire body and causes a dense armour of dark threads to converge over him, enveloping him head to toe in an armour of spiked dark threads, causing him to resemble a werewolf. His armour of threads is extremely tightly woven together, making it capable of enduring powerful impact forces, clash with swords and deflect small projectiles such as kunai, shuriken, spears and bullets. Due to the full body armour of spiked threads, Kakuzu becomes capable of expelling tendrils from anywhere on his body which can reach up to mid range (10 meters), amplifying the damage of his physical hits and shooting needles of dark threads (five times the size of normal senbon) from anywhere on his body. The needles when shot will impale anything within short range of the user (5 meter radius). The technique also grants him a one meter long tail composed entirely of spiked threads which can be used for physical attacks and be freely manipulated as an additional limb.

Raizu| Vengeous
Type: Weapon

Description: Vengeous is a large sentient sword created by Kakuzu himself using his dark threads and the heart of a fallen foe. The sword itself is two meters in length (including the hilt) and is the same width as a compacted Samehada. The entirety of the sword is composed of spiky black threads, and the exterior is tightly weaved together into a dense structure, which is impossible to cut through by normal means. The hilt of the sword is constructed of pure obsidian and shape of the blade of itself looks much like a curved arrowhead with its tip resembling a crab’s pincer. The heart inside of the sword is located in the center of the blade and is fully functioning, resulting in Vengeous being considered both a living creature and a sentient ally to Kakuzu. As a result Vengeous is capable of acting of its own accord, rational thought and has a malicious personality inherited from Kakuzu. The sword itself can go weeks without nutrition and has a strict diet of blood which it ingests through its skin. The sword is usually carried around in a black and red scabbard, on the user’s back.

Abilities
-The sword is near impossible to break/cut through due to it’s tightly weaved exterior.

-The sword is capable of releasing dark threads as tendrils to restrict and ensnare the opponent. The tendrils are capable of extending up to five meters and can come from anywhere on the blade. These tendrils can pierce the opponent's body, prevent their mobility or even disarm them of their weapon.

The sword is capable of shooting out countless needles composed entirely of dark threads, which are about thirty centimeters in length and five times the width of a normal senbon. This will count as one of the user’s jutsu per turn.

-The blade possess the ability to extend up to two meter spikes from everywhere on the blade or hilt at any time which are capable of skewering through the body of anyone they come into contact with.

-When damaged, the sword can repair itself by growing new layers of dark threads. This is taken further by the sword’s ability to shed the outer layers of its skin, with a new layer of threads growing in its place.

-The sword is capable of crawling, telepathically communicating with Kakuzu and acting of its own accord

Restrictions
-Can only be wielded for five turns per battle
-Kakuzu is unable to use the heart of this sword for "Heart Reaper"
-The sword possess no mouth and isn't capable of talking
-Must have a Kakuzu bio to wield the sword
-Vengeous is incapable of transferring chakra to the wielder
-The Sword can be killed

-Negative Knight is the only person capable of wielding this weapon. In response to anyone else who attempts to wield the blade, the sword erupts in a violent outburst, extending 10 meter spikes from everywhere on its body (including the hilt), severely impaling the unsuspecting wielder.

-The sword possess a symbiotic relationship with the wielder, draining them of chakra every turn to maintain itself

-Declined- I honestly love the idea and i will consider approving it if you worked well on the abilities a bit more, some need defining and all in general are broad, remove the telepathic stuff, last you say that the sword can be killed, but you say it can't be cut through or broken and when hurt will repair itself, so how can it be killed exactly? =_= i'll give you only one shot at this, and next time if i don't see everything i need i'll DNR it.

Using this justu allows the user +5 to all raiton justu used over the next 2 turns due to the charging of electrons prior to firing the bolt of lightning.

Origin: Parrots are from a secret Rainforest, on top of a remote plateau, called the Altorio Forest.

General Description: Parrots are colourful and majestic birds, with a diverse pallet of colours and a wide range of shapes. They possess strong beaks and claws, and a are beautiful and agile in the air.

Summon General Abilities: The parrots of Altorio are very strong and fast. And average Parrot from Alto Rio is about the same size as a Lion, and is able to carry up to 2 people on their back without loosing any speed. They all can use chakra, though some have acquired unique abilities, such as Elemental Affinity or other Battle related skills. They are very energetic and warm, and speak in a very thick Portuguese accent.

As described in the Monkey Chase Technique, all birds have an innate sense of direction, guiding themselves through the magnetic field of the earth. In the technique, they use that skill and develop it further to use as highly advanced and efficient tracking method. To expand on that, while requiring the actual technique in order to memorize and track electromagnetic signatures across the globe, parrots have a passive ability to sense the signatures around themselves, within a certain limit. This allows them to sense an opponent around the field, or any other source of electromagnetic emission. The higher ranked the parrot, the longer the radius (Varying, roughly, between 50 meters (D ranks) to 1 km (S ranks). Bosses have generally up to 1,5km radius). Exceptions to these will be described in the individual descriptions of each specialized parrot.

Parrots are able to cast genjutsu on their opponent, but only up to 1 rank above the rank of the technique normally used to summon them to the field. They do this by either clicking their beaks, producing a characteristic sound personal to each parrot, or by flashing their colorful feathers. Exceptions to these will be described in the individual descriptions of each specialized parrot.


Summoning: The person who signs this contract is able to summon parrots from Altorio, and can also be summoned by parrots. In case of an unsuccessfully summoning, or the usage of a very small amount of chakra, the user calls forth a baby chick, without much use in a battle other than being very cute. The canon Summoning Jutsu calls forth common parrots, from average size or smaller, but with no special abilities other then a random small weapon. Using specific amounts of chakra, the user can summon special parrots, with special abilities, all up to the Boss. (Which will be submitted using the official template)

Description:Symphony Arts is a kenjustu style that involves the usage of special made Raipers that blades are made of a special metal that allows the user to play notes similar to a Xylophone with a special stick will infusing there chakra to emit special techniques when a specific sequence is played,the blade will then amplify the sounds of the metal to allow the techniques to activate.The upper part near the tip of the blade is higher in pitch,more in between the raiper the notes are more lower but are still high,while the area near the guard is much lower than the other two parts of the blade,this is achieved as the metal made in the raipers of Symphony Arts are made from different metals welded together in order to allow the effects.These raipers can be summoned via a scroll marked with a musical note with a raiper passing though it,or they can be carried with the user as the beginning of the match.These raipers appear normal but they are actually made with a special mechanism that allows needles of senbons to shoot out when a person how doesn't know the Symphony Arts.

He feels lack of oxygen reaching his brains and therefore, he feels like loosing conscious. In reality, the opponent is immobilised on the spot. But his confidence level drops down. His speed, reflexes and power gets reduced by one rank.

Note: The effects lasts for only 3 turns.

Description: Usually used on moving targets (even summonings), this genjutsu involves taking control of the opponent's 5 senses and making them immobilised and making them go through a terrible mental stress and pain. The user puts the opponents under genjutsu where they feel a semi-transparent dome surround them and their movements slow down and then suddenly stop as if the gravity of the earth were to decrease. As this happens, at the same time, the opponent suddenly feels himself being lifted into the air (in zero gravity). He feels himself suffocating due to the lack of oxygen. As his body is lifted, he looses control of his limbs and they get stretched all around, away from his body. The body gets stretched more, the more he tries to move his muscle, and thereby putting him in more agony. The lack of oxygen makes him feel dizzy and makes him loose consciousness.
In reality, the opponent stands there immobilised. The more physical pain he receives in the illusion, the same amount of pain is inflicted on his mind. The lack of oxygen (in the illusion) makes him weak hearted, a person who won't fight back effectively and he would give up by not fighting back. His reasoning power will decrease drastically.

Description: This is a armor where only the best of the best can master. The user will do 6 handseals then slap their hands together.. Scorch chakra that resembles the color and thickness of the scorch sun technique will form around the user. The user will gain a full body armor covering their whole body not leaving no opening, also through channeling their body in scorch chakra the heat of the scorch wont affect the user as much until the last turn of the armor activation. This armor does not protect the body from physical attacks but acts as the typical scorch, and drain water from anything that contains water in it, (Body, Water Jutsus, Wood, Etc) This armor also gains a boost to the user Wind, Fire, and Scorch jutsus.. This armor will also give anybody who comes in contact with the scorch armor a 3rd degree burn making them unable to use handseals for 1 turn. This armor comes with great risk. Due to the huge scale of chakra this armor consumes, the user suffers great fatigue once the armor wears out, also due to the heat causing slight fatigue.

some problems with this: Its oped, not nearly restricted enough, unreasonble boots, its too high ranked, it has been done before for virtually all elements in the past, including lightning which i believe was where you got he idea and it lasts way too long. However, even if you tone this down, taking into account the nature of scorch...it will be very hard if not impossible to be approved.

Once the blood lands on the opponent hand, it starts to feels like corrosive acid, as it will then spread around the body within a matter of seconds covering the whole body in blood that feels like corrosive acid. The pain is causes so much mental stress to the body that the user is immobolize not being able to move in reality while in the genjutsu, his body starts to corrode away starting with the user hands, making the head the last

Description: The user either does the rat-tiger hand seal or simply looks into the eyes of the opponent to cast him under a genjutsu, In which user alters with the memory of the opponent regarding the terrain and makes him believe that they were fighting either in a jungle or over sea surface which is filled with wild carnivores animals/sharks respectively, then the opponent see a large cluster of animals coming out of the forest to attack him and the user as well, this is done so that the opponent things it is happening for real, as the opponent feel's that he is being taken down by wild animals he suffers from mental damage which further in the battle may slow down his reaction time etc, the user can also use this techniques upon himself while simultaneously affecting the opponent as well, user uses it on himself to break free from weak rank genjutsu [A rank and below], it works by disrupting the opponent's chakra with in the body of the user much like Kai although user still suffers a minimal damage but using it in such a manner will weaken the over all effect of this jutsu on the opponent and the jutsu will be de-ranked from a S rank to an A rank jutsu and accordingly the damage cause will also be altered.

-If the opponent does not break the genjutsu within 1 turn, then he will take the mental damage from this jutsu which in turn will break him free of the genjutsu but will result in paralysis in the following turn due to mental trauma and slow reflexes for the rest of the battle.
-If the opponent is affected by the weak version of the gen {A rank} then he is not paralyzed but he still need's to deal with slow reflexes due to to strain that is if he is not able to break free from it.
-Useable 2 times
-No Genjutsu in the same turn it is used
-If user uses it on himself, he will have slow reflexes for the following turn.

Kyōka Suigetsu has the special ability Kanzen Saimin (完全催眠, Complete Hypnosis). The user can place a single person under a Genjutsu that can ONLY deceive their perception of other objects. The user can have the opponent misinterpret a persons shape, form, size, smell, mass and feel to be that of an enemy. However this sense manipulation can only successfully work against a foe if they initially see the release of Kyōka Suigetsu. Although having to see it's release, they foe only has to see it once to be subject to it's powers for a limitless amount of time, no matter how many times Kyōka Suigetsu is activated and deactivated. Because the foe has to see the release for the Complete Hypnosis to work, those who have not seen it are effectually immune to it's powers. When the Complete Hypnosis is activated and Aizen wishes to remove the illusion by force of will or if the opponent breaks the genjutsu, it will appear to shatter or melt away. It's hypnotic capabilities can be extremely useful when used in combat situations; for example, he can create either simple or complex illusions to completely fool or disorientated his opponents. Whilst his foes are concentrating on his illusions, he can then hide his actions with extreme secrecy and impunity, and when he delivers an attack they'll be focused on the decoy until it's too late. While the illusions created by this Sword can be powerful, those who are extremely well trained and skilled themselves may be able to tell the differences between the illusions and the reality. Dojutsu and Sensors can easily break through this Genjutsu with ease.

These chains appear to be coming from underneath the sea ground, not only that, but due to being so deep undersea, the user begins to feel crushed and at the same time the genjutsu stimulates the user's brain into a drowning phase where the user cannot breath, which is logical. This results in the opponent passing out at the end of the turn.

Description: In this technique user performs a row of 2 handseals, and grows turtle scales from his whole body such that now the user looks like a reptile, and his defensive power reaches at utmost limit, but with the loss of speed. The user now has the absolute defensive power being able to defend against almost any taijutsu move and 1 ninjutsu move upto S-rank (or 2 A-ranks etc). Once per use, user can also focus his chakra in the scales(B-rank), and can shoot them without any prior notice, though this does not reduce the defensive strength of the user but it counts as another user's 1/3 move.
Note: -Lasts 4 turns at max.
-The scales shed after they are hit by a S-rank (or 2 A-ranks etc)
-User speed drops down by one level. (eg from Sage to Kage, Kage to Sannin etc)

Description: User claps his hands and summons a giant Turtle, who carries giant swords in both of his hands. The turtle however is summoned upside down having it's face facing the ground with it's legs facing the sky, as the turtle is summoned, he start rotating very fast with facing his one hand in downward direction, while the second one remains perpendicular to the first one. The first hand with sword forms a giant drill with it's sword as the center of the drill, while his second hand with sword spins like that of helicopter's rotor blades. falling onto the opponent from above and drilling into them.
Note: -The Turtle is summoned above the opponent's location by 10-20 meters.
-Must have signed the Terrapin contract.

Keep the original one. BTW, you don't have Turtles...you have Terrapins... Don't refer ever again to Turtles which are a cannon contract. If you try to do so it will lead to dnr and I'll decline your contract. Your contract was approved under the condition that it wouldn't collide with the cannon turtle contract... so don't.
