Quite by nature and stealthy at heart, within her roads she took hold of the Violet Archives. Scrutiny of them brought her knowledge. Developing ability to release powerful sruges of chakra from her tenketsu in form of different elements to aid her in close range battles. Later on she discovered that those chakra blades could be used to cancel chakra distruption and revive so to say the tenketsu if they were to be a victim of a gentle fist attack. As the age took its place, Assassin was looking for one to whom she wants to permit this knowledge. Akasha, who then was apart of Drow family, a young girl within the place she didn't belong and with ability exceeding even her own looked like a child that could carry it with great potential. Akasha, after having been taught the style from her teacher, later on developed if further to give a more compressed form to the 'chakra blades' so that they could still have a form after leaving the user's body and reaching greater ranges.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
Style revolves around focusing ones chakra in specific tenketsu and releasing it from it in form of a blade. Chakra blades can vary in size, reaching up to half a meter in lenght and are almost instantaneously released from ones body. Depending on the elemental chakra that has been focused into the tenketsu, the property of blades can vary. Although the style has been created as for defensive puroses it can also be used for offense. Each chakra blade can be lunched from ones body reaching up to short range.
Wind chakra: Forming a wind blade would augment the damage that is created upon opponent because of sharness that the blade of this element has being capable of easily piercing through target.
Fire chakra: Although the blade of fire would not be as sharp as one of the wind, it would be capable of heating the place effected by the blade and thus making damage.
Lighting chakra: Characteristic of lighting blade is one of being capable of numbing part of the body that is effected by the blade.
Water chakra: When it comes to combining blades and water, one is capable of either using a variation of water, being sticky and adhesive or normal water. The water blades are usually made for making blunt damage rather then having cutting capabilities.
Earth chakra: One is capable of releasing mud blades from its tenketsu. This blades are as well as the one of water usually used for blunt damage and slowing down opponent if he or she was to be hit by the blade rather then having cutting capabilities.

Looks cool to me. I haven't gotten a weapon approved before but wouldn't you wanna give it an ability that would help you in battle? Also, 20 centimeters is really short. Did you mean two meters?

(Hokuto Shin Ken) - Big Dipper God Fist Type:TaiGenNinjutsu Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan. The way the story is told, In the Village Hidden under the Moon, The Hokuto clan practiced an art once so forbidden, it was allowed only 1 successor per generation. The original forms of Hokuto Shin Ken were lost, but they are said to contain techniques where which by channeling one's energy into a single blow and striking one of the 708 Keiraku Hikō Hidden Meridian Points in the human body, they could cause victim's to explode, be controlled involuntarily or otherwise incapacitated. It could also be used to heal certain physical and psychological wounds, such as restoring a person's voice, eyesight or memories, though the main purpose of Hokuto Shin Ken was/is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shin Ken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the four fated Hokuto brothers. The 4 brother consisted of Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro. The eldest of the four Hokuto brothers was Raoh. Raoh was known as "Roah the conqueror" and takes the mantle of Ken-oh, or 'Fist King', after being rejected as the successor to Hokuto Shin Ken. Toki was the second of the four Hokuto brothers. He was a pacifist who seeked to use Hokuto Shinken as a healing art, and forfeited his bid for Fist due to illness. Toki's self-made technique, Hokuto Ujoken Jutsu (North Star Humane Fist Technique), was said to be a jutsu that was capable of healing or destroying that which it is used on. Jagi was the third of the four Hokuto brothers. Deceptive and evil, Jagi would stop at nothing to win and frequently cheated during battle. He never really mastered Hokuto Shin Ken, relying on his sly tricks to finish off most of his opponents. And finally there was Kenshiro. Kenshiro was the youngest of the four Hokuto brothers and the chosen successor of Hokuto Shin Ken. They were raised by the previous Fist, Ryuken. The previous successor to the Hokuto Shin Ken style, Ryuken was the sifu who adopted and trained Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro in the Hokuto Shin Ken style. After he chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Roah left bent on taking the title from Kenshiro by force.
As Kenshiro traveled the Hidden Moon Village unaware of Ryuken, he was ambushed by his other brother Jagi. Jagi had taken to calling himself The Fist and was causing trouble in different villages and in Kenshiro's name. During their brief scuffle, Kenshiro was said to have hit a meridian point that made the hair on Jagi's head burst off as his head began to swell, and the veins on his head began to budge until a few of the veins burst thru the skin, shooting blood like a out of control fire hose. Though limited in his knowledge of Hokuto Shin Ken, Jagi is able to hit counter meridian points, stopping the attack before his head were to explode. As Kenshiro goes to leave his brother alive, he is stopped in his tracks by the news that Roah has killed their Sensai and was coming for him, while also taking credit for egging on Roah's jealousy of Kenshiro position. Unfortunately for Jagi, this news turns Kenshiro's warm heart cold and merciless, and after unleashing one of Hokuto Shin Ken's most forbidden taijutsu's, Jagi's head begins to swell, and as his head explodes he was still cursing Ken's name.
Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh who was amassing an army of ninja in an attempt to overthrow the Village heads and start his quest for world domination. Fighting his way thru hundreds of ninja's, Kenshiro reached Roah. Roah, mounted on a steed and clad in armor fit for a King, tells Kenshiro how he believed he should have been chosen as successor, and laughed while he said that he killed their "old man" for being so foolish as to choose a weakling like Ken as the Fist as the Northstar. Kenshiro couldn't take no more, and his anger exploded into a violent rage, his chakra could be seen glowing in his eyes. Raoh, being arrogant, begins the fight still sitting on his horse, who soon becomes a victim of Ken's new merciless nature. After an hour of fighting hand to hand, mostly chakra enhanced taijutsu, Raoh had fallen.

Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Raoh, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah died, so did a lot of Kenshiro's rage, and at Ryuken's grave, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shin Ken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.
He then decided that the forbidden techniques would remain limited to who they were taught, if he ever decided to even do teach them. He took his teachings and created a new form of the Big Dipper God Fist. Using his knowledge of Genjutsu as well as Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he was able to replace attacks that would have made an enemies explode from within, with a less lethal taijutsu attack that induces a minute genjutsu that shows them the image of themselves exploding while he quickly went for a strike. Instances of this went across all his techniques, and he spent many years refining it before even beginning to teach it himself. He destroyed the Hidden Scrolls so that no one could ever learn the true form of Hokuto Shin Ken, thus saving future generations from the fate of he and his brothers.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:As with many Chinese Martial Arts, there is a soft style, which depends on accuracy and agility, and a hard style, which relies on brute power to annihilate targets. The inner workings of Hokuto Shin Ken's true nature is something akin to the Hiyuga clan, in that chakra is channeled from one person to another along meridian points that control chakra flow to other area's of the body. For example, striking a meridian point on the arm may be connected to brain functionality, and so on. Striking different parts of the body, and infusing ones own chakra into the bodywas capable of controlling ones actions, and internal workings. The hard style was too brutal for anyone to wield, using Hokuto Shin Ken to tap into the body's dormant 70% of untapped strength, allowing for mind bending feats of strength and conditioning. Using the hard style, Kenshiro was shown Splitting a skyscraper in 2 simply by punching it, and hardening his skin to the point of taking no harm as said building collapsed on him. Knowing that his style would be what the outsiders called "DNR'd" if he continued the style in it's original forms, Kenshiro spent years developing a new Hard and Soft style of Hokuto Shin Ken... The Hard style called for attacking straight thru others' attacks, taking collateral damage in order to successfully land a blow. By hardening ones mind and spirit, he is able to take attacks that would have stopped his attacks from landing in stride, continuing his attack like nothing had happened, though, when the battle was over and the adrenaline rush stops, the user would feel every attack that landed on them. Kenshiro changed the hard style from being almost invulnerable to attacks, to simply being mentally tough enough to fight thru attacks despite being attacked simultaneously. Thru using chakra control to harden ones skin some, he was able to fight thru and endure pain from C rank Elemental attacks/defenses and withstand C rank Taijutsu, still following thru with his attacks despite being defended, though he would still take damage from said attack which could also include death if the defense were to hit a vital organ. His new version of The Soft style consisted of attacks and defenses that that initiate genjutsu illusions before attacking/defending, momentary fluctuations of the enemies chakra network making them see what he wanted them to see. When he would go to kick or punch someone high, he could make the enemy see his body moving in a motion of a low attack, making the enemy defend the wrong area of their body. When throwing a fury of punches, he could make the enemy see 100 fist raging at them when in reality, it was only a hand full of blows that were delivered. He could also, in some instances, make the enemy see him dodge differently than he did, making them believe for a second that their attack had landed as he counter attacks from a different location. All the illusions created from his style were momentary, none were long lasting genjutsu's, and most wore off as soon as his attacks ended without the enemy needing to deduce they were in a genjutsu.
Example Techniques: (Hokuto Shin Ken - Hokuto Hyakuretsu Ken) Big Dipper God Fist - Hundred Crack Fist Type:Offensive/Attack Rank: B Range: Short Chakra: 20 Damage: 40 Description:The user will channel his chakra into the enemy creating a brief illusion where they see 100 fists coming at them in their entire field of view. In reality, the user attacks the enemy with a dozen blows that are hard to see due to the brief illusion of a flurry of fists coming at them. The effects of the genjutsu are temporary, lasting no more than a couple seconds ~Notes~

(Hokuto Shin Ken - Musō Tensei) Big Dipper God Fist - Nil-Thought Rebirth Type:Supplementary Rank: A Range: Short Chakra: 30 (15 per turn to maintain) Damage: N/A Description: The user begins by performing the Heaven's breaking stance form clearing his mind while molding chakra, allowing the user is to enter Muso Tensai. Once considered the ultimate form of Hokuto Shin Ken, the Nil-Thought Rebirth is learn-able only by one who has known infinite sadness, to connect with the souls of fallen rivals and comrades, helping them to achieve a conscious state of "nothingness", making them appear emmotionless and impervious to physical attacks (C rank and below with-in reason), though the damage will still be taken, the user can battle thru the pain as if they were never attacked (Though attacks to vital points would still kill). In addition, one gains heightened reflexes for a short period, and can, on instinct alone, feign out of the way or parry an incoming attack ~Notes~
-Can only be used once per battle
-Because of the connection to the souls of fallen rivals and comrades, customs created by others and taught to the user gain a +10 damage, customs created by the user do not gain the bonus
-dodging or parrying follows substitution rules, and will end the jutsu 1 turn sooner if used

(Hokuto Shin Ken - Himitsu no Jutsu: Tenha Kassatsu) Big Dipper God Fist - Secret Technique: Heaven's Impalement Type:Defensive Rank: S Range: Short Chakra: 40 Damage: 80 Description: Considered one of the Ultimate defenses of Hokuto, Tenha Kassatsu rescues the user from peril without having to touch the opponent. By focusing raw chakra to the users fists, they are able to thrust forwards with both hands quickly, four fingers pointed outwards in a square on one hand and 3 fingers at an angle on the other, forming the shape of the Big Dipper constellation. Upon thrusting the hands forwards, seven bullets shaped bursts of raw chakra will shoot outwards in a tight grouping towards the enemy, capable of piercing straight thru the enemy, sending them flying backwards

He then destroyed the Hidden Scrolls so that no one could ever learn the true form of Hokuto Shinken, thus saving future generations from the fate of he and his brothers.

This allows for heightened reaction speeds in cqc as well as faster deductive reasoning based on the information present by focusing ones own mind to have clear emotionless thoughts and reactions.

The Hard Style is OPed. 70% of our potential would be roughly equivalent to 5th-6th gate, I could be wrong, but it's still close to EIG standards. Punching a 2 story building and knocking it down, and it falling on you and causing no damage? (Hokuto Shinken) - Big Dipper God Fist Type:RaitonFutonTaijutsu Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan. The way the story is told, In the Village Hidden under the Moon, The Hokuto clan practiced an art once so forbidden, it was allowed only 1 successor per generation. The original forms of Hokuto Shinken were lost, but they are said to contain techniques where which by channeling one's energy into a single blow and striking one of the 708 Keiraku Hikō Hidden Meridian Points in the human body, they could cause victim's to explode, be controlled involuntarily or otherwise incapacitated. It could also be used to heal certain physical and psychological wounds, such as restoring a person's voice, eyesight or memories, though the main purpose of Hokuto Shinken was/is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shinken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the Hokuto brothers. After Ryuken chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Roah left bent on taking the title from Kenshiro by force, but not before Ryuken spoke to Raoh of Hokuto's Ultimate form, Musō Tensei, an ability Ryuken, laughing in the face of death, said was unattainable by Raoh, his great ambition stopping him from ever knowing true sorrow.
Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh to avenge their father. During the course of battle, the pain of loss of friend and foe alike took a toll on Kenshiro, and the deep sorrow that he bared eventually awakened the state of Musō Tensei, and a revelation of the style's future form. This shook Raoh to the core, experiencing the sensation of fear for the first time as he remembers Ryuken's dying words to him. After an hour of fighting, Raoh had fallen. Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Raoh, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah, the only person Ken truly considered a friend died, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shinken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
Knowing that his style would be what the outsiders called "DNR'd" if he continued the style in it's original forms, Kenshiro spent years developing a new style of Hokuto Shinken. The new style called for attacking straight thru others' attacks, taking collateral damage in order to successfully land a blow. By hardening ones mind and spirit thru Musō Tensei, he is able to take attacks that would have stopped his attacks from landing in stride, continuing his attack like nothing had happened, though, when the battle was over and the adrenaline rush stops, the user would feel every attack that landed on them (described below in Muso Tensei). Kenshiro changed the style from being almost invulnerable to attacks, to simply being mentally tough enough to fight thru attacks despite being attacked simultaneously, as well as implementing his knowledge of Futon and Raiton chakra into attacks achieving the same piercing/paralyzing effects of the original style.

Description: A tall, human-esque puppet: it's a unique amalgamation of lightweight, flame-retarded metal and wood taken from a unique, chakra-sustained tree. Ideo has crimson-colored hair and a similarly colored beard. Its two shoulders are abnormally elongated, extending over its head. Yet another unusual feature is a compact metallic chamber protruding from the back, that generally resembles a sharp bud. Combat-wise, Ideo is equipped with a wide variety of potent vapors and explosive mechanisms, enough so that its considered highly dangerous in close-quarter-combat. Even the puppeteer must be wary of their position in relation to the puppet's attacks.
Built within both of the forearms are metallic pipes that house 24 small, metallic discs. Each disc possesses an identical inscription of the widely-used explosive tags, and the first of each arm is positioned along the palm of the corresponding hand. Should one detonate, the used disc will fall out afterwards and have the next in line disc assume its place. To increase the force behind its punches, Ideo may also build up pressure via steam from an internal furnace. When the steam is ultimately released, it will depart via opens at the top of Ideo's elongated shoulders. On a more superficial note, a compact crossbow is mounted on the left arm, with unique arrows that are replaced automatically. I know it's already a big wall of text but you should include the chakra shield things and the tag thingys for the infinite extending arm thing along with the poison smoke... thing. Those are neat. Description: Lighting in its natural form starts out as ionized air that travels along a set path between a positive and a negative charge, before the lightning strikes and the charge is equalled out. This jutsu follows the same principle. The user will focus huge amounts of lightning chakra into one of their arms, causing great pain and moderate damage to that arm from the lightning by doing so. The user will then snap their fingers and create two points of positive and negative ionized air where ever they so choose on the battlefield, these points and all ionized air are invisible to the normal eye.
This causes a chain reaction, first ionized air will move from the negative point the the positive point, creating a slight breeze in that location. Then but a moment after the breeze a powerful discharge of lightning will rush back the opposite way to which the breeze went, due to how it is created this lightnings speed and power are almost akin to its natural state. Creating a powerful technique that at the time of the strike is difficult to dodge without incredible speed or perhaps even space time techniques, let alone block.

(Nanto Seiken) - South Dipper Holy Fist Type: FutonSuitonGenjutsuTaijutsu Background: The Nanto Seiken style is named after the Chinese asterism Nanto Roku Sei (literally, South Dipper Six Stars), a portion of Sagittarius known as the Milk Dipper in the West. Nanto Seiken, along with Hokuto Shinken, are the two most powerful assassination styles in Chinese martial arts. It follows a different principle from Hokuto Shinken, in which it has the power to destroy an enemy's body from the outside through powerful stabbing and slicing techniques, as opposed to Hokuto Shinken's use of the body's Keiraku Hikō to destroy the enemy from within. The organization structure of Nanto Seiken is said to be 108 sects of Nanto Seiken. The six strongest Nanto masters were called the Nanto Roku Seiken (Six Holy Fists of South Dipper), who correspond to the six stars in the Nanto Roku Sei constellation. In ancient times, these six masters each guarded one of six gates of the Moon Emperor's palace. The strongest of all masters being Souther, who practiced Nanto Hōō Ken (South Dipper Fenghuang Phoenix Fist). Its successor is born under the Star of Leadership (Shōsei). Souther was the Village Hidden under the Moon's polar opposite to Kenshiro and his Hokuto Shinken style, the virtual Yin to his Yang. It was said when the North Star moved, so did the South Star and the Heaven's themselves. Similar to Hokuto Shinken, this style used by Souther is taught in the ways of Isshi Sōden, meaning there can be only one master and one successor. The student must kill his master in order to complete his training. Eventually the Fists of the North and South Stars would cross paths, and the battle that ensued would leave Souther defeated by a Compassionate fist strike, Kenshiro using his brother's own technique thru Muso Tensei on him to lesson his pain before death. Souther, stating that he doesn't need Kenshiro's compassion, stabs himself in the chest with wind infused fingers, refusing to die by Hokuto. Though he died, his style lived on with his student whom never had the chance to finish him off, and was incorporated at Nanto Seikon's school into a new form of Nanto Seiken that could exist in the Ninja world of today...

With the styles now being taught at the Nanto school of martial arts in the Hidden Moon, Only one who has mastered all the forms of Nanto Seiken may use the Ultimate stance of Nanto Hōō Ken.

(Nanto Seiken: Koshū Ken Genjutsu- Yuugen Sho) - South Dipper Holy Fist: Lone Eagle Fist Illusionary Arts- Phantasmal Fists Rank: B Type: Attack Range: Short Chakra Cost: 20 Damage Points: 40 Description: The user begins by molding chakra and sending it into an opponent's system, putting both hands palms out facing the enemy. They will then begin to circle both hands outwards like making a sideways 8 as the user disappears from view, only the encircling hands remain as the background goes black and more hands appear encircling the area 360* horizontally around the target. In reality, the user swiftly maneuvers to behind the enemy, molding Futon chakra to the hands and strikes, thrusting with both hands together like a blade hard enough to pierce bone.

(Nanto Seiken: Nanto Hōō Ken - Tensho Juuji Ho) - South Dipper Holy Fist: Imperial Phoenix Fist - Heaven's Soaring Cross Phoenix Stance Rank: A Type: Supplemental/Offensive Range: Short - Mid Chakra Cost: 30 Damage Points: 60 Description: When a formidable opponent appears, this stance less style's basis is discarded, and the Heaven's Soaring Cross Phoenix Stance can be performed. The user starts by putting both arms straight outwards to the sides, palms pointing outwards as he gathers his wind chakra thru out his body. Thru proper chakra control and manipulation, The wind chakra can be controlled to cover the hands and feet in slicing blades of wind that can be used to attack in cqc, or can be whipped upwards quickly launching them forwards in a vertical line of slicing wind up to mid range. Furthermore, entering this stance allows one to access the Wings of Nanto. By focusing and using chakra control, wind chakra can be accumulated to the entire back regain and released from the body in a surge, allowing one to travel from one range to another at 2x's speed (ie; short-mid, mid-long) from the burst of wind, however, doing so will end this jutsu immediately and cannot be performed to go upwards, just straight forwards..

(Nanto Seiken: Suichō Ken - Gisei sutā no Taron) - South Dipper Holy Fist: Waterfowl Fist - Talons of the Justice Star Rank: A Type: Offensive Range: Short Chakra Cost: 30(-10 per turn) Damage Points: 60 Description: After performing the Bird seal and molding water chakra within, the user will manipulate the chakra to their fists, particularly their 4 fingers on each hand, creating 6 inch blades of visible water coming from the tip of each finger, that are focused and razor sharp.

Arutemisu | Artemis Type: Weapon | Supplementary Rank: A-Rank Range: N/A Chakra: N/A (-20 for changing the weapon form) Damage: N/A Description: Artemis is a rod made of a very malleable metal, which upon charging chakra into it, can be molded into different forms. While not in use, the rod is only 25 centimetres long. When the rod is extended, the rod's length increases drastically, becoming two metres. Using their chakra, the user is able to change the rod into a scythe or a sword.
~Note~ The use of chakra for this weapon only applies when the user is changing the basic form of the weapon e.g. Rod --> Scythe, Scythe to Sword. ~Note~ Every time the weapon changes form, the weapon cannot change form for another 2 turns. ~Note~ The user must extend the rod before changing it into another weapon. ~Note~ This weapon can only be used by SilverAssassin and those he allows.
