(Ichigo Haineko) - Strawberry ash cat

Description:Haineko is a large sword in the shape of a flat strawberry, with the leaves as "tips". It has very rough texture and smooth sharp edges, and it could be used as a fan because of the shape and size. The user channels their chakra into the sword, and the blade of the sword will break down into many grey little pieces of sharp blades. To the opponent, it would look like as if the blade itself is dissolving in thin air. The blade particles can become a grey cloud, and with the handle, the user can control/manipulate the particles as little blades by swinging it. Depending on the direction the wielder swings the handle, the cloud of blade particles will move in that direction. If the particles happen to be within close range of the opponent when the user swings the handle, the small blades will begin slicing into the opponent, shredding them. The user can also reform the blade back to normal simply by canceling his chakra flow from the handle.
Restrictions:
- Only ~Khallil-Sama~ and those who he allows may only use this weapon.
- The blade can stay in its "dissolved" form for up to a maximum of two turns.
- Once the blade has returned back to its original form, the user must wait two turns before they can use its ability again.
- The ability can be used only three times per battle.
- While the user is using the swords ability, the user has to put away the handle somewhere for a small moment, or grab it with his/her mouth
- The user will spend an extra 10 chakra each turn while using the swords ability.
- The cloud of blade particles move at the speed of the handle that is swung. Ex: If the handle is moved to the left in a slow manner then the cloud will move to the left in a slow manner; if the handle is moved in a fast horizontal slashing motion, then the cloud is moved in a fast horizontal slashing motion.

declined. Too over powerful bring it down to either a or b or even c. ranks..and add more restrictions (honestly though, its too powerful, especially for a gen.
I'm not trying to be mean, they are both good techs, especially d genjutsu but its too simple to be that powerful and for only against sharingans?

All have already been done.Neilson tried your first and the 2nd is far too generic.Bassicly a water style tech of whilwhind hand a wind tech.Its already been done aswell.

That would work but may i suggest that you have it so that it affects doujutsu user alltogether so here is my version of description
Description:
The user performs the tigher handseal.Upon doing so they release a mist infused with chakra.Upon the enemy coming in contact with the mist They immedietly enter a genjutsu.Where for uchiha they experience effects similar to tysukomi on a lesser scale.Showing what most fear.Losing their eyes to another uchiha.In this genjutsu they will be shown to have their eyes taken by their brother,sister or parents.For a Hyuuga it would put them into a genjutsu where they will witness themselves and they're family having the bird cage seal place upon them and their family being killed slowly by it.Eventually leading to themselves.The effects on said opponent are severe in the way they are traumatised and enter a quick stage of depression.Leaving them feeling cold and empty having no reason to live.Afterwards a image of tobirama will appear.Holding in his hand a compressed ball of water and will then turn into a stream of water which rushes at the opponent and catches him or her in it.Causing them in their mind to drown.The opponents mind believing this starts to shut down its own organs.Effectivly holding their breath without knowing it.Causing them to faint or pass out for 1 round.Afterwhich the technique will disperse itself.
Restrictions
-Used once per battle.
-The mist in itself is a genjutsu.Although the main part doesnt take place untill they enter it.
-The damage from the traumer is that of an A rank due to the stress it puts on ones mind from seeing those closest to them die.extremely slowly.or loosing their eyes.
-only works on uchiha,hyuuuga and doujutsu overall.Minus the rinnegan.
Only tobirama bios can use it.
-The workings behind shutting down organs is that if one were overcome by water they would indeed hold their breath.This genjutsu causes the brain to believe that they are encombed by water causing the brain to send verve messages to the muscle surrounding the jaw telling them to shut the mouth and not breath.Cuasing the opponent to fait for 1 turn.
-Effects of the genjutsu cause opponent to fell like it is minutes when is reality it is only a minute.
Thats my idea Up the rank to S rank .Get someone with training to help you as i have none.That is just an idea of what i think it should be like and the effects caused.As I said before get someone with genjutsu to check it.

my only problem here is dojutsu users can see chakra, they would be able to tell what the mist is up to, honestly what you should do is that you make your chakra infused mist vibrate at a very specific frequency once close to target and that frequency transmites the illusion.
one of the things you learn when you get sharingan is that your eyes are able to see through these things and as a result your thinking is more efficient such scenerios are childplay for sharingan.

Just for helping advice. Infusable swords are not allowed and blast swords are not allowed also. Just swords nothing about other weapons.
