Suiton: Pengin no Ase - Water Style: Sweat of the Penguin

Description: The user starts channeling their suiton chakra all over their body to activate the two million and six hundred thousand sweat glands inside them. This causes the body to cool down rapidly as sweat starts coming up from the pores in the user's skin, forming a coat of sweat around the user. The coat is no more than an inch away from the body and no more than an inch thick. The sweat is also slicker than snot, due to the sweat being combined with the opposite type of chakra found in viscous suiton attacks. This would allow most taijutsu attacks to simply glance off the body if the user angled their body the right way. The last ability of the sweat is its pungent stench, causing most people that have heightened senses with their nose to pass out from the sheer stench. Even if one doesn't have excellent smell, the stench will cause regular people's eyes to tear from the stinky smell, much like an onion would cause a person to cry. While the user is in this form, his suiton attacks become amplified a bit while his katon attacks degrade due to all the excess moisture around him and his body heat not being very low. The sweat stays around for four turns unless it is blown away by a decent sized fuuton attack or evaporated by a good sized katon attack, and does not require constant chakra to keep up.

Wtf? Just reading that part about bad smelling sweat reminds me of crowded buses full of fat, white people. <_< Jk.
And that being said, no, that's not gonna work out. People aren't just gonna pass out cause you forgot to take a bath for several days since you were too busy fapping to your endless amount of Tobirama "art" books. Lower the active count or make it usable only once per battle. And while I understand the logic behind Taijutsu techniques sliding off your skin, it won't work for every type of Taijutsu, especially those with EIG or stronger techniques. Make it freeform Taijutsu.

As the water latches on the opponent, the water starts draining the opponent's chakra such as Suiton: Uramiame no Jutsu - Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique drains chakra. As the water starts absorbing chakra, it gets bigger and denser. After a turn of absorbing chakra, the water gets so heavy the opponent cannot stand and they collapse to the ground, continuing to get sucked dry of chakra. This technique is self sustaining after the hooks latch into the opponent.

First off, the whole description of getting this jutsu to work in your first paragraph is confusing as hell. "The user starts gathering their suiton chakra, then channels said chakra into water touching the opponent's skin. Once the suiton chakra is inserted into the water..." So, do you mean that as soon as you touch your opponent's skin, you leave a mark that then begins to absorb their chakra? So, if it were to happen, it'll grow much like a bubble? Where's the Penguin part of this? Shouldn't it be growing into the shape of a penguin? <_<

Description: User will focus their chakra in the ground underneath of the opponent. This chakra would be in delayed state. It's activation would be followed by user's finger snapping. Upon snapping with fingers, chakra would be released in form of water molecules that will rush towards the opponent. Now this water molecules have properties similar to one of (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field. Which means they would be sticky, adhesive and thus be capable of immobilising oppoenents mobility. This jutsu is not used to make any damage to the opponent but rather make opponent uncapable of finishing with performance of hand seals, stomping their foot on the ground or making any kind of physical movement involving a specific part of the body. This technique is usually used once user of the technique sees opponent performaning some kind of assault although can be used to immobilise different parts of opponent's body. If opponent would start with performance of the hand seals, user will by snapping his fingers make water molecules rush towards the hands. Opponent would be capable of performing a single hand seal till their hands almost completely stick together. Other situation would be if opponent would to slam their foot onto the ground, user is capable of making water molecules stick to the knee pit and thus make opponent incapable of finishing their task.
Note: Can only be used twice against a single opponent.

-Because of the nature of futon, the user will suffer slicing damage to their hands while the chakra exits them. Because of this, no futon above A rank can be used the next turn, and no hand seals for 2 turns. A Wind specialist will not suffer as much damage, and will not be able to use seals for 1 turn

The sheath is made of a dense wood also black in color with the kanji for "Fire" in red on it. Inscribed on the blade are the words "If god should cross it's path, he himself would be cut down!" , a dedication to the sheer strength and sharpness of this blade as it was said the special chakra enhanced steel was hammered and folded over 9000 times using nothing but Katon chakra for the heat, the chakra painstakingly imbued by Hattori himself, a Fire specialist amongst Fire specialists, and a step above his brethren in the art who went into hiding while making the Blade. From the manor it was created, this swords metal is extremely reactive to the users Katon chakra, and can be used as a medium for Katon jutsu's allowing the wielder to use them without the need for seals while holding. The sword itself would be no more than a standard sword in the hands of a Non Fire specialist.

(Fuuton: Nunchaku kajou taihou) Wind release: Nunchaku Spiral Cannon

Description: The user spins their Nunchaku at high speeds while releasing wind chakra through them. While spinning, they will release a strong current of wind that travels from the Nunchaku to around the opponent, making a tunnel/cannon of spinning wind that extends outwards from the nunchaku to around the opponent. The wind when it gets into short range of the opponent will sweep them off their feet as it surrounds them, knocking them off the ground and sending them spiraling away by 10 meters if in short range, and 5 meters if in mid range. The user can use their free hand to throw paper bombs and ninja tools into the currents as well. If the user wishes, they can make the wind currents sharp, dealing slashing damage to the opponent, otherwise this does no damage. The user can also move their arm that's spinning the nunchaku and thus change the direction of where the opponent is shot out at.

Jie Quan Dao: Doragon no Haaku | Jeet Kune Do: Dragon's Grasp

Description: This is a combination utilizing "Movement of water" & "Rain dance". The user after entering "Movement of water" and activating "Rain dance" will strike the opponent in the solar plexus hard, making the opponent dazed and paralyzed for a short amount of time. The user will keep adding force into their strike sending the opponent into the air by 10 meters. The user if needed can jump from rain drop to rain drop, trailing the opponent as they go into the air and knock them higher and higher. The user will then dash from rain drop to rain drop to above the opponent and begin striking them repetitively in a series of 10 blows and then a final kick sending them smashing into the ground with enough force to knock the opponent unconscious and break several ribs.
- Dis activates "Movement of Water" after use from exhaustion and user suffers double the drawbacks, therefore, no B rank taijutsu next turn

(Jie Quan Dao: Hebi Piripiri) Jeet Kune Do: Serpent's Sting

Description: This Jeet Kune Do technique takes advantage of the eye jabs an grapples in the style. The user first begins by standing in a traditional Bai Jong stance, slowly weaving their arms slightly, moving in a fluid like motion. Then the user will throw a quick, non telegraphed straight forward two finger jab to the opponents eyes with their dominant arm in a fluid like motion, only extending their fingers an instant before impact. The goal is to at least make the opponent blink as a natural reaction to protect their eyes. Even if the user stops short of contact, the wind coming off the strike can make the opponent blink as well. As the user begins the initial strike, they bring their other arm forward as well so when the opponent blinks, the user will quickly follow up with a strike to the opponents diaphragm hard, leaving the opponent gasping for air, causing the opponent to be dazed and paralyzed. While dazed, the user moves around to behind the opponent as they place their right arm around the front of their neck, left arm behind the neck and choke the opponent unconscious while they are dazed. The opponent will require one turn to recover from being unconscious.

(Hokuto Shin Ken) - Big Dipper God Fist Type:TaiGenNinjutsu Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan. The way the story is told, In the Village Hidden under the Moon, The Hokuto clan practiced an art once so forbidden, it was allowed only 1 successor per generation. The original forms of Hokuto Shin Ken were lost, but they are said to contain techniques where which by channeling one's energy into a single blow and striking one of the 708 Keiraku Hikō Hidden Meridian Points in the human body, they could cause victim's to explode, be controlled involuntarily or otherwise incapacitated. It could also be used to heal certain physical and psychological wounds, such as restoring a person's voice, eyesight or memories, though the main purpose of Hokuto Shin Ken was/is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shin Ken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the four fated Hokuto brothers. The 4 brother consisted of Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro. The eldest of the four Hokuto brothers was Raoh. Raoh was known as "Roah the conqueror" and takes the mantle of Ken-oh, or 'Fist King', after being rejected as the successor to Hokuto Shin Ken. Toki was the second of the four Hokuto brothers. He was a pacifist who seeked to use Hokuto Shinken as a healing art, and forfeited his bid for Fist due to illness. Toki's self-made technique, Hokuto Ujoken Jutsu (North Star Humane Fist Technique), was said to be a jutsu that was capable of healing or destroying that which it is used on. Jagi was the third of the four Hokuto brothers. Deceptive and evil, Jagi would stop at nothing to win and frequently cheated during battle. He never really mastered Hokuto Shin Ken, relying on his sly tricks to finish off most of his opponents. And finally there was Kenshiro. Kenshiro was the youngest of the four Hokuto brothers and the chosen successor of Hokuto Shin Ken. They were raised by the previous Fist, Ryuken. The previous successor to the Hokuto Shin Ken style, Ryuken was the sifu who adopted and trained Raoh, Toki, Jagi, and Kenshiro in the Hokuto Shin Ken style. After he chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Roah left bent on taking the title from Kenshiro by force.
As Kenshiro traveled the Hidden Moon Village unaware of Ryuken, he was ambushed by his other brother Jagi. Jagi had taken to calling himself The Fist and was causing trouble in different villages and in Kenshiro's name. During their brief scuffle, Kenshiro was said to have hit a meridian point that made the hair on Jagi's head burst off as his head began to swell, and the veins on his head began to budge until a few of the veins burst thru the skin, shooting blood like a out of control fire hose. Though limited in his knowledge of Hokuto Shin Ken, Jagi is able to hit counter meridian points, stopping the attack before his head were to explode. As Kenshiro goes to leave his brother alive, he is stopped in his tracks by the news that Roah has killed their Sensai and was coming for him, while also taking credit for egging on Roah's jealousy of Kenshiro position. Unfortunately for Jagi, this news turns Kenshiro's warm heart cold and merciless, and after unleashing one of Hokuto Shin Ken's most forbidden taijutsu's, Jagi's head begins to swell, and as his head explodes he was still cursing Ken's name.
Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh who was amassing an army of ninja in an attempt to overthrow the Village heads and start his quest for world domination. Fighting his way thru hundreds of ninja's, Kenshiro reached Roah. Roah, mounted on a steed and clad in armor fit for a King, tells Kenshiro how he believed he should have been chosen as successor, and laughed while he said that he killed their "old man" for being so foolish as to choose a weakling like Ken as the Fist as the Northstar. Kenshiro couldn't take no more, and his anger exploded into a violent rage, his chakra could be seen glowing in his eyes. Raoh, being arrogant, begins the fight still sitting on his horse, who soon becomes a victim of Ken's new merciless nature. After an hour of fighting hand to hand, mostly chakra enhanced taijutsu, Raoh had fallen.

Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Raoh, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah died, so did a lot of Kenshiro's rage, and at Ryuken's grave, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shin Ken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.
He then decided that the forbidden techniques would remain limited to who they were taught, if he ever decided to even do teach them. He took his teachings and created a new form of the Big Dipper God Fist. Using his knowledge of Genjutsu as well as Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, he was able to replace attacks that would have made an enemies explode from within, with a less lethal taijutsu attack that induces a minute genjutsu that shows them the image of themselves exploding while he quickly went for a strike. Instances of this went across all his techniques, and he spent many years refining it before even beginning to teach it himself. He destroyed the Hidden Scrolls so that no one could ever learn the true form of Hokuto Shin Ken, thus saving future generations from the fate of he and his brothers.
Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:As with many Chinese Martial Arts, there is a soft style, which depends on accuracy and agility, and a hard style, which relies on brute power to annihilate targets. The inner workings of Hokuto Shin Ken's true nature is something akin to the Hiyuga clan, in that chakra is channeled from one person to another along meridian points that control chakra flow to other area's of the body. For example, striking a meridian point on the arm may be connected to brain functionality, and so on. Striking different parts of the body, and infusing ones own chakra into the bodywas capable of controlling ones actions, and internal workings. The hard style was too brutal for anyone to wield, using Hokuto Shin Ken to tap into the body's dormant 70% of untapped strength, allowing for mind bending feats of strength and conditioning. Using the hard style, Kenshiro was shown Splitting a skyscraper in 2 simply by punching it, and hardening his skin to the point of taking no harm as said building collapsed on him. Knowing that his style would be what the outsiders called "DNR'd" if he continued the style in it's original forms, Kenshiro spent years developing a new Hard and Soft style of Hokuto Shin Ken... The Hard style called for attacking straight thru others' attacks, taking collateral damage in order to successfully land a blow. By hardening ones mind and spirit, he is able to take attacks that would have stopped his attacks from landing in stride, continuing his attack like nothing had happened, though, when the battle was over and the adrenaline rush stops, the user would feel every attack that landed on them. Kenshiro changed the hard style from being almost invulnerable to attacks, to simply being mentally tough enough to fight thru attacks despite being attacked simultaneously. Thru using chakra control to harden ones skin some, he was able to fight thru and endure pain from C rank Elemental attacks/defenses and withstand C rank Taijutsu, still following thru with his attacks despite being defended, though he would still take damage from said attack which could also include death if the defense were to hit a vital organ. His new version of The Soft style consisted of attacks and defenses that that initiate genjutsu illusions before attacking/defending, momentary fluctuations of the enemies chakra network making them see what he wanted them to see. When he would go to kick or punch someone high, he could make the enemy see his body moving in a motion of a low attack, making the enemy defend the wrong area of their body. When throwing a fury of punches, he could make the enemy see 100 fist raging at them when in reality, it was only a hand full of blows that were delivered. He could also, in some instances, make the enemy see him dodge differently than he did, making them believe for a second that their attack had landed as he counter attacks from a different location. All the illusions created from his style were momentary, none were long lasting genjutsu's, and most wore off as soon as his attacks ended without the enemy needing to deduce they were in a genjutsu.

(Hokuto Shin Ken - Himitsu no Jutsu: Tenha Kassatsu) Big Dipper God Fist - Secret Technique: Heaven's Impalement Type:Defensive Rank: S Range: Short Chakra: 40 Damage: 80 Description: Considered one of the Ultimate defenses of Hokuto, Tenha Kassatsu rescues the user from peril without having to touch the opponent. By focusing raw chakra to the users fists, they are able to thrust forwards with both hands quickly, four fingers pointed outwards in a square on one hand and 3 fingers at an angle on the other, forming the shape of the Big Dipper constellation. Upon thrusting the hands forwards, seven bullets shaped bursts of raw chakra will shoot outwards in a tight grouping towards the enemy, capable of piercing straight thru the enemy, sending them flying backwards

That clan was the Hokuto clan. The way the story is told, In the Village Hidden under the Moon, The Hokuto clan practiced an art once so forbidden, it was allowed only 1 successor per generation. The original forms of Hokuto Shin Ken were lost, but they are said to contain techniques where which by channeling one's energy into a single blow and striking one of the 708 Keiraku Hikō Hidden Meridian Points in the human body, they could cause victim's to explode, be controlled involuntarily or otherwise incapacitated. It could also be used to heal certain physical and psychological wounds, such as restoring a person's voice, eyesight or memories, though the main purpose of Hokuto Shin Ken was/is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shin Ken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. The cats' tails split in two as they become older and gain power from their hatred. Being cats, they are agile and have very quick reflexes, more powerful Nekomata however, use dark arts and deception.
