There are none. Sabo vs Burgess doesn't prove Burgess is not the second strongest. There is no proof to gauge the rest of WB's crew either. Your'e using a statement made about the WB pirates to argue for BB, and doing so inaccurately.

Wouldn't Jozu immediately become 2nd division commander after the first 2nd division commander left if division number is related to strength.
So how would BB become a Yonko if no one in his crew was top Yonko commander level? He would stand no chance against the other Yonkos if none of his crewmates could rival Marco, Beckman, Katakuri, Jozu, Smoothie, Vista, Cracker, etc.

Sabo can rival a Yonko's Top 3 subordinates since he should be close in strength to Marco, Katakuri, King, and Beckman. I'm saying that BB's crew couldn't rival another Yonko's crew if the strongest subordinate gets low diffed by someone who is top YC level.
That is true, he did beat burgess pretty easy.... I think burgess might just need a serious powerup.. cause the was after the time skip and all that, Id hate to see how weak he was before xD
