Description: Toriyama is an extremely small kite small enough to fit into the palm of a person's hand. To summon him the user need only perform the seal of confrontation. He can do very little inside of battle but is great for recon and surveillance. Most times he is just summoned for comedic relief or to reference an inside joke. He can be on the field indefinitely as he has no actual abilities and is akin to a kite summoned through the basic summoning jutsu.

Description: Toriyama is an extremely small kite small enough to fit into the palm of a person's hand. To summon him the user need only perform the seal of confrontation and draw some form of blood from his body. He can do very little offensively inside of battle but is great for recon and surveillance both due to his small size and his one and only ability. Most times he is just summoned for comedic relief or to reference an inside joke. He can be on the field indefinitely and has only one useful ability. He can create chakra based copies of himself that look like masses of blue chakra in his shape nearly a perfect silhouette of his small bird like form. They appear as what seem to be spirit animals/birds resembling Toriyama in every way only somewhat translucent/semi transparent being somewhat bluish.
These copies can be controlled by him and like shadow clones are connected to him in the same way when he disperses one or it is forcefully dispersed Toriyama gains all of the knowledge it has accumulated as well as the ability to create a new copy of himself. These copies can do very little outside of ramming into an opponent and causing a mild chakra explosion that can cause mild damage such as small lacerations, cuts, bruises and mild friction burns. Toriyama can only have three copies in play at any time however they can be anywhere as long as Toriyama himself is safe. If his concentration is broken he's dispersed or forced to move from his spot the copies disperse. While active Toriyama can share his vision, hearing and sense of touch with the copies seeing, hearing and feeling what they see, hear and feel but this takes immense concentration and while doing so Toriyama cannot relay the information or speak until he breaks this concentration thus losing the ability to see, hear and feel what the copies do for a short period of time. Toriyama can create and maintain a mental link to the summoner and can speak however doing so breaks his concentration nullifying the ability to see, hear and feel the copies during the time that he is speaking both mentally and physically to someone. This doesn't negate the ability to create and maintain the copies though and is a passive ability that doesn't count towards jutsu usage. Another ability the copies have is that it can take refuge inside the summoner's body or an allies body much to the same extent as chakra because that's what it is a mass of chakra.
This works a lot like what Minato did with Naruto the chakra lays dormant inside the summoner or ally until it is activated when this is done the chakra either releases returning to Toriyama thus alerting him to all of the information it has gather or creates a disturbance to the summoner's or allies chakra. This disturbance is enough to break low ranking genjutsu B rank and below. The chakra is activated either by Toriyama, the summoner/ally or a genjutsu that is set in place. Toriyama can do it mentally, the summoner or ally can do it by performing the seal of confrontation and a genjutsu put in place will activate it automatically without a trigger from Toriyama or the summoner/ally.
Notes:
-Can create and maintain three copies and can use the ability twice however creating the copies counts as a jutsu
-Can use the ability to see, hear and feel what the copies do three times per battle but must wait two turns between each use. This ability can last for two full turns allowing Toriyama to gather a vast amount of information in that time.

Type: Kenjutsu
Background: Millenia before the current age of the ninja world, and only decades before the arrival of Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, there was no chakra. Due to such a lack of chakra, men and women who fought had to rely on their fists or weapons. During this era, many who wielded weapons had no idea how to use them. A group of practitioners of the art of Kenjutsu, whose names were lost in history, practiced mainly defensive styles of sword combat. Knowing that being mainly defensive would only prolong the inevitable, and that keeping on a strictly defensive fighting style would only needlessly prolong fighting, the group attempted to find ways to be able to bypass the offensive limitations created by their mainly defensive style, and create a sword style which would allow for more offensive capability. Years later after embarking on this endeavour, the sword style known as Djem So, The Perseverance Style, was born. Djem So was designed to use an opponent's attack against them, and there was much emphasis on immediately striking back after a blow. Although some ninja felt that Djem So encouraged aggression and domination, that sentiment did not stop many ninja from practicing the form. Djem So, due to its practice by countless ninja, later became known also as Form V.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:

Djem So, also known as Form V, was characterised by its power attacks and defense immediately followed by a counter-strike. Utilizing a combination of blocks and parries, a Djem So user maintained a proper foundation of defense against both ranged and melee attacks. Where the problem lied in the more traditional ways of sword combat, with an overly passive defensive style and a lack of offensive capability, Djem So addressed this problem. While a more defensive sword combatant would maintain a very passive defense, Djem So was not as passive. Immediately after defending against an opponent's strike, a Djem So stylist followed with an attack of their own, bringing the force of the opponent's own blow against them and seeking to dominate the duel. Djem So placed a heavy focus on brute strength and pure power, with wide, powerful strikes and parries followed immediately by a counterattack. Unlike many other styles of sword combat, Djem So required the user not only to counterattack, but also to press the assault, combining large strength with powerful blade combinations to overpower and overwhelm an opponent's defenses. Djem So's sheer power, when combined with physical strength and a careful mind, was capable of defeating even the most defensive of sword styles. The Djem So attack stance consisted of holding the lightsaber above the head, angled back and down at an approximately forty-five degree angle. The characteristic Djem So attack was dubbed the "Falling Avalanche," an overhand power blow that crashed down upon an opponent with exceptional force. Djem So users also employed a tactic known as the "Fluid Riposte," which involved a smooth transition from parrying an attack to a counterstrike. However, where Djem So made up for the lack of offensive capability that was seen in other forms of sword combat, Djem So was known for having a lack of mobility.

Additional effects and Restrictions:
~Can only be taught to those who have mastered Kenjutsu and Taijutsu.

Description and Background: Shrikes are medium sized song birds which are normally gray with white plumage. They possess curved beaks reflective of their predatory nature. Shrikes are known for their unique feeding habits which involve lifting and forcibly impaling prey over spikes or branches so that they may tear the flesh into smaller pieces. This also serves as a cache that the shrike may come back to later. Doing so allows shrikes to later eat normally poisonous prey after leaving it out for the toxins to degrade.

Background: The Nanto Seiken style is named after the Chinese asterism Nanto Roku Sei (literally, South Dipper Six Stars), a portion of Sagittarius known as the Milk Dipper in the West. Nanto Seiken, along with Hokuto Shinken, are the two most powerful assassination styles in Chinese martial arts. It follows a different principle from Hokuto Shinken, in which it has the power to destroy an enemy's body from the outside through powerful stabbing and slicing techniques, as opposed to Hokuto Shinken's use of the body's Keiraku Hikō to destroy the enemy from within. The organization structure of Nanto Seiken is said to be 108 sects of Nanto Seiken. The six strongest Nanto masters were called the Nanto Roku Seiken (Six Holy Fists of South Dipper), who correspond to the six stars in the Nanto Roku Sei constellation. In ancient times, these six masters each guarded one of six gates of the Moon Emperor's palace. The strongest of all masters being Souther, who practiced Nanto Hōō Ken (South Dipper Imperial Phoenix Fist). Its successor is born under the Star of Leadership (Shōsei). Souther was the Village Hidden under the Moon's polar opposite to Kenshiro and his Hokuto Shinken style, the virtual Yin to his Yang. It was said when the North Star moved, so did the South Star and the Heaven's themselves. Similar to Hokuto Shinken, this style used by Souther is taught in the ways of Isshi Sōden, meaning there can be only one master and one successor. The student must kill his master in order to complete his training. Eventually the Fists of the North and South Stars would cross paths, and the battle that ensued would leave Souther defeated by a Compassionate fist strike, Kenshiro using his brother's own technique thru Muso Tensei on him to lesson his pain before death. Souther, stating that he doesn't need Kenshiro's compassion, stabs himself in the chest with wind infused fingers, refusing to die by Hokuto. Though he died, his style lived on with his student whom never had the chance to finish him off, and was incorporated at Nanto Seikon's school into a new form of Nanto Seiken that could exist in the Ninja world of today...

Using blades of suiton chakra formed on the finger tips or feet for slicing abilities. Its successor is born under the Star of Justice (Gisei)
Nanto Koshū Ken (南斗孤鷲拳, South Dipper Lone Eagle Fist): This style focuses on powerful punches and kicks which assault the enemy sometimes using futon chakra and powerful taijutsu strikes, and the only illusionary arts taught in Nanto Seiken, Phantasmal Fists. Its successor is born under the Star of Martyrdom (Junsei).
Nanto Hōō Ken (南斗鳳凰拳, South Dipper Imperial Phoenix Fist): This freeform style typically has no stances and instead focuses on incredible speed and power. However, there is one stance which is only assumed when facing a worthy opponent. Is adept at destroying enemies with open hand attacks using futon chakra incorporated in the strikes which stab the enemy or slice them to death, and the ultimate stance of Nanto: Heaven's Soaring Cross Phoenix Stance can be used, allowing one to use The Wings of Nanto. In reality, the user swiftly maneuvers to behind the enemy, molding Futon chakra to the hands and strikes, thrusting with both hands together like a blade hard enough to pierce bone.

Description: When a formidable opponent appears, this stance less style's basis is discarded, and the Heaven's Soaring Cross Phoenix Stance can be performed. The user starts by putting both arms straight outwards to the sides, palms pointing outwards as he gathers his wind chakra thru out his body. Thru proper chakra control and manipulation, The wind chakra can be controlled to cover the hands and feet in slicing blades of wind that can be used to attack in cqc, or can be whipped upwards quickly launching them forwards in a vertical line of slicing wind up to mid range. Furthermore, entering this stance allows one to access the Wings of Nanto. By focusing and using chakra control, wind chakra can be accumulated to the entire back regain and released from the body in a surge, allowing one to travel from one range to another at 2x's speed (ie; short-mid, mid-long) from the burst of wind, however, doing so will end this jutsu immediately and cannot be performed to go upwards, just straight forwards..

While this style has one strike at the end of Phantasmal Fists that is a hand strike, it is mainly a kicking style. Its successor is born under the Star of Martyrdom (Junsei).

Nanto Hōō Ken (南斗鳳凰拳, South Dipper Imperial Phoenix Fist): This freeform style typically has no stances and instead focuses on incredible speed and power. Description: A counter-counter strike. When a high strike by the user is blocked and countered, the user, while reacting to the counter attack, does a backwards handspring concentrating a slicing blade of wind to their foot, slicing vertically into the opponent. the user continues gathering wind chakra thru out their body, releasing it clockwise around themselves as they pivot off their planted foot with their other foot raised high in a slicing attack, resembling a miniature tornado.

(Raiton: Kurushimi no Eda) - Lightning Release: Branches of Suffering

Description: The user gathers raiton chakra in the ground underneath the target and makes a motion with his hand, lifting up. This brings about several sharp branches consisting of dense bright white raiton chakra to emerge up from the ground piercing through the target's body all over and pinning them up in the air as the branches rise farther to resemble a dead tree. This technique paralyzes the targeted areas and splits up into more spears of lightning as it pierces through the target. It is up to the user how large the tree becomes and it may even become large enough to capture a bird up in the sky or a giant summon such as Gamabunta.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty

Fūton: Torie - (Wind Release: Saving Grace)

Description: The user begins by rapidly charging and releasing a full-body surge of rotating wind from all over their body that then expands outwards to short-range. This is done by charging their chakra and releasing it with the motion of extending their arms and legs in the star position (Arms outstretched to the side, legs outstretched and spaced outside shoulder width), the end result is that the user will be able to suddenly halt their directional momentum and hover momentarily using the spinning of the wind. This is particularly useful if one has been sent flying in the air and wants to regain a sense of control, by performing this jutsu they will be able to stop the uncontrolled movement and hover for a brief moment to give them enough time to assess their position. As a secondary application of the jutsu, the any jutsu that would normally cover the opponent would be pushed off and away from the user, so long as they are able to move their limbs. An example of this would be to prevent a massive amount of fire from burning the user, by creating a spinning current of wind that deflects the flame around the user, respecting the elemental advantages/disadvantages of course. It will also deflect solid object away from the user up to and including A-ranks (S-rank for specialist in wind) as well as people. Those who specialise or have a natural wind affinity will be able to create an S-rank version of this jutsu, other users will only be able to create an A-rank version. However, the momentum halting ability is not strengthened or weakened by the rank.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta.
- Can only be used four times a match.
- For the rank increase, Wind must be listed as either primary (one seal for jutsu) or secondary speciality (Faster seals), else they will only be able to use the A-rank applications.

Not sure what I reasonable usage limit is for S-ranks any more >__< Anyway, been a while since I made customs so constructive criticism is much appreciated xD

Description: The user first steps towards their target, dropping to their knees while leaning back against the ground while their left hand used to catch their fall. This motion is to duck under a kick/punch/slash of the opponent in order to leave them open or can be a simple way to get in close to proceed with the attack. At the very moment the user catches their fall, they will perform a swift snap-kick with there right foot aimed at the opponents head. This kick would make contact at the point after the opponents countered attack should have hit for maximum effect. The user then pushes their weight off their left hand and rotates their upper body which is still parallel to the ground, acting as a pivot point to gain spinning momentum for which they will follow up the first kick with a second spinning kick to the back of the opponents head, this time using there left foot. Carrying the momentum through, the user then completed another rotation after placing there left foot on the ground, using it as an anchor to make a final kick this time with their right heel that smashes into the opponent's sending them hurtling short-range away from the user. Due to each kick being aimed at the targets head, it will induce great pain and will leave them possibly dazed from the sequence of kicks.
Notes:
- Can only be taught by Shinta
- Can only be used five times a match
- Instead of starting off on their left hand, the user can switch sides and start on their right hand instead, to change the side the kicks come from. For example, instead of starting with a right kick, left kick, right kick; the user may opt to land on their right hand, left kick, right kick, left kick instead.


This one may be a little harder to understand as I saw it in a movie I just watched .__.

Description:Derflinger is a sword forged and used six thousand years ago by a human girl called "Sasha the Elf". The sword takes a very minimal amount of chakra from the user (in numbers, not even "1" chakra, so it doesn't actually effect the user in the rp) to see if it is its master. The sword will weigh hundreds of tons if it is not the same chakra as it's master. Derflinger was forges with a special kind of chakra called "Void Chakra" which all the users have died out thousands of years ago. This Void Chakra allows the sword to be able to think. The thoughts of the sword and user are connected, so Derflinger can notify the user of danger if it needs to. Derflinger loses complete "vision" after mid range, which means it cannot notify the user what is happening farther than mid range.
-Can only be used by bios of Leathercandle
-Because of the strong metal it was forged out of, Derflinger is indestructible except if in contact with forbidden attacks
-To be clear, Derflinger doesn't have sensory abilities, it can just see like what a human can see

Mentioning Void chakra will get ot declined, since void is a custom element and you can't make up forms of chakra. The weighs x-amount unless the owner is holding it, crosses into fuuinjutsu; meaning you'd need fuuin training. See sensor weapons have a small chance of approval, same as sentient weapons and swords. So a sentient sword with the ability to see has little chance of being approved sorry, mainly for the initial reasons I have above.

Alright, thanks for the info. So you said "little chance", which means if I edit the fuuin and void stuff theres a small chance of approval?

If you put the weapon at S-rank then I think that means it will survive S-rank and below jutsu. For the sensing ability you would have to describe it by saying it has normal 360° vision up to mid range and say whether it communicates vocally or something else. You also need to state the weapon's appearance like what type of sword is it anyway?. Instead of the void history stuff you should say that some warrior's soul is sealed in it.

Background:During Ancient times there was a secret art passed down by an clan unknown to most of the Ninja world. That clan was the Hokuto clan of the Hidden Moon. The main purpose of Hokuto Shinken is assassination. For 1800 years, 1 successor per generation would chose the most worthy of his students to receive the title of "Fist of the Northstar". Due to the deadliness of it's original form, Hokuto Shinken could only have one successor per generation according to the art's law. Students who were not chosen to inherit the succession were to renounce the style voluntarily or risk having their memories erased or their fists crushed rendering their jutsu useless. This is due to the extreme consequences of the style being held by one who is evil at heart. This rule would lead to the demise of all the Hokuto clan except one...the one who would be chosen by Ryuken, the previous successor and his adoptive father, as the true Fist of the Northstar! His name was Kenshiro, the youngest of the Hokuto brothers. After Ryuken chose Kenshiro as his successor, he was slain by Raoh in a fit of jealous rage, a feat made possible by chance; he suffered a stroke at the moment he was about to seal Raoh's fist. Roah left bent on taking the title from Kenshiro by force, but not before Ryuken spoke to Raoh of Hokuto's Ultimate form, Musō Tensei, an ability Ryuken, laughing in the face of death, said was unattainable by Raoh, his great ambition stopping him from ever knowing true sorrow.
Now aware of Roah's true intention's and with a blood lust for vengeance, Ken seeks out Raoh to avenge their father. During the course of battle, the pain of loss of friend and foe alike took a toll on Kenshiro, and the deep sorrow that he bared eventually awakened the state of Musō Tensei, and a revelation of the style's future form. This shook Raoh to the core, experiencing the sensation of fear for the first time as he remembers Ryuken's dying words to him. After an hour of fighting, Raoh had fallen. Kenshiro, now battered and bloody, drops to one knee next to Raoh, who smiles at Kenshiro and expresses his regret for killing their father, and that he knew Kenshiro was truly worthy now. As Roah, the only person Ken truly considered a friend died, he decided that the bloody cycle created by Hokuto Shinken's "1 successor per generation" rule must be changed.

Description on the Abilities and Inner Workings of the Style:
Kenshiro spent years developing a new style of Hokuto Shinken. The new style called for attacking straight thru others' attacks, taking collateral damage in order to successfully land a blow (Must enter Musō Tensei). By hardening ones mind and spirit thru Musō Tensei, he is able to take attacks that would have stopped his attacks from landing in stride, continuing his attack like nothing had happened, though, when the battle was over and the adrenaline rush stops, the user would feel every attack that landed on them (described below in Muso Tensei). Kenshiro changed the style from being almost invulnerable to attacks, to simply being mentally tough enough to fight thru lower ranked attacks despite being attacked simultaneously, as well as implementing his knowledge of Futon and Raiton chakra into attacks achieving the same piercing/paralyzing effects of the original style. The user must enter Musō Tensei to use the abilities of Hokuto Shinken

Considered the ultimate form of Hokuto Shinken, Musō Tensei is learn-able only by one who has known infinite sadness, to connect with the souls of fallen rivals and comrades who's secrets have been carved into his soul by the sadness of battle, helping them to achieve a conscious state of "nothingness", making them appear emotionless and impervious to physical attacks (C rank and below with-in reason), though the damage will still be taken, the user can battle thru the pain as if they were never attacked (Though attacks to vital points would still kill/severe limbs/etc;). In addition, one gains heightened reflexes for a short period, and can, on instinct alone, feign out of the way or parry an incoming attack (with-in reason)

-Can only be used thrice per battle
-Because of the connection to the souls of fallen rivals and comrades, customs created by others and taught to the user gain a +10 damage, customs created by the user do not gain the bonus
