This justu serves well as a suprise attack,channeling the justu through the ground and making the trendrils rise from behind the opponent and ensare them,or combining it with a water justu,and at the last moment disengaging some of the trendrils from the water making them reach the opponent faster or slower or form a different angle than anticipated.

Description:The user builds up a large amount of wind chakra in the core of their body,then quickly causes the chakra to expand outwards in every direction,as the chakra leaves their body, it converts into wind, causing a short and sudden but powerful blunt gale of wind to emenate from all around the users body for a short while,this jutsu can be used fairly fast and requires no handseals it is also is a very good defensive jutsu as it can be used to prevent a opponent from striking you with their sword or via taijutsu and blowing them away in the process or by blowing away/dispersing fairly small and focused elelmental projectiles or attacks however precision timing is needed for maximum effect as the jutsu "burst" only last for about three seconds and loses potency as it travels further away from the user. It is also fairly good at dealing with specified attacks coming from both infront and behind,as the burst is released in every direction.
~As the "Burst" Travels into mid range,it loses potency and becomes more like a C rank technique in terms of power.

Description: The user begins to release a large amount of fuuton chakra from their body,creating a shroud of fuuton chakra around them.The shroud has two abilities,the first being,that when the user exhales,the shroud quickly forces the carbon dioxide and any other unwatned particles away from the user, effectively purifiying the air within the shroud,and when the opponent inhales,the shroud forces a large amount of purified air down in the users lungs, this increases cardiovascular-respiratory systems and forces the increase of Maximum oxygen uptake (V˙ O2max ) by supplying the lungs with more oxygen that usual. This allows for the bodys adenosine triphosphate(ATP), a high-energy compound whose breakdown converts its chemical energy into mechanical energy or muscle contraction, creation to increase allowing the muscles to work without the need for any anerobic respiration,the break down of lactic acid to fuel muscles without oxygen resulting in muscle fatigue, to not have to occur, meaning that as long as this technique is active,the user will not tire. It also means, that the amount of ATP produced per second is heightened, allowing the muscle functions to increase greatly,resulting in higher speed and stregnth preformance. It does directly increase the users The neuromuscular system (nervous and muscle systems), which consists of the brain, peripheral nerves, and muscles, generates the muscular energy to run with the appropriate speed and efficiency like the Raikage's lightning armour, but rather the cardiovascular-respiratory system, which consists of the heart, blood vessels, and lungs, provides oxygen, the keystone to the oxygen energy pathway, but still allows the persons physical preformance to peak and even increase to that above normal.

~Since this technique pushes the users respiratory system to the max in order to sustain this jutsu, after it ends, for the next three turns the user will feel short of breath,as their respiratory system will only be doing a smaller percentage of the work it usualy does,causing the user to rely on anerobic respiration,and thus causing the users muscles to become fatigued and numb.This will lessen the preformance of the user slightly,lowering their speed by one rank for the next two turns.

~While this is active the users speed and physical strength is increased dramitcaly, far passed the speed of lee without his weights.However the user's reflexes do not match their muscle function increase,resulting in t he person finding it harder to change handle the speed properly for the first turn much like when naruto first gained KM however on the next few turns the user will adapt to it.

±± Declined ±± I think you misunderstand lightning. You can create treads with the said properties out of normal chakra (and by said properties i mean to pull something) however, that is not the case with lightning treads. Its electrical energy. It has neither the mass not the body to act as a rope. It can bind a person yes, but it can pull or execute strength on a body in the way you want it to do.

±± Declined ±± You are submitting a technique in which you control your opponents movement through invisible chakra threads that can control up to 2 enemies at the same time and can even block the enemy from using techniques that require their hands and legs (btw, why? do you suppress his chakra or something? because if he doesn't need to perform hand seals he can still perform techniques that require hands and feet)? You can restrict this as much as you want but its still unacceptable. The way it stands, unless the user is a sensor or has a dojutsu he can't defend from this technique and that makes it unacceptable for the most part.

Description: The user performs the snake – Ram - Serpent - Tiger seals. The user then creates an eagle of fire into the air; the eagle is 5 ft. wide and 10 ft. long. The Eagle is controlled for a brief moment, to send it flying towards the opponent with great speed. The Eagle will explode on impact and cause combustive and explosive damage to the opponent.

±± Declined ±± I'm pretty sure something like this already exists if i'm not mistaken. However, a C-Rank transport that can only be tracked by Sharingan 3T and above? A bit too much. Also, if you intend to use 2 natures, you need to entitle your technique correctly. This is a Doton/Fuuton.

The technique will last untill destroyed, user will be able to fly untill the bambu-copter is destroyed. Just think of it practically, will it be destroyed automatically? Or I am a fool that I will stop passing chakra in it? And even now if you want, you can add a restriction stating that "technique lasts 4 turns". But than I'll be unable to explain that why it'll end after 4 turns automatically.

Note: The user, can use this jutsu in place of creating Glazed Black Ice Intrusion and Ice Technique(to make it snow only).
Note: Counts as 2/3 moves in a turn

Description: the user, after having created black snow, forms 2 handseals and creates a large 10 foot tall leopard out of the black snow. The Black Snow Leopard is only capable of being formed on an area that has black snow already on it. The leopard, being is incredibly fast, and stands at 5 feet when on all fours and is capable of taking Fire Damage up to A Rank without melting. This is normally used when a quick attack is needed to unsettle an opponent, causing them to focus more on the cheetah than the user from its Raw Speed. The Leopard moves at the speed of Rock Lee without Weights as long as it remains running on Black Snow. When not on black snow, the Leopard runs at the speed equivalent to that of it's creator.
Note: Can only be used 3x per battle.
Note: Can only be used after Ice Release: Glazed Black Ice Intrusion and Ice Release: Ice Technique (Snow) are formed (The combination of techniques makes Black Snow Technique.)

The user is capable of using the Black Snow to recreate/duplicate any Ice Release techniques that do no originate from inside the body of the user, by manipulating their chakra that is already inside of the Black Snow.

After having discussed things with you, I have made several changes all located in Green. I hope these changes are to your liking.

±± Pending ±± This is a bad technique for you. Its approvable but i don't need you to use those 2 techniques first so you can use this. You can simply use this after making it snow and i'll still approve it. Also, take out the restriction you added. Rain and Snow can fall at the same time. As well as snow and mist. or 3 at the same time. So, your technique wouldn't actually overcome others. Also, take the +20 damage. I'd give you at most +10 although i think the lightning resistance is quite the bonus on its own.Make it count as one technique. No need to over restrict. Its almost there ^

Through utilizing great speed and form, along with precise chakra control and chakra strength, users of the Shinken are able to push their physical limits past what was once thought impossible. By causing chakra to explode forth in wave-like motions at the moment of impact with a target, the user is able to deal immense damage to opponents. Through using light strikes, the user is able to attack the opponent with speed exceeding the Hyuuga's jyuuken. Each time a strike lands, the focused chakra bursts into the opponent, causing a large knock-back force. Because the chakra expulsion moves in waves, the opponent feels the blow in multiple parts of their body, and finds themselves being actually lifted backwards as it continues to push them away. The style uses more chakra than other taijutsu styles, however masters of the style become able to time and project their chakra explosions so well that even walls of stone shatter under their blows. Higher rank techniques of this style even allow for chakra expulsion and the carrying of momentum from distant ranges and through solid objects, allowing the user to attack from all angles.By sending these waves of chakra into various things (for example:lava into rock,ice into water,wood into dust and similar)they can change their form,density and consistency.Great amount of chakra and chakra control is required to use this style.

Whenever Suijin performs a water technique it gets enhanced by +10 additional damage points due to him using more chakra in order to perform the water technique required.

Description: Excalibur is a relatively small Columbidae, when compared to the other members of the contract, only having a wingspan of two and half feet. His white feathers are tufty, closely resembling white hair, which starkly contrasts his large, pitch-black eyes. His beak is somewhat longer than that of a normal Columbidae, curving upward rather than downward, furthering the oddness of his appearance. Excalibur is the personal summon of Near, having been with him for the majority of his life with him, establishing a connection between them that makes him stay with Near indefinitely when summoned. In his avian form, his abilities are purely supplementary. He will perch atop Near's head, spreading his wings, blending into his white hair in such a way that it appears as if though there are wings protruding from the sides of his head, sort of fusing himself there as he begins to focus chakra into Near as Near does the same to him, causing their two chakra networks to essentially act as one, causing chakra to constantly be entering one another's bodies, bringing about an immunity to Genjutsu up to B-rank. This augmented harmonious chakra flow also brings about an increase in the duration of B-rank techniques based on augmenting the flow of chakra for as long as the two are fused. In his human form, his appearance strays even farther from the normal appearance of a human than that of his avian form from that of a normal Columbidae. He is very small in this form, only three feet tall, having completely white skin, a white, ornate suit, a white top hat, and a white cane that he often gestures with. Like his avian form, the main contrast from his nearly monochrome theme are his large eyes with dark pupils. ±± Declined ±± I think you don't understand genjutsu or in a btter sense, exactly how genjutsu works. By synchronizing your chakra flows as one you don't become immune to genjutsu. Genjutsu is triggered by the disturbance set upon a chakra flow. So, if you both have synchronized your chakras, you will simply be both put under a genjutsu. Also, if you want immunity to genjutsu b-rank and bellow i won't allow this summon to be on the field more than 4 turns and it needs to be summoned. If it is to be your personal summon and be with you at all times then you need to tone this ability down. Explain the second part better. Duration? how come?

Description: This weapon is mainly for defensive and offensive purposes in Short Range combat. It's a multi-plated arm guard that runs up the side of the wielder's arm leaving no visible skin it is form fitting to the arm thus able to block thrown objects such as Kunai and Shuriken quite easily but if they are connected to an Explosive tag of some sort the user must still deal with that as the Guard won't block the explosion or flash. The Guard surrounds the arm and is made of two special types of metal both are quite malleable and versitile the metal has a special propety; the metal is able absorb the wielder's chakra storing it then infusing their punches with the chakra much to the same extent Sakura and Tsunade do but the user doesn't need to focus on the chakra level like Sakura and Tsunade, the Arm Guard does it for the wielder maintaining chakra flow from the user to the Guard. The punches are enough to crack bones and bruise and batter the body. The stored chakra can also be focused into one massive punch deemed "La Muerte" in which the chakra gathers at the top of the arm guard in a mass of blueish chakra that powers down through the arm guard and into the wielder's punch/hand the chakra in no way forms a blast but absorbs into the Arm Guard and then into the user's hand. The punch is not so much driven by muscle power but by the chakra that is infused into the punch. The user must make contact with the opponent for the punch to effect the opponent if done so the punch is enough to shatter bones and bruise and bash internal organs. La Muerte is easily able to break multiple ribs in one shot and bruise and bash internal organs such as the lungs, heart, and stomach depending on where the punch lands if used properly this can make breathing much harder and put excess pressure on the internal organs making quick movements painful and in some cases almost impossible. La Muerte is comparable to an A rank attack as that is how much chakra is focused into the punch. The Arm Guard can also be used defensively to block Basic Taijutsu attacks up to B rank but can only be done 3 times per battle. La Muerte kind of resembles Jugo's CM punches in a way as well as Tsunade and Sakura's chakra infused punches. The blades on the guard are sharp enough to easily cut flesh and defend against sword strikes as well as kunai and other bladed weapons.
Notes:

-While activated the user cannot perform jutsu that require handseals
-La Muerte counts as a jutsu and can only be used 3 times never in the same turn
-Punches while wielding this weapon can easily break bones

Once he has gathered enough Swift Chakra he is able to punch much faster dealing 100 speed induced punches easily in the time it would take to perform a single muscle bond punch. He may also run at the opponent getting a running start before he begins the barrage of punches. The Swift punches are much stronger than a usual punch as the user's arms are moving at an astonishing speed barely traceable by the Sharingan it takes at least a Doujutsu to track the movement and to predict the incoming punches. These punches can fracture bones and bruise internal organs if placed in the right spots. Due to the constant manipulation and gathering of Swift Chakra the user can only use Taijutsu, Wind and Lightning this turn besides this jutsu. I only made this jutsu Short-Mid because the user can get a running start they are still just punches and cannot reach out to Mid Range.

It would mean that an EIG master wouldn't be able to even react nor would a sharingan user. Make it more "friendly" otherwise its oped.

The user then releases them all and they fly at the opponent at high speeds slamming into their body and the area around them. It has enough force to blow off limbs such as hands and feet, and easily break bones inside their body. The bullets that miss slam into the ground around the opponent leaving massive craters about 4 inches deep. This jutsu puts a massive amount of strain on the user enough to kill them if they have to use another jutsu after this. The user will most likely die if they have to continue on even 1 more turn. This jutsu is a last ditch effort and if it doesn't work the user is basically hopeless. The chakra balls can be controlled separably and you must specify how many

For the last one I have little hope on it's approval I only posted it because it was from my notes section and I cleaned out my notes section the other day and figured it was worth a shot... If at all possible I would like any input, criticism, or feed back that could be given. I would really like to get the first two approved so any feedback at all would be greatly appreciated if you don't feel they are approvable as is.

±± Declined ±± For me its not a DNR but its close to that. Releasing 95% of your chakra and such...that is all bullcwap...lol Lets be honest here, in our rp 95% of the chakra counts for little actually as we don't keep track of the chakra levels. Also, you need to simplify it a bit. If you are shooting tiny concentrated bullets of chakra from your fingers you can only shoot one at a time albeit in quick succesion. Also, the bullets will travel at trackable speeds. I personally would make a single bullet that scatters mid flight into like 10 smaller bullets that attack the enemy from different angles. I would also not make it forbidden as this forbidden ninjutsu can be stopped by S-Rank Elemental Ninjutsu (remember that raw chakra < than elemental chakra) which means its not worth the resctrictions of a forbidden rank. I'd make it an A-Rank to get more use out of it and would make it more...well...usable.Only a suggestion though.

±± Declined ±± This is both impossible to be done in taijutsu with the current wording of your description and its also overpowered as we've seen that Kaguya bones are strong enough to hold their own against almost everything. Also, this is looking more and more unapprovable. The concept you want to have is to use the momentum of your enemies attack to empower your counter attack but to do so you need to keep the momentum, thus you need to move your body in a way that it transfers that strength and movement. Taking a punch in the gut and simply jerking your body to increase the speed and power of your punch is unrealistic. And, if you want to say this is chakra driven to manipulate the kinetic energy then its even worse as kinetic is a CE.

I would like to remind people of the following:

-No submission that uses font or formatting alterations such as underline, bold, allignement, color, size, spoilers, etc will be checked. The only exception is that you are allowed to Bold or underline the title of each technique you submitt and you can use spoilers for videos or images you need to post for references.

-An exception to the above rule is the requirement to bold the alterations on re-submissions. Its required that every altered or add part is bolded. If you simply take out something, write beneath the jutsu stating "I took out the part were...".

-You can only submitt 3 techniques per cycle. As decided by Izuna before and agreed upon me and the other RP mods, Fightning Styles, be they Taijutsu styles or Weapon Fighting Styles, count as a technique. So, if you submitt a custom style, you can only submitt 2 other techniques.

±± Declined ±± Lightning rain? without restrictions? The damage still doesn't add up. If you have rain you don't have only 60 droplets of rain...thus +1 for each droplet is ridiculous. A target could easily get hit with 100 droplets which is roughly a Forbidden rank. If you want this jutsu to be approved you need to work it out so that its not deadly basically because you are making lightning infused water to fall from the sky.

Explanation for the first Bold Part:
The chains when they are made, they are disconnected from the users body but using chakra manipulation the user can call the chains to become active and if he does not do so in two turns the chains will disappear. By active i mean the true attack which is to shock opponent by wrapping around their legs.

±± Declined ±± This still doesn't work out. You call upon (in a manner of speaking) chains underground however you keep them inactive...why? Why not make it so that when you call upon them they are used? Because if you want to let them be dormant when you activate them they'll need to count as one of your techniques on the turn you activate it. This will make this technique count as 2 techniques if you want to use it and also, even if they are underground inactive, your enemy can still use earth jutsu. Remember that. Many lose ends still. My advice: make it simpler.

Description: A user with great chakra control will be able to suppress their chakra. The user can suppress their chakra down to 0% only for a split second and then it will almost instantly rise back up to 100% (or what ever they had before using this tech). This can be used to effectively break genjutsu since to break genjutsu the ninja needs to stop the flow of chakra in their body, and then apply an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra . The user suppresses the chakra in their entire body including the cerebral nervous system, making it so that the genjutsu the user is placed under will slowly fade until it is broken due to the caster places jutsu by controlling the chakra in the brain (the cerebral nervous system) and thus when chakra is suppressed to 0%, the opponent will lose control of that chakra. However, if the users chakra is suppressed down to 0% they will become unable to move, near death from chakra loss for a split second, and then almost instantly have their chakra become no longer suppressed and rush back through their body creating a surge.

- Must know Jeet Kun Do to use.

±± Declined ±± Well, first things first. You can surpress your chakra flow (meaning slow it down and decrease the output) and its already a cannon technique. However, you can't stop it. If you stop it even if only for a split second you die. Why? Chakra = spiritual and physical energies combined. To stop it you need to stop both or one of those. That = death. Also, you misunderstand genjutsu or better yet, how it actually works a bit. Vm me and i'll explain this later part better.

±± Declined ±± Ok...and what does this do...yet again you failed to explain. Saying it gives you further chakra is useless and simply doesn't state a thing. What does this weapon give you? what can you do with it? You simply state it takes health (another thing with no impact in our RP) and nothing more. One more change then DNR.
