Description: The user makes six handseals (boar, dog, serpent, rat, monkey, bird), and channels chakra through the air towards an intended area, normally around a target. The user's chakra then forms an invisible, pyramidal barrier around the intended area. The barrier cannot be broken through by physical attacks alone, and chakra moulded into a jutsu of A-rank or below cannot enter or escape the barrier. This means that jutsu projected from a shinobi within the barrier, such as a fireball, will hit the invisible wall and be trapped within the barrier, potentially harming the one trapped within. It also means that techniques which involve an area effect, such as spikes protruding from the ground, cannot be used, as the chakra cannot escape the barrier to reach its destination. Alternatively, the user may place himself or a valuable object within the barrier to protect it from outside forces.
Note: ~Can only be taught by Sharingdork
~Can only be used three times per battle
~Lasts one turn per use
~Sensors and dojutsu users are capable of seeing the chakra in the barrier
~The barrier can be a maximum of seven feet tall with a three squared feet base

Description:
The user will channel there ice chakra around there opponent. The user will perform one handseal, then cause a massive vortex or snow and ice shards to start swirling around he opponent. The vortex will taper off at the top creating a cone shape. The temperature inside the cone will be lowered drastically making it hard to breathe. The user will then perform one more handseal causing all the ice shards to shot at the opponent ripping them to shreds.

-Due to the thinness of the air no fire techs that come from the mouth can be used.
-Usable twice per battle.
-No S rank ice this turn or next.
-Can only be taught by Bloo.

X-Declined-X Instantly? Thats a bit oped. Its alright if you say the vortex slowly forms around the opponents and intensifies in time but not this.

Description:
The user will channel there ice chakra around there opponent. The user will perform one hand seal, then cause a massive vortex of snow and ice shards to start swirling around he opponent. The target is the epicenter of the tech with the walls of the vortex being two meters away from the opponent in all directions. The vortex takes approximately three seconds to completely surround the target. The vortex will taper off at the top creating a cone shape . If the target stays in the vortex after three seconds the air in the vortex will be come thin and the temperature inside the cone will be lowered drastically making it hard to breathe. The user will then perform one more hand seal causing all the ice shards swirling in the vortex to shot at the opponent ripping them to shreds.

(Ameton: Haretzu Poppu) - Rain Release: Blitzkrieg Bop

Description: The user first waves the 2 necessary handseals and extends his open palm foward, gathering rain drops onto the palm and using chakra control to compress the rain drops into a rasengan-sized orb. Then, the user may throw the orb of rain at any direction he/she wishes to, and uppon waving 1 more handseal, the orb will 'detonate' blowing out in all directions countless rain drops that act as compressed bullets capable of easily piercing human flesh; the rain bullets move incredibly fast and are just as hard to avoid as they are fast. The bullets cover an area of 8 meters from the point the orb detonated and outwards.
Must have rain using bio.
May only be taught by Loki.
May only be used 2 times per battle.

Description: The user will focus chakra across his entire body and then merge into any rain drop falling within short range around him. Then the user is able to 'jump' from rain drop to another rain drop, aslong as they are still in the air (haven't touched ground). The user moves at an amazing speed, wich the naked eye can't even see, similiar to the speed Haku can move in his Crystal Mirror(s) technique, thus, moving at a speed wich the sharingan can track with little to no effort. The user can also come out, out of any rain drop falling across the field, and can re-create only a limb, the head, if wanted or their entire body. However, the user cannot remain in the rain drops for a long period of time. If the rain is somehow stoped from falling, the user will simply reform back to their original self but in mid-air. This technique can be used to avoid

Description: A basic taijutsu technique where the user makes a good use out of their body muscles, mainly the center body parts only (chest, stomach, ribs, back, etc..). The moment of an impact from a taijutsu technique hits the user's body, they explosively contract their muscles and repel the foe's attack, with the force of their muslce. Not only that, but by repeling the strike, the damage is sent back into the foe's limb with wich they attacked, resulting in recieving and equal amount of their own force in return.
May only be used x4 per battle.
May only repel B rank and lower Tai.
May only be taught by Loki.

~Declined~ Not bad, i like the idea, though 20 meters isn't a Mid range, it's a long range, so either decrease the width it covers, or increase the range of the technique, also how far can it roll up to? you say it covers 20 meters in width, but how far can it reach in front of it? does it roll sideways, or forwards?

Description and Background: Satanic Leaf Tailed Gecko is a newly discovered species found in dense wood areas in the Fire country. The adhesive scales under their fingers and toes and their strong curved claws enable them to move adeptly through the trees. Geckos possess no eyelids, just a transparent covering over their eyes, and so they use their long, mobile tongues to wipe away any dust or debris that gets into the eye. This creature also cannot hear due to it's abdsence of drums in but ears. This may seem like a disadvantage against predators but it's adaptation throughout the years have made it a creditable predator itself. The Gecko, while, traveling through the forest can pick up the most faint vibrations against it's unique leather-like skin. This keeps it aware of it's surroundings constantly while hunting or sleeping.

Description: A powerful technique in which the user combines Ninjutsu with Taijutsu and concentrates large amounts of chakra around their arms and back so much so that a flashing white aura of chakra that resembles lightning is given off the user and any clothing on their arms and back is ripped to shreds and thrown off of them. While cloaked in this technique the user's taijutsu techniques are enhanced by the chakra flow allowing them great strength however not to the level of Tsunade's Chakra Enhanced Strength technique. If needed the user can also sacrifice the chakra used for this technique to form a barrier of chakra short range around them that will block up to one A rank technique.

Description: Combining Ninjutsu and Taijutsu this is an ability which nullifies an opponent's attacks by striking it with another one of perfectly opposite speed and chakra. This is done by concentrating a large amount of chakra into a single point on the user's body and directing that point towards an opponent's body, releasing the chakra in the space just before their attacks would connect and canceling both of their momentum resulting in a stalemate leaving both limbs perfectly still the second after the chakra burst. Because it is releasing chakra to cancel out the blow this allows it to nullify taijutsu strikes with chakra enhancements such as NB Taijutsu.

-Must have mastered Taijutsu and Ninjutsu to use.

The wave of sudden concern and terror at losing causes a very real feeling pressure all over the opponent's body restricting their movement in real life.

Description: The user gathers up a rather large amount of chakra into his/her hands. Then, by channeling the chakra into the air, the user can then manipulate the winds to go in whichever direction the user wishes. This can be used to defend the user from an attack or to attack as a gust of wind, vortex, slash, or any of the sorts. Also, it can be used to support and boost a fire attack. This jutsu is unique because by continuously channeling chakra into the air, the user will be able to manipulate the wind up to a total of 3 turns if only used once per turn.
Notes:
This technique can only be used 2 times, also each use is one move.
This technique can only be taught by -Byakuya-
Other wind techs cannot be used during the turns this move is used.

Flying monkeys are 3 feet tall and have a two foot wingspan. they are able to fly great lengths, but not for that long because their bodies weigh them down. flying monkeys also are very agile like all monkeys and are able to climb easily and run quickly as well

Description:*
The user places their feet shoulder length apart and then circulates the Katon chakra through their body. The user then makes the handseals Tiger > Bird > Serpent while making a cloak of fire around them. When the cloak has been completed and the hand seals have been done, the user than creates a circle in the air with their hands, about a metre big, and then claps, sending the Katon chakra into the air. The chakra then forms a ball of fire in the middle of the sky. Once the fire ball has formed, the user clicks and the fire then explodes, sending smaller firebolts shooting down to the ground within an 50 metre radius (The explosion is much like a firework). The firebolts leave small craters in the ground.

Notes:
Can only be used 3 times per battle.
Takes up two moves in the turn.
With Katon mastery it only requires the Tiger hand seal.
Can only be taught by Stencil.

Description: Through a single hand seal the user will expand 'any' ice release technique up to 20 cm, the user can choose to expand it into a size smaller than that, also the user can choose which area to expand, for example a ice kunia, the user can choose to expand it from behind giving it a handle, or from the front giving it a longer reach, or even from the sides making it somewhat like a semi-circle. This technique however can't be used on techniques like the 1000 needles of death, since that is mega, mega abuse, however the user can expand up to 5 projectiles. Also when the user expands a kunia for example the original shape is preserved. The technique works though the user adding more chakra to the technique, then almost in a mili second the user will split the technique into two parts a tip and a body, then between the space of those two parts the user will add his chakra, then once again 'reattach' the two bodies together.
-Must have good chakra control(Basic 5)
-Must have completed canon ice training.
-Must be member of Yuki clan.
-Usable 4 times per single battle.
-The process of adding the chakra and expanding the technique can't be stopped as it takes relatively no time.

Description: There was a shinobi of the Yuki clan whom found a flaw in the "(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique" he found out that when he created projectiles he can't control there movement, he would have to personally throw them, so he devised a way to 'push' his techniques. Through two hand seals he focused his chakra around his ice technique, after that the chakra will form like a trampoline, then it will 'bounce off' sending the ice technique forwards in a fast pace.
-Can be used on all ice techniques.
-Can only 'push' techniques for 5 meters or less.(Based on the users will)
-The 'Chakra Trampoline" is just for a clearer explanation, also the chakra isn't visible when being used as a trampoline.(Unless sensor, KG, Tech of sensory etc)
-Must be member of the Yuki Clan.
-Must have finished basic Ice training.

Description: Emperor & Abyss are two swords, the first was believed to be wielded a war lord of a distant country, the latter was believed to be wielded by a lonely peasant of a war county. The two wielders were avid fighters, the first due to him being a warlord, the other in order for him to live and survive. Both wielders have individually fought countless battles, if someone where to sum the numbers of both, the results will be unbelievable. Through the battles they came out victorious due to each swords respective ability, also due to each swords owner adding their own powerful chakra into the swords further empowering them. On a destined day the two wielders clashed, it was the first for each wielder to be matched in a fight, each swords ability was the perfect counterpart for the other, "The perfect offense" vs "The perfect defense" was what the fight was called, that was due to the swords special abilities. After the fight ended with a draw the two wielders were apparently maternal twins that were separated at birth, they have the same chakra signature as each other. On one drunken night they tried a few wild things, it ended up with Emperor & Abyss fusing together, thus the perfect weapon was created. Centuries later a descendent found the weapons and began to use them, although he was only able to access a portion of the weapons power.

Abilities:
-Emperor is the weapon labeled as "The Perfect Offense" When the opponent's weapon and Emperor clash, Emperor(User through emperor) releases it's users chakra in the form of a vibrating wave, the wave will affect the opponents weapon, it will cause the opponent's weapon to shake in such a vigorous manner that it will get destroyed(Restrictions below).
-Abyss is the weapon labeled as "The Perfect Defense" When the opponents weapon comes into contact with Abyss the special ability of the sword will be initiated, once hit the sword will distribute the damage throughout the sword making it much less severe, but with consecutive uses the sword gets weaker.(Restrictions below)
-Merge Form labeled as "The Perfect Weapon" has both abilities of Emperor & Abyss, it also has an additional ability, the ability is activated through the wielders chakra, when the user wills a portion of either Emperor or Abyss will emerge from a location of the blade, this is usually compared to the ability of Soma No Ko members.(Restrictions below)

Restrictions:
-The ability of "Emperor" can only be used three times, it can break/destroy all basic weapons, it can cause great damage to A rank weapons(custom/canon) to the extent that they are unusable, as for S rank weapons if used two times on it it will get destroyed, as for indestructible ones it has no affect.*
-The ability of "Abyss" is a passive ability of the weapon meaning it doesn't count towards the techniques per users turn. The sword can withstand a total damage of 160. It can only withstand damage of blunt objects/objects that have a physical form.
-The merging/fusing of the two weapons counts towards the turns of the user. The weapon can be merged and separated at the user will, the separation doesn't count towards the techniques per turn of the user. As for the abilities of the merged form, the abilities of "Emperor" & "Abyss" still apply as do the restrictions of them, however the ability of "Emperor" gains a extra usage making it four times(if not mused before), and "Abyss" gains +10 resistance making it 170(if not used before). As for the ability similar to the Soma no Ko technique it can only be used three times, and when used the user can choose to leave the emerged part out or they can choose to retract it. Retracting doesn't count towards the techniques per the users turn.
-Must have great chakra(Kage) and good chakra control.(Ninjutsu + 3 basics completed)
-Can only be wielded by MB.
-Emperor is on the left, and Abyss is on the right

- Can be used once per battle, and if the attack failed the user won't be able to use it again (in the same battle).

Description: The user performs a single handseal, then holds his dominant hand up to his mouth. Almost as if he is about to perform a fireball. This jutsu works similar to wind return jutsu. Just with water jutsu. So the opponentn sends a giant wave of water at you. The user would perform a single handseal, then hold his dominant hand up to his mouth. As the wave gets closer, the user would release a blast of pressurized water from his mouth seperating the wave in two. Causing it to travel around or away from the user.
Note: Can only part/seperate B rank and below water jutsu
Note: Can only be ued twice per battle
Note: This jutu is multi directional, meaning it can be aimed upward , left, right, and downward
Note: Can only be taught by Gecko

Description: The day suzaku was born, smith of the village began collecting the material to make a weapon. That would succeed it's original master and be passed on to the next generation. The bow itself, made of the strongest material. Battle tested by his ather himself, Keishi Ouza can go toe to toe with other weapons. From other bows, to swords. The strings, able to withstand the strongest of wind and still get the shot off. Equipped with a custom foam grip, Keishi Ouza can only be held by Suzaku. The grip, able to collect chakra signatures from those who wield it or attempt to. Keishi Ouza is the only weapon suit for a king. Only certain arrows can be fired from this weapon. Arrows specially crafted by Suzaku's father. The arrows themself, can change direction. Based on chakra manipulation. By focuing chakra before firing, the arrows can change direction in mid air. Avoiding things or to get to the target precisely. After training with his father for many years in kenjutsu and uing Keishi Ouza, Suzaku killed his father, taking the bow and leaving the village. Now Keishi Ouza, has successfully made it to the next generation where it continues to be the heir to the throne.

Note: the bow is extremly light yet durable

X-Declined-X Isn't it simpler to make a technique that changes the direction of projectiles? and use that with a normal bow

Description: The user begins by forming three handsigns Rabbit> Ox> Tiger thus building up Katon chakra in the chest and expelling it from the mouth. The fire released is manipulated into a mental image of a flaming pirate ship with a mast and a sail which soars just above the ground towards the enemy catching any winds which may speed along the ship giving it more traveling velocity. The ship on contact explodes and engulfs anything into flames.

Note can only be taught by yang
Note can up the traveling speed of the ship with wind chakra based jutsu's which not only increase the speed but the overall size and damage of the ship.
Note by adding wind you increase this jutsu to forbidden rank.

Description: This technique allows the user, after performing 4 handseals to take control of the opponent(s) 5 basic senses and manipulate them to cause the opponent(s) to believe that the air is extremely polluted and that there is an awful smell that makes it unsuitable for breathing. This causes the opponent(s) to hold their breath, delibrately trying to stop themselves from breathing in "polluted" air. In reality, the opponent(s) just hold(s) their breath, growing weaker and will pass out in 1 turn if they keep fighting. But in a situation whereby the opponent(s) remain(s) still, not fighting anymore, they will still pass out but in 2 turns.
-Usable 2 times per battle.
-Can be used on multiple opponents at the same time as long as they are within range.

You can't make your opponent believe in anything or react in this or that manner. How he reacts is his own decision and its impossible for you to condition the opponents reaction to a given illusion. You produce the illusion, how he reacts is something you have no control over. Normal, non doujutsu genjutsu affects the users senses, not his or her reasoning and will.

It will make them believe that they are suffering from haemophilia because the open wound would begin to bleed profusely non-stop, leaving them feeling bloodied, extremely weakened and dizzy.
-Usable 3 times per battle
-Can only be used when an opponent has an open wound, no matter how small but the bigger the wound, the better.
-Can only be taught by Naizen.

While using this technique against A rank water technique and lower, the user could return back the attacks sent toward him back at the enemy at close range of them, making it harder for them to counter. If used against an S ranked water jutsu, this jutsu is only to counter the enemy's, canceling each other out.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Can only be used against a water technique that is sent from the enemy's location and its effect depends on the technique countered.
-The user is rendered unable to use S rank water techniques this turn and the next one. The user is also unable to use any jutsus while the snakes are in motion.

Description: While standing above the skateboard the user preforms either a 360 shuv, heel flip or side heel flip tricks with it in midair along with him as he release wind chakra through it making its movement cause a a strong wind current that takes the shape of a hurricane, depending on the trick the user uses, the hurricane will take a different shape and direction.
360 Shuv would make the a hurricane that surrounds the user and nearby people pushing anything in one meter away from the user away and violently cut them.
Heel flip would cause a hurricane horizontal hurricane that looks like a tube surrounding the user which violently cut and push away anything that comes in contact from the sizes or front and back even if they were in mid or short range from the user's body.

Ok, new cycle of 7 days where you can submit 3 techniques. The cycle ends on the 31st of March.


Now, I will put these reminds as directly as I can:

-Just because we don't post a marker doesn't mean that you can post techniques. We might be busy or we might be doing it on purpose to buy some time to check the tread. I didn't enforce it this time and i checked everyone that had valid submissions. However, next time this happens I'll hand out punishments and severe ones at that. You want the thread up to date and the submissions checked and fairly checked at that so be sure to do your part of the job.

-This brings me to the new issue: summons. Use the search button on this thread and the archived one to see if someone has submitted your contract. The amount of invalid and senseless submissions is truly stupid. Its a waste of your time and ours.

-Don't rip of techniques. One thing is a similar technique and that is normal when there are 4 years of customs approved already. Another is a completely identical submission. If the issue is kept, punishments will be issued.

Description: Kakuzu creates adhesive suiton chakra (similar to Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field) on a chosen target limb e.g. fingers, wrists or palms and then quickly unleashes dark threads from that place, causing the threads to become coated in the adhesive liquid. The adhesive suiton chakra completely soaks into the threads giving them their pitch black colour, whilst the threads are coated in a thick layer of adhesive slime. This process is done so quickly, the two steps seem to be done simultaneously and so it can be done in quick combat situations without difficulty. On creation, the threads are shot towards a certain location/object/person, pulling the user towards the desired location extremely quickly. Alternatively, the threads can be used to pull people/objects closer to the user, making this technique extremely useful in disarming opponents of their weapons.

Note: Sticky threads can only be released from the user's palms, fingers or wrists.

Description: The user after channeling their raiton chakra throughout every chakra point in their body, throws both of their arms upwards to release the chakra as a vertical cylindrical column of lightning which surrounds their body and travels up towards the sky. The column encases the user's body as its released and can be altered to have up to a radius of five meters around the user. If the opponent comes into contact with the column, they are suddenly thrown upwards and overloaded with a dangerous amount of raiton chakra, leaving their body paralyzed for two turns. The raiton chakra released via this method is oppositely charged to that of natural lightning, allowing this technique to be used to discharge storm clouds and hence prevent any lightning strikes. As a result, this technique is exceedingly useful in negating the conditions required for Kirin.

Description: The user will smear a small amount of blood over his cockroach tattoo to summon Lord Vile, a winged black and red armoured cockroach with red eyes and serrated claws, who specializes in Earth Release. He is one of the highest ranking cockroaches at Mt Etna due to his infamous reputation and immunity to radiation. He’s slightly smaller than the hawk Sasuke summoned against Danzo (in width) and roughly 4 meters in height, compensating for his relatively small size with his extremely tough and enduring exterior, which is his main asset in battle. His body is a true testament to cockroaches being the most battle-hardened of all insects, with it being capable of enduring powerful impact forces and explosions, with little damage to his exterior. Due to this, Lord Vile can't be pierced with ordinary weapons e.g. sword, lances, spears and is unaffected by small explosions (explosive kunai and tags). Much like all winged cockroaches he is capable of flight across long distances and the user is able to ride on his back. Being among the highest ranking of all cockroaches, he possess the natural ability to survive in toxic environments thought impossible to sustain life. This translates to being able to inhale deadly gases (Fluroine, Sulphur, Carbon monoxide and etc) and fungal spores without any damage to his body.

Notes:
*Can be summoned only by those who've signed the cockroaches summoning contract and must be taught by Negative Knight
*Lord vile can only perform all of the projectile-type and armour-type Doton Jutsu the user knows.
*Can perform up to A rank Earth jutsus and each jutsu counts as the user's jutsu.
*Lord Vile specializes in Earth & can perform Earth jutsus without the need of hand seals.
*Can be summoned only once in a battle.

I hate cockroaches... >_> Ok, but thats not it. While they are increadibly resilient to toxic conditions, they aren't to disease. As such, you can't say they are immune to fungal spores when there are some that specialize in infecting insects. Also, she should be able to use any S-Rank Earth technique you know as long as she has contact with the ground if the technique doesn't excenpt the user from that condition.

Description: The user surges their fire chakra and circulates it through their entire body. The circulation of the fire chakra raises their body temperature to the point that fire chakra heat waves are emitted, due to using the fire chakra to evaporate the users body water through circulation creating fire chakra intertwined heat vapors, from the user in a short range radius around himself. The user then manipulates the emitted chakra heat waves into a faint red, in color, protective shell that surrounds the user. At that point the barrier is just an intangible structure but the user then performs 2 hand seals and manipulates their fire chakra in the barrier in order to condense it giving the barrier a more solid structure. This jutsus can also form as a tight faint red coating around the users body, where they then performs the two hand seals, and push the barrier outwards knocking the opponent back into mid.range. The opponent will be burned severely if contact is made with the barrier, but the damage is not enough to kill them. The barrier technique ends when it is overpowered or after being on the field for 1 turn.
NOTES:
-Can be used twice per battle
-Fire techniques cannot be used the following turn
-Due to body water evaporation, S Rank and up water techniques cannot be used the following turn

Description: The user does 2 hand seal while channeling their doton chakra into their mouth. They then spit out a clay enriched earthen material jet stream that is used to absorb manipulated water attacks. Once the material makes contact with water it swells into a glob of earthen clay and then does a quick glide to the ground due to its added weight. If the globs happen to touch the opponent, it will absorb that body part or ensnare it, holding the opponent in place or slowing their movement down due to the added weight on their bodies. The user can release a succession of quick jet streams if targeted by a water attack that is numerous, but those streams can only travel up to short range of the user. After performing the 2 hand seal and taking a running start, the user can release the stream towards the solid ground where they then use the slippery surface to slide around the battlefield. This is a faster means of movement other than running and the user must follow the path that they make until they stop the jet stream.
NOTES:
-Can be used 3x per battle
-This jutsu cannot work on a large bodies of water or techniques that require a large body of water no matter the rank

Description: This is a special fuinjutsu utilized by a tattoo with the kanji for "Relaxation" on the users body. When the user is put in a position where their muscles are stiffened, restricting the users body movements, the user can channel their chakra into the tattoo on their body activating its sealed power. The seal will then release spasmolytic agents into the body that will balance out the synaptic excitation and inhibition that the motor neurons receives. This relaxes the muscles making movement possible again. This technique was created for jutsu that restricted the bodies movement through fear (Killing Intent) or through illusions. If used while in a genjutsu the user must still break out of it through other means.
NOTES:
-Can be used 2x per battle.
-Must wait 2 turns in between use
-Can only be taught by ZandaT

Description: Auto****y occurs when animals are starved and need energy, so their cells consume other cells in their body to get a temporary increase in stamina, and also to remind the body to not enter this state again. Using chakra in ones stomach to increase their metabolism and appetite, they can trick their body to enter this state and by using their chakra to draw more energy from their cells. They can enhance this state to gain much increased power and speed for a certain time at the cost of destroying their cells and dying afterwards.
