"Very good Essen! Indeed you made a good move by neutralizing the threat to you and coming after me. That applied pressure to me and forced me to overpower your technique. That was a good application of the technique you used and you certainly seemed to have kept in mind the rank relations with multiple projectiles when you use the technique. Now, we already discussed the biggest mistake in your second move. So lets talk about your third. In the third you used the Lightning Armor to neutralize a D-Rank blast of wind. This worked but also failed you...not fatally, of course. Lets discuss this. D-Rank wind against C-Rank lightning will neutralize each other. We know that. However, what is the one aspect of the Lightning Armor in regards to physical impact that I taught you to keep in mind?"
"Good. Just always be wary about damage from a punch or anything like that. As it can't stop physical impact. So, are you ready to move onto the B-Ranks Essen?!" I say with noticeable excitement.

Where he stood, Essen started weaving a single Ox seal and stretched both of his arms out as the white line separating both him and his sensei appeared. Though it can hold off enemies and it could also work well with team work as another shinobi throws kunai's from the in side of the wall toward the enemies as the kunai's will inherit electric as they head toward?"
"Well you can naturally infuse a kunai with raiton chakra. It possesses no ranked strength (and thus is still noted as 'freeform') but carries the properties of raiton namely it gains in piercing power primarily making it deadlier than a normal kunai in that sense. Now, lets continue. Now for this next technique I want you to pay close attention to the description of it. You create a half dome, or hemisphere, or whatever you want to call it and then push it forward. Now note the range of the technique. It can only reach out from short-range from you. I want you to use it to defend and destroy a boulder I am going to send at you and then describe to me in detail what happens to that boulder!" I say as I leap away 10 meters releasing doton chakra into the ground causing a boulder to be launched from my position toward Essen aiming to crush him!

Essen watch as his sensei leaps away as he claim to use a boulder to crush him, noticing the boulder appear toward him. Essen focuses enough chakra into this hands as he forms ration at a great pace and releases it in a form of shield dome as it's in-contact with the boulder at the most impact; a sudden burst of rock turning into soil as it falters apart from him. "well, it seem that his ration technique concentrates the ration from the center of the dome spreading away to the ends as it covers me, leading the doton techniques being much more solid or they scatter into sand-like amount..."
"It would be more like a boulder striking a wall. As long as that boulder or whatever strikes you is within elemental strengths and weaknesses. That's what it means by having physical momentum. It acts as a solid wall almost in that sense as well as anything in touches being paralyzed. If the boulder had passed through it and turned to sand it wouldn't have that quality. Does that make sense?"
"Alright excellent. Let us move on. The next one is pretty interesting when you think about its possibilities. You basically just gather up a sizable amount of raiton chakra into either or your fists creating a sphere of pure lightning around that fist. Upon striking a target that sphere of pure lightning will explode dealing some pretty severe electrical damage in the form of electrical burns accompanied by the regular electrical damage that lightning techniques usually cause. So, try it out on that tree in the distance! Then, when you've done that I want you to tell me how would you defend yourself should an opponent use this."

"well, I think if counter with a higher rank Doton jutsu you could avoid the impact or if you send the opponent with a stream of heavy gales/ of water to separate both you and him, that could work. This maybe, if you counter the technique with the same technique it should neutralize both or deflect both users with the same effect." Essen said before he walked toward the tree in which was about 30 feet from him and his sensei. In the distance as he walked he gathered enough lightning chakra around his fist, generating a sphere of pure lightning around it. Then dashing toward the tree at mid-point as he landed the fist toward impact with the tree, the impact with the stem of the tree lead to an electrical explosion as the tree shattered.
"Be careful when you use water to defend against a lightning technique. If the current ends up in the water you'll end up shocking yourself. And doton is questionable. Remember when we talked about elemental interactions? Not only is lightning strong to earth but when earth is struck by lightning it can explode violently into numerous sharp pieces which can be dangerous in and of itself. So be careful. Any questions?" I say as I motion for Essen to return to my side.
"Excellent. The next technique will require you to raise either your hands or a weapon towards the sky discharging electricity into the clouds. This essentially allows you to call down lightning anywhere you desire up to mid-range from your position. So it is a fairly straight forward technique. Keep in mind you can call down any number of strikes within the same turn so remember how that works. Try it out and call it down anywhere mid-range from us!"

Essen prepares for the jutsu, as he raises his hand toward the sky releasing an electrical discharge into the clouds. Which lightens the clouds under his will the moment he has done so, the lightening strikes the trees in the distance all three one after the other and quickly. "whoa"
"Very good work Essen! It is a pretty straight forward technique that is actually useful in some situations to strike from above. Anyways, let's move on. Remember if you have any questions feel free to ask. The next technique is quite useful as well and in a way is a combination or earth manipulation and lightning manipulation. Luckily you only need to know lightning release to apply this technique, though. Essentially what happens is you weave a few hand seals and shape four fairly large pillars that are proportionate to the target area. Meaning the larger the area the larger the pillars. Once they have risen they will unleash a barrage of bolts and currents to paralyze and damage the target. So, I want you to try this out on this tree in the distance. Now, I want detail about the size of the pillars in regards to how large of an area you cause this technique to encompass."
