Who is the best in Genjutsu?

According to bee sama(kishi infact) its shisui sama, the greatest gen user in uchiha. We dont know about his manipulation but it would be stupid not believe it was on par with itachi being his sensei and all.Itachi
^ This. I have to admit, I was going to choose Shisui but then I asked myself: "What if they were to send me to a war lasting a decade(10years) and was made to choose only between a "powerful cannon capable only of one shot" or an "M16 with a daily load of 3 magazines" a day?

Assuming that kotoamatsukami requires one eye, he could use it twice every 10 years. Itachi was a genius of geniuses, and his only weakness was stamina, so I would obviously expect Itachi to win. But when it comes only to genjutsu, then even his tsukuyomi wouldn't help.
Some are assuming that Kotamatsukami is a jutsu that requires extreme difficulty to execute due to its superiority from other forms of genjutsu.A few might have had over looked that it is simply the power granted by Shisui's mangekyu sharingan hence Danzo being able to execute it ,together with Kamui on Kakashi & Tobi's(Obito) case.
Back to the topic. The thread creator asks," WHO IS THE BEST IN GENJUTSU?"*
I have noticed a tug of war for the title between Uchiha Itachi & Uchiha Shisui. I am a fan of both.*

The ability to perform a unique and powerful genjutsu provided by "HIS" (Shisui) Mangekyu Sharingan which will take 10 years to re-execute after being used. HOW DOES ONE BECOME PROFICIENT ON AN ART THAT CAN ONLY BE USED EVERY 10 YEARS?

If I was to present an "ARCHERY CHALLENGE" to both UCHIHA ITACHI & UCHIHA SHISUI which will be held 10 years from today,who will you choose?
*Each shinobi will be given 100 arrows during the challenge and the shinobi who hits the target the most will be claimed the victor. I will provide UCHIHA ITACHI with 5 arrows "DAILY"to practice for the next ten years & present UCHIHA SHISUI with 1 arrow for the "WHOLE TEN YEARS" to practice.
Ten years had passed... If you had to bet your girlfriend on who would win the ARCHERY CHALLENGE,who would you choose?
The thread seeks not the superior genjutsu, but simply the shinobi who is the best at it.
IN MY OPINION,Itachi would best Shisui. But I have doubts that Itachi is the best in Genjutsu

I read some of your comments and i have a question.. Are you a GAY or a FANBOY???? It said that Shisui possess the strongest genjustsu and no one can change it. Itachi may be skilled but Shisui didnt live enough to show the true power of his MS or of Kotoamatsukami. So this thread is closed we havent see the full strength of Shisui.

Shisui, nothing I know of says that he as the original owner of the eye had drawbacks when using KA, remember Kakashi's version of Kamui is gimped and drains him heavily compared to Obito, so Shisui most definiely was the best, two doses of KA can turn the tables on almost any situation.

No, Sasuke only broke it because of his skill with the Sharingan, and Itachi said only someone with the Sharingan and the same blood as him can break out of Tsukuyomi, Shisui doesn't share his blood so he can't break it.
Are you nuts? Best genjutsu is frog song. The thread asks best genjutsu not user where did you read that word. You call yourself logic but there is no logic in what you say or even think, get the hell out of narutobase if you can't analyze properly and objectively.
