Who is the best in Genjutsu?

Danzo, Itachi, Obito, 2nd Mizukage. They're all really good genjutsu users, each with their own strengths and weaknesses with it.

Itachi is by far he has the strongest genjutsu tsukoyumi but (excluding shishui's) and to top it off he dont even need to use his eyes if you guys can remember he put naruto in a genjutsu using a finger! so op, those my reasons hes the most skilled genjutsu caster

Another thing everyone forgettin shisui's genjutsu jutsu maybe strong be strong be he can only use it once every 10 or so years Not a real estimate its a guess dnt take it serious but the point is once he uses it he cant use his eyes for a looong time,thus another reason why itachi's ocular powers exceed all in genjutsu

Shisui has the strongest genjutsu, being able to control the user without them knowing it. Or putting someone/thing in genjutsu without them/it knowing it. But Itachi is the most skilled ninja we've seen thus far at using it. Itachi was an expert at using it. I would've loved to see Itachi's genjutsu strength before his illness and before he started losing his eyesight.

Once Shisui uses Kotoamatsukami he cant use in a decade(hundred years), so its pointless.

nice thinking. And you are right, there is a BIG difference in having the strongest genjutsu technique (that is Shisui) and then being the greatest at using it. (that is Itachi) Itachi is the best at using sharingan genjustu.

Shisui but we didn't see him in the manga yet so i say itachi.

lol tobi because he has rinnengan now which he can control gedo statue and the main power of the gedo statue is infinite tuyosokumi which is the great justu so, the controller get all the bonus so, tobi in mine view.

2. Shishui: Kotoamatsukami
3. 2nd Mizukage: stated in the manga who was one of the best genjitsu user
4. Sasuke: but still quite a long way to go

If he is known for it he must have used it right? lol it's between shisui and obito who did it to a perfect jinchuriki for years with out notice. itachi is elite and among the best based on him being a big role char. But as far as we know, it's between shisui and and tobi. I lean more towards obito based on the length and person he was able to do it to.

Itachi or Danzo is my pick. I'd love to see Kishi build up Sasuke's use and Sakura's since it was said she was talented in the use of it. We never really got to see Genjutsu used to its full potential imo.

Genjutsu- probably Shisui, if Madara doesnt show anything new
Susano, Katon, speed, stamina and everything else are also out of question.
Madara and Sasuke outclassed him in many aspects.
