Kaguya also had the body power, so there isn't proof that she can or can't use IT without it. The Shinju is essentially the Juubi, which is body power.

It isn't related to the dimensions, it is a rift in space that allows kaguya to teleport. The technique that involves dimensions is amenominika. The manga nor the data book make any connection between this technique and amenominika. Infact yomotsu was described as the first S/T ninjutsu which meant it came before amenominika and suggests kaguya had it long before she ate the fruit.

How can they react when they are slow, you realize that kaguya was fast due to body power right?

Body users can obliterate dimensions, what chance is there to use IT when the moon can be one shotted with ease
