Cant remember the name of the jutsu but could DSM's snake eye lid tech counter it? When Kabuto used it he was able to see through blinding light and couldn't be visually genjutsu'd.

That most likely wouldn't work. The Sharingan genjutsu requires eye contact and therefore it didn't work on Kabuto.
Infinite Tsukuyomi would just go through everything (except Sasuke's Susano'o) and affect Kabuto, even if he's blind or his eyelids are closed.

These posts are correct, though technically Rinnegan is also body since it required Body's chakra/cells
to be merged with Eye's chakra/cells.
Eye has too much overwhelming variety for body.
