Your forgetting the other skills Sasuke has, he has Chidori, Chidori variations, Kirin, Katon variations, Shuriken skills, has 2 element Katon and Raiton, can summon huge animal like manda no problem, swordman skills. Those skills require training.

Let's not forget Sasuke had to train to climb tree.

I personally never thought Uchihas were part of the hardwork theme. We did see Sasuke work hard in p1 to catch up to Itachi. After he killed MS, EMS and Rinnegan were his only options. I guess that's really the writers fault for not giving Sasuke more training arcs. But then if he did train his abilities he would slaughter NAruto. Naruto is the hardwork theme but even he didn't even work so hard and took training shortcuts that cut months of training into days. So if anyone destroyed it , it would be the person who it was made for.
