Don't get me started on Izanagi as that shows how much you really don't know about the manga. Izanagi is a Yin-Yang Release, so an Uchiha can't obtain it through normal means.

We've witnessed already how Obito used Kamui upon awakening the Mangekyo. We've also had Itachi state that he awakened Susano'o along with his other Mangekyo techniques upon Shisui's death:

When Naruto was spanking Orochimaru was that a result of his hard work? When he was spanking Deva Path and blasting Bijuu Dama was that also a result of his hard work? When he was busting through Chibaku tensei was that also causative of his training? Funny. Sasuke copying Rock-lee's moves is an insult to his character but Naruto by the end of part 1 being stronger than Rock lee without even doing training any where near his level and surviving a Chidori through his rib-cage and lung isn't an insult to rock-lee and biological functions? Hmm if you mean that one taijutsu that Sasuke used against the sound ninja in the Chuunin exam, to be fair even Naruto copied Lee one taijutsu. Lets not forget that Sasuke didn't copy Lee 1 taijutsu since Gai stopped the match.

Kakashi told gai that he trained Sasuke the same style like Lee, Gai was suprised since Lee lost against Gaara with taijutsu.

No were was it mentioned that Sasuke copied Orochimaru style, he trained and was taught.

The manga used to have a theme of hard work but it was abandoned by kishimoto when he started giving free powerups to uchihas.

Think about it uchihas basically cry to get mangekyo powers, while every other ninja has to train and work his ass off, they can also basically copy others hardwork just like that.

Sasuke copying Rock Lee's moves was a great insult to his character. Add to that the fact that Rock Lee was essentially shoved to the side both in character development and became a fodder just because he wasnt from a special clan.

Kishimoto unwittingly or knowingly gives us a message that unless you are born special you can't succeed in the world, cry and you will get what you want, hard work be damned.
