(Shoukyoku Kousen) – Negative Beam

Description: The user will channel their chakra into the index finger of their dominant hand to manifest a light-green coating of chakra over the tip of that finger. Then in one smooth motion, he will fire it towards his intended target as a narrow beam of green chakra, to serve a whole multitude of purposes. If used on an ally, this jutsu can be used to prevent them from being caught in a attack by "pushing" them out of the way. If used on any part of the terrain in very close proximity (e.g. walls/the ground), this jutsu can be used in a similar manner to Wind Release: Hurricane Fist, allowing the user to propel themselves in a certain direction, but with more much effectiveness due to the force behind the beam. This jutsu can also be used to knock away solid attacks such as Earth Release: Dropping Lid and Earth Release: Stone Golem, making this jutsu even more versatile in use. The beam itself reaches its target near-instantaneously, however since it deals no damage, stand alone this jutsu isn't dangerous to the opponent. To push away such large solid attacks as the ones listed above, the user will fire a wider beam with much more force behind it, but nonetheless retaining its non-damaging nature since the attack has no mass and is simply a blunt pushing-force.

Note: Can be used four times per battle
Note: Can only be Taught by Negative Knight
Note: Cannot be used on consecutive turns
Note: Cannot be used on an opponent directly

Description: The user draws blood and then continues to slides the blood across their summoning tattoo so as to summon eight identical rays around the opponent in a octogonal formation. These Rays specialize in an immensely potent and powerful variation of Active Electrolocation, which produces a field that directly interferes with the opponents nerves. Shinobi two ranks below the user will find performing even hand seals to be an immensely difficult task, while those of equal or higher rank will suffer from a state of slowed movement, reduced reaction times and sluggish bodily movements. On being summoned, these rays continually dart and whiz around the opponent, following them if need be. The rapid sometimes orbital movements of the rays causes for countless minute non-damaging sparks of electricity to materialize over the opponent's body, giving them a strong electrostatic charge which is oppositely charged to that of ordinary lightning. As a result, whilst the opponent is surrounded by the rays, raiton jutsu become incredibly difficult to dodge and Raiton jutsu used by the opponent often suffer from the habit of discharging back into the opponents body, shocking them, or perhaps doing worse depending on the nature and power of the technique. Due their speed, these rays can be incredibly difficult to escape from. Alternatively, the user can simply summon the Rays so as to sniff out and surround the opponent, making them exceptionally useful for finding hidden enemies due their abilities.

Note: These Rays disappear when either killed, or three turns pass.
Note: Each time a ray is killed the technique becomes weaker. Once at least five of these Rays are killed the technique ends.
Note: Can only be used twice per battle
Note: No Ray jutsu can be performed by the user for the rest of the turn.
Note: A ray can summon these Rays simply through the use of chakra and a high pitched call.
Note: Must have signed the Ray Contract

Description: During rainy conditions, the user draws blood and then continues to slides the blood across their summoning tattoo so as to summon a miniscule ant-sized ray into every raindrop on the battlefield. As soon as they're summoned, the rays will secrete an extremely potent venom into they raindrop in which they reside, so to amplify its fatality. If the venom is directly ingested or makes contact with an open wound, the opponent will begin to feel the venom's full effects shortly after exposure. The venom will rapidly works its way through the opponent's body, causing them to undergo fully body paralysis as well as induce necrosis around the wound/opening in which they entered the body. On the second turn of exposure, the opponent will find it increasingly difficult to breathe. Three turns after exposure, the venom will prove to be fatal. Should the venomous rain drops come into contact with a fire technique, a purplish venomous smog will be formed, which will have the same effects as listed above if inhaled.

Description: During rainy conditions, the user will form the serpent handseal so to summon minuscule insect-sized eel into every raindrop on the battlefield. These eels are far more carnivorous than ordinary eels and will ravage the flesh of those who are unfortunate enough to come into contact with them. Stand alone, a single eel will do little to no harm to an opponent, but due to the sheer amount of them summoned through this technique, these eels will engage the opponent in an overwhelming swarm rather than as individuals. On making contact with opponent's skin, the swarm of eels will undertake a vicious feeding frenzy, doing so with such ferocity that they sometimes take bites out of each other. These Eels are even capable of eating through cloth and armor in order to reach the flesh of there victims. This technique isn't impossible to counter, as the moment the eels are summoned each raindrop will now have the appearance of a ravenous grayish Eel and these eels cannot be summoned into any rain drops which are already in contact with the opponent(s) body. Furthermore, these Eels will be seemingly harmless upon first hitting their victim, however after a short time has passed, and the Eels have grown in numbers, they can deal major damage as they burrow into the opponents flesh. On the turn they are summoned, the eels will deal no damage to the opponent, however on the following turn, the eels will being their brutal attack, mauling the opponent's flesh and bone. Because of the Users chakra on Eel Tattoo, these Eels will not attack it's summoner or anyone else who has an Eel Tattoo.

-Water is so viscous that it can't channel water. While doton chakra makes threads slightly more stiff, this cancels out with their highly flexible nature, making so the user can still move.

-This only makes the user more resistant to physical/force intensive attacks e.g. crushing slabs of rock, cutting wind, waves of water and etc. This doesn't make the user resistant to burning or electrocution. This jutsu doesn't protect the skin but doesn't let weapons pierce any further than that.

they are ideas like I said, if I thought about it more i'm sure I could make them better. But I have no use for gen so cbb. I'm giving nk he idea for it. He can finish it

Noooo, don't give NK genjutsu xD he doesn't use it, unwanted genjutsu goes to my thread ^_^
