*nothing happens*Right.. More power.. *Sends more chakra out of my hand and creates small lightning bolts from my hand*Cool!!
useless piece of.... try harder!!!! (by this i mean, don't slack off or i'll smack you!)*Concentrates on manipulating my chakra to take the form of lightning* Wild... wild.. it has to be out of control.. but at the same time.. I must be the lightning... *Looks at the lightning in the sky and visualizes what I must make with my own chakra. I start making sparks again but this time it creates random static plasma known as lightning. I concentrate more on my chakra and send it out flourishing without trying to control it so much. A solid form of lightning starts to form in my hand although it is misshapen* like this sempai?
*I try once more, and gives it everything i have. I send my chakra out om my palm to make sparks, but then the sparks quickly turn into small lightning bolt shapes as I picture that's what it would look like in my mind.* There's about 3 or 4 of them.. Is that enough?

How can this be used and how is it useful? What do you think its its negative side?
Well.. I'm assuming it wouldn't be THAT useful. You could run up to some one and give them a shock in their arm or something. You could project it, shooting it at someone or something. It's negative is that is could electrocute/burn you if you are not careful with it.
In the RP, after you master a jutsu it doesn't back fire. lol The main disadavatanges are its short range and low power. It also leaves you quite open to water attacks that can make you electrocute yourself.
Now, for the next ones i'll use my normal training system:
I post the way you perform the jutsu, you reply performing it and also stating your analisys of the jutsu (Advatanges, Disadvantages and Possible Uses) and, when i require it, an image of the jutsu.
Any problem with this jutsu?
Also, with lightning i go one jutsu at a time since there aren't that many of them in each rank so its pretty quick to go trhough all even if one by one.

I'm ok *pale and sweating still* O_O try putting some emotion behind it like "I will kill you!!!!!!" then slam the ground in anger and release the chakra in a raged, slightly uncontrollable manner. Remember, with lightning you don't have much control. You shape it, guide it, fuel it, but in essence its still the one in control. So don't hold back.
I concentrate my lightning in my hand and give it my all, >:O!! *Slams my hand on the ground and guides the lightning up your clone and electrocuting it... I put more chakra into the attack... the lightning starts to get more intense and Poofs your clone* :whoa:
This can be useful when there is water so the damage can possibly double. I could also use a clone to use this technique to shock the opponent and keeps the opponent still. In the mean time, I can use a more powerful technique while the clone is shocking you.
Beware of the main disadvantage of lightning jutsu: using it with water all around you. If you use this on a water surface you'll most probably electrocute yourself, so don't do it. lol
Now, for the next one, cover your body with unfocused, low energy electricity and hit my clone with it *makes clone*
*I focus and build up my chakra. I then vibrate it incredibly fast to convert it to Lightning chakra. With this raiton chakra in my body, I focus hard and release it to cover my body in an electric shield made of my raiton chakra. I constantly concentrate and build my chakra, and constantly convert it to rai chakra to keep the my body covered in the electric field. Then I expand the shield and hit your clone with the shock-wave, poofing it.*

Nice! Now, for the next one, release your chakra into an electric field that will explode in electricity once it hits the opponent sending him back.
And for this one, use your chakra to shoot a small barrage of lightning bolts at your opponent
