Minato beats Sasuke.
Sasuke's enton arrow, amaterasu & speed are no problem for Minato.
Sasuke does not have a prefect susanoo. Danzo broke MS Sasuke's susanoo with a basic wind style tech. Sasuke's EMS Susanoo does not have been shown to be much stronger or perfect yet So Minato will either break through it or will wear Sasuke out then hit him and its over.
Sasuke is often reckless in fights which is very dangerous against a shinobi like Minato.

what tobirama invented was the "ftg slash", which is nothing like minatos ftg. minatos ftg uses uzumaki seals.

the fact that minato can mark opponents means that a slight spar will prove fatal for sasuke/itachi. Minato has clones too which he'd be wise to use vs an uchiha to counter genjutsu. (he didn't vs the kyuubi imo because he was outnumbered and it took minato a ton of chakra to transport the kyuubi so i doubt a clone would have been sufficient.

if the opponent uses susanoo, i don't know if minato has a counter for that (if he has it hasn't been shown yet so i'm not going to base my arguments on it), but what I'm sure is that especially Itachi has nothing fast enough to hit minato while in it (totsuka is too cumbersone and yasanaka magatama not any faster than anything minato's evaded with ease). plus he can barely hold it for a couple of minutes before dying. so it's a conundrum of a slow death vs an immediate one if susanoo is let down. while in susanoo he can't use other ms techniques too, only sasuke has shown himself capable of that.

also, the argument that itachi would deflect all of minato's kunai is farcical. first of all, there's not use when minato spreads his kunai around the battlefield. secondly, ftg kunai are heavier than normal ones as they're suited for combat (stated by minato himself) ie more difficult to deflect sufficiently. thirdly, minato can teleport with a significant radius of the kunai in any direction, so even if the kunai were to be deflected close to itachi, minato can still bridge the gap and land a touch with ease. his use of shunshin means that it's invetiable that minato will land a mark eventually unless susanoo is used.

amaterasu is useless vs a master of sealing too, however sasuke is great at spamming it on a huge level so i can't say he wouldnt make life very uncomfortable for minato, assuming the fight lasts that long. imo he has a fair shot at beating him.

Now in terms of a fair match, ill assume Sasuke Sharingan can go on par with Minato intelligence but Minato taught Kakashi so he prolly has experienced with formulated counters. Sasuke needs senju boost to fight an Uzumaki lover

minato already showed this ability, when he warped the kyuubi and hiruzen with tobirama to one of his markings. susanoo is a physical object and can therefore be warped away. the manga also proved that susanoo can be apart from its user. it's true that the user can resummon susanoo, but the time it would take to do that, would be enough for minato to kill the user.

there is also another way for minato to get through susanoo.
Minato has demonstrated multiple times that he can teleport into a radius around a marked kunai not only directly above one. This means that he doesn't actually have to physically mark sasuke to get into susanoo since he controls where he appears within the radius.
