Never shown Sasuke can cover himself with raiton armor... That's a raikage thing. Ameterasu cloak can only go on susanoo, otherwise, it simply will kill Sasuke, like anyone else.

Rasengan isnt destroying anyone especically someone with sasuke durability feats

Minato has three decent speed feats on his own without FTG. That's...

• Catching Baby Naruto
• Reacting to Obito who was behind him with a Kunai Slice
• Dashing at Obito while thowing a Kuani

None of those stack up to what I listed.

Minato can teleport a distance away from the marks. Throwing them at the susanoo and teleporting in is a viable option. Sasuke's attacks on Minato's kunai are a joke due to space-time barriers. Sasuke would have one heck of a time beating him if at all.
