Pein never comes online. His rules are outdated, and everyone has many problems with them.
His rules apply to when most people had under 2000 posts. Now, most have over 4000.
There's no reason to keep his rules, especially when he's so disconnected from NB.

I think everyone can agree when i say battle arena post count should be seperated from the rest of the forum and the post count requirements drasticely reducedU_U

If we reduce the post count, there's no difference between someone with 1200 posts and someone with 12,000 posts.

yes there is, someone who doesn't spam the counting threads would be on the same level as someone who did.
with the current rules someone could spam the counting threads for a month and without having fought a single battle walk into the battle arena and pwn someone who has been training and fighting battles for 3 months.U_U

What you're saying is completely incorrect, plus the solution you offer changes nothing.
Post count allows for usage of different ranked jutsus, and it also allows for a division in "weight classes", if you will. Someone with 100 posts wouldn't go up against someone with 10,000 posts, regardless of battle experience.
We also don't really use the health and chakra points anyway, if you haven't noticed. And, chances are, someone who hasn't battled before reaching 10,000 posts probably won't randomly start battling.

I am with the post count for rank but i should be how much they have trained
someone who hasn't trained before shouldn't like randomly get their own element and 5 elements and start using forbbiden jutsus from like 1 post in the training or battle section.

They have to train for it all first.
Rank and post count only give you the OPTION of training for it.
You have to go through the whole process of learning it first, though.

madara in just one post makes like 8 types of resengan
its supposed to be a near impossible task but becuase he can think of it he knows the jutsu
i think that it needs to be harded to make new jutsu's much less use them

techniquely you should be able to put in anytype of jutsu cause many weird things can happen, the abilty to summon giant candies would be a valid jutsu, apperently jumping up and throwing a rock at someone so hard it can go through their head isn't a valid jutsu.

He made those jutsus over months of time. Plus, he never uses them, and he's a member (or was a member) of the jutsu acceptance comittee.
Everyone's allowed to do that, up to a certain extent.
