This makes no sense from either of you. Even if Sanji should have known that Luffy would somehow make it to Whole Cake (I'm pretty sure he didn't expect Luffy to manage to make it there as opposed to him not expecting Luffy to want to), that doesn't mean the way he handled this situation was wrong, or that his logic behind it was wrong.
Trying to avoid pitting two Yonko and the Germa army against the Strawhats isn't the wrong thing.

He already beat yonji and should have done the same with his rest of the brothers back at the laboratory... Nobody made a deal out of it when everybody get to know about yonji's injuries and a contract about zeff is limited to the wedding only not any other sort of...He dont have any better feats to show that he has gotten strong after TS. Even if its punk hazard, dressrosa or WC island he just got beatings from everyone.....And if i found Big mom arc boring then your ranting won't help me to change my opinion!!
That's why it's called sacrifice. Even if Sanji is miserable, it allows his friends to continue their adventure.
They can try to take him back. Sanji doesn't believe they can handle the full scope of the situation, WHICH THEY CAN'T, so he cut a deal for that if they fail, which at the current moment is the most likely situation.
But he did. The crew (right or wrong) are supposed to put their full faith in their captain. Sanji never should have went with Capone at the start. He should have told Capone to piss off then either been able to get him, Nami and the other one(forget who it was now Carrot maybe?) or been beaten and taken. This "I'm gonna try to spare my crew and captain who I've said I believe will be able to become PK" is what put them in more trouble in the first place, because he went to BM Luffy has to confront BM early, had Sanji stayed with SH's they could have avoided her while continuing their journey. Sanji is why Luffy is fighting a Yonkou right now.
Ah gotcha. Instead of logically assessing the situation and determining if the crew is strong enough to handle it, he's supposed to "have faith," even when it's obvious that the crew isn't powerful enough.
Going along with BM knowing his captain will come for him is leading them to suicide. Staying with his crew so they could leave and avoid BM is the opposite of that.

Just because you make the wrong choice doesn't mean it can't turn out beneficial. Also I'm calling out his motives more than the action themselves, that's the difference you're hung up on the action itself whereas I'm hung up on his reasoning and motive.
