The greater quantity of chakra one outputs does not give you more chances of breaking Genjutsu. What you need to understand is that one must stop the flow of chakra in their body then kick start it again to break a technique. I'm giving you the manga example of breaking it, your giving your own interpretation and assuming that the quantity of the reserves must be high to do so when the manga does not state that.

Yes Naruto had to to stop the flow of his chakra and "kick start it again", but you're incredibly wrong when you say the quantity of chakra used to disrupt your chakra is irrelevant to it helping him breaking out of it. Jiraiya flat out states you need to use more chakra in order to break the Genjutsu.

It's not my own "personal interpretation", it's me literally quoting the manga. I didn't say the quantity of someone's reserves need to be high but rather the amount of chakra used does in order to break a Genjutsu. Try again.

If 14 year old 3 tomoe Obito controlling Kurama reflects how well his Genjutsu prowess is and 35 year old 3 tomoe Obito's Genjutsu does nothing to Kakashi, you just defeated your own argument of any 3 tomoe Genjutsu Itachi has even affecting Kakashi.

You can't cast Genjutsu on someone possessing the same eyes. Kakashi breaking out of his Genjutsu is redudant.

Do you really think I give two shits about the time he figures out he's under Genjutsu or how good he is at actually casting Genjutsu? The fact is is that he possesses the two abilities needed to break Genjutsu: great chakra control and great chakra reserves and, even while being superior to Kakashit in both categories he still failed to break it. Kakashi has shown no reason to be able to do something something someone superior to him couldn't.

Kakashi caught Itachi's own clones and the second time he managed to catch him with clones is when he obviously wasn't serious. He bluntly said he was only there to distract, not win, so how he fights is going to reflect that, not to mention he was on their side the entire time. Not to mention he had Naruto, Sakura, and Chiyo there to help distract him. This isn't a 4v1 which allows Kakashi to take advantage of his distractions. Try to know the difference. Why should this feat even be counted when we have all the reason for it not to be?

You assumed that if someone with Bijuu level chakras could not muster up enough power break 30% Itachi Genjutsu then Kakashi won't. Then by this logic Naruto must have lower chakra than 30% Itachi since he didn't have enough power to break out of it. See where this is taking you? More power in this case does not mean more chakra because if it was Naruto would have broken it no difficulty. *_*
