3-Tomoe Kakashi should have this.
CQC: They have an equal stat in Taijutsu. Kakashi since then has improved his close-quarter fighting. So he takes this one.

Genjutsu: He already feinted Itachi when a genjutsu was attempted on him. [ ][ ]

Kakashi also has him beat in Ninjutsu as well. With Lightning variants [ ][ ], , , all of Itachi's Fire and Water attacks are pretty much countered.

Kakashi can still pull the same feint on Itachi using Shadow Clones. Only this time, a clone will use Lightning Hound to land a hit on him instead of Naruto. Or if feasible, have two clones charge in with Raikiri Chain to bisect him.

Why restrict dust crow genjutsu? It's not like it would make any difference in this battle. For the rest, Blastlt explained it nicely U_U

Itachi high diff
Not counting Susano'o, Itachi still has superior Shunshin, and slightly superior intelligence.
Both haeve displayed equal skill in Bunshin feints, and Taijutsu, but the fact that Itachi is able to weave seals in direct combat gives him
the advantage. If Itachi grabs Kakashi and has previously created a clone, Kakashi would not be able to dodge the Kunai that it would throw at him.

Dafuq? Kakashi is by far superior to Itachi in intelligence and as far as shunshin goes, it's actually debatable. It's not like they are frequent shunshin users themselves but they both displayed good enough shunshin feats

Can't it stall Kakashi for a while? Well consider that unrestricted then in a second scenario.

Considering Kakashi could easily see through Obito's genjutsu that could control perfect jinchurikis, no 3tomoe(let alone normal vision based) genjutsu are a threat to him. The Sharingan will help him to see through the genjutsu instantly

War Arc Kakashi wins...in their Part 1 battle Kakashi clearly had the upper hand until Itachi whipped out his MS. The next time he fought Itachi Kakashi wiped the floor with him (though it's true Itachi was ony at 30% power)

What has Kakashi really done to surpass Itachi? I'll admit that Kakashi is better at short term tactics, but Itachi is better at long term plans. And Itachi is easily top 3 in base Shunshin users.... excluding the current god tier of course.

Kakashi is able to do more clones and he has the better trap clone (lightning bun shin)
3T war arc kakashi Speed feats are on pair if not superior to itachi ( keeping up with 6 gate guy)
Kakashi is the better tactician, he fooled many strong opponents.
War arc 3T Kakashi has superior chakra and is at least on pair in taijutsu with itachi ( keeping up with v2 jins and obito who was able to handle KCM naruto)
Kakashis ninjutsus are more us full than itches, his water style will handle itachis katon and itachis water style is canceled by doton mud wall.
Hiding like a mole allows kakashi to using clone feints very well.
Kakashis lightning dog is fast and can be used as a distraction, itachi has not many counters to it.
Kakashi is able to open the 1 gate which would give him for a short time the advantage in taijutsu, speed and strength.
Even with susanno kakashi has ways to bring itachi down.

Kakashi has the advantage overall in cqc with the 1st gate and streaming raiton through weapons (he can use rasengan as well). Itachi has faster overall shunshin but that isn't going to play much of a factor since their base taijutsu is on a similar level as shown in their part 2 encounter (the 30% clone only effects the jutsu Itachi could use, same with Kisame).

Katons are countered by suiton and Itachi's shurikenjutsu are countered by doton walls. Kakashi has the advantage of going underground and can use bunshins undeground as well. They are both good clone-feinters with Itachi being able to create them faster with his handseal speed but Kakashi was able to analyze their exact position and find the location of the real Itachi in part 1.

3t genjutsu is a non-factor in this fight.

@ underline, you out of your mind? Please re-read that fight. Itachi was nonchalantly schooling Kakashi & co with 3T.
@ bold, only purpose and aim was to stall, 30%, fought against Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, and Chiyo.

OT: Could go either way, high-difficulty imo. Since Itachi's unfortunate parting from the manga; Kakashi has gained some pretty significant feats that put him at/slightly above Itachi's level in categories that Itachi clearly had the advantage in prior to his death. That being: intelligence, taijutsu, genjutsu, and stamina. However, I still see Itachi excelling in bunshin feinting/shunshin blitzing. We know that Itachi is so skilled with his bunshin feints that he fooled even a mastermind like Kabuto with sage enhanced sensing; as well as an EMS user [ ]-[ ]... both had no clue Itachi was utilizing a clone. Then we can factor in Itachi's shunshin speed —around the speed of Sasuke's susano'o arrows [ ]— which was so fast that Kakashi's only option was to use . Not to mention that Itachi can weave handleseals undetected in the smallest of windows...

Obviously, there are other factors to be taken into consideration, but I'll stand by saying Itachi takes it high-difficulty.

Itachi wins this.
-No knowledge on crow summons, which can cast genjutsu and also form into a crow clone, who can then attack.
-Itachi's hand seals are too fast for Kakashi to keep up with, as stated by Kakashi himself.
-Itachi's shunshin is superior to Kakashi's shunshin by feats, since he blitzed DSM Kabuto and was casually out-speeding Bee [ ], while Itachi's base speed is also faster than Kakashi's by DB standards.
-30% Itachi owned him and his fellows, 100% Itachi stomps him 1v1.

The fact that we seen Itachi use Susanoo without his sharingan being activated is a major advantage.

With just the rib cage of Susanoo able to block an attack like kiri I doubt that kakashi has anything in his arsenal that can break threw it.

Itachi was able to hand to hand combat with kcm naruto & killer B at the sametime. No one time was b able to lay a figure on Itachi

Really bro? His crows are now a factor? I guess Kakashi's dogs are also a factor and since Itachi has no knowledge of them they corner him no difficulty like they did Zabuza.

This is not Part 1 Kakashi

He didn't outright blitz him. He had like two attacks for coverage to distract him then he sent in his own crow clone feint to keep distracting him then he cut off one of Kabuto's horns. The fact Kabuto wasn't using his eyes either makes that whole feat crumble. Theres no one here to shoot arrows at Kakashi here and any clone feints are countered with Kakashi's own feints. Please explain how Itachi appearing behind Bee, who was actually just standing still holding his sword means his shunshin is superior and he can causally out-speed Bee because Bee has produced one of the greatest Shunshin feats in the series when he crossed a whole mountain so quick that Taka didn't notice or even know where he went, even though he did it right before their eyes.

This is 3T war arc kakashi, he can counter al 3 T genjutsus of itachi since e showed to be able to keep up with obitos genjutsus.
Kakashi also has a 5 in handseals, kakashi knows more jutsus than and more handsigns, i think he is superior.
Kakashi is as fast as obito,6 gate guy and v2 jinchurikis, itachi is not superioir.
Itachi stomps shit, kakashi wins this.

Kakashi medium difficult.
Take away itachi's ms and he's down to 2 fire balls and clones.
Take away kakashi's ms and he's down to.... 1000 techniques?
Lol.
