Of course it does, look at Madara's and Obito's state of minds... Both were naturally raving psychotics deep down. Also, he can be self assured to not make mistakes, but the fact is: he has no room to talk. Naruto is the only one who can boast this.
He wasn't specific, so unless he specifies, he is blaming them all.
LOL, wuut?

I agree with ya KH. These guys are putting unnecessary blame on the Kages. I wonder if they are the same people who say video games indirectly lead to gun violence in youth....
That, my friend, has nothing to do with fictional characters and other bullsh*t created in the fictive world.
I'm talking, and so were you, about real people/individuals.. Violent games indirectly causing violence in real life etc..
That's why I contradicted you with your comparison being completely off-topic.
Because, undiscrete, violent, over the top, unhumane games could effect the psychological state of mind of children/adults. That along with the environment they grew up in.
It all depends on how deep the hole is, which can have consequences etc..
Anyway, that issue put aside:
"Both were naturally raving psychotics deep down"
--> nope, the system created them as such.. not the pure born nature of the character.
" Also, he can be self assured to not make mistakes, but the fact is: he has no room to talk."
--> Surely, he has room to talk.. it's his vision and opinion about a certain prospect. Which he now turned it as his ultimate goal.
