Fact: That is not Tsukuyomi, that is a regular unspecific named genjutsu, Sasuke has done that like 4 times, 3 with MS and 1 with his EMS. So this scan is really invalid.
Tsunade is not breaking out of Tsukuyomi, the only counter to it as Itachi specified was an Uchiha. Sasuke is the only one to have broken out out of Tsukuyomi.

I don't quite get when people try to compare others to the Kage of their village.
You guys need to realize by now, that Kishimoto had set up the Kages as the strongest shinobi produced by that specific village. (Excluding the main antagonists and the protagonist)
Itachi, Danzo, Jiraiya, Kakashi, and so on..... are all below the 5 Hokage. Hell even Guy stated that he isn't on Hokage level, when he said the 4 red suns barrier requires 4 Hokage level ninjas.
This is just me stating how the Kage in each village are set up by Kishimoto.
i agree with this however tsunade is no where near the level of the first four hokage.
kishi made it clear by sating "the biggest fishes is about to flex their might"
people got confused that the hokage except for hashirama are just around the level of the sannin but fail to realized that orochimaru summoned 2 hokages at his side.
kishimoto again revived the hokages and make them deal with the jubii just to show they are the only one capable of dealing with the jubii
We haven't seen Kakashi entrapped in such a genjustu ever since. At that point in time Kakashi had a basic sharingan, and as a non-Uchiha user, was not aware of all its features. His eyes may not be as powerful as Obito's, but genjustu feats are simply not credible against his sharingan now.

The fact that Tsunade went up against 5 clones and didn't get caught in an illusion from the sharigan or EVEN THE RENNIGAN SINCE ITS AN UPGRADE/MUTATION indicates her prowess of rendering genjutsus FUTILE......
