he never had any good chakra control plus when it came to chakra control naruto was at the bottom of team 7 until he took kurama 's chakra

As for when he entered where Kurama was sealed...Naruto stood by and let him suppress Kurama(not that he knew what he was doing before hand).
different place or not, Sasuke got access. Dude access to orochimaru personal place and flip the table on him. That was just with 3T. It would be foolish to say he can't access that place with the rinnegan like Obito and sage of six paths did.

Just to be that guy, you know that's another nerf for Naruto...that he didn't enter that deeper meeting place,either himself or with a clone, and use the partner method to snap the Bijuu out of Sasuke's genjutsu so they could bust out of his CT=D

So there are levels to this place now? We got a not fully friendly zone level and friendzone level and prison zone level now?
Everybody can access to prison and not fully friendly zone levels only but not the friend-zone level unless you're invited?

The only Genjutsu that can affect Perfect Jins are Tsukuyomi and Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Because one second is 72 hours in Tsukuyomi, the tailed beast won't be able to break the Jutsu fast enough before it's already over.

Perfect Jins are susceptible to powerful Genjutsus. Yagura was controlled for years and he was a perfect Jin long before Naruto could manage to stop himself from lapsing into fits of Bijuu rage:
