That is some high level chakra control son. if Naruto can do that, he should've been able to break out of a genjutsu from Itachi. Itachi hit him with a basic genjutsu by the way.

The only Genjutsu that can affect Perfect Jins are Tsukuyomi and Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Because one second is 72 hours in Tsukuyomi, the tailed beast won't be able to break the Jutsu fast enough before it's already over.

Perfect Jins are susceptible to powerful Genjutsus. Yagura was controlled for years and he was a perfect Jin long before Naruto could manage to stop himself from lapsing into fits of Bijuu rage:
