And as for Chiyo's case, Hinata will never EVER use her chakra in the most best way. She got a lot of potential, but yet she never used Hamura's chakra correctly, and even if it was used she isn't skilled enough, Hanabi or Neji were perfect to inheirt Hamura's chakra.

There's no reason anyone would believe Shino wins when his reflexes, speed, and taijutsu are nothing compared to Hinata's.

Add on the fact that his insects are so slow they couldn't even catch three academy kids, and it's beyond obvious he is no threat to Taijutsu specialist like Hinata. Even his one trump card, the man eating bugs, need physical contact, which, again, Shino lacks the speed and taijutsu to properly land on an opponent like Hinata.

Hinata wins because she has superior reflexes, speed, and taijutsu feats as shown in The Last when she was able to fend off Nature energy-powered puppets without the need for her Byakugan, the same puppets that one-shotted Hanabi, blitzed Hiashi, and even avoided attacks from base Naruto. Hiashi also praises her as being able to protect Neji (which we see) and calls her a strong Hyuga, which means a lot coming from the likes of him.

Also, if we're talking base Lee without Gates, she takes the W as well maybe, given Lee hasn't had feats in base form since forever from what I remember. There's also the fact that even with 6 Gates, Lee considered himself inferior/on par with Part 2 Neji, which The Last Hinata is superior to evidenced by her feats that are on par with base Naruto/Hiashi.

No her speed feats against Madara aren't being outclassed by Hinata. And her techs may be AOE, but they're also fast.
