Genjutsu: Matenrō (Illusion Technique: Skyscraper)

Description: The user, after perform five hanseals, casts an illusion upon the intended target. The illusion makes the target believe the ground beneath them has exploded, and the brute force has shot them up into the darkness of space. Then, the target will see four belts appear from nowhere and bind them in place, which binds them in reality as well. Then a demonic toad-like creature will appear from the darkness and torture the bound target.
Note: ~Can only be taught by Sharingdork
~Can only be used three times a battle
~Paralysis lasts until the end of the turn this jutsu is used

Genjutsu: Yotta Kasumi (Illusion Technique: Drunken Haze)

Description: The user, after engaging in hand-to-hand combat with the target, applies a Genjutsu through the sense of touch which causes the target to begin to see multiple copies of the user, like an after image or the E-rank Clone Jutsu. The copies of the user follow the user's movements perfectly, (like playing the same movie on different screens and starting them all seconds apart), confusing the target as to which is the real user, and which is the real one to block.

~Only one "copy" can be create per use of the jutsu
~This jutsu can stack, allowing the user to create up to three "copies" of themselves
~Each copy lasts for two turns after it's made

Fuuton: Animâ (Wind Style: Anima)

Description: The user focuses their fuuton chakra into the sky above the battlefield, and create a large, fast spinning air current in the clouds, which draws in clouds to give the appearance of a thunderstorm. Because of the fast-moving air currents, in the middle of the clouds is a gaping hole. The air currents then begin to move at F-5 tornado speed while staying high in the sky, dragging objects (and people) from the ground into the clouds. By utilizing the same principle as the Tree Climbing Excersize, one can remain planted on the ground.

Description: Once the user is wielding Sumitsukigasa for the minimum of 2 turns, he may use the chakra of the sword for his own advantage. The sword sucks 10 chakra every turn, but it leaves excess chakra behind. When the user wishes after the 2 turns, he may harness this chakra and the chakra absorbed within that turn onto his own advantages, boosting his power. You can release that chakra into one of your jutsu making it one rank stronger (counts as one of the 3 jutsu per turn). It cannot raise an S-ranked into a Forbidden rank. The user can have the chakra build up for 4 turns, putting all the chakra which the sword had left as an excess and pluss the user's chakra, which will surround Sumitsukigasa equal to the power of forbidden rank. Once this chakra has coated Sumitsukigasa, it will resemble of its great ancestor and the sword will double its reach into 12 feet. The speed of the slashes with the sword will also greatly increase, meaning the slashes of this sword can only be followed with 3 tomoe or higher while this technique is active.

~Chakra released from the sword is shaped into a blade that can cut through nearly anything.
~User may only use this technique in the same turn.

Description: This is a massive scaled earth jutsu, where one can use to even trap summons like Manda. As the ground starts turning inwards on itself, it will create a giant earth whirlpool which will turn inwards at fast speeds and keeps on spiraling. As it spirals, it will manipulate the wind around and creates a giant wind vortex ontop of the spiraling ground. The wind vortex is established because of the high speeds of the spiraling ground. The middle part of the whirlpool may lower to a max of 20m.
Notes:
~Can be used 2x because of its scale
~Can be taught by Dr. House
~No higher then A-ranked doton can be used in the next turn.
~Due to its massive scale, only 2 techniques are allowed in the same turn.

Description: The user will slam his hands on the ground, having an extremely condensed/compressed/steel like quality erupt from the ground that will resemble of a giant arm, resembling Gedo Mazo's right arm. That means it is the same size as Gedo Mazo's right arm. The arm has a fair amount of brute strength, being able to tear off flesh respectively and sharp nails that allows him to go through most of the techniques. This arm was passed down from the Sage of the 6th Path to newer generations in order to provide protection from the Gedo Mazo. The user may take defensive purposes as having this arm erupt right underneath him and close its hand, having the hand to protect him and make a counterattack of having this arm punch the opponent with the user inside the closed hand. It may take offensive measures as having the arm crush the opponent. If the hand closes, it is airtight inside. To make it clear, the user may freely control the hand's path and the hand/fingers on the arm. If the hand isn't destroyed yet, it may stay for 2 turns on the battlefield, then the hand goes back into the hole where it erupted from.
Note:
~Can be used 1x
~Only two jutsus in the same turn.
~No A-rank or above doton in the next turn.

When the user wishes after the 2 turns, he may harness this chakra and the chakra absorbed within that turn onto his own advantages, boosting his power. Once this system has been broken, the sword becomes unbalanced in the same turn when this chakra has been harnessed, the sword becomes useless in the same turn. Because of the unbalance of the sword, user will receive -10 health damage in the same turn. As it tries to suck it back the taken chakra at once what has once left the sword, in the next turn, user suffers -30 chakra loss. As the sword has sucked back an enormous amount of chakra in that turn (meaning 30 chakra), activating itself once again, a furious wind will surround it, leaving the area in a really windy environment for when it sucked back the 30 chakra. This means that no raiton attacks of S-rank can be made from the user in that turn when there is a windy environment. As the sword becomes out of control when it sucks back the chakra, having an S-ranked fuuton chakra surround it, only Kage or higher may be able to handle it.

Description: It has yet been said within many dusty old books that a great man named Dante Alighieri has gone to save his loved one from the great evil toad of Myobokuzan, Gamafer. Dante had gone down into the pit of death, into Gamafer's lair. After 7 days of a bloody fight, Dante failed to save his flower, and he showed no mercy to Gamafer. After the bloodbath, Dante carved a blade from Gamafer's mighty horn and he took these pieces to be forged by Hephaestus, the nearby blacksmith. He had forged the mighty double-bladed sword, and named Sumitsukigasa. The double-bladed sword is made of mostly unbreakable bone, harder then steel. Because of the blade part is made of bone, and most of it's parts, the weapon weighs almost half of it's size, and can be handled in order to reach high speeds. The -10 chakra in each turn is because Sumitsukigasa sucks the user's chakra in order to maintain it's ability, which is being always in the state of having itself imbued with wind chakra, quite similar to (Fūton: Kaze Kyōka no Tsūru) - Wind Release: Wind Enhanced Tools, and it won't stop until the double-bladed sword is out of short range from the user. If the user wishes, he may channel more of his chakra into the sword, which is an additional -10 chakra in each usage, in order to extend the pre-existing wind chakra inbued within the sword, onto 5-6ft. As the wind chakra has been extended on the sword in order to reach 5-6ft, the blade becomes an S-ranked wind blade, but for only that turn. Since the sword has an affinity for Wind, and as the sword's inbued abilities will travel onto the user's hand giving him a uniqueness of enabling him to seal a mere handseal for any wind jutsus. When the user performs any wind jutsus, the inbued chakra will add it's own inbued wind chakra from the sword (10 chakra which been sucked off from the user, every turn) into the technique completely, (transfering that sucked -10 chakra into the technique) having the sword lose its inbued wind chakra for that turn.
Note:
-Because of the sword's abilities, only a Sannin may hold the sword.
-Because of it's wind affinities, only who mastered wind may use it.
-If user wishes, the wind chakra imbued within the sword can be extended so that it will reach onto 5-6ft.
-Only may Dr. House use this, and who he allows.
-If someone tries to hold it, the sword will start sucking most of his chakra out of him, leaving him with a feeling of drained.

Description: The user will channel his fire chakra into 6 different points around the opponent and once he has channeled enough katon chakra, he'll use earth to compress the fire into a point where it may explode. As the fire been compressed, eggs will rise around the enemy. As the 6 eggs has risen, flying spiders from these eggs will erupts towards the enemy, crushing into the enemy and exploding upon impact. If the user wishes, he may make a handsign and explode every flying spiders, causing a massive maelstrom to occur in the area.

Description:

Two swords which were said to be forged long ago by the very gods, and thought to be a mere legend. It is said that the swords bring misfortune to all those who come across them. It is said that these swords have many dormant abilities.The swords' name are: Warship Breaker and Zanmaken.
Warship Breaker has the appearance of a normal sword, while Zanmaken is composed of two blades connected through a hilt. The blades are approximately 8 feet long (4 feet for Zanmaken) and its hilt is roughly a foot long (including the guard and the pommel) the width of the blade is roughly 10 inches, the weight of sword is approximately 500 Kg . The swords were forged from a special alloy called Gale, which resides on the highest peak in Kumogakure which is said to be struck by lightning several times a day. The raw material from which the swords were forged is several times harder than the normal steel, as lightning has struck it several times, it is also known to rival diamonds in terms of hardness. The user can only infuse raiton chakra in to the swords, the swords' abilities are as followed:


-Only raiton chakra can be infused into the swords.
-The swords are not indestructible but they are far stronger than your average sword due to their size and density.
-While Raiton chakra is channeled into the swords, the swords gains extra abilities giving the user:

  • +5 to all raiton justu
  • The sword can only be infused with raiton chakra for three turns, afterwards the sword requires a one turn cooldown before it can be infused again.
  • No wind justu above B rank can be used while holding the swords.
  • Can only be wielded by Dakrazyebi and up to [3] people who he sees fit to use.
Example: 0:27 onwards

Genjutsu: Sen No Kao No Hīrō (Illusion Technique: Hero Of A Thousand Faces)

Description:

After making four hand seals, the user casts the genjutsu upon the opponent disrupting his chakra flow, soon after the user manipulates the opponent's sight giving him the illusions of 10 swords floating around the user in a defensive manner, then instills within the oponnent's brain the sight of 1,000 swords falling from the sky. If the opponent falls under the genjutsu and is unable to break out, then the opponent might take somewhat low real damage if he fails to dodge the swords.

-Note-

This jutsu can only be used by Dakrazyebi.
This Genjutsu takes effect while the opponent is within a 10 feet range of the user.

Note: If you are not satisfied with the 1,000 swords you may decrease the number.

Although they were thought to be extinct long ago, four lightning tigers hid themselves within the land of Kumogakure to seek refuge from extinction. Each one of them seeking a home of their own, headed into different cardinal point borders within Kumogakure, Ruemon to the North, Raiku to the South, Raltz to the West, and Ryoko to the East; adaptation was a requirement in their new home, and so they all evolved and learn how to use the raiton chakra within their bodies, as well as infusing raiton chakra with their enormous fangs that are said to be 2 feet long, surviving in an environment in which they weren't familiar with, took so many hardships and so forth their bodies toughened making their skins unpierceable by normal swords.

Description: The user performs the horse hand seal and creates a small cone of Dust Release on his index-finger tip, that is aimed at his opponent. The user then releases it, sending a slim conical beam at the opponent. The beam is not bigger than his finger, and once it hits the opponent, disintegrates the part of the user that is hit. This attack is sent out with an astonishing speed, like all Jinton attacks do.

Fuuin Genkotsu: Koara no Nemuri | Sealing Fist: Slumber of the Koala

Description: The user will focus his chakra into his palms and on his fingertips. The kanji for “Push” will appear on each palm. Once the user engages combat and hits opponent in a certain place (for example hand, foot or stomach), he “pushes” the chakra out of the said limb or organ, but also puts a barrier on that place, making it impossible for chakra to circulate in the affected area for 2 turns. This is different from Gentle Fist techniques as Gentle Fist techniques hit the tenketsus, and disable the chakra flow, while this techniques pushes out the chakra and makes it impossible for the chakra to push through the barrier placed on it. The user can also use this to “push” natural energy out of the opponents body, causing Sage Mode users to forcibly and prematurely leave sage mode, even if they are able to collect it through other means as they barrier makes it impossible for the sage chakra to circulate.

Description: The user punch forward and release a blast of Wind. While the blast of wind travels towards the opponent, the user performs the Horse hand seal, and the wind splits up in two, and then comes back together, letting it avoid any incoming jutsu that would block it. This, however is a double edged blade as it requires impeccable timing so that the user does not get hit by the attack that was sent out to block it in the first place.
Note: Can only be taught by Wesobi
Note: The user can either split the wind in the turn used or in his next turn, if the wind has not hit the opponent yet or if he has enough time to split it

The fire forms a spiral cylinder which surrounds the user protecting him from jutsus(of A rank and lower or S rank wind). The spiral peaks about 10ft above the ground with a dragon head at the top. The dragon can than be used to attack the enemy.

This can be used to counter the jyuken, taijutsu and can defend against most wind and fire techniques. The user uses a large amount of chakra so it can withstand these techniques. After its usage , the water disperses.

This technique brings Deidara's clay control a bit further. When Deidara uses any clay bomb creature, just before the creature is stopped by a pinpointed attack such as with lightning or a weapon Deidara will use this technique to break the creature apart into 2 or more pieces so that if some clay is hit the rest can still move at the target and explode. For example, Deidara uses the technique (Geijutsu Tori) - Artistic Bird in which a large clay bird can dive down on the target. When the bird is about to be hit but Chirdori sharp spear, Deidara will use this technique and the bird can be split into two bird so if one bird is hit the only can still function at a lower explosion, yet due to even smaller creatures Deidara's clay bombs still can kill or incapacitate a target. Instead of splitting it into two bird, Deidara could have broke it down to 50 clay spiders that can still rain down on a target. The break down happens rather quickly.

I have already explained the situation for this week regarding the cycles of submission on this thread here As you are fully aware, if there is no marker, it means no cycle was started. There is no cycle this week. I just kept the thread open to allow members to edit their unchecked submissions if needed as people complained that when we closed it they couldn't.

Now, we won't punish anyone this time for posting outside the marker, but who posted from the 4th of june onwards will have their submissions Auto-Declined and will need to be submitted in a new cycle, when one happens.

As it spirals, it will manipulate the wind around and creates a giant wind vortex ontop of the spiraling ground. The wind vortex is established because of the high speeds of the spiraling ground. The middle part of the whirlpool may lower to a max of 20m.

Description: The user will slam his hands on the ground, having an extremely condensed/compressed/steel like quality erupt from the ground that will resemble of a giant arm, resembling Gedo Mazo's right arm. That means it is the same size/makeup as Gedo Mazo's right arm. The arm has a fair amount of brute strength, being able to tear off flesh respectively and sharp nails that allows him to go through most of the techniques. This arm was passed down from the Sage of the 6th Path to newer generations in order to provide protection from the Gedo Mazo. The user may take defensive purposes as having this arm erupt right underneath him and close its hand, having the hand to protect him and make a counterattack of having this arm punch the opponent with the user inside the closed hand. It may take offensive measures as having the arm crush the opponent. If the hand closes, it is airtight inside. To make it clear, the user may freely control the hand's path and the hand/fingers on the arm. If the hand isn't destroyed yet, it may stay for 2 turns on the battlefield, then the hand goes back into the hole where it erupted from.

Description: Once the user is wielding Sumitsukigasa for the minimum of 2 turns, he may use the chakra of the sword for his own advantage. The sword sucks 10 chakra every turn, but it leaves excess chakra behind. When the user wishes after the 2 turns, he may harness this chakra and the chakra absorbed within that turn onto his own advantages, boosting his power. Once this system has been broken, the sword becomes unbalanced in the same turn when this chakra has been harnessed, the sword becomes useless in the same turn. Because of the unbalance of the sword, user will receive -10 health damage in the same turn. As it tries to suck it back the taken chakra at once what has once left the sword, in the next turn, user suffers -30 chakra loss. As the sword has sucked back an enormous amount of chakra in that turn (meaning 30 chakra), activating itself once again, a furious wind will surround it, leaving the area in a really windy environment for when it sucked back the 30 chakra. This means that no raiton attacks of S-rank can be made from the user in that turn when there is a windy environment. As the sword becomes out of control when it sucks back the chakra, having an S-ranked fuuton chakra surround it, only Kage or higher may be able to handle it.

Description: It has yet been said within many dusty old books that a great man named Dante Alighieri has gone to save his loved one from the great evil toad of Myobokuzan, Gamafer. Dante had gone down into the pit of death, into Gamafer's lair. After 7 days of a bloody fight, Dante failed to save his flower, and he showed no mercy to Gamafer. After the bloodbath, Dante carved a blade from Gamafer's mighty horn and he took these pieces to be forged by Hephaestus, the nearby blacksmith. He had forged the mighty double-bladed sword, and named Sumitsukigasa. The double-bladed sword is made of mostly unbreakable bone, harder then steel. Because of the blade part is made of bone, and most of it's parts, the weapon weighs almost half of it's size, and can be handled in order to reach high speeds. The -10 chakra in each turn is because Sumitsukigasa sucks the user's chakra in order to maintain it's ability, which is being always in the state of having itself imbued with wind chakra, quite similar to (Fūton: Kaze Kyōka no Tsūru) - Wind Release: Wind Enhanced Tools, and it won't stop until the double-bladed sword is out of short range from the user. If the user wishes, he may channel more of his chakra into the sword, which is an additional -10 chakra in each usage, in order to extend the pre-existing wind chakra inbued within the sword, onto 5-6ft. As the wind chakra has been extended on the sword in order to reach 5-6ft, the blade becomes an S-ranked wind blade, but for only that turn. Since the sword has an affinity for Wind, and as the sword's inbued abilities will travel onto the user's hand giving him a uniqueness of enabling him to seal a mere handseal for any wind jutsus. When the user performs any wind jutsus, the inbued chakra will add it's own inbued wind chakra from the sword (10 chakra which been sucked off from the user, every turn) into the technique completely, (transfering that sucked -10 chakra into the technique) having the sword lose its inbued wind chakra for that turn.
Note:
-Because of the sword's abilities, only a Sannin may hold the sword.
-Because of it's wind affinities, only who mastered wind may use it.
-If user wishes, the wind chakra imbued within the sword can be extended so that it will reach onto 5-6ft.

Description: This technique is specialised for those who have great control over their basic chakras. This is simple technique usually used in close combat where the user will release their either their water, earth, wind or lightning chakra around a part of their body covering them in that element. Due to it being the users chakra and not that strong, it won’t hurt the user, though it can be quite painful if an opponent is hit by it. When someone/something is hit by the body part with surrounded by the element created be the user, it will create a great of burst of that element on impact from the user. Each of the 3 elements will have a different effect, and only one can be used at a time, unless the user has mastered yin/yang.

Lighting: This will kind of be like chidori nagashi, but only focused around a selected body part. When the user hits someone/something with the body part surrounded by lightning, it will create a blast of lightning outwards. It if hits something solid it will damage the object if not destroying it. If it his a person, the shock from the flames will fry them as well as shocking them numbing them for one turn.

Water: The user will create water around chosen body parts from their chakra. This can be very effective when against a fire technique. When the user hits something with the body part surrounded by water, the water will be released forwards as a blast pushing everything weaker backwards. The blast of water has a 1ft radius.

Wind: The user will create a current of wind around their chosen body part. This can be very effective against lightning techniques. When the user hits something with the body part surrounded by the current of wind, a blast of cutting wind will be release from it, pushing/cutting everything infront of it within short range of the user.

Earth: The user will release their earth chakra around a part of their body to create rocks around that body part. This is much like the cannon S rank earth jutsu, Hardening Technique, but only around part of the body, and not as dense. When the user hits something/someone, the rocks surrounding their body part with break off being flung forwards into short range, like a blast of rocks.

Note: can stay active for 2 turns at a time
